Terrible experience I bought a elf bar $25.00 days later it burnt out it’s supposed to be 5000 puffs which it is I buy them all the time but I buy them at a different shop I just try the shop out so I went back to the shop two days later and the lady told me that they do not do replacements or refunds that is their policy I asked where is the sign where does it say that she pulled out a sign from underneath the desk that no one can even see so they’re hiding their policies underneath the Deas don’t go here a better shop is Paul love that’s where I go all the time They guarantee their vapes they don’t hide their policies behind the desk

As a chronic pain patient looking for any help for my pain, having someone care enough to spend time and explain all my options was really appreciated! I will definitely be back.

I have incredibly high standards of customer service expectations. When I go to a new place to shop, thats the first thing I judge. (Well 2nd, 1st now is cleanliness). Entering the store was a great visual experience with almost immediate calm because the store looked and felt clean without feeling clinical or cold. The greeting I received from Ja Ja was warm and friendly. He asked what my needs are, and was very knowledgeable (he was able to answer all my questions and there were many!) about the various CBD products that I might be interested in. It felt like we were collaborating about my extreme pain, anxiety and depression treatment plan. He treated me with respect and kindness, which I dont get a lot of at my age and obesity level. I was not an inconvenience or rushed to making decisions he wanted me to make. He was not pushy or a back alley used car salesman. When I left, I felt confident that Id made the best decisions for my body as well as my wallet. (Their prices are really great and lower than anywhere Ive been before! Their brand selections are top quality.) I definitely felt cared for with the level of service I received. Ja Ja is amazing at customer service that far exceeded my expectations. Im editing this because the new staff here is NOT trained well. One of the new employees parks her car in the front of the store with pink car paint with PRO choice quotes written all over. I support that but I felt like if I walked in talking about it there would be an issue.I miss Lindi and Chris. They were the best. The store used to be so decorated for every holiday. DTX is a way better vapeshop/cbd store.
