DTX Vapor

This is my first time in this store. I am from California and trying to find a store that has products with THC. I was able to find a disposable pen that was indica with some THC. They are very affordable and great customer service. Charlie was very nice and knowledgeable. I also love they give discounts on your purchases 😀. I will definitely come back here 👍🏼.

Super nice guys here. They have a particular liquid I haven’t been able to find anywhere in Texas which is awesome. Even offered to stock it at a closer location for me. The location is extremely well taken care of and much more aesthetically appealing than many other shops I’ve been too. Highly recommend.

Axel is the best! He knows I LOVE mods with clocks on them. He took the time to text some information to me about the new UWell pod system watch! Such a very cool looking device, but more importantly he remembered me and my love of clocks on mods. This is what I call TRUE customer care (and being the manager of a customer service department it means the world to me)!Keep on doing what you guys do best - offering the largest selection of great products and truly caring about your clients! I came in to DTX in Flower Mound for the first time today to buy a new vape and juice. The experience was wonderful. Natalie was so very helpful sweet and overall just amazing!!!! She just the Freaking best!!!!!!

After searching high & low I finally have a new vape shop just a couple of miles from home! I had a great first visit, warmly welcomed by Axel,.who is was helpful, informative, and quite knowledgeable. I can tell you from experience that the prices are more than reasonable. I usually jump through hoops to buy my disposable vapes online (because I can really save a lot of money) yet DTX is my first brick & mortar where Ive found comprable prices to online prices - and I get to lose the shipping costs and 2 week wait! I must mention thatn the other Flower Mound vape shops I frequent have ZERO customer service and hugely inflated prices! Time for a couple of boycotts! Im gonna stick with DTX!

Best place to get any item in flower mound. Everybody in there is super nice and very helpful. Also gave me a new disposable when mine was broken even after I left the store which most stores don’t do. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a great smoke/vape shop!

DTX is great. Not your average vape stop. Much more of a higher class establishment. This isnt a lounge type place, which I love. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable of their products and quite friendly. They have so many choices to choose from. I highly recommend them over any other place around. Stop looking for your next vape shop, because you have found it!!!!

Very helpful and stand behind there exchange policy suggested to try unit before I leave the store, only once of the many purchases has a unit not worked and it was exchanged with no hassle...

Ive gone there once every couple weeks to get juice for the past 6 months and have never been IDd. Now all of a sudden they asked for an ID and rudely ask me to step outside when I said I didnt have it. And it wasnt a new employee, same person thats always been there. And Im 32.

Went in and asked about a particular brand and was recieved with a cold nahhhh. I replied do you sell delta 8? And the guy who worked behind the counter barely lifted his finger to point to the wall behind me, (as if I had ever been there before and I was asking a dumb question)...sorry I needed help finding something comparable but also more sorry I went to this store to find it. Very unhelpful

My favorite vape shop in DFW. I’ve been to many but none meet my criteria like this place. Prices are fair, selection is great, employees are awesome and the inside is equally as nice.

Best selection of ejuice in the area for the lowest prices on name brands and other products I havent seen anywhere else. Owner is very nice and knowledgeable about the products and can help you find exactly what youre looking for. (Very important) The selection is easy to look at and the ejuice on the shelves within sunlight are kept in the box or light proof bottles. No nicotine breakdown and old tasting juice these guys know what theyre doing.The place itself is quite frankly beautiful for a vape shop which is not something I thought that mattered until I saw it. Theres something nice about buying ejuice in a classy, clean store without tobacco paraphernalia in the mix.

Been going exclusively to DTX for over a year now. Always helpful, very knowledgable, and outstandingly friendly. Could not recommend these guys highly enough.

They have no clue how to sale items and no clue what so ever on what there costumers need are. If I could 0 star I would ive gave them 3 tries and everytime its just a horrible experience.
