I just visited this spa for a girls day; I booked a massage and then spent the rest of my time on the beach since the spa amenities were closed due to renovations. I had a massage with Kristina, who did a fantastic job ensuring I felt comfortable and relaxed. She took her time with my areas of concern, and my body feels new! Kristina was super sweet and personable; you can tell she cares about her work. Honestly, it was one of the best massages Ive ever received. I would love to come back for another massage soon!

I went to this spa while on vacation at another hotel in March. My experience was amazing from the time I entered through leaving. The staff were welcoming and the waiting areas were lovely. I appreciated the snacks in the relaxation room with all the delicious fruit infused water. I had time before my massage to use the hot tub, sauna, and rain shower. My 90 min massage by Xinia P was heavenly. She is an extremely well trained masseuse and has a wonderful technique that I only ever experienced in Costa Rica. Overall I would highly recommend this spa to anyone in the Ft Lauderdale area.

I received my massage from Xinia and the massage was amazing! I didn’t want it to end. I am a massage therapist as well and loved her techniques. I highly recommend her as your therapist. Also Robin the front desk lady was so sweet and had exceptional customer service skills! The spa attendant Aida was great at keeping everything stocked. Her smile makes a difference and I appreciated what she does.

I have such mixed reviews on this spa…They added an sweet treat to make my birthday retreat special, but unfortunately couldn’t eat it . They also offered a glass of bubbly, that I had to turn down due to intolerance.The facility has been updated recently & looks nice. The steam room wasn’t working. Multi head shower was great. My locker locked me out - even though I used the correct code.The vitamin sea facial I had was very nice, cleansing and relaxing. Skin weeks later still looks & feels great.But my massage was anything but nice and relaxing. My therapist dug into my shoulders and made the muscles so mad and swollen. The therapist also didn’t listen to me when I said I had an injury & that it hurt to rub. After spending hundreds of dollars on that one service, I needed to have a massage after I got home to fix the pain. FYI, draping wasn’t done correctly. I personally didn’t care, but wanted others to know, so you don’t feel uncomfortable during your treatment.I communicated to the manager about the massage situation and she offered to waive some of the fees, but I declined so the staff members could still be paid.

I stayed at the Westin & visited the Spa there and everything went good. It was my first ever massage. Monica was my massage therapist and she made me feel comfortable. I recommend that you ask for her. As for the massage itself, it was very relaxing. She really loosened up my muscles and my shoulder blade area felt much better afterwards. They have a hot tub & sauna there too which is nice.

We just had the best experience of a couples massage with Kristina and Monica. They were very skilled and kind and we left feeling like we were in Cloud 9!! I highly recommend them. Robin at the front desk we super sweet and efficient.

I got an excellent massage, the pressure was exactly what I needed. And she found and focus on the trouble areas on my traps and lower back. The added CBD oil also did wonder in my skin. It is my first time using any CBD product so I was skeptical, but it was actually good. This place deserves 5 stars but the mens locker was messy. The floors were wet and dirty. I went to shower after my massage and all the shower stalls were dirty and had not serviced. They could pay closer attention to the locker rooms.THE BEACH YOGA WAS EXCELLENT. We did the AM class on Thursday Friday 6/23/23. Our instructor was patient, knowledgable and, experienced in her craft.

Kristina is incredible. Truly gave the best massage (Margarita on the Rocks) that I have ever received.Absolute perfection! I wish I could Kristina more than 5 stars.The service was great but the facilities are showing their age, not in great condition and poorly maintained.. The steam room smelled moldy.Thank goodness for Kristina’s magic hands and the staffs excellent customer service.

On a recent work retreat we were treated to a spa day here. Monica was my therapist for my Margarita on the Rocks massage. She was so good! Ive done a lot of massages and she surpassed my expectations of a great massage. It was relaxing and medicinal for my back and neck. I was so grateful, thank you Monica!!

Came here for my first ever massage and was not disappointed. They were doing renovations to the spa so it was a little tricky to find but the spa attendant gave me a call and had guided me to where their current “spa” was. They are using some of the hotels rooms as the spa rooms but I was impressed with the set up making do with what they have. I was greeted & brought to my room right away with Xinia as my masseuse. She asked me which areas I’d like her to target & what pressure I’d like. I had also added on the Gua sha facial. The massage & facial were amazing, I almost fell asleep. Xinia applied the perfect pressure & applied that extra love I needed to my neck & shoulders. Would love to come back and see her after the renovations are done to get the full, true spa experience.

I received a massage from Nadiyah. She was very professional and focused on the areas where I requested. I was very relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Thank you again Nadiyah for creating the right ambiance and handling me with care. You are the BEST!✨

I went for a spa day to celebrate my birthday. I got a botinol facial with the happy feet add on. Charmaine did an incredible job I was 100% satisfied with the experience. Best facial experience I’ve ever had. The steam room was so therapeutic and the jacuzzi was amazing to relax in before my facial. After my massage she brought me a glass of Prosecco and a piece of cake on a plate that said happy birthday. Thank you Heavenly Spa for a wonderful day!

We had a great massage with Angie and Nadege. I did a prenatal massage with Angie and my husband did Margarita on the rocks massage with Nadege. Both were amazing! It was also our birthday and they surprised us with a birthday treat. So kind.

My wife and I had a couple’s massage at the Heavenly Spa at the Westin in Fort Lauderdale. The faculty was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.One issue was the size of the waiting room. It had four couches and was very small. When we went in to wait for my massage it was full. When we waited in hallway we were told by a few people to go into the waiting room, which we could not do. I figured they would know the room was small and most likely full.My wife and I both asked for “firm” massages. She said hers was the best she ever had gotten (and she gets quite a few). My therapist had good technique and obviously knew what he was doing but it was a bit too light. A lot lighter than most firm massages I have received. In his defense I did not speak up and say anything.Overall a good experience.

Nadege was great when I got my 100min massage. She really focused on the areas I was concerned about. I felt so relaxed and she used the CBD cream. I felt very relaxed leaving. Highly recommend to request her for a massage.

Was here in Fort Lauderdale for a weekend and decided to get a massage.Westin was beautiful. Facility was clean and well taken care of. Xinia was ahhhhhhhmazing. She listens and aims to please. Yes I fell asleep under her hands. I got the 100 min massage with happy feet add on. I was in heaven!!!!! Book Xinia. She is worth every penny!!!

I did a spa day for my 21st Birthday, My massage therapist Olga was absolutely wonderful, Not only was she so kind but she gave me the best massage I’ve ever received!! She did the perfect amount of pressure and I felt sooo relaxed after, seriously the best massage I’ve ever experienced! I’d definitely recommend getting a massage by Olga!!!!

Xinia was incredible from start to finish. I am 33 weeks pregnant and she made sure to make me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire massage. I highly recommend Xinia for your next massage!!

What a lovely spa. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Clean, well appointed. Great location in the hotel as it’s easily accessible to the beach, pool and Starbucks! Highly recommend! I had a massage. Olga was on point.

They are too comfortable stealing 350 dollars. I booked service within 24 hours and cancelled 10 hours later and they are still taking my money. They have a policy in place with regards to cancellations made within 24 hours od service. bUT they have no protocol for a reservation made within 24 hours of service and canceled within that same 24 hours. But still, they feel totally comfortable stealing $350 for a service they did not provide. My viewpoint is if you have a policy, then OK if you dont have a policy to govern the situation then dont take customer money. $158 for 50 minute massage is double the price of what they charge at the best massage places in New York so that says a lot as well.

Oleana and Robin were awesome! So kind and accommodating. I do wish that there was a more separate area to accommodate our party of 9 instead of the common areas. It was a little uncomfortable for us and the guests as the common areas weren’t accommodating for a large party. Other than that, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely return!

I had a disappointing experience at Heavenly Spa that I need to share. Initially, the booking process seemed smooth and the prices fair. But upon arrival, things deteriorated.The staff member, Enrique, was unhelpful and unaccommodating, contradicting the spas serene name. My requests were consistently denied, as if customer service was an unknown concept to him.Moreover, at checkout, I was surprised by a $30 increase from the originally quoted price, showing a lack of transparency and professionalism.Unfortunately, my visit to Heavenly Spa was far from relaxing, marred by poor service and unexpected fees, leaving me more stressed than rejuvenated. Its unfortunate that such a promising place failed to meet basic customer service and honesty standards.

I had a wonderful experience here. I Came here for my birthday with my sister and we really enjoyed ourselves. Their customer service was superb! Nadege and Rose gave us wonderful massages and were very kind! They even surprised me with special treats for my birthday. I will absolutely come back. Thank you guys for a memorable experience.

I went with my mom to relax and enjoy a nice massage by Leticia and Ben. They were amazing and made our day very relaxing. Thank you so much. We will definitely come back for another massage it was incredible. They gave us complementary bubbles and we also enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. Truly a wonderful time.

My experience overall was wonderful. I went for my very first facial as a birthday gift and Yanette was absolutely amazing. She explained the products she was using and what each product was used for. The relaxation room was awesome and I loved the Prosecco😁. I definitely plan to return.

Yuneth is absolutely amazing, her expertise and bedside manner are unmatched. She performed a relaxing yet rejuvenating facial on me and I left glowing!! I cannot thank her enough or recommend her enough, she is the real deal!

Honestly 5 stars isn’t enough to explain the amazing massage I had from Terri. I have done a lot of massages in my life and this is the first one I actually felt relaxed and fell asleep. Even after leaving I can feel the tension and stress leave my body. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I will definitely be coming again. I highly recommend Angie for a massage. She is very well trained and is so professional. She knew exactly what my body needed. The massage bed is the most comfortable I have ever experienced! Then Charmaine gives a fantastic facial, I would highly recommend her. I signed up for one service but after looking at my skin she recommended the right service for me. That is excellent customer service. They both helped me celebrate my birthday. Going back in two months to do it all over again!! So worth it!!

I highly recommend the Heavenly Spa at this hotel. I enjoyed a wonderful facial with Nadiyah. Shes a very talented aesthetician whos extremely knowledgeable in her field. We discussed skincare, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle. Her products are amazing. When I left, I felt like a million dollars. Be sure to ask for her, shes a lovely lady.

This year I was able to enjoy yoga by the beach! Each year we have visited I have wanted to do this activity- finally my third year I did! Linda was great- I loved her beachside yoga…. Just what this mom of two needed on vacation! Be sure to do this offering by the hotel cause it is a great one!

My husband and I did not stay at the hotel but thoroughly enjoyed our couples massage in honor of our 10 year wedding anniversary at the spa. The spa and locker rooms were very clean, the locker rooms were well appointed with everything you would need to feel comfortable at their facility. Nadege and Victoria were amazing! They were so warm and friendly, and were quietly communicative throughout the entire process without affecting the relaxing vibe. They both made sure my husband and I were comfortable every step of the way...true professionals. My husband and I agreed that it was probably the best massages we have ever had! If you are booking a couples massage, you should definitely request Nadege and Victoria. You will NOT be disappointed! Thank you for a HEAVENLY experience!

Enjoyed the entire spa experience with my college aged son today. we hit the pool, steam room, hot tub & enjoyed swedish massages. my masseuse Nadege was fantastic! then headed down the hall to the Lona Cocina Tequileria for the lobster quesadilla (amazing taste!).

Olena gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Looking forward to the next one!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. I would like to give a special the spa department especially Xinia P who provided to my self a complete massage. She was truly professional, respectable, and devoted to her work.

The room was nice during our stay. However, the pool was small and crowded, the beach was very small and littered with plastic, and the food pool side was not good. Overall, the hotel was dated. When I tried to call the front desk for our wifi code, it did not work, and it was a while before I could reach the front desk using my cell.

My massage therapist was Nadiyah and she was wonderful! I booked massages for 3 of my best friends to celebrate their birthdays. We had such a great time! She got my tight spots and worked out my neck it felt really amazing! I would recommend going there for massage and make sure to make time to enjoy the steam room and hot tub.

Got in from a cruise and we wanted a spot to get some spa treatment. Im always a little apprehensive about trying a new spa since a personal preference of therapist can sometimes not line up.100% would come here again! The facility is nice. No cold pool but there is a hot tub and steam room with a little relaxation room where your massage therapist will come get you. Not mind blowing but still nice and relaxing.Im sure all of the massage therapists are great but I have to give Angie a HUGE shout-out. My wife got me hooked on this spa treatment stuff for a few years now and Ive had some great treatments. Angie is, hands down, a pure professional and a master of her trade. Absolutely outstanding! I wish I lived here in Fort Lauderdale just so I could come here for massages.If youre like us and looking for a spot to get a massage or live in the area - from my experience, I cant recommend her enough.

If you like a deep tissue massage, Nadège is EXCEPTIONAL! She is so good she got me coming back for more several times in a week. My back, hips and neck were tight as a rock and very painful when I came in. She is so attentive and so knowledgeable that she knew exactly what to do, and she worked it all out. So much relief after going to see her! Don’t be fooled, this woman has STRENGTH! She digs deep into your muscles (if you ask for strong pressure). Haven’t had a massage therapist that good in years! I’ll definitely be back for more and highly highly highly recommend her!

The hotel is great. Our third time here and we’ll continue to come back. The spa is amazing! My wife and I had a couples massage with Xinia and Nadiyah. They were professional, and so good at what they do. They asked us what we needed and focused on those areas. They were fantastic!

I have the best deep tissue massage done by my therapist Olga. I was so tense going in after a long work week but I left feeling so relaxed and at ease. She hit all the right spots and made me feel so good! I would recommend this spa but I would especially recommend her!

Some friends and I got the day pass here. The location is great and valet parking was only $5 since we were visiting the spa. The amenities are OK -- the hot tub is small and the sauna next to it as well. It doesnt feel super luxurious but it gets the job done. I cant speak to the treatments as I didnt get any. Showers were clean.

Our first time at the spa and it was a blast! We had a couple massage with Eduardo and Andy as our masseuses and we were astonished by their professionalism, the quality of the massage and the exquisite treat! It was our anniversary and they treated us with a cake!! Will repeat for sure.

I took my mom to Heavenly Spa for her birthday and it was amazing! Enrique made sure that my mom’s birthday was one to remember they even got her a cake which was delicious. Kristina was my masseuse and my mom went to Xinia and we both raved about how great they were afterwards. They also give you complementary champagne after the massage. We usually go to Ame spa and decided to come here by recommendation of a friend and it did not disappoint. We will definitely be coming again for some self care.

Took my fiancé for a massage for his birthday. Booking online was easy, found a slot the day before, check in was quick (Enrique) at the front was very nice. I had the tropical mama and my fiancé did the deep tissue. My tech Nadege was amazing ! She made sure I was confortable every step of the way. Her hands were absolutely amazing, will be requesting her when I go back. My fiancés tech was Kristina, he said she did any amazing job as well.

I had an AMAZING tropical mama massage with Xinia P! It was my first prenatal massage and I wasn’t sure if it would be as good as a typical massage. It was beyond my expectations! So relaxing and comfortable!

My husband had a Spa Day for Father’s Day and thoroughly enjoyed it. He said the ambiance was amazing he felt relaxed and very well catered to. He kept singing Charmaine, Bonnie and Cristina’s praises.I didn’t like the fact that I was there for less than 30 minutes to drop him off and had to pay $5 for parking. I think it should be complimentary for the first 1hr or so on the property.Overall he had a great time and we will be coming back for sure.

I had the most relaxing time at Westin Heavenly Spa. Nadege was absolutely amazing. I wished I lived nearby to get a massage done once a month by her. I, also, received a pedicure and manicure by another person (I don’t know how to spell her name). Her attention to detail was immaculate.

Emanuel was the best receptionist at the spa. His amazing hospitality set the tone for our entire visit. He’s wonderful. I had an oxygen facial with Yanette and my skin is completely glowing! Overall, a wonderful experience.

Had an AMAZING massage recently from Leticia at Heavenly spa!! This is my second time coming and both times were with Leticia. This time , I booked a couples massage “sugar reef bubble bath” and “Love Brew Duet 50 min Massage”. My partners masseuse was Kristina and he had an equally great experience with her !! They were intuitive where we had muscle tensions and we left feeling extremely refreshed ! I added the CBD lotion and was pleasantly surprised with its affects during the massage. We went for his birthday and they threw in a special treat in there as well as we waiting in the couples lounge. We enjoyed the amenities separately for 1 hour in the separate locker rooms and met for lunch at the beach. We enjoyed the afternoon at the hotel pool and when we were finished, we came back to refresh in the locker rooms again before leaving. Will definitely be coming back !

Had a great full day at the spa. We were staying in a nearby hotel that has a spa, but none of the other spas in the area have the amenities that go with services. We arrived early and swam in the pool, then changed out and relaxed in the spa, enjoying the steam room and hot tub. My wife enjoyed a great facial from Victoria and she was gentle and recommended the right products. I had a lymphatic massage from Andrew, which was very relaxing and helpful. Then I got a manicure from Charmaine, who was lovely and my wife had a pedicure from Bonnie. Everyone couldnt have been nicer. There was a mishap with plumbing in the ladies lounge, but the staff accomodated as best as they could, and it wasnt their fault for the issue.

I got a massage by Kristina and it was fabulous!! She was professional and performed it just the way I requested. After I enjoyed the steam room , hot tub and spa shower. Definitely worth every penny!!

Ive seen Ivonne twice in the past two weeks for deep tissue massages and all I can say is WOW! She does such an amazing job at releasing the tension in my muscles and loosening me up. She is very thorough and makes sure to pay attention to any trouble spots. At the end of each massage, she gave me tips on how to loosen up my muscles and which specific areas I should target. She truly goes above and beyond. It is also so relaxing to spend time in the jacuzzi and steam room afterwards. I will definitely be back!

My fiancée and I went for a 50 minute massage on our anniversary and it was fantastic. We had Olga and Victoria as our massage therapists and they were wonderful. They let us know what was happening as it happened and were extremely efficient with the time allotted. We both felt extremely relaxed and ready for a great day afterwards. Highly recommended and if we come back to the area we will definitely be back!

This was my first experience in a Spa and it was fantastic! The area was clean, there were a lot of ammenities to help you make yourself more comfortable and the steam room was quite nice. My massage therapist Angie made sure I was as comfortable as possible and respected all my boundaries, not to mention the massage itself was excelent! Would recommend.

Eduardo and Olga fantastic. Somewhat of distraction during masssge while maintenance was drilling outside of massage room and gave vibes of being in a dentist office. Should do maintenance work in spa after spa hours.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many being an acupuncturist) with Kristina! Be sure to arrive an hour earlyTo take advantage of the hot tub and steam room! Also, be warned if they add on gratuity of almost 30%.

I got a fantastic deep tissue massage there while my husband was at of work conference. The facility was absolutely beautiful in the masseuse was great. She took time and worked out all my knots and made me feel amazing. Go there and ask for Nadege. You wont regret it!

This was my first experience at Heavenly Spa by the Westin and it was absolutely wonderful. The front guest and all employees were super kind. The soothing music, clean environment, and refreshments, and spa make going early worth it. My massage therapist Olena is the reason I’ll be going back. She got out all the knots I had in my shoulder. I have never gotten a better massage. Thank you Olena!

Cant say enough about our wonderful experience at Heavenly spa. Enrique took care of us from beginning to end to make sure we had a great experience. We enjoyed the margaritas on the rocks couples massage. Make sure to request Nadiyah or Nadege as your massage therapist. Both are exceptional!!

All the staff was great especially Kristina and Dillon on the pool deck. Spa service was excellent. Only thing I didn’t like was the outdated technology in the room. Most Marriotts allow you to connect to your streaming services but here you have to pay $20 for a select few movies. Other then that great hotel.

From the fabulous spa check in experience by Enrique and Ashley; to the relaxing massage experience by Leticia this is my go to Spa! Each associate and manager provided A+ customer service and attention to detail. Ms. Carla the catering/ events manager was so kind and personable! I love the brunch offered at Lona during the weekends and make it a point to done there often!

A really nice spa. We got 80 minute couples massages. Everyone was friendly. Pricy, of course, but worth it. Just a heads up you will need to play by phone tag or text, they dont have a live number. Its worth it though!

My husband and I came here for a spa-day for our anniversary and it was truly a heavenly experience. I wish some of the amenities were co-ed like the steam room or hot tub but it was still great.

I had Nadege for a prenatal massage and she was nothing short of AMAZING! I told her my problematic areas and without hesitation she focused on them. She has great conversation and really cares about her client. She uses the right amount of firmness. This was my first prenatal massage at 7 months pregnant so I didn’t know what to expect but I was extremely comfortable with the way she had the pillows and the position I laid in. I had the most amazing facial with Janette. She has a fabulouos technique. My skin looked so good afterwards and I felt so relaxed and renewed. Exactly what I was hoping to experience. The spa is lovely and everyone who works there was very professional.

Had a wonderful experience at the spa! My masseuse was David. He gave just the right amount of pressure, while beating some of the big knots on my back into submission. My husband got a massage that focused on his scalp and feet and he said it was awesome. The spa area was clean and comfortable. The hot tub and steam room areas in the locker room were nice. The Westin is a big complex with multiple buildings, so we got lost on our way there but eventualy figured it out! Plus theres a Starbucks in the same building so I could enjoy a beverage on the patio. Not quite as luxurious as Four Seasons or Ritz, but the technicians were first-rate and we had a great experience. Plus, valet parking is only $5 if youre a spa guest, which is a nice perk!

My experience was amazing! Everyone was very friendly. The spa is perfectly lit and the ambiance is excellent. David G. did my margarita massage and was very thorough making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I haven’t felt this relaxed in a long time. After my massage I enjoyed a glass of prosecco, the jacuzzi and steam room. I am local and will be back soon!

My masseuse was Nodege and my husband’s was Kristina. Both were excellent! They communicated with us during our massages to ensure we were comfortable. Very clean and nice ambience. We’d highly recommend!

The treatment at the Spa was indeed Heavenly! The serene environment with soft music, dim lights, sweet scents, was welcoming, inviting and set the mood for relaxation. Thank you Leticia for the most wonderful massage, it was by far the best I’ve had. I fully enjoyed & recommend the Swedish massage with the aroma oils, it does wonders for each and every muscle in the body; leaving you completely rejuvenated. I also enjoyed the hot tub & steam shower…I am a satisfied customer who will return as needed for the feeling of calmness, contentment & even the sluggish state of mind (in a good way)😀

The manager Ashley was VERY rude, for an issue that was their fault on their end.I paid for my services and the money was deducted from my account and then they said that I had to “pay again” because it wasn’t “closed out on their end” charging my card twice for over $400 while speaking to me very rudely when the charge went thru both times on my end.Her customer service was very poor and her hospitality skills lacked. For someone who travels a lot for work and pleasure and visits spas monthly, I would not recommend. She was rude, ignorant, unpleasant, and undeserving of business.

This spa certainly lives up to its name! My experience there was heavenly! I had a deep cleansing facial by Charmaine who was very nice and made me feel very relaxed after a long day of meetings! She explained what she was doing and offered tips and suggestions for how I could improve my skin going from Summer to Fall to Winter. I was welcomed on time, shown to my locker, and waited briefly in the waiting room which was softly lit with wonderful music, candles, and a water fountain. Following my facial, I was offered a beverage of my choice, and returned to the same waiting room where I could continue to relax and recline on their lounge chairs. The facility was very clean with amenities in the bathroom to freshen up after your services. Great experience and would highly recommend!

Nadege was my massage therapist and was amazing! She worked out all my high stress/tense areas and made me feel very comfortable. I felt so relaxed afterward.

Very relaxing Spa that you can access the hot tub and steam room all day on the day of your service. I also enjoyed the locker areas and showers. They are very clean and well kept. The refreshments area was a great bonus. Definitely try the peach belini. Deep tissue Massage was so relaxing after a week of partying. I recommend Andy or Nadege for your message they were more than accommodating.

The entire experience was wonderful. I appreciated the use of the jacuzzi and steam room after the massage. My practitioner, Willmer was excellent. I felt very comfortable, he continued to check on my comfort and the pressure levels.All together an excellent experience.

Had two incredible services at the spa-- starting with a masterful 100min deep tissue by Kristina. Worth every penny and more! Next was a hydrating sea facial by miriam-- my skin is glowing! I gave myself an extra hr for the steam room, tea, and whirlpool which was more than enough time

This place is top notch!. I have been to this spa on several occasions and cannot recommend it enough. The experience starts the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by Tashelle, she is friendly, attentive and very personable. This time I had a Swedish massage by Valerie and it was wonderful. She knew exactly what areas needed extra attention and used the right amount of pressure in the problem areas yet was gentle in the other areas. She is truly gifted with blessed hands. In the past I have also had massages by Annetta who is also amazing at what she does and is so cheerful and personable, she will make you feel very relaxed. Also, for facials see Yaneth, she is the best aesthetician and will leave your skin extremely soft and refreshed. I recommend Heavenly Spa to all my family/friends and give them gift cards for their services every time I can. Honestly, they all come out saying it was the best experience/gift they ever had. Thank you for always making me look good...I will continue to enjoy their services because every time is truly an experience like no other!

I booked a Relax and Reset massage at the Heavenly Spa, and it was an amazing experience. I was literally in heaven when I left! The calm and relaxing atmosphere captured me when I walked into the spa. It was so serene and inviting. I waited in this luxurious waiting area for a few minutes before my massage began. Nadege was phenomental! She did not disappoint! She was very professional and provided the most amazing massage. I literally floated out of the room after she finished!! If you ever book an experience at Heavenly Spa, ask for Nadege. You wont regret it. I will definitely be back!.

I made a reservation through resort pass for a spa day. Regrettably, my mom who was supposed to come with me got sick and could not go. From the moment I called until I got out of there they helped me through and rescheduled my mom massage. As far as my own experience, I have to say that the receptionist was super nice and helpful. Very welcoming and professional. The staff that maintain the place super nice, they helped me with the lockers. The massage was pleasant, profesional, the technician (William) I thinks is his name, very nice person, very gentle and mindful of my needs. Later I went in the jacuzzi with my Prosecco and has a great time there. Now about prices, I don’t think it was pricey because we also had availability to the hotel amenities but all those services are not cheap so if you are not willing to invest in your well being and find it pricey perhaps you should look for other ways of relaxation. To me it was great, I don’t like to be stingy with myself, we work too hard and we deserve any pampering.

To celebrate my mother’s 65 birthday, we had massages at the heavenly spa. Get there early so you can enjoy the relaxation room, hot tub, sauna, and showers. We were provided infused water; tea champagne and they gave my mother a slice of chocolate fudge cake for her birthday. My mom and I had an excellent day spa experience. After Xinia P worked her magic, my entire body felt relaxed, and my mother raved about Ben’s hands after her massage. The staff was delightful. They offer validated parking for $5 for 5 hours, if you go above 5 hours then its the day rate. You will be charged an additional 20% gratuity.

I went in for a massage with David G. He could not have been more considerate to my comfort, educational in telling me which muscle connects to which, and provides guidance on how to keep my body healthy.I had some knots and tweaks in my neck and shoulders that he worked out beautifully and I was very impressed by his professionalism.If you come here, you have to ask for David G.

This has been my WORST spa experience while traveling!! I unfortunately did not get to experience the services here because the staff is extremely rude, confrontational, and lacked empathy. My flight had been delayed several times due to the weather. I notified the staff PRIOR to the 24 cancellation timeframe as time stamped on the text message. The staff said they rescheduled my appointment for NEXT Tuesday. When I went to reschedule my appointment Tuesday evening, the staff said my appointment passed. He continued by saying he meant this Tuesday when he said next Tuesday. His manager then came out trying to defend him while he smirked and giggled in the background. It was completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and spend your money where you are valued and appreciated. Such a terrible experience while on vacation.

My husbands and my anniversary comes up and we thought, what is better than spending the day together at the spa. I called Heavenly Spa by Westin (I have been there many times before and always had a great experience) but the gentlemen at the phone was unable to help me book a service. I asked him what they would have for couples and we were going to book the Coco Cabana service as we thought it would be quite suitable. The gentlemen said, he could book us for 11:00 am but could not include the bath, which was fine but he was unable to take it off the price nor substitute it with a different service. He stated, the bubble bath would have been a lot of work and just not possible. If I would have gone with my girls, I would have said, fine we just take any massage but I planned to come with my husband for our anniversary and wanted to have something special with him together. I asked the gentlemen if they have any other combined service for us, and he simply said: No Maam. I guess, they do not want our business, very, very disappointing because the spa itself is very nice. I recommend to hire better staff on the phone which actually cares to drive business home...

We went for a Couple’s massage on our honeymoon. The front desk personnel had an amazing attitude, they solved all our questions on the phone and helped us book an appointment. Our therapists Olga and Victoria were amazing, very professional and cordial from beginning till the end. That focused on the areas where they found we required more work and gave great tips for wellness.

Got a wonderful prenatal massage with Angie and pedicure with Miriam while on our babymoon! The massage was so relaxing and Angie was awesome seeing to my comfort while pregnant and in the third trimester. Pressure was perfect and my sore back felt so relieved afterwards. Miriam helped me pick a fun color and gave a great leg and foot massage during my pedicure.

The best massage I have ever had! Xinia P’s massage was amazing, and she was very professional and sweet. She even brought me a birthday treat after my service, which she must have noticed on my intake form as I did not make mention of it. Amazing service!

Spent a morning using the facilities and getting a couples massage at the Heavenly Spa. David G. was great -one of the best massages Ive had. Nadedge gave one of the absolute best deep tissue massages. I usually do them when I travel recently had 2 in Italy. Nadedge Beat both of those by far! I feel so much better

My wife and I used the ResortPass app to spend a day at the pool and get a couples massage. Price was reasonable. Pool was great. Massage by Angie was AMAZING. Only issue was on the massage upgrade pricing. Angie asked if we would like to upgrade to a deep tissue for an additional $25 per person and we said sure. Sounds like a good deal. Not so much. When I got to the register to pay the additional $50, I was told that because of the upgrade, I had to pay an additional $80 to go back to the same lounge chair I had been on for the past three hours. So the upgrade was actually $130, not $50. Made an otherwise great day a little lame.

Staff was very accommodating and nice! Me and my friend enjoyed the margarita massage with Victoria and Dana they were amazing. It’s a little pricey but I feel it was worth it the massage was truly relaxing with the hot stones. They followed safety guidelines wore mask and were very cautious washing hands before start of session if you would like the will wear gloves also for you but I chose no gloves. I would visit again. We had the choice of Mimosas, wine, water and tea with pretzels after the session. We were served a lovely delicious mimosa after our session as we relaxed in the relaxation room. Great job ladies!

Massage was great! Loved my therapist Xinia. However some minor issues in the spa area that were annoying on my visit. Front desk didn’t show me how to use the locker so I tried it on my own and got locked out of it. It was a hassle to find an attendant and another guest helped me and the attendant came and showed me how to use the locker and even set if for me and when I came back I was locked out AGAIN! No clocks anywhere in the spa so you either have to keep your phone with you or guess when it is time for your appt. Condensation on the ceiling in the locker room? Small spa for such a big hotel like Westin!

My husband found the most amazing spa as part of my birthday celebration. Heavenly Spa was absolutely first class all the way. Nadege gave me the most amazing massage. She found spots I didn’t even know I had. She has some amazing hands. She should have her hands insured.

Considering it’s a hotel you know the pricing will be higher than a regular pedicure at a local shop. I was highly impressed. The pricing was only slightly higher, the ambience was very relaxing, unlike most local shops with such high traffic and noise. You have access to the pool, the pool bar, a private hot tub, lockers, showers, a steam room…it’s really a nice experience. I pay 70 bucks including tip for regular pedicures. For 91 dollars, including tip, I must say this is a much better value. You have access for 5 hours, so it can be an entire day experience. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at this spa thanks to Enrique and my esthetician Yaneth. When I booked my appointment with Enrique I mentioned to him what my skin concerns were and asked him to place me with someone who’d be able to help me and give me advice on which treatment would help best for my concerns. He placed me with Yaneth who was able to take a look and give me a consultation prior to my appointment time. She went above a beyond during my facial session making sure I felt comfortable and my skin needs were met. She gave me a wealth of tips on how to keep taking care of my skin at home naturally, and with the help of some products as well. She has a real passion for skin care and taking care of people (after all, from talking to her, I learned she was a nurse in her home country—Colombia). I really appreciated her willingness to help and genuine concern for my wellbeing. If you ever need to get a facial go with Yaneth, she’ll take care of you!

The whole experience was amazing. I don’t remember her name but she helped us book our treatment on 7/14 and showed us around. I had Andy for an hour long Swedish massage and he was phenomenal. Highly recommend this spa and Andy!

Heavenly Spa has quickly become one of them!To start, Kadine, was incredible with answering my questions about the available services and Spa Month specials. She was also at the desk when we arrived and made sure all of our needs were met. They even got us birthday dessert!The couple massages we received we amazing and my fiancée also got a pedicure. All of the staff was so, so accommodating. The facility is clean, accessible, and even provides a sauna and hot tub in between your services. Also, access the beach is a huge plus!Well definitely be going back!

We had a couples massage with David G and Nadege to end the year on a relaxing note, and it was great! There was some construction inside the hotel and it’s a bit confusing to find the spa, but once we were inside, the deep tissue massage was fantastic. We’ll definitely be back. The entire experience was a waste of time and money. The receptionist was rude on the phone with another customer clearly annoyed. Great way to start what was suppose to be a relaxing experience. The entire place was loud and just completely disappointing from start to finish. I have higher expectations from Westin, but epic fail from start to finish. First time at this resort and spa, and it was a gift for my fiancé. Valerie and Richard were our masseuses for an 80 minute couple’s relaxation Swedish massage. Both therapists were very responsive to our requests and provided an easy and relaxing experience. While the other spa amenities were closed due to COVID-19 protocols, the experience was still good from start to finish. Though wearing a mask throughout half of the massage was less than ideal, it was understandable under the circumstances for the safety of the therapists. Would recommend and would return.

Nadege was incredible! Migraines are a norm for me. I arrived and she worked magic on my back neck and head. So good that I going back again next week! Worth every Penny 😊

I wish I could give separate reviews for reception staff and massage therapists. Truth is though, in business, we are only as good as our worst employee.My husband and I came to Fort Lauderdale for a short competition/celebration event for his work. He and I had not had couples massages since we got married, and he thought it would be a great experience. We were staying at the Hilton, but we’re happy to find availability at the Heavenly Spa close by at the Westin for a couple’s relax and refresh massage.Upon entering and filling out our forms, a young woman, with her hair pulled up, greeted us and it turned out that she had been the one to book our appointment, so she was familiar with our visit.She took my husband and I back together and directed my husband toward the men’s locker area and took me personally to the women’s locker area. There was a full description on how to work the locker and where to find the footwear, but there was no explanation of what clothing items I was to leave on or take off, just to “change”. Then she pointed to the waiting room where I would meet my therapist. I’m overweight, but I wear like a size 16/18. The robe would not close over my chest and barely overlapped my midsection. There were no other robes visible, only a rolled towel on the top of the locker. Not everything that’s “one size fits all” fits me, but there are usually other options offered. “I can’t believe I’m their biggest client” entered my head. I looked for other options and even looked to see if there were employees nearby as I was already undressed. I decided to put the towel around me over the robe and proceed to the waiting room where I sat there and cried while I waited for my therapist. I debated putting my clothes on and leaving, but my husband had planned this and I didn’t want to disappoint him.My wonderful therapist showed up. Because I was so upset, I didn’t even catch her name, and she led me, along with my husband and his therapist to our room. I was still weeping silently as she performed the massage on my back, I had to ask for a tissue as she asked me to turn over as I realized my nose was running and I was making a mess.She asked me if I was ok, and my knee-jerk reaction is always to say “yes”, she was really sweet and once I calmed down some I was able to enjoy the rest of my massage. At the end, she told me where my robe was hung up, but leaned in and said, “but here’s another that you might find more comfortable”. What compassion, and caring. She completely changed my mood from discouragement and self disgust, to one of gratitude. My therapist alone would get 4-5 stars, but the receptionist was oblivious to the needs of her clientele and her communication was horrible, leaving a new client unsure what the process was and completely feeling like an unwanted outsider.TLDR: therapist was amazingly great, but the receptionist was scatterbrained and uncaring about the needs or considerations of a larger bodied client. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had an amazing massage from David. I had damaged shoulders from holding my baby all the time, and after just one session with David I can already feel the difference! The pain on my left way less pronounced and my muscles just feel relaxed. Gonna have to make this a monthly or biweekly treat for myself from now on :)

Actually my visit started rough because I was 10 minutes late so that was 10 minutes off my 50 minute massage when I called the receptionist to notify her that I will be 10 minutes late and if she can reschedule me for a later time she said she wasn’t able to do so .That was really frustrating . I was thinking I should cancel everything (out loud)She turned around with a smart remark saying well if you cancel your card will still be charged which was a unnecessary way to provoke me even more . But has for the massage Annette was amazing her fingers are a blessing from heaven she was so sweet she turn my horrible visit into a good experience. the spa look nice except for the hot tub it looked gross not because it wasn’t clean but outdated. The 4 stars are for Annette talented skills .

We went with a group of ladies to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We all raves about our respective services. A few uses the Cbd oil they say was like no other. They thought it had min or something different. I had the facial with Trin. I think it was my best facial ever. Her extractions were painless. She gave me tips that I’ve never heard any other mention to me previously, but makes sense. Everyone wore their masks at the spa and the hotel so no worries there. Ashley was a great help with booking and so helpful that day. Thank you ladies for a great experience!

Went for a group birthday events & Leiticia my therapist was extremely talented, would definietly recommend! Since it was.spa month, I got the exfoliating scrib and massage with the marine algae body treament. Wonderful service by Ashley and the team as well since my friend rented a suite down the hall from the beautiful spa & it was a beautiful setting to catch up with friends and toast with champagne her birthday!

I am a local in Ft. Lauderdale and this is one of my favorite spots to enjoy my day off at! I am well traveled, and always look for the best spa experience that I can find. Their staff, facilities, and location is TOP NOTCH! Literally the best massage I have ever had. Any time I step into their spa I feel like I am on vacation. Do yourself a favor and book one of their massages asap, you will not be disappointed. Its great that you can use their Jacuzzi, steam room, etc. before or after your massage as well. After your mini spa day, you can head down to Lona, the taco/tequila bar downstairs, which overlooks Ft. Lauderdale beach. This is truly an amazing and special place. Deceptive pricing for couples massage. My experience with pricing for couples massage at most spas is to provide the massage pricing for the couple. On the Westin Heavenly Spa website, the notation listed in notes below the description stated that the price was per person. I thought the pricing for the Duet Valentine special was $159 for the couple, not seeing the notation below. While the massages were wonderful, they certainly were not worth $330++

Love this place! Got a gel manicure here and it lasted for 2 weeks. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Even though I got a manicure which lasted 45 mins , I still had access to the locker rooms, showers, hot tub, and steam room all day long!The only frustrating thing here was that the lockers kept jamming and wouldnt open everytime I set a new pass code. Id have to grab an employee and ask them to open the locker with their key each time. Other guests using different lockers also reported the same issue. If the lockers were fixed, Id give this place 5 stars.

Wonderful experience during Spa Month. Enjoyed an 80min Rose Frose Spa Month special. So so worth it. Hot stones/cold/dry brushing/CBD oil/oil massage/scalp massage + several add-ons. I added on the face mask - loved it and it culminates with your choice of drink at the end (Rose, Prosecco, or Bellini). Request Leticia and you will not regret it.

The massage with Angie is 5 star. Enrique is very pleasant greeting us and checking us in. It was disappointing that the jacuzzi was ice cold and the body wash in the shower was out.

Very disappointed with the spa. I purchase a gif card for my sister for massage and pedi, the service was good but she had to pay additional about $150 for taxes and something else!!! I was never told that it would be additional charges and it was not included on the gift card.

Let me start by saying the masseuses are very top notch and professional. This was our second time here, and the massages and experience are always great. Except for always feeling rushed. We always got appointments at the end of the day which is the only time we had available. Each time there was this lingering feeling of hurry up, we have to close which definitely diminishes your relaxation. They offer vouchers so you can come back the next day and shower or bathe after your massage which is sort of useless if youre leaving still doused in massage oil. Overall would still recommend, just come in before 4 or 5pm so you can fully enjoy yourself.

I have never been here before, I purchased this for me and my partner to unwind and remove our stress and when I called to schedule it was the same day and the young lady to the front was very nice but when I needed to cancel I asked to speak to the supervisor. I spoke to the supervisor Enrique Rivas and he was very rude. Had a very heavy accent, when explaining how he could help me he got frustrated and in less than 5 minutes of talking he said the special accommodation cannot be granted anymore. This is one of the most unprofessionalism supervisors have ever spoken to. I told him over the phone I understand you have a job to do, and English is clearly not your first language but I am a customer who is frustrated not yelling, and or using inappropriate language and you are refusing to help me. I asked to speak to his supervisor. He put me on hold and when he came back he said she was unavailable. I asked for her information. He gave me a general email, did not give me a name or direct phone number for her.

My girlfriend and I went for the 50 minute couples massage for our 2 year anniversary. Richard and Renee did an amazing job with the massage (helped relieve my sciatica pain) and made our anniversary special. After the massage we laid by the pool, which had a fantastic view of the beach, a fun atmosphere with music, drinks, and great food. Thank you Richard and Renee!!

Was here a couple months ago to get a pedicure. It was rough almost painful drilling and filing to my toe nails. Really over priced. You think they would have a more professional technician that knows what they are doing specially for the price you over pay which I didn’t mind I just wanted a decent relaxing pedicure . I haven’t gotten another pedicure since bec when my polish came off I noticed a dark weird discoloration under my toe nail bed which happened to be a fungus so I got a toe nail fungus from this pedicure as well that I’m currently trying to get rid of …. Still. Don’t really recommend this spa for their nail services.

Disgusted. That is how I feel after my visit to the spa today! I was tricked into an extra cost treatment with no explanation that there was another charge, all I was told by the therapist was she already had the treatment prepared as part of my experience. So that was the first money grab and on top of the fee I was charged additional gratuities. The point isnt the cost so much as the way they went about adding these extra charges. Do yourself a favour and visit one of the many other spas along the beach here.Response: The massage was satisfactory yesterday and the first one was sublime (I did write an amazing review after that first experience)... but even this response makes me sad at the lack of recognition of a guests experience being such a disappointment due to service levels... there is NO mention that spaweek gift cards were not usable with special offers neither on your website nor on spaweek... not to mention I confirmed that I would be able to use them when I booked! At no time was this mentioned at either treatment so it just seems you are trying to excuse yourself for the bad service I received on this occasion. Also I made it VERY clear when checking out I was unhappy to be charged for something that was not disclosed as an extra fee. The scalp massage extra I received was disclosed as a fee upon booking and approved by me so that is completely different from this situation. I see the mention of gratuity for the retail price and have updated the review above and accept that but then to also have been charged additional gratuity for the extra just makes me shake my head. Also at my first visit it took over 45 minutes to check out and I never once complained or made anyone feel bad, I am generally very easy to please but this shrugging of shoulders that it is ok to do things this way really upsets me.

Deducted 35mins from a 50min massage. Paid $149+ PP for 15minutes rescheduling was not offered. We were caught in traffic and by the time we found the spa(no proper signage ) and filled out forms, etc we lost 35mins. Do not recommend.

Great location with major plumbing issues. I saw black oils and possible fecal matter bubble up from the floor vents. I grabbed my sister and we got out of that locker room area. When we paid at the front the manager and a male employee acted as if we didnt have to step over grossness. Yuck.

I feel comfortable and fulfilled as a human being after treating Lisa and I to the luxuries of life. Im pretty sure we are supposed to be doing this every day. See you soon.

Very over priced. The menu fees are purposely lower than the actual price when they add on all the service fees. The price gives you access to a small steam sauna. The jacuzzi on the womens side was out of order so after gratuity I paid $450 for the ShangriLa package, steam room, and a pedicure. They charge resort prices but forget that they are in the middle of a city with tons of other places that offer the same things. Even if you end up taking a Lyft you will pay less than half of their prices a few blocks away.

Richard was awesome, im in the gym 6 days a week and he gave me the ideal massage, good balance between soft but firm in certain areas that you request. Very responsible pricing and u can chill at the hotel pool after.

I went for a relaxing spa day. I ended my experience with a burn from waxing and an eyebrow tinting I didnt ask for and cost and extra $ 25 to sore feet from a very rough pedicure. I would definitely not recommend if you dont like surprise services and a lot of extra unexpected charges.

Always thought tipping was at the customers discretion? Not informed over the phone that your tipping on the regular price of $149. Read the fine print! Go to the Hilton instead it’s on Groupon!!

Willmer did my massage and was extremely skilled. I left feeling renewed. He definitely has the right touch. Just firm enough to help without making you sore.
