Visited this massage shop and was impressed by the thoughtful service. The ambiance was soothing, and I appreciated the attention to detail, from the warm towels to the perfectly balanced pressure during the massage. The therapists are highly qualified, ensuring every knot was carefully worked on. The environment is clean and inviting, making the entire experience truly relaxing. I left feeling rejuvenated and will definitely return for another session.

My visit was truly great. The therapist made sure to tailor the massage to my needs, focusing on areas that needed extra care. The environment was tranquil, with calming music and a clean, comfortable space. The use of warm oils and heated towels added a special touch to the experience. I left feeling completely relaxed.

I had an amazing experience at Zuyu. Their service is so good, and the therapists are truly qualified professionals. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Don’t mention they even sent an employee to take care of my son, watched movie with him while I was getting my massage:) Everyone here is so nice! I’ll be back!

This was my first time coming here. I’ve been to several others. This one is one of the best I’ve been to. The facilities were very clean and peaceful. They have curtains separating people from one another. There aren’t private rooms, but enough to feel comfortable. You can hear some sound b/c you’re not in a room, but I felt they did a great job of making it peaceful. The prices are also affordable.

I want to first preface that I have enjoyed going here for months! My husband and I like to go regularly since we’ve found it. HOWEVER, today was an experience like no other. The massage I received was nothing short of AGGRESSIVE. Not oh normal deep tissue rough, out right aggressive. My arms were rubbed so hard I left with a bruise. At one point while my arms were being done I felt a sharp sting on my arm later to find that I was cut by what I assume was the masseuses nail? My feet were pulled and slammed down when transitioning from back to stomach. Not gently placed, slammed. I got the back of my neck grabbed so forcefully it startled me. I felt like when my back was being worked on I was in the middle of a WWE wrestling match. But the kicker was when I was pushed so hard into the table that I coughed because my trachea and the neck hole were aligned, and when I coughed, I got two firm slaps on the back. Like how you would smack someone on the back if they were choking. All the while, someone was watching a YouTube video up front???I like a firm massage as much as the next person, but this experience left me more tense and on edge than when I walked in. I could not relax as most of the time I was uncomfortable, in pain, and outright on the edge of my seat surprised. Fight or flight was in full effect. I even almost asked, “Are you MAD at me?” I felt like he was taking some anger out on my extremeties.I hate to say that despite the good times I’ve had there, I probably won’t be going back. Out of fear that this experience will be the norm now. It was everything BUT relaxing. Oh, and cherry on top was that the price of the massage was raised. So not only did I leave traumatized, but I paid and tipped more than usual. I don’t mind paying for great service, especially given that everything is going up, but this not at all the way I intended to “unwind” from the week.

Ive been going for years- you couldnt beat what you got for the price & I just walk right in. The past couple year, things have gone downhill. They wouldnt accept my gift card with no explanation, I went anyway. There are 3 options on the menu, but when I say and then point at the menu item, they are confused. Same with other customers. There are always staff members walking around on their phone talking loudly or even on speakerphone- it used to be only whispering. The last several/every time(s), Ive had a guy coughing and even burping several times while massaging me. I kept going there. The past TWO times Ive gone, there was a guy next to me snoring very loudly and they did nothing to stop him, wake him up, massage a little rougher, etc. I had to listen to it for 20 min or so. This place is no longer relaxing or even worth the low price. I heard management has changed- hoping they see this review and shape up.

I have been to this location quite a few times now and I can say that it is definitely worth the visit.The massage style is extremely relaxing and the chairs are very comfortable. Some may be off put form the sort of “standardized” routines. But for me, I like the set routine because I always know what to expect.The cost is also extremely fair for the service that you receive.

My friend and I saw a review that said one of the masseuse fell asleep while giving a massage…. So we decided to give this place a try just for the fun of it. And boy did we get the best foot and back massages ever! Will 100% come back!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Our group of 4 got massages before a flight during a long layover and the owner took us back to the airport free of charge. NEVER HAVE I SEEN CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS! I attempted to get a 60 minute Reflexology Foot Massage. My left foot feels great. My right foot got neglected due to the fact that the guy giving the massage FELL ASLEEP! I noticed he was rubbing the same spot on my foot for about 10 minutes so I peeked out from whatever it was he had covering my eyes and the man was hunched over barely rubbing my foot in his sleep. I moved my leg in an attempt to wake him up... nothing. I waited for someone to walk by... no one! I finally just got up and he finally woke up from his nap. I asked to speak to a manager and he forced me to sit back down and gave me the most awkward body massage I never asked for. When he was done, he let me go up front and asked me to pay full price. I asked to speak to his boss and no one would let me. Apparently there was a communication barrier. I had to pay full price to leave. Craziest thing I have ever experienced!!

Great massage and price. Only 3 stars because the noise level of the reception area not separated from the massage area was very distracting and noisy as people walked in and out and had conversations.

This place is a scam the owners dont actually hire certified people. Zuyu do not change the sheets and its a unhygienic place of business. The owners do not give all the tips to the workers.

My partner and I both got 1 hour massages and we both felt pretty amazing afterwardsGreat pressure, intuitive flow and my therapist used different modalities that were needed when and whereI like my massages pretty deep and with a great deal of pressure especially on the areas I have deep knots. He did an excellent job on my trigger pointsOnly thing I could say that was not desirable would be him at times near my shoulder blades he went too close or in top of my blade bones which wasnt pleasant but overall he really did a great job I do wish he spent more time in my neck and lower flank/back area.Would recommend to anyone considering Asian massage and not wanting over priced hotel masseuse who wont really give you that great of a massage

Ive been here multiple times and have always had a good experience! Its very reasonably priced and is one large room divided up with curtains. My bf and I often go together and the price for a couples massage/massage for 2 is the same as 2 separate massages but they put you together. At most other places it is way more expensive for a couples massage. Ive walked in before without an appointment and didnt have to wait long but have started to call for an appointment on weekends when they are busy.

I had a great massage. However, the checkout experience is the reason I will not return. This business requires tips in cash, which we all know is to avoid paying taxes on those wages. I tipped $8 in cash and the owner said “is that all. Can you tip more?” That was extremely unprofessional.

Couples massage 30 min feet 30 min back $49 each for a total of $98. How can you beat that? Other places charge upwards of $175 for couples and for what? To be in a secluded room? I’m completely fine with being separated by a curtain. This place is amazing if your goal is to come in and treat yourself while not breaking the bank. Friendly staff and experienced individuals doing what they do best. Best of all each time I’ve come I’ve done so as a walk-in, most I’ve ever waited was 20 min with a party of 4. 5 stars.

Im so happy I found this little gem! I was sore from HIIT training & really needed a massage to loosen up my muscles. I called & was told I could be seen right away from the friendly voice on the phone. When I arrived it was so peaceful & pleasant. I was immediately tended to by a kind smile. Tom did an amazing job of working out all my seized up muscles. I highly recommend this massage spa. Its my go-to place from now on. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

Lovely massage, great prices and service

I will not return to this establishment! They have no idea what reflexology is or any technique to their massage. It’s a giant room with up 40-50 beds separated by a curtain. They do not listen to any of your request for the body part that you want them to focus on. Given my disappointment I decided to tip 18%. As I walked to the desk yo check out, my masseuse trailed me by a foot. When one of the two gentle man at the desk ask me how much tip, I told him the dollar amount to add ti my card, both men looked and me and I hear the masseuse chuckle behind me (literally standing less than a foot behind me) say, “no you need to tip more.” I was so uncomfortable! I had two men standing in front of me and this woman behind me literally felt trapped. The two men were glaring at me as one said, try again, “you need to tip more, minimum 20%.” I would have stood my ground and said no, 18% because your massage was not only not what I asked for after multiple request, but it was subpar.” But honestly felt unsafe and was totally being bullied and by the positioning of the three of them around me, would go as far as said I felt imprisoned! This is clearly a tactic they use all the time to intimidate customers. I finally said, fine just put the 20% so I can get out of here! it wasn’t until this moment that the masseuse backed up from standing directly behind me. As the man was holding my card and finalizing the transaction, I saw that he wrote down the masseuse’s name and instead of writing down the full tip amount for her, beside her name he only put 60% of that tip money beside her name. At that moment I actually felt sorry for the masseuse because I realize she doesn’t even get all her tip! I will not support a business like this that not only seek to intimidate customers, but steal from their workers.

The employees are not trained professionals and were not appropriate with manner in which they massaged my 11 year old child.

This place is amazing and rarely do you need an appointment! $35 for an hour massage. They concentrate half the time on foot reflexology and the other half is full body massage. Its not super fancy but the quality of massage is amazing and the price is off the hook! Make sure you wear comfortable and loose clothing because the beds are separated by curtains so you dont undress. If you require fancy western frills when getting a massage, you better look elsewhere.

One of the best places to go for a deep tissue massage. Professional, clean and conveniently located off of Sunrise. I have gone in there with huge knots in my neck and left feeling 100 percent better. The staff is excellent at their jobs. Will definitely be back.

Update to original: Past two times they have forgotten my appointment and I had to wait another 30 minutes.Back is pretty sore after last massage. What a horrible horrible place!! The massage was one of the worst I’ve ever had!! It was so bad that I did not want to leave a tip. When the receptionist asked me how much I wanted to leave as a tip as the woman who gave me the horrible massage was standing right there I said $5.00. The massage lady said, really, that’s it. The receptionist then said it was customary to leave a $10.00 tip. I was so incredibly livid at this point. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!Never again!! 👎🏻👎🏻

This is the best deal in town on massages. Clean, nice, professional and very dedicated to giving a good massage and having you go away pleased. They are very skilled And knowledgeable. You cannot beat the price for the quality of the massage that you receive.Worth double what they charge . They Bend over backwards to accommodate you which is a real plus considering Covid is not making it any easier for scheduling. Definitely five stars.

So let me start off by saying that I have been to this place over 40 times in the last 5 years. The quality had recently decreased and today was the absolute worst massage I have ever received.. anywhere! The person massaging me only put lotion on one arm, went and tended to a client at the door mid-massage and had absolutely no sequence or style to the massage. No lotion at all used on neck, no leg manipulation for massaging, no hand massage. I am not one to leave a negative review, actually I never have, but this was a complete waste of money. I would have gotten up mid-massage but I kept waiting to see if it got better. It didn’t! It’s a shame that after all these years, this is NO LONGER A PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND.

I will not be coming back here anymore. The massages are always hit or miss; sometimes they’re lack luster and sometimes they’re good, which is why I would go back, rolling the dice for a “good one,” if that makes sense. But more importantly, the greed shown when it comes to money is such a turn off.For the second time now, the woman who runs the checkout counter has expressed unjustified and unprofessional displeasure regarding what I decided to tip.The first time it happened, she pretended as if my card was declining at checkout because she didn’t like the tip amount ($10) that I told her to add to my $45 bill. I know this because after asking her to try my card again because I knew it shouldn’t be declining, she asked if I would add more to the tip because my masseuse “worked very hard.” Because it was so unprofessional and such a turn off for her to pretend that the machine “declined” my purchase in an attempt to get more money from me, I told her no. And of course, after saying no, my card miraculously started working again. After this, I decided that I would not go back anymore, but after a few months I decided to give them one more chance. I shouldn’t have.This time, thinking I was prepared for these antics, I brought cash for my tip. At check out, I paid with my card and told her the tip would be in cash. Once I signed the receipt, I gave her the cash tip (she was also my masseuse this time) and she had the nerve to count it in my face and say to me, “Oh honey, I need more. Can you give a little more?” Regardless of what I decided to tip, her actions/comments were totally unprofessional, but for the sake of truly conveying how wrong this was, I would like to note that I gave her $12 on a $45 service. Even though the amount shouldn’t matter, what I tipped is considered to be a generous tip, and the fact that she was still trying to get more money out of me was just wrong and totally unprofessional. I truly learned my lesson this time and I won’t be back.

Got a massage from Jack..... if you want a very strong deep deep therapeutic massage by someone highly experienced, Jack is your guy.The absolute best massage ever!!***Unfortunately Tony left for Chicago and I wish him wellTony did my massage, he knows what he is doing; highly experienced and tuned in. The best massage ever. It is the next day and my anxiety and my muscle spasms have subsided enormously. This is the only place to go for a real healing massage.

I decided to try this place out because my favorite message therapist relocated. ZUYU, Foot Spa is very clean and cost effective. When I initially scheduled my foot message appointment I requested the best person. Obviously, my request fell on deaf ears. He was mediocre at best and I highly doubt that he attended class. I would know because I have.

Angela gives a great massage. I had the hour long foot massage, which includes a bit of upper body work. It was only $35, and there’s a slight discount for paying in cash. The facility was clean and very quiet. I highly recommend this professional foot spa.

Update: I haven’t visited this location in a few years and now I will not be back. I made an appointment for 3 people and showed up was completely ignored and then told there was no one for massages until 4:30. When I asked about the appointments I had made the front desk person just waived their hands at me. Very unprofessional and whatever has gone in the two years hasn’t been good. It smelled awful in there.

I had a reflexology massage with Marry, and I was absolutely amazed with not only the strength of her hands but her reflexology skills. She can feel your problem areas and knows what needs to be worked on. This woman is absolutely outstanding!! I was floored. The value ZuYu offers is phenomenal for such a high quality session. I will definitely be back, without a doubt. A+++

We booked half an hour foot and an hour full body massage. It was our first time at Zuyu and I can say It was the best massage we ever had. Anytime we visit Fort Lauderdale well go there for sure.

I am very familiar with reflexology. My massage here was not too good. This is one of those places where you feel like they are rushing... Even though it was empty! The woman i had moved to fast and hit bone alot. This is also one of those places where you are supposed to keep your shirt on and they stretch the neck of your shirt out by going underneath and massaging your neck and shoukders. Also she did not whipe all the lotion off and i feel slimy. I would avoid. If you are new to reflexology who knows you may like it. My girlfriend had a similar experience and said it was below average as well. We will not be returning to say the least.

Very pleased with price and service. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars, I asked for a 60 minute foot massage. I got a 60 minute body massage. Nonetheless, it was a good massage.

Went yesterday and it want as good as it used to be. First time I did not enjoy my massage there. It also was hot and it smelled musty inside wouldn’t return.

This place wasnt the friendliest place. We had appointment for party of six then they tell us we can only do 4 so we said okay. We get there and they only call 3 of us to the back. Then another couple walk-in and they taken them to the back knowing they had another one of our party that havent received service. Then we go ask the guy how can you let them go in front of us like that! He replied i dont know what you are talking about. Then we said it slow for him to understand he just going to look at us like we said something wrong. We ask him you have workers just standing there looking at us so why cant one of them do the service. Then he say he not going to ask them.( like WOW) Really! Then we ask to talk to a manger he say there isnt one. REALLY I THE STATE BOARD KNOWS THAT YOU ASKING DEMANDING TIPS AND GIVE THE COSTUMER TO OFFER TO GIVE THE TIPS. THIS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE STATE BOARD. IF YOU COMING FROM OUT OF TOWN ON VACATION PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. BAD COSTUER SERVICE.

Ok...so i called this place today before 1230pm...asked was an appt needed for 3 ppl...whomever answered said no just come on in...we get there (about 130pm)1st thing she asked was did we have an appt..i advised her no since you said none was needed..She said ok..15 min wait for 3 ppl..(its already 3 workers)Within 10 min of us waiting 2 other ppl came in...Now we were told since they have an appt we wld have to wait...the 2 ladies who came in said they just called 30 min ago and was told to just come in (as the lady told us the same)..That was not professional at all..If i cld give ZERO stars i would...We were looking to do this and was excited especially the relaxation part...

Stinks of cigarettes and the masseuse was watching a video the whole time and not paying attention. He rubbed the same spot for so long it was sore and we literally had to cut it short it was so bad.
