Best massage I have had! Lucy was great!! There are some areas of improvement: They left the lights on for the first half of the message and the towels they wipe the oil off with are soaked in detergent.The lights aren’t a deal breaker for me but the towels are. I would go back once or twice to see if the towel situation changes. It’s just because I have sensitive skin.

Ive been here so many times they know my name. Very good services each time and fair prices. Extremely clean and welcoming staff and building.

I had the 90 min. deep tissue and it was awesome. I had my back walked on! All of my kinks were worked out and I felt like a million bucks. The place in nice and clean to.

Best massage in South Florida, no doubt. The price included walk on the back, massage with hot stone, stretch and its worth every second and every dime. If you ever had a real massage, you wouldnt bother going anywhere else. This place is not massage envy.

Do NOT go to this establishment. 0/10 stars. 100% would NOT recommend. I called on a Saturday when they opened and asked if they had a couples massage available for the day. They asked what time I would like to come in and I said 2pm. They asked if we could do 1:15 instead and I said sure. I was speaking to the manager/owner. We get there and there’s another couple waiting for the same room we had booked. They said we are going to put the other couple into the couples massage room and you all into separate rooms because it is very busy. (First red flag because why would you change us that had an appointment?) We said that is fine and we had separate rooms as a massage. Second red flag was entering the room (picture below) was in a shower basically. Tiny room with a shower in it and the massage table extended into the shower. By that point I was done. I then was like maybe this will be a good massage, it had good reviews and maybe they just ran out of space and tried to accommodate us the best they could. I went to lay down and noticed hair and makeup on the sheet…. obviously not mine….. THEY HAD NOT CLEANED THE BED!!!!!. (Third red flag). I get dressed, annoyed and come out and tell the Massuse. She proceeds to tell the owner/manager. I say to the owner, “I’m not going to get a massage anymore. The space wasn’t cleaned and I am fine with leaving.” She insisted for me too. I said “no I’m good I’ll just get my boyfriend and we will leave.” She says “no don’t leave” and I say “we are fine thank you.” She then says “I’ll do it half off, yours will be no charge.” Then of course my interest was peaked and I said “fine.” Proceed to get the massage. (It was honestly a 5/10 massage. Even if none of this would’ve happened, I wouldn’t go back.) When we go to check out, the owner then says “I said I’ll give you aromatherapy free not the massage.” I told her “no that is not what you said. Because if that was the case I wouldn’t have gotten the massage at all.” I was over it and on vacation, so we just paid and tipped the masseuses (as none of this was their fault) but karma sucks and I hope people read this review and NEVER give this business any thought!!!

I came here after having an underwhelming experience at a local chain massage place nearby. I really need deep tissue massage and Jennifer was great at giving me the care that I needed! I had a membership at the massage place I would go to before, but I will definitely be cancelling it and coming here from now on!

This places. Is the best in FTL area, all the staff has a nice sense humor, and the massage was the best, I truly recommend to all of you get a therapy massages here, at least 1 per month, I had massage all around the world and in #bamboo wellness I found my favorite place in FL.

They were very rude. Tip is not mandatory and I should add tip if I am satisfied by the level of service that I receive. They were demanding 20% tip from everyone.There was a guy who said “I am okay, I do not have cash for the tip” they were raising their voices like ladies need tip, ladies blah blah.I asked for the invoice for my insurance company and she refused to give me invoice first and very reluctantly printed a table on the microsoft word with the price on it which was not an official invoice.

Absolutely amazing. Best massage I’ve had. Deep tissue, elbow point,stretching,hot stone all for under 100. And for an hour. Place is clean and staff so nice. To all those flight attendants on a layover in FLL. Well worth the visit. Had a 12 hr delay in DEN arrived here and omg The Best. Will bid a layover again just to visit this spa

This place is amazing!! If you want a great massage come to Bamboo Wellness. Their massage therapist are fantastic and really give a great deep tissue massage. We were looking for a massage location in Ft Lauderdale and saw that Bamboo wellness has good reviews. Their good reviews are only an indication of how good their massage therapists are. My wife and I get massages quite frequently and know a quality massage and these massage therapists are among the best we have experienced.

I called 9pm on a Friday and front desk was happy to serve us. Business smelt very good soon as we walked through the door and very clean. Receptionist took her time and asking us exactly what type of service we wanted and made sure we knew everything they offered to service us. Jack and Vickie were tremendous. They did actually what we asked for and took their time. The back walk was great and felt fabulous. We’ve been to 3 different spa’s searching for one that could really work our muscles, give us a great feeling and have us walking out like a new person and Bamboo Massage did just that. We will definitely be back and I will be recommending this place. Thanks again Bamboo!

My spouse and I had a wonderful experience here today with a couples massage. I had attempted to schedule our appointment online about a week in advance, but never received a confirmation. I called a few days later to see if they had received my appt request, and they had not, but were still able to fit us in on our desired day. Id recommend just calling rather than using the website to schedule. Bring cash to tip your massage therapist- they cannot add tip to your card payment (which is fine).Once we arrived the energy in the space is welcoming and bright. They asked us both our preferences for our massages, which included options for back-walking, stretching, and brief hot stone back massage. The room was clean and comfortable. We both had a great experience with our massage therapists- they identified problem areas and spent the necessary time on them. I personally appreciated the stretching techniques used. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed- and I plan on visiting again in the future!

Myself & 3 friends came here for the first time & it was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life!! I had a deep tissue massage with hot stone therapy. Lisa was my massage therapist & she was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend anyone to visit this facility if you’re looking for a clean, professional & friendly environment. It was worth every penny! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!

I was hesitant to leave this review because I have been a loyal customer for years when they first opened their doors many years ago. I loved coming here, and always felt like it was the best straightforward massage in town 💆‍♀️ All the massage therapists had strong hands, knew techniques that helped heal my pain, and knots that i annoyingly suffer from.However there has been so many changes with the team that just doesn’t make me happy anymore 😩 every time I found someone I liked and professionally learned my back, they stopped working there. I had a new therapist every time I’d go in, & It got to a point I wouldn’t know if I’m going to come out with a good massage or not 🤷🏻‍♀️ That’s not really an experience I want anymore, being that we work so hard to spend money to feel blissful. I am also not sure that the therapists understand human anatomy properly, because my last “therapist” spent an hour huffing and puffing while rubbing her forearm on my spine, no hands, no technical skills, just forearm on the the most dangerous place to massage a client🤦🏻‍♀️😅 That was probably the worst massage I had ever had - and unprofessional at that. I walked out sore and displeased. It isn’t a good feeling to go to a place to relax and have a therapist make you feel totally uncomfortable.With that being said, I’m sadly not returning and it’s important that reviews like this are made because a massage is therapeutic, and should feel that way 💜✨Thank you to the owners for having me for years and I appreciate the hours you put in to build this place up.On to my next journey to find a solid place that will remain for years 🥹👋

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I have a lot of stress and I left here completely melted. I love that they go over your pain points when you arrive. They have an excellent technique incorporating walking, elbows, aroma, hot stones and more if you want it. This is my new local massage place.

Booked a couples massage for deep massage. Ambience was decent, both ladies were pretty professional. However, I declined the hot stones on the sheet where areas and type of methods are marked, yet she still used them on me. Luckily, my skin didnt react and was fine after. However, she focused way too much on my neck and I woke up with a very sore left side making it difficult to rotate my head even now at 340 pm... Lastly the front desk was very aggressive about tipping. Mind you I left $20 cash and she continued to make comments such as dont want to leave more for girls?, 20 for 2 girls? & at that point my partner was back from the restroom so I asked if he had $10 cash as my effort to have her stop asking and leave immediately. She kept saying that as she was charging my credit card and almost felt as if she was taking longer to charge me on purpose. Due to that aggressive behavior, we wont be going back. The place is pretty pricy as is!

Complete disappointment. I asked for 1 hour full body massage with focus on arms and legs with stretching. Instead 60-70% of time was focused on back, and I had to ask therapist to finally move to concerned areas. And she didn’t even massage front side. When I expressed my deep disappointment to administrator, she reply with an attitude “that’s how we do” and completely ignored anything I said. Zero empathy of customer service, but instead she made sure to ask for tips. Complete waste of one hour from my Sunday. Would suggest you to go to more welcoming places who provide better quality massage for the same price.

I’ve never ever had such a good massage in my life. I have regularly got massages and this was BY FAR the best massage I’ve ever gotten. We are here from New Jersey on a bachelorette weekend and this was a FABULOUS beginning to our trip. I highly recommend them. We got last minute appointments, and they accommodated us without question. There were so many options and the price was all the same. No hide fees which is always nice when your going somewhere you’ve never been. Four of us got massages and everyone came out saying how great of a job there therapist did, which means ALL staff is well trained and professional. If I lived here I’d purchase a membership without a doubt! You will be making a mistake if you don’t give them a try!!!!!

I had an excellent experience! I get tension headaches from muscular pain in my back, the service and deep tissue massage instantly relieved the pain and headaches. Quality service all over. I am a returning customer !

Great way to end a long trip back home. If I lived in the area I would go often! Prices are very reasonable! Although note cash tips are easier than doing them on check out. Although I was able to tip on a separate charge as I had no cash in my pocket. =D

I do not recommend this place! Be aware that they charge $15 for coconut oil and don’t even tell you. The woman at the desk asked us “if we are ok with them using coconut oil” which we said okay . Just to find out they charge an additional $15 at the end! On top of that sheets were dirty as we walked in couples room. They didn’t listen to what type of pressure we wanted for massage even though they made us fill out a chart with our pressures preference! I once again do notRecommend this place to anyone! This place needs to be closed down or revamped as it’s one of the worse I have ever seen in Fort Lauderdale. I am going to report this business to better business bureau for unethical sales practices.

My husband and I have had numerous couple massages but this one wasthe best so far we ever experienced. The place was Super Clean and they followed all the policies that are required during the Covid-19 pandemic.I wanted to thank Maggie and Lou Lou their professionalism was outstanding, but not to forget the Front Desk clerk she was inviting and very polite. The company choose well, they are definitely an asset to the company. I would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely return as a repeat customer. A job well done!

The ladies here have magical hands. I’ve been back several times after my first couples massage. They are so great I even brought my mom for a couples “girls day” massage. I definitely recommend coming in for all the kinks and knots that need to be sorted out! You wont regret it.

Ive been suffering from a severe migraine for four days and called to get a massage in the hope that I would feel better. They were able to get me in right away which I very much appreciated. My masseuse was very skillful and had a wonderful touch. The spa was very clean and had a nice ambiance. I feel so much better after that massage! I will be going back again soon. PS Their prices were better than anywhere else close by and the service was outstanding.

Let me start by saying WOW....this place is the real deal! I had over 200 massages throughout my life and I would rate them in the top 3 places. After a 2 day drive to Florida we were in desperate need of a revitalizing massage. Ended up getting a 90 minute deep tissue/Thai Yoga combo which transformed me into a brand new man! The therapists are well trained and experienced, they knew all the right pressure points to completely alleviate all the sore spots and restore movement. THIS IS A MUST TRY!Feel very grateful for finding this place 🙏

We called to book a couples appointment at 615pm today and they were able to take us at 830pm which was excellent. 90 minute deep tissue massage for roughly $100 each?? Cant beat that! Therapists were very professional and quite skilled. We left feeling totally rejuvenated. Excellent treatment and service. Would recommend them to anyone who asks. Well use them again for sure. Soon At that.

I booked a couple massage the day before the person in charge of booking stated she need it a credit on file to set up the appointment i didn’t have to worry because she wasn’t gonna take a payment, however when I show up the next day i was advised that after my massage was done I was gonna going to be able to make my full payment. well who ever I made my appointment with over the phone she was there in person this time. ready to ask for the tip also to inform me that she had charged me for my appointment which I never Authorize the payment so of course I was very upset about it but she argued with saying that’s the policy because not a lot people show up for the appointment. The bottom line is this situation was very very unprofessional charging someone with out being at the location or ask for permission. Never again I would go to this place.

This was my first time here. This was the best massage I have ever had. If was fantastic. They took me right in asked what I needed extra work on any problem areas. The rooms were very clean. They worked my muscles like I have never had done.. I will be back and soon.

Great spa, very professional. Super friendly staff. Very clean rooms and the massage therapist are very thoughtful in their approach.Prices are about as much as any other massage spa, but you always end up getting more done during your massage, often at no cost, so you get more for your money. They are also open quite late, even on Sundays.Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Truly an amazing experience! My mom and I were visiting the area for a long weekend and were blown away by the level of customer service, quality of the massage, and facilities themselves. The new location just opened this past summer and although I dont know much about the massage industry to me it seemed very modern/state of the art. I received a Thai massage which was truly a full body massage that incorporated yoga without having to put any effort in myself while my mom received a relaxing aromatherapy massage. The owner, Tanty, was one of the kindest people I have ever met in my life and we only spoke to her briefly so to come to this conclusion so quickly is a testament to her character. She was also extremely helpful in explaining each type of massage and providing recommendations. Again I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely be coming back the next time Im down in South Florida!

Very reasonably priced and able to get us in the same day we called. Couples massage with stretching and finished with the salt scrub. Perfect balance of relaxation but also therapeutic. We travel to FL frequently and will absolutely be back!

These messuess are the absolute best around. The owner is so delightful and friendly. She greets you upon entering and asks where you might need special attention. The place is very very clean which I love. I even bought my mom and sisters massages for Christmas. Id give 10 stars if i could. Highly recommend.

Some of the tips Review is uncalled for. Everyone tips different and yes these massage workers work very hard and deserve any extra you can provide . Now when the massage is bad for any location I go to I will stop the massage and ask for someone else or complain because I know what Im paying for . But 20 percent is reasonable for a great establishment and massage . I look forward to my first visit to Bamboo and can tell by the reviews that the negative reviews are from unfair perspective. I just had to comment because I love massages and try to read reviews to get a clear judgment of a place before I go and hope that the review I read was not fake or fluff .

I must say the massage was great and I was planning on patronizing this establishment again as it was my first time, my issue was with the receptionist demanding a cash tip of 15% to 20% or more and stating that this other customer seated just tipped $20 and also that the ladies only work off of tips. I paid $76 for a 60min. massage and you telling me what I should give as a tip is a terrible business practice as I am a licensed hairstylist and my price is my price, I dont bank on tips a tip is a bonus be whatever the amount is I graciously accept it. My friend was gonna tip from her card but was asked for a cash tip and when she gave $5 tip she was made to feel as if it wasnt sufficient. What are you running a an assembly line massage factory and pay your workers poorly so you extort tips form your customers saying that how they get paid, thats terrible, Ive never felt so unappreciated as a customer so I will never come back or refer anyone to this place ever. Ill be sure my friend leaves a review as well on Yelp and Google. Learn to appreciate your customers whether theyre big tippers or not as they still paid for service. Shame on you! Greedy receptionist so who gets all the money for the service they perform if tips is all they work for! Terrible. Be careful how you treat your customers for future reference I dont care what area youre located in everyone doesnt tip the same you set a price forservices performed not on tips!You pay your employees poorly and bank on tips. I dont have to tip at all if I dont want too.. and if my client doesnt tip its fine by me as they paid for my service, makes me wonder if they are even licensed massage therapists if you state all the get is tips. You have a terrible attitude as well for all your potential customers to see. So if you want to get charged for a massage and then charged for a tip please feel free to check this tip hungry establishment out....out of all my years I have never and will never...extort gratuity from my clients again shame on you!

Front desk staff is rude and tries to get you to pay more via longer massage. Masseuse was very friendly and did a good job. At the end, the front desk lady tried to guilt me into giving a tip even though the price of the massage is already way too expensive.

I have been going here for over 2 years on a fairly regular basis. First of all one of the truly legitimate Asian massages in Fort Lauderdale. If you are looking for something other than a therapeutic massage this is not the place! If you are looking for a thorough, competent and professional massage in a clean and healthy environment, this is DEFINITELY the place.They deliver deep tissue massage tailored to my specific needs. I travel overseas extensively and long hours on airplanes take their toll. I always describe my preferences to the therapist and have never been disappointed with the results. I have had massages of this style in Japan, Korea, and Thailand but none better than here. I highly recommend it!

Very strange practice...I called to request Sue, who happens to be a great massage therapist, and the owner told me although she was available she doesnt schedule specific therapists she has to make sure that every therapist gets their turn to work. I was told to call back at 1:30 to check if it was Sues turn and was told it was not. I informed the owner that if I couldnt have sue I would look elsewhere and she said that was fine and that she would rather lose my business than change her policy. Very strange because the owners policy has left both of them without a client this afternoon. Very strange

Massage was good, customer service was atrocious. I called ahead and asked what time they were open until and was told 1030, so I said I would come in around 5-530 (I was across the street shopping).I arrived and was greeted very politely, and was offered 60 or 90 minutes,of which I chose 60.15 minutes into my massage I was told they were overbooked and could only give me a 45 minute massage. I left and was met with a larger bill than 3/4 of the hour I initially agreed to and when I disputed it, I was told you were late - I NEVER MADE AN APPOINTMENT, therefore I couldnt have been late.Then she attempted to berate me for not leaving a large enough tip after already extorting me. Youd think they would prorate your time based on their screw up, wouldnt you? Good massage but never again.

My husband and I had a couples massage and it was absolutely amazing. They ask questions, and are very attentive to body language and how you are feeling during your massage.

The massage here was one of the best massages I ever had! The masseuse, Jenny, was exceptionally good. She had strong pressure which I like, there was no pain afterwards, and she was able to reach some tight knots in my body.

Lulu is by the far tje best massage therapist Ive ever been to. She is very good at her trade. Highly recommend for deep tissue massage. Reception is very good as well.

Bamboo wellness is a true wellness center. As a runner, I have worked with massage therapists for years and really understand when they are excellent! The therapists at bamboo wellness have all been beyond what I expected. The facility is very clean, uplifting and when you leave you feel absolutely amazing ! Very highly recommended!

Ive been to a couple of places for massages and I have to say this will be my only place Ill be going for now on! The place was very peaceful and clean. My masseus was phenomenal! Im an athlete and tend to have more knots than the a barge person and (Cary) did an amazing job taking those out. Ill highly recommend this place to anyone!

Here on a short vacation. My wife talked me into this since Im not one to be touched. Glad she did. They took us on 30 minutes notice. They did a couples massage. Very nice. Down to business. 45 minutes flew by. Wife is happy....and Im relaxed.

This is the best massage I have had in Fort Lauderdale. It is also the best value massage I have had in Fort Lauderdale. The facility was safe and clean. The communication and customer service was prompt and professional. The massage therapist was technically expert and delivered an excellent, deep tissue massage. I am a military veteran with some chronic issues, so I get frequent massage to deal with pain. I am also a sailor and have been getting this sailboat ready for Isaias, so I was really sore. I actually got a decent massage at a different business just two days ago, but it did not do the trick. I was still very sore and suffering from limited range of motion. My friend recommended Bamboo Wellness as the place to go. I decided to try it, and I am so glad I did. Here is why Bamboo Wellness delivered an amazing massage, as opposed to just a decent massage.Communication. When I got there, I was able to mark where I needed focus on an anatomical chart. This chart is given to the massage therapist. The massage therapist confirmed that information that I marked on the form and also asked me about it, so that she knew where to focus. She also listened to me during the massage and increased intensity or moved the pressure point slightly to adjust to me.Skill. The person was an expert. She provided a thorough, professional, focused massage. She was strong enough to deliver a real, deep tissue massage and relieve the pain.Legitimate. I kind of hate that I think this should be specified, but in some facilities, they do the massage as a means to offer other services. This is not the case here, and it was pretty clear that it was not the case.This let me relax and get the most out of the massage without worrying about an awkward moment.Value. I have paid more for worse massages. I started with an hour massage and extended it to a 90 minute massage. Best massage. Competitive price. That says great value to me.I would recommend Bamboo Wellness to anyone, especially if you have some pain that needs to feel better asap.

We were visiting Miami and we signed for a massage on short notice. They were able to squeeze me in which was awesome. I know we got lucky. Our masseuses were very friendly. We got a couples massage. Everything was smooth nice and easy.

I dont know who could ever give this place 1 star, they definitely had issues, i went with my partner and we had amazing massage, started off with the sauna for the 30min which clear all out toxins after which we took a shower and went into our massage the massage bed was comfortable and clea. And the head pad has nice aromatherapy scent in them, my head was hurting and ask my massuse to help it go away before she started my massage, omg she did some massage techniques and the headache was gone i was so overjoyed, then she started my full body massage and it was amazing i feel asleep, I would highly recommend booking your massage here.

Absolutely enjoyed my very 1st time at the spa! I choose the couples session with a friend and OMG it was sooo nice...the oil used warmed when applied on the skin and was soooo soothing! The hot rocks used at the end was a nice finishing touch...my entire being was completely relaxed 5 minutes into the massage! Im a plus size woman so some of the moves were a little difficult for her to perform but she did her best! I would reccomend to ANYONE... Topped off with the relaxing music playing in the background 5 stars all around!

Massage was absolutely wonderful! However, the receptionist literally lectured me about giving a tip which was totally unnecessary. Because of her attitude about it, I would Not ever go there again. I would Not recommend any of my friends to go there either!!! Horrible customer service from the receptionist! HORRIBLE! But God bless you though!

I went hoping for a good massage, but my masseuse was late. Then she wanted to spend a hour on my back. I noticed about 35-40 minutes into it. Didnt get good timing on my arms and legs. I dont recommend visiting this place.

Instead of taking constructive criticism and critiques you habitually disrespect your customers and are quite nasty and combative. I would not be surprised if you end up (going) out of business. The one star rating remains, if I could give you zero stars I would.

Asked for work and didnt get half of what I wanted. Not a professional place . Price is too expensive for the time you get. 30 min for 48 dollars and they dont manage the massage time for you to get a complete massage.
