Ive been going to Puff Love for a few months now and I have to say it’s my favorite vape shop I have ever used. I went in today and Emilee was working and she is just a vibe and a half. She was so sweet and funny and was really knowledgable about everything i asked about. Also shout out to my home girl Abby who is always working. She always gets me squared away with exactly what I need. Needless to say, I will continue to be a frequent visitor of this fine establishment.

I think I’ve probably reviewed everybody on this team at this point and I just wanted to say that Emilee is the perfect addition to the team! Of course Abby will always be missed but she’s not too far away!

By far the best customer experience Ive had at any vape shop. No lie. First vape store Ive been to that offers taste testing for disposables and a 48 hour return policy. ALSO offered me a free beverage. I didnt catch the young ladys name working there but she was in her 20s for sure and was so helpful and super cool. Im from Nashville and am merely visiting but would only go to a place like this if it existed in my city. Great place and honestly should be the standard for all vape shops.

Nice employee but the prices here are RIDICULOUS. KiK Kalibloom 2 g thc-a disposable for $50! Go down the street to smokers heaven and buy the same thing for $34.99. Justification is a 2 day guarantee?? LOL.Edit: okay if thats wrong then you have a 3.5g Kik Kalibloom cartridge for $54.99 that I can get for $37.99 down the street. Regardless if you price match, thats just gouging.

I came in there looking for a specific ELFBAR...and this beautiful young girl named Abby, helped me decide what flavor to get. They have so many flavors to choose from. She even let me try a few diff flavors. Im definitely going back very soooon!!!

Went in today & purchased juice. It expires in a few weeks and is dark. The same juice I buy regularly is usually almost clear. Disappointing

Let me start by saying, wild ride💯. I travel from Fort Worth to Arlington to Dallas to Irving and to Flower Mound, do I get around. It gives me opportunity to see what different shops have. In my travels, I came across Puff Love! Hmmmm... So show me the love, that they did!The person that helped was named Mars , yes just like the planet. I spoke with her over the phone and she convinced me this was the place to come see. Hey why not right. I got there and it was like shopping with one of your old high school friends. Like we were on expedition to find the world of edibles, CBD and Delta. She was as excited as I was about what to shop for. Yeah she made me feel happy with my purchases before I got home to be happy! Thanks Mars for your knowledge. FrfrThey had a decent selection Ive seen some shops around DFW with more of a selection of edibles but what they did have was premium quality. Their prices are comparable to other shops. Mars said they were going to get more products in soon. So they expand their selection. So definitely Ill be going back again... Funny how I left with more than I originally came for. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

Kira was awesome, and super helpful when picking out new flavors and new brands I wasn’t familiar with. She even read them out for me ;)

I’ve been to Puff Love a few times now and the customer service there is awesome, Danish helped me make good choices on the many selections they have! Definitely going back in the future!

Best shop I’ve ever been to in the dfw area (probably anywhere) by far. The customer service I’ve experienced is phenomenal, and they’re very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions.

I just found out about this shop and let me tell you. It is the best smoke shop in Flower Mound! Last time I went in Kelby was working, and was such a great help! Will most definitely be returning.
