Booked a couples massage for my partner’s birthday… and also our first time getting a massage!!Such a lovely and refreshing experience with Sonia and Chrissy from start to finish. Even though we were a bit clueless on how the process goes, both Sonia and Chrissy were patient/kind with their explanations and are such skilled professionals.Definitely sharing this with family and friends that visit the area! From the moment we walked into Casbah Spa, the welcoming and attentive staff at the front desk set the tone for a great experience. Erin is exceptionally talented—finding a hairdresser who truly listens and delivers exactly what you want is rare, and Erin exceeds expectations every time. Her expertise in color and highlights is remarkable. Erin did an outstanding job on my blonde highlights, achieving the perfect shade I desired. WOW! Rebecca highlighted my hair and gave me a new style today, and I can honestly say shes the BEST stylist Ive found IN FLORIDA! After that, Pilar did my manicure & pedicure with paraffin & massage and I feel like a NEW WOMAN! Im already looking forward to my next visit with these wonderful ladies!

I took my boyfriend here for a couples massage for his birthday. We’re not from around here so it was a bit of a risk but boy did it pay off. Everyone was so nice and the massages were to die for. We had Rosa and Gustavo and they were amazing and very kind! Would definitely come back:)

I have lived in Fort Lauderdale 15 years - passed this place a million times and never been - my boss gave me a gift card here so I had a facial, massage and my lashes tented. Everyone was incredibly nice and hospitable. Greeted me with a glass of champagne. Both therapists were extremely thoughtful and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The location is a bit small so if you are there during a busy time the women’s locker room can feel small.

Ive been coming to the Casbah for years! The Best SPA! Very relaxing, comfortable and peaceful.Staff very nice, friendly and efficient.FANNY is the best for mani&pedi . JASMIN is awesome for IV and shots. Highly recommend!

Been coming here for years. The best!! Staff friendly polite and very efficient! FANNY the best for mani’s & pedi’s. Also recommend her sister MARISOL. My go-to hairstylist is REBECCA. The best for blow-drys, cuts, colour! I have difficult hair and she knows what to do to make it look just the way I like it. She is kind and very patient! I have also had facials and massages here. The spa is immaculate, private, comfortable, and very relaxing. Plenty of free parking. I highly recommend this salon and spa.

I used to live above Casbah and have been going here for 15 years. I think its a very well managed and relaxing place, and the staff is so kind. Jolanta is so good at waxing! She is extremely experienced and professional, and also such a nice person.

Staff was so lovely and nice. Took my mom in for a Mother’s Day massage and she loved it! She said Chrissy was a great and wants to come back again!

Ive been going to the Casbah spa for massages for years and its always wonderful. The staff is nice and the massages are great. Crissy is especially terrific for neuromuscular massages and has really help with my neck and shoulder issues.

Casbah is our fave spa in Fort Lauderdale -- everyone is so friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Ellin did a wonderful job once again today with my pedi.

Ive been going to Casbah Spa for over 20 years for all my beauty routines ( nails, hair, facials etc.). I love their friendly staff, excellent service and dedication to the highest professional standards.

Casbah is the best ever. I have never been disappointed with my manicures and pedicures. I won’t go anywhere else.

Make sure to specify if you have polish on or not. Otherwise, if you arrive on time yet they start 10 minutes later than your appointment time, they will refuse to service your appointment.

Is great hair do by Rebecca. She always knows just what to do with my hair period Ive been following her. Since Los Angeles. I drove an hour and a 1/2 each way to have her do my hair and it was more than worth it. I also had a lovely manicure and pedicure. The salon was sweet and quiet and I cant wait to come back.

THE absolute BEST massage I’ve ever had!! I booked a 50min deep tissue today 8-26-23 with “Natalie”.I get massages very frequently back home and everytime i go away on weekend trips so I can certainly measure her up.There was no stalling doing other things during my massage; she got right to business and never stopped!! Full 50 min with her hands doing stretches while massaging at the same time which felt amazing. She hit every inch of my body and worked out all the knots! I will certainly be coming back to see her next time in town!

I do not recommend Casbah Spa & Salon in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I scheduled an appointment for a haircut and style three days in advance. I received multiple text messages and phone calls to confirm my appointment which I confirmed. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment the spa director checked me in and said my stylist would be right with me. Approximately 15-20 minutes later the spa director approached me again and told me the stylist relayed, “he DOES NOT do ethnic hair.” When I asked the spa director what that meant she said, “they don’t do ethnic hair” in the salon. I asked her, “Aren’t stylist trained on textures of hair rather than one’s ethnicity?”. Hair comes in all textures: straight, curly, coarse, fine, etc. It doesn’t matter a person’s skin color. I asked why they would make an appointment without asking my ethnicity (especially in south Florida) knowing this is an ethnically diverse area without asking my ethnicity if they didn’t do ethnic hair in their spa? She had no response. I told her “this is very disheartening and disappointing and I would have trouble setting up another appointment so close to the holiday.” She had no response. I decided to try and show the Casbah Spa a little grace so I phoned them the next day (around 1:00pm) and asked to speak with a manager. Surprisingly it was the same spa director from the day before with whom I had spoken to. I asked if she cared about customer service and if so why I hadn’t received a call regarding the incident the day before? Her response was the same, “the stylist DOESN’T do ethnic hair!” I explained that I lived above the spa and my boyfriend and I had frequented Casbah more than a dozen times for other services such as mani-pedis, massages, brow waxing, etc. but after this incident we hadn’t planned on returning. She had no response, dead silence. I asked why she had no apology or anything at all to say? She said nothing. I am shocked and appalled that in 2023 we still have establishments that blatantly discriminate against people of color and don’t have any remorse while doing so. I normally wouldn’t leave a negative review but I feel it’s important to warn any and all people with higher concentrations of melanin in their skin to avoid Casbah Salon as they “DON’T DO ETHNIC HAIR.” It truly breaks my heart.To the owner, Nicole, to be clear no one including the spa director offered to rebook my appointment that day or the next day when I phoned. I was already a client in your system so I’m not sure what other information I could have provided other than my race which no other salon has asked and I have never had to provide. The previous stylist, Eliseo, was reluctant to perform the service for the same reason that I was told was the reason for this visit being declined in person. He performed the service anyway and was surprised that working with ethnic hair wasn’t as difficult as he had assumed. When I booked this appointment I didn’t ask for the same stylist because I assumed that you had other well trained hair stylist that might not be reluctant to do non-white people’s hair.

Jolanta was amazing. Best facial. So refreshing and relaxed. Can’t wait to come back.

Yolanda is the best for waxing, eyelash and eyebrow tinting and SO MUCH MORE. She is kind and patient, doing excellent work. ALSO the salon is clean, the attendants at the desk are so helpful, and EZ FREE PARKING.

Went as a treat to myself for my birthday back in March. I wasn’t impressed and definitely wouldn’t go out of my way again to come back here again.Scheduled a deep tissue massage and a facial. I received a call thirty minutes before my first appointment that the person doing facials was out sick and I could be rescheduled for late afternoon. I opted to cancel the facial since I didn’t feel like waiting around for a couple extra hours with nothing to do. I was already at a coffee shop around the corner, so I would keep the massage. There was definite confusion on how to process a cancellation/refund on a deposit, as initially I was told that portion of my deposit would be applied to the remainder amount of the massage service, but after I was charged a full balance and then told the accounting person would need to take care of a refund. I finally received a refund for the deposit after submitting an inquiry on their website- they were super quick to respond from that, so thank you!The “deep tissue” massage was more of a relaxing full body rub. As someone who doesn’t get massages, I left thinking how disappointing that was and I definitely wouldn’t pay for something like that again- I got deeper massages from my neck/back/shoulder shiatsu massager.After discussing with some friends, they told me yes, deep tissue should have been DEEP tissue and worked on problem areas, and maybe would have caused discomfort in problem areas (my shoulders, which I also feel weren’t worked on very much at all).It just felt like a wholly average experience. Thus my average review.I had decided to come to this place based off google reviews, which is why I want to share my full feedback/experience.

Tried Casbah for the first time today, after never having a facial or any skin care attention. I purchased three services, and was helped by Isabel, Gone Fishing (mens facial), Flip Flop (back facial), and finally had my eyebrows waxed.Firstly, Amazing facial; it was the perfect thing I was looking for. I cant wait to return to Isabel for another one! She also provided skincare tips to keep my skin looking its best.Secondly, I have never felt my back breathe before this! Isabel did a terrific job making me feel relaxed, fully recommend the flip flop!Lastly, the eyebrows... Isabel is 100% the only person I will now trust with my eyebrows! I have a unique scar on one that makes it difficult to trust someone to shape them, but Isabel took it slowly, one step (+ hair) at a time to ensure we got the best outcome. I could not be happier with the service she provided for me, cant wait to return!Cant recommend Isabel and Casbah enough!

I go to the Casbah for massages once a month for a massage and its my favorite day of the month! Highly recommend. Sonja is awesome.

Magda was a competent and professional technician, who I would rate 4 out of 5. The overall atmosphere of this salon was not friendly or welcoming. I was barely greeted by the two receptionists. The pedicure area has 4 stations. Two other clients were there getting pedicures and although they did not make their appointments together, they knew each other, appeared to be regulars at this salon and conversed loudly with no regard for anyone else in the room. It was impossible to ignore them. This did not make my experience restful or relaxing. Finally, I do not think the “Classic Pedicure” is worth $50. There was minimal leg massage, and no foot massage at all. In NY, the type of service I received here would have cost at most $35. As a first time customer, I was quite disappointed.

I had my first ever pedicure there earlier today. I had no idea what I’ve been missing! It was one of life’s great moments. I will be back soon.

An absolute delight to go to this Spa. Relaxing atmosphere and top notch service. The nail technicians are all great - though I do have my favorites! Go and enjoy yourself. Still the best!

I was cared for by Yolanda... she was AMAZING! Super sweet and made me feel so comfortable! I was nervous because years ago I had a bad experience with a facial at Contour Day Spa, but I decided to give it a shot at Casbah Spa & Salon and I am so happy I did! Yolanda is awesome! She sensed my nerves and was comforting, she explained everything in such detail. She truly loves what she does and it shows. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone coming to this spa!

Yep! I’m posting everywhere about this spa! My daughter had a great experience with a last minute mani/pedi yesterday, so I booked a Signature massage today. There was a snafu with scheduling, but the spa was more than accommodating and provided the full treatment time. And what a treat it was! Natalie is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had — and I’ve been to A LOT of spas! She was warm and personable and took her time with each part of my body. I truly have never had anyone spend that much time on my arms while simultaneously making sure no body part was missed! To top off the treatment, I had a glass… another glass… of Prosecco, sat in the steam room, showered off, and moisturized with some fabulous goat’s milk moisturizer I must track down again! I’ll make it a point to come back here. The vacation might be centered on this spa alone! Enjoy!

The front desk lady didn’t really great me as expected. I told her I wanted to use the steam room and she told me to go straight back. After going through 3 curtains I asked one of the employees where the sauna was. The steam room had mold on the grout so I left.

The combination massage and facial with Sonja was another level of relaxation! She knows how to impact your senses in a truly healing way. Can’t wait to experience this again. Thank you to her and staff at Casbah!

My sisters and I were there last week. Rosa did my massage and it was the best I have had. She was very professional and hit the spots that needed it. I would highly recommend this place.

My husband and I were gifted a couples massage and we had a wonderful experience. We also purchased the body scrubs and what a game changer! I believe that was the best part of the experience! Amber is an angel with a kind personality and expert knowledge of the body, she made our time at Casbah 5-star!

Wow!! I just walked away feel like a new person. My body is so relaxed and Sonja was hands down one of the best massage I have ever had!! Customer service was amazing and the sauna and showers great to end the massage. Already booking me another trip to Casbah Spa because I had a great experience!!!

What a treat! I was greeted with a glass Prosecco and friendly people at the front desk. I had the “Life’s a beach” treatment with Sonja and it was phenomenal. I felt so spoiled. The spa was clean and relaxing. If you liked a good deep tissue sports massage you must book with her. A+++

My experience wasn’t what I expected. I wanted a relaxing time and I was not very comfortable and I had anxiety at times because of the loudness. The staff was great. Very nice people. It was more the experience. In the IV room it was hard to just relax because you can hear the noise of the front desk staff so it takes you out of the experience and makes it feel like a busy salon. I had to put my own headphones in which I didn’t want to do since I wanted to unplug from my phone. I think since the room is right up front maybe give the customers noise cancelling headphones with some meditating music to create a better atmosphere.The nail room was another issue where the chair is really comfortable to sit it but it’s not designed to be used for a pedicure. I had to twist and sit awkwardly because the nail tech had to get my toes polished. I also didn’t receive the service I thought I iwas going to get. I just got a gel pedicure which was sub par. Again nothing different than a regular salon place. I wanted a more pampered experience but that whole set up was just not for me. I don’t know if I can return unfortunately since I wasn’t very relaxed when I left and I had a similar experience as if I was in a busy salon. I might as well just have paid the same but it was a premium for the same feel.

They truly go above and beyond with the service they provide.A few weeks ago I went in for a massage with Gustavo and it was the best massage I have ever had. His hands are magic, I left feeling so relaxed. Next time you book a massage ask for Gustavo. Hands down the best!

I had a Swedish massage with Natalie and it was amazing. Not too rough or too soft… Just perfect. I cannot wait to go back and see her again!

Ashley B. is without a doubt the best hair stylist Ive ever been to. From the moment you walk in she greats you with a giant smile and the warmest welcome. She asks you how you would like for your hair to be styled and then will teach about different techniques and products on how to maintain your hair health. I saw her for the first time at the end of February and the coloring and cut looked amazing even up until the second time I saw her at the end of June. I scheduled my second appointment just to have my roots touched up, but for the first time ever I walked into a hair salon with no split ends because of the way she cut my hair and the products she recommended. Aside from her talent, she is a true joy to be around and makes you wish you could spend the whole day sitting and talking with her.

Ive been coming to Casbah for many years and but took some time to stay home this past year. Im happy to report that it is still a wonderful place to get pampered! My massage with Sonia was blissful and my nails have never looked better after a mani/pedi session with Pilar. As always, I cant wait for my next visit. 10/10 reccomended best spa in South Florida.

I love this place. I drive from Homestead to get my hair done here, and the nail service is just as awesome. I love their staff...each one is so sweet and friendly. Clean, friendly, worth the price.

Gave this place 3 stars because it was clean and staff is friendly. First time here, had a massage and it honestly just felt like she rubbed lotion all over my body. Not happy with my massage at all. I was expecting to feel relaxed and my shoulders/neck (which I expressed) feeling less tight. I feel the same as when I went in. Honestly I’m a bit upset with what I paid for.

I had an AMAZING experience here with my pedicure and I was able to get a B12 shot as well.Jennifer was friendly, accommodating and guest service oriented.Ellen did a fantastic pedicure. She was friendly and skilled.Ill definitely be back when Im back in town.

Anita has done my acrylic nails and pedicures for years and I cannot give her enough praise for the outstanding job she does in making sure that everything is perfect. Also, she’s a wonderful, kind and thoughtful person that I love being with for two hours! In addition, the salon is beautiful and the energy is supportive which makes being at Casbah a supportive and enjoyable experience.

Nice facility. Nice people. Offering drinks and water at every turn. Robes, steam room, etc... but I didnt care for the service. 85$ body scrub was like 5 minutes of harsh fast scrubbing and 20 mins soaking in a tub. The scrub hurt it was too fast and forceful- felt like micro abrasions to my skin. Similar massage- fast, forceful, and I said please slow down and it got better then...but it felt like she was rushing to grt through it.... $200 for 2 hr massage there was plenty of time to get the whole body. It was not BAD... but it was not relaxing. I wanted to feel relaxed and was tense most of the time. Didnt want to constantly ask her to change how she did everything. was okay... not great. Still tipped as she did the work, but would try another person next time. Came based on reviews. Would recommend experienced people and owners get treatments from employees to experience what customers are getting.

Absolutely humiliating experience. I brought my family with (husband and 2 year old daughter) for my express pedicure. I asked the nail tech if they could be seated with me while they were waiting, she said sure. The room was completely empty for my entire apt. First the owner of the spa comes in and tells my husband he needs to move because she has two apts coming in soon. He politely moved to the chair next to mine. No “thank you” or “sorry”. NOTHING. Then she came in AGAIN, and told him he had to leave because my daughter was making too much noise. My daughter was not crying or being loud. Talking as loudly as anyone else in the building. My husband politely left. The disrespect that we received today from the owner was absolutely insane. I never leave reviews. I’ve been a regular here. But this encounter made me furious and I will never be back.

Went in for a REEL DEEP musculare massage with Natalie... outstanding experience, deep, deep muscle manipulation...INTENSE!!!!....Natalie was very friendly and highly professional. Ill be scheduling another next week to help focus on my lower back and right shoulder!Thanks!!

I have been going to Casbah Spa for years now. Anita does my pink and white acrylics and she does the best job! I get so many compliments from people about my nails. She also does my pedicures and whenever I need a flawless spray tan, she’s the one I go to. The salon is beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxing.

As well as Antonio for my hair needs! The entire Casbah staff is very polite and always welcoming to all their clients. It is a wonderful setting with professional, friendly and skilled employees.

Best massage in the universe with Sonja. She is god’s gift to massage. I’m so lucky to have her as my massage therapist. And Jolanta is excellent at facials. It was really a step above facials anywhere else.

Customer service at the front is not the most welcoming. On top of that they make mistakes such as not mentioning to my girlfriend that there was a credit on her account. The masseuse was great. This review only focuses on the front desk customer service which being a business owner myself I now how that can make or break a business.

This is the best day spa in South Florida. The service is excellent from the moment you book your appointment until you check out. Pre Covid-19 the spa was extremely clean. Now they have taken even more precautions to make customers feel safe! I have been going here for years. And highly recommend !

I work 40 hours in the morning and 40 hours at night so I was willing to pay for a good spa as long as i got a good treatment w great service. from the moment i called to book, the receptionist was SOOO helpful and excited to help me. when i got there the customer service was great. everyone was so kind. i got my first deep tissue massage and after i got the hangover treatment. you can get a massage anywhere but the service is what made this special. and the prices werent insane either. you get your moneys worth and more. they anticipate your needs and figure out whats best for YOU not how they want. i loved it. i will be going back. also the fact that its a small intimate location made it warm and homey.

This is an amazing place. I’ve come here for a few times for a massage and have always had an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this place for any and all treatments. I was delighted to receive a gift certificate to the casbah spa which I decided to put towards a massage. I was having some back pain issues and thought a relaxing massage was just what the doctor ordered. I was right. The spa was very clean and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. And the best part was that Leslie was able to bring me a little respite from my back pain. I would definitely recommend this spa and I can’t wait to go back!

I have gone to Anita for 15 plus years @ Casbah. She is truly an amazing nail tech. She is very clean, friendly, accommodating and talented in her profession. I highly recommend Anita as well as Casbah. Staff is always friendly and the owners work hard to make sure you have an amazing experience!

I had my gel manicure and pedicure done here and was so impressed. I also had a brown service and this was superb. I then had my hair done and sadly when I got home realised that the dye was still not washed out at the back of my head and was all over the back of my neck, and around my forehead so this was disappointing as I had to get in the shower and wash and blow dry. Also made my scalp itch for a week as the dye was then in too long at the back of my head. Disappointing to say this as I was very impressed with the salon staff otherwise.

I’ve been going to CASBAH for a few years now. The entire personnel is attentive and friendly. Anita does my manicure and pedicure on a regular basis and believe me, she’s the best!!!! She does meticulous work. I get facials and massages there as well, and they never disappoint! Antonio is great with haircuts and color. If you’re looking for a good salon/spa, don’t think twice..... CASBAH is the place!!

I come here religiously for my mani and pedis. Everyone is super nice here but I usually see either Anita or Angela. Both are amazing!!! Highly Recommend! They take their time and make sure everything is perfect. My nails usually last several weeks when they do them. Besides nails I also come for an occasional spray tan. Also great.. process is quick and easy and I’m never orange! Definitely try them out :)

I have been going to casbah spa for years - the staff is outstanding from the moment you enter the spa and are greeted by the front desk staff you will feel so welcomed! Jennifer is so accommodating with making appointments and always has a friendly smile. When you come in they always know your name. The best manicurist in south Florida by far is at casbah. Anita is stupendous at manicures and pedicures! Her attention to detail is uncanny. She is professional, and always the best part of my day. Do yourself a Favor and bookYourself an appointment ASAP!

Ive been twice now. Once to have my haircut. She did a lovely job. The hair cut brought out my natural soft curl and lays nicely.The second time was for a facial. It was a very pleasant experience.

Just had a rock star experience with Ashley, the Queen of color (blondes are her specialty). And, she rocked my cut. The salon is doing a great job with managing density. Masks are required, so is a normal temp. Then you answer 3 questions and sign a disclosure. These steps allow clients to have an enjoyable and relaxing experience. I had a wonderful experience last week that I absolutely must share. I am in from out of town and desperately needed to get my hair colored. I did a ton of reviews and research on salons in the area I was staying. I was able to get in the day after I called for a haircolor appointment with Eliseo. He was incredible. The salon is beautiful, great atmosphere and impeccably clean. Eliseo provided me a beautiful haircolor with darkening my base and doing highlights. My color came out absolutely perfect, great dimension and I love the tones of the color...I will absolutely come back the next time I am in town.. thank you for the wonderful service.

I got a full highlight and was asked if I wanted the stylist to blow dry my hair. I had said no because I was heading to the pool after to swim. She then came back and said the front said she had to dry my hair to make sure I liked it…. But when I checked out I was charged $45 to blow dry my hair. I had said that I didn’t want it but they said that is their policy … so why would you list highlights for $180 and then charge an required additional $45 to blow dry someone’s hair?

Fantastic! The atmosphere was relaxing. The staff is pleasant. My Therapist Vigen did an excellent job locating the knots in my back. All my stress was soothed away. Definitely will return and recommend services.

Alyssa came highly recommended by a popular balayage Instagram profile and so I followed her to see her work prior to making an appointment. It was so worth it. Let me just say that the entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. The first time with a new hairdresser is usually stressful and you tend to sit on pins & needles, but none of that happened with Alyssa. She was insightful, understanding, and patient when we discussed where my hair had been and in what direction we would be going with it. I had the confidence that she really knows what she is doing from start to finish. Casbah has a non-intimidating atmosphere, and stylists that leave you looking better than when you came in: the whole purpose of finding a great salon is feeling comfortable with your stylist. Let me just say that I will be going back to Alyssa, and I would highly recommend Casbah Spa to any of my friends.

I’ve been going to Casbah since it opened and I’ve never been disappointed. During the holidays, I usually buy a few gift certificatesand love those pretty boxes. The other night I realized I wanted a last minute gift certificate and I was very happy to be able to order one online and have it sent directly to a friend. She was thrilled and so was I!! It was super easy to purchase and send. With Covid, this is the way to go!!

I had the best massage with Gina at Casbah. I booked from out of town and was floored with the quality and skill that Gina used on some old injury areas. Great, deep pressure and knowledge of trigger points, etc. Wonderful location near the beach, friendly and attentive service!

From the minute you enter Casbah Spa you are made to feel like a queen. This is luxury to the max. From the champagne to the personable professional service by the staff, it’s all serene, quiet and wonderful. I love the Casbah skin care products and in particular, the new line of Beekman goat milk products. The nail cuticle, shampoo and conditioner as well as the hand and body soap are all amazing. I think I have extended my manicure time by 5 – 7 days. Trust me, you will not want to leave this spa.

Had such a nice experience here! Visiting from out of town, and treated myself to a gel mani. Lady at the front desk was very polite and welcoming on the phone and in person. I had Ellin do my my manicure and she was the sweetest, super kind and a delight to be around. Deff recommend!

I have been going to Casbah for years for Massages and facials and highly recommend! However recently started bringing my kids(boys and girl) in for “Teen Clean” facials with Yoli. She makes them feel very comfortable and at the same time helps control their breakouts. The first facial was 60 minutes but then Maintenace visits are “express” for 30! So clean and my favorite part is the private nail room. It’s just me and nail tech in a room. My pink and white dip look amazing too!! Marisol is really precise and she cares about her work. Very detailed. She takes pride in her work!! I will continue to use Marisol!

As a guy I normally do not partake in spa facials, however after a long day of working my face was a mess. A friend recommend an esthethetian named Yolanda. Well long story short she was amazing. My blackheads were gone and the massage was great. Hint the scalp massage was epic.

Patty gave me the best massage and taught me some great skills for better alignment. The Casbah spa is gorgeous and everyone is extremely professional. Can’t wait to come back!

I was impressed to be offered sparkling wine upon arrival and had a nice experience having my nails pampered! $110+ tips seem a bit steeper for shellac than I remembered, that’s the only complaint :)

Always a great experience when I come here for facials and massages. Vicki is a stellar massage therapist and the ambiance is very cool. At times it can be pretty busy so go on off hours if you get the chance.

Not only does Casbah go above and beyond with the Covid safety protocols (temperature taken upon entry, hand sanitizer everywhere, plexiglass between you and the manicurist, and all service providers socially distant), but they also still provide that relaxing and stress-free environment for some much-needed pampering. We left with fabulous hair by Ashley, the perfect mani/pedi by Fany, and some great candles (thanks to Jennifer at the front desk)! Thank you Casbah!

So I do know 2 of the gals for years from a previous salon but I must say this was a total disappointment. A nail broke about a week after pink and white acrylics. I asked for buff and she said yes but then ended up w clear coat that I had to let dry and Im not fond of that bright shine. I was out of town and not nearby for repair. My right toe has been sore since not sure why. The girls brought in one of the receptionists because I couldnt not get wifi. She walked in and stared at me I said why your wifi password she said oh I couldnt understand wht they were saying you needed. She messed around w my phone still didnt get it and my phone was doing some strange things after.AND if you can believe it it was $40 more for the 2 services thn the previous salon. If it was good I would have still been unhappy w price
