This was absolutely the best massage Ive ever experienced. Darlene is a true magician! She completely melted away my tension and left me feeling incredibly relaxed. I even treated myself to the sculpt massage add-on, and it was an amazing way to pamper myself. The front desk staff at SpaVela were also incredibly sweet and welcoming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.SpaVela itself is stunning! The entire spa is beautifully decorated and creates such a serene atmosphere. I loved relaxing in the steam room, sauna, and the comfy lounge areas after my treatment. SpaVela is a true oasis, and I cant wait to return for another pampering session!

I had a massage and scrub today with Valerie. To start, The spa is beautiful, clean and the booking process was easy.Valerie did a great job. She was attentive, and used the perfect pressure for the massage. 100% recommend booking with her!The 80 minute option was the perfect amount of time. It was nice having the shower in the room for rinsing the scrub off.I cant wait to come back and try the other amenities.

Absolutely LOVE SpaVela and everyone there!! From the minute you walk in they are welcoming and genuinely kind. Everyone feels like a friend ♥️ The staff is always knowledgeable and considerate. Luane runs a top notch spa, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Even if I moved to another state I would fly in just to get my massage here. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful, they really care about you and always make you feel welcomed. You cannot beat this experience, truly wonderful people. Gwen is top tier! Cannot recommend this place enough. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

Terrible experience. I received a gift certificate for my birthday and the company shut down their location a week later with no notice. Certificate is not expired. The owner owns Vela Spa in Flower Mound as well and staff manager Kristi stated “sorry we will not honor it” we decided to stop honoring those gift cards “and hung up on me. This is fraud and I would not trust this would not happen again. Business ethics are questionable and not very pleasant when discussing a refund or services honored. Gift Certificate is a high priced amount and to only be told there is nothing they are willing to do to make this right. I would not recommend using this spa. Very poor business practices.*Responding to owner response that also owned Grand Spa that shut down without notice. When I called your office , I was told that they would be accepting the gift card but would have to pay for additional services to use or dispute the charges and they would authorize the dispute. So if this is a different company than grand spa, why were you honoring it and then proceeded to tell me that you guys decided not to do it any longer after I was notified your company denied the dispute and charge added back to credit card after another 90 days. I was also told whoever bought the gift gift card would’ve received an email while I’m not that person since I received it from my birthday and I was never informed.. I find it very confusing that “if you’re not in relation to your other spa” why were you honoring the gift cards asking for additional services to be added on top of the amount for the gift card balance. My gift card was for one year and the person who purchased for me was not notified you where closing the next week. I was told by Spa Vela due to rental issues they closed the sister spa. I have been scammed by your companies and given different information than your response. I warn anyone to not purchase gift cards for services due to not honoring them. They will just shut down and move to another company name to steal your money.

It was easy to get an appointment (I may have gotten lucky for same day appointment). The staff was friendly and the facility was nice. I was offered water, tea, champagne, wine, or mimosa and given a locker. They also have showers and a small steam room and sauna. Valerie did my deep tissue massage and she was INCREDIBLE!! She targeted by problem areas and got in there like no one ever has before (and I’ve had TONS of massages) If I could give more stars just for her I absolutely would! THANK YOU VALERIE!!!

Lauren was so great during my facial! She educated me on the treatments she was using and on the state of my skin. She laid out a routine for me to use which I really appreciated! She’s the best!

I am profoundly disappointed and angered by the services provided by your spa. My frustration began on January 13th when I initially came in for Botox. When I scheduled this appointment, I was told by your receptionist a nurse would be calling me the day prior to clearing me for services and that I would arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out some paperwork. I arrived 40 minutes early and to my surprise, no nurse contacted me. As I was filling out the paperwork in the waiting room the receptionist said that the nurse was trying to call me while I was sitting there, which was not true. I had my phone right in front of me and there was another woman sitting there as well and we both looked at each other because my phone never rang, and yes, the ringer was on and up. The receptionist then asked if I would call the nurse and answer the questions. Given it was another woman in the lobby it didn’t seem too terrible, but the fact is HIPPA is in place for a reason and privacy is to be respected and not disrespected by anyone. I still have lots of movement in the areas where botox was injected, and the area I let the nurse know was the main point of concern. During this January 13th visit, I explicitly discussed my concerns and targeted areas. The suggestion was made that a consultation with Lauren Adamson for skin pen/microneedling might benefit the areas of concern, specifically the 11 and jaw area. Subsequently, I scheduled a consultation with Lauren for January 16th. Following this consultation, Lauren recommended an Ener peal and microneedling with PRX.Before leaving on January 16th, I scheduled my Ener peal for January 23rd at 9 am and the microneedling with PRX for February 1st at 11 am. I was called multiple times from your spa on January 30th in voice messages stating that I was late for my appointment, another asking if I was coming, and the final telling me that Lauren had to put someone else in my place because I ‘no showed.’ I made the appointment for February 1st . I also sent Lauren a text message to confirm this appointment given all the screw ups so far and she confirmed it.Lauren assured me that she would formulate a treatment plan and provide recommendations. Additionally, I was supposed to receive care instructions, both of which were never delivered. Concerned about my skincare products, I messaged Lauren via text on February 1st seeking clarification. While she provided some information, it fell short of what should have been communicated, particularly considering I had emphasized my lack of experience with such treatments.On February 1st, I inquired about the treatment recommendation plan via text, to which Lauren responded that she would provide it the next day. Almost two weeks later, I have yet to receive anything. Despite reaching out to Lauren again on February 13th via text at 9: 30 am and later calling the spa at 1:13 pm, where Christie, claiming to be the spa manager, assured me Lauren would contact me after lunch or at least before she leaves, I still have not heard from anyone as of 8 pm.Having invested over $1,000 in your spa in less than a month, I find it utterly ridiculous to be treated this way, especially considering the substantial financial commitment Ive made and you have a cash cow sitting here. Regrettably, I will not be returning, nor will I recommend your spa to anyone. I am diverting my clients elsewhere and sharing my experience to shed light on the poor management and customer care exhibited by your spa. This is an unfortunate end to what could have been a long-term relationship.

Luanne the owner of Grand Spa Dallas opened Spa Vela. She is not honoring gift certificates under the Grand Spa name. I am out $400. Poor business practices. She was selling gift certificates the day before she filed for bankruptcy.

I went for a one hour body polish wrap and it was glorious. I was greeted and shown where to change into a robe and slippers and an area to relax with fruit infused water before my appt. The body polish was a combination of massage and skincare and was so relaxing. After I was finished I took my time and enjoyed the steam room and used lotion in the changing area. Everyone should go for some me time pampering!!

I always have a wonderful experience here. Jeanie is great for therapeutic massages. You will leave refreshed and feeling your best. Leily is great for facials. I highly recommend the hydro facial. The facilities are top notch and the customer service is a 5/5.

Perfect experience! This spa is so relaxing and welcoming. My husband and I booked a couples massage and could not have had a better experience. The massage therapists were fantastic and the entire environment was so relaxing. Madison was my massage therapist and I felt like she really listened to what muscle concerns I had.We were also able to use the dry sauna and steam rooms as well, which we really enjoyed. We will definitely be coming back!

Hidden Treasure | Elite | Best of the BestAs someone who just moved to Dallas from 30A, I was sure it would take a few places to find my new” self care home” and wow I was wrong.From the time I called and spoke to Christi, her pleasant demeanor set the stage for this amazing Spa and then the fact she went above and beyond to fit me in last minute was outstanding and so grateful.I have travel the world from Saint Barths to Israel and never had someone with such extensive knowledge on the depths of our muscles, and then to take the time like Jeanie did sharing strategies for my everyday life was truly special. She is an asset to Spa Vela. I would suggest her to everyone!!Patricia made sure to make time for me after my massage for Botox and made sure not to put too much in so I didn’t look like I was frozen, she listened well and cared about me even when I said put more in lol!I highly recommend this treasure. I feel blessed to have found this on my first try!

I’ve been injecting patients with Botox for 8 years, and couldn’t get in with my coworker before I went out of town so came here. I’ve never been more disappointed…I was shocked at checkout when I was told she had injected 80 units. I’ve never needed that many units for just a few areas, and we had just talked about how many units/area in the consult and I was never told 80 or I would have left right then.Sadly, 2 weeks later still had a lot of movement and I ended up getting it corrected where I work (for “80” units, I still had a lot of movement in each area). They were shocked too…and got a good laugh that I still have a bruise in my crows feet 3 weeks later…but yet a wrinkle is still very prominent at the injection site.What a waste of $1000. Joke is on me 🤦🏼‍♀️

I had an amazing experience with Jenna today! She did my laser hair removal which was such a quick process and not as painful as I expected! Everyone was kind and answered all my questions! Definitely recommend!

I last minute booked a couples massage for my husband and I, being that this was first professional massage ever didnt really know what it was all about. Needless to say it started off fantastic from the warm welcome from Karen at the front desk to Bre & Madison taking care of us. It was the such a wonderful experience we booked another one on our way out. We cant wait to go back next month. Thanks ladies for starting our date night off right! :)

Booked a couples massage for my wife’s birthday. The experience was just incredible. Everyone was super friendly, massage therapists were excellent! My wife mentioned she had met Stacey through her job at Courtyard Flower Mound, and mentioned how wonderful she was and how amazing this new spa was. Well, this place blew my expectations out of the water! We booked the 80 minute Swedish massage and I left that place feeling like a new human. Needless to say, we will be back.

My wife and I had a couples massage and facials. I loved the facility. We live in the Flower Mound area and she has dragged me to various spas in dfw. She was so happy with the staff, the massage, and facial. Customer service is important to both of us and I will definitely be adding a gift card to Spa Vela for Christmas.

My husband and I came for a couples massage and the massage therapists were both so great!! The massage was wonderful but the amenities (the steam room and sauna) weren’t what we were hoping for. We had decided to enjoy the steam room/sauna after our massage and from the women’s side you could clearly hear the staff laughing and talking in the break room. My husband had issues with the steam room and could never get it to turn on. Neither of these things are the end of the world by any means, but not as relaxing an atmosphere as we were hoping for.

I had a facial at Spa Vela by Heidi Manskey. She was wonderful, friendly, and professional. The products used were an amazing value. The entire experience left me feeling welcomed, comfortable, and relaxed. My skin was soft and glowing for days afterward! I highly recommend Heidi at Spa Vela!

Had an incredible experience at SpaVela. I had a facial with Lauren that was wonderful. The atmosphere of the spa was top notch. I felt like I was in an expensive resort spa but I was in Flower Mound. So happy to have such a high quality place so close to home. My wife and I will be frequenting SpaVela often.

They fit me in short notice. Whitney was fabulous. Very thoughtful, explaining what I wanted she could do. A great place to relax and leave feeling beautiful and refreshed. Cant wait for my next facial.

I had my first spa experience at Spa Vela and it was outstanding! I had the Gentlemans Facial from Heidi, and I could not have been happier. Everything was first-class from beginning to end. I will definitely be back!

So glad I decided to check this place out. First of all it’s gorgeous and the staff is so accommodating and friendly. I hate having to drive to Dallas to have a “luxury” atmosphere/service. DALLAS TRAFFIC is a hard pass for me.My massage with Derrick was amazing, I chose the 110 minute Deep Tissue. My Hydrafacial with Amie gave me glowing results and I also added a Dermaplane service. I love that it is part of the Lakeside area in Flower Mound. After my spa day I was able to grab a bite to eat with a friend who lives in the area as there are many restaurants.I live in Southlake and there really isn’t a spa there that I can go to that is like this. It’s such a short drive. 10 out of 10!

I highly recommend ! The Spa is beautiful and my esthetician Heidi was top-notch , giving me a facial that was so relaxing and refreshed my skin. I really like the products she used and took some home as well. I’m looking forward to my next treatment with Heidi !!
