I just got done with having an appointment with Ric and I can say that was THE BEST massage I have ever received. I live in Texas and am visiting right now and I truly wish that he was in Texas too because I would regularly see Ric if I could. He was so detailed and thorough. It was like he knew my body and what it needed when he reached that area. I have never felt so relaxed from a massage before. Ric really is the best therapist I have ever been too and I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about him.

I started going to this location late last year. I don’t remember why I picked Gina, but probably because I was looking for hard pressure for my shoulder pain. Well, here I am still going every 2-3 weeks to see her. I became a member and every visit has been nothing short of pure tension relief and happiness. Gina is by far the greatest therapist I have had work on my shoulder (nerve) issues. She has explained to me better ways I can sleep and I even bought a different pillow, aka the wedge, to help with my sleeping pattern. It takes two they always say… right? Well, a good therapist will help you with progression at every session however, you have to do some homework of your own. I found my new massage home here with Gina. I can also just say, I 1000000% back up Dean Miller’s review. He hit every point on the nose.

This place was fantastic. It deserves better reviews. People who say it was rough did it to themselves considering you pick which parts you want hard or soft. My therapist Vivian did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and relaxed.

I came in for a deep tissue massage. Though my therapist Jude was deep at times and used pressure points well- she was very abrupt and aggressive with her transitions. She would throw my body parts around like I was a piece of meat and spent less than 30 seconds on a portion of my body. Not to mention, she would throw her bottle of lotion on top of sacrum and leave it there more than once. I could hear her pause on some device on occasion as she would stop massaging fully. Anytime I’d have a request, such as, “please no heat to the bed, and a little deeper here and there”.. I could feel her energetically dissatisfied with the requests as she manipulated my body in a way that was more than excessive.I felt angry inside. I’ve been a member for over 13 years and I have to say that was my least favorite. When I told the front desk, she just said, “I’ll have the manager call you… and we can potentially offer you an enhancement- so what method of payment today?”So I still had to pay for a massage I was very unhappy with. I told her I do not want to book here again and I do not want the enhancement thank you. I did come in 5 minutes late (my fault) but I did call them to notify to respect their time. I will not be back to this location, ever.

I had a wonderful experience here! The reception staff were welcoming and efficient and the massage treatment was very good - better than I expected! The massage was relaxing but the therapist focused on tight muscles and I felt 10x better than when I arrived! Thank you!

When I tell you, THIS massage was amazing. I believe Andres just started here a few weeks ago and I was lucky enough to have a session with him. I did a deep tissue massage and he really worked out all the kinks and pains I have been having. Work has been stressful lately and Andres made me relaxed and comfortable - def will book with him next time 90 mins!

Very poor quality as well as rude service by facial and massage therapist. They just try to run the clock then cut the time short. They don’t care to actually put in effort to take care of their clients. I came in happy and having a great day before coming to relax at the spa and left beyond disappointed and stressed as well as in pain.

Absolutely worse couple massage my husband and I have ever experienced. The 2 ladies were very inexperienced. First off, it felt like my 5 year old was giving me a massage using oil out of the freezer. Every time she touched my skin and applied oil I was freezing and had to brace myself for it. The room was cold as well. My husband had advised his therapist of a shoulder Injury and she proceeded to work forcefully on the injured shoulder which now he is still experiencing even more pain then before. If you’re looking for a massage experience, I definitely would look elsewhere.

My massage therapist is the best Ive ever experienced. Im not going to say their name in fear I wont be able to schedule my appointments but Ive had a great experience here.

Never any issues here. Staff is friendly and just like any massage place inform them of what you are looking for. Different therapists are better at different techniques, pressures. Deep tissue work is all I ever request. It may take a few rounds to find the right therapist for your wants.

I’ve been coming here for 6 years. I don’t know why I’ve waited so long to write a review. I think this location is lovely. The front desk staff has always been super sweet and helpful.Since my first visit when I asked the desk staff who did the best sports massage and they recommended Alex I was hooked. Alex is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Phenomenal.Recently I went to see Emilee for a facial and wow! She’s a 💎 - really such a wonderful experience. Professional, kind, caring and does an amazing job. ❤️

OMG! I just had a facial with Emily at this location of Massage Envy, 1917 Cordova Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL and it was amazing! Emilys gentle touch totally calms and nurtures you, allowing you to be able to lie still and enjoy the facial and all its benefits. Also if you have a neck ache or upper shoulder tension, Emily massages these areas during the facial which totally removes your aches and pains and gives you energy. I have been going to this place for a couple years. Love this place. The owner is fantastic! She is pleasant in communication and a very professional. I had the worst massage at this place. I kept wincing and saying ouch during the massage and the massage therapist never bothered to adjust the pressure. He never asked me if I was okay. I was supposed to get a 90-minute relaxing massage, instead it was more of pain and suffering. My right arm felt numb after the massage. The next day my shoulder, arm and lower back are very sore. I will never go to this place again.

This was by far the nicest massage envy I have been to. I have only been to a few others but this one was so nice. My massage with John was great also!

The Massages and Customer service are amazing! Been part of the membership for about 5 month now and it is something I look forward to every chance I get! This location is also clean and relaxing!

I’m just about ready to cancel my membership. I can never get the massage I need. I simply ask to relax and get a massage and I get a body rub instead! Not at all what I expect from “a great therapist” they recommended. It’s always the same, my bf and I have tried many locations and it’s hard to find a good therapist. Once you start enjoying your massage they end up not working there anymore

Not sure about other Massage Envy locations, but this one in particular has always been willing to work with us, another local health and wellness business, with charity events to give back to community.Amazing front desk staff that are always welcoming and have great communication skills. If an appointment is made with them then you can ALWAYS expect to have a helpful reminder phone call 24 hrs in advance.We recommend to try different Massage Therapists at this M.E. until you find what you are in need of. Each therapist has their own specialties so depends on what you prefer.

Made an appointment online, but the appointment was not honored when I arrived. They said its an issue with the website that happens all the time. Absolutely no attempt to correct or accommodate was offered or made. Very disappointed and wont be back.

I had a 60 mins Swedish massage today with Isabella..she did such a great job working out my tensed areas, I literally fell asleep 😴...at one point during the massage 💆‍♀️.The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I will most definitely be going back 💯 %

Horrible. I stopped going cause the first 3 visits were so bad. Dont know who the good therapists are so I got stuck with someone who was not good. I came out more sore than when I arrived. Wish I wouldve asked for someone else during the bad massage, but decided to be polite. Next time i came in with a reserved time and therapist didnt show up. I new left. Next one after that I called and no available times for date requested. Its frustrating to relax. Went somewhere else.

An appointment that I scheduled and wanted to cancel however, theres no way to cancel online and they were closed. Theres nowhere that it says leave a voicemail, naturally, you expect to talk to someone to cancel, 8 minutes past 10 am, I get a call to ask me if Im still coming in, the appointment was scheduled for 10am, I explain that I was just about to call to explain and cancel but they did not want to hear it. Makes the costumer feel like its like a fight going back and forth, theyre not costumer oriented at all and and you can tell theyre unprofessional just how whoever I was talking to addressed me. Anyway. Half of a session does not make have less than what I own and definitely does not make the hourly salary that you get anymore that it is. Ive been to other massage envy locations and have been a member for a while, just stay away from this one to not ruin the experience. I did hear bad things before but I did not even have a chance to set foot in it and I never will, Ill try keep as many people that I can from making that mistake also.

I had been with massage Envy for over 2 1/2 years and enjoyed my experience. After a few months at this location I canceled my membership. On two occasions the massage therapist I Booked was out sick or on vacation but I was never notified. Another time I had received an email for a free mini facial and scheduled it but I was given a full facial and was charged for it. I did not realize I was getting a full facial until it had already begun.

First time ever getting a facial my friend transferred over one of her services she had on her plan because I was having a breakout. I called an scheduled an appointment it was easy to get scheduled. When I came in for the appointment I had to fill out a quick questionnaire about my skin. Then sat in the tranquil waiting area, it wasnt long till my esthetician called me. The facial was great my esthetician walked me through the whole process and explained what each product was. She was wonderful. After the service she recommended products that she used that would help my skin. I didnt buy any of them at the time because they are pretty expensive. Since the service was a gift from a friend, I am not really sure how much the service actually cost.

My home massage envy is Ft Lauderdale. About a month ago, I called them to give them an updated credit card number. They said that it had been taken care of, I was good to go---they had the new info in the system. However, when I went to a Massage Envy in SC a month later, the SC place said they couldnt schedule me, because I was inactive. Come to find out that the person who took my credit card in FTL didnt enter the info correctly... nor did they bill me, so then I wasnt active in the system. I spent over an hour trying to get them to schedule a massage. Now, I really need the massage. For waiting on the phone for an hour between FL & SC, youd think theyd apologize and offer a free service or something. I pay a lot of money for this kind of service??? In addition, why isnt it possible to update information at any Massage Envy as a courtesy. Different stores can obviously see my info, why cant a Massage Envy staff member update my info at any location? Why red tape, bureaucracy.

Ill be canceling as soon as possible. The original owner was a friend of mine for years but unfortunately she has since passed. She was very professional, and fabulous with handling problems. Now her daughter is the owner and doesnt follow up at all even though she says she will. last time I was there she said Ill call you within a day or a day and a half. Never heard from her to this day and its been well over a month, so I obviously I was duped and she is not professional enough to keep her word. Just read about another woman being molested in there also. Their masseuses are the worst. I would never recommend this place to anyone, at least this location!

I have been for 3 massages and recently signed up as a member. This location is clean, great ambiance, friendly reception staff, and all the masseuses that I have had have been great and made me feel comfortable. I brought my girlfriend with me last time for a couples massage (her first massage ever) and now she is hooked. Very well run business!

In my opinion on Valentine’s Day week end an establishment like this should be fully staffed and prepared to accommodate customers for this time of the year. My wife booked us an appointment one month in advance and it was a surprise for me, well that surprise was ruined with the lack communication as well as a lack of staffing. Long story short the out come was they would have to reschedule us which was not an option for us. Finally I would like to thank ME for ruining my V-Day surprise :-(

It was my first and probably last time I visited this place...the massage wasnt even good. I had a pain in the mid back as well as in the glute, but the person massaging me decided to focus massaging my legs instead. And so the pain I had didnt go away, and actually increased a bit when I woke up in the morning. Only the few minor sourness I had relieved but nothing else. However, the staff at the front desk were very nice and kind not just to me but to other customers as well! Thats why I gave two stars instead of one.

Was on vacation and wanted to get a Massage. We were walking past and they had a board outside for massage and facial walk ins available. I decided to stop in and get a Massage to unwind. I was told by 1 employee they had nothing available but could get new in the next afternoon. I told them I was leaving and would not be there the next day and without any care was told that tomorrow was what they had. Mind you 1 person was waiting but 4 employees were just standing around talking. If you dont have anything available take down the walk in appointment available now sign

Ive been a member for over 5 years and been to the Deerfield and Boca location before. 1st time in this location and is the best! The staff was very friendly, water in a champagne glass, the quiet room was very relaxing and the best part was my therapist Kevin- he was the best!! So professional and knowledgeable!! Highly recommend him to everyone! I will def. Be back!! Thank you!!!

I had a wonderful massage. However, although I did show up late, they didnt give me a full hr massage even though I paid for a full hr. They just gave me the remainder of the hr.

This is the most dishonest company I had ever deal with. They are a bunch of thieves and liars. It is a good thing that I have never set a foot in this establishment. My issue started when a friend recommend me this massage place. I booked my first time massage ever with them and while driving to my appt I received a called from the front desk cancelling my appt as the massage therapist called “sick”. They reschedule me for next day at 4pm which was Dec. 31 even though I told them I may not be able to make it as it was New Year Eve and I was a busy. I received a call after 4pm asking if I was able to make it which I replied that I could not. Next thing I noticed they were charging my credit card that is mandatory to provide when you request an online massage. (I call this: acting in bad faith) I am currently in a card dispute with them and their falsehood are beyond comprehension. Envy massage be prepare to provide transcript of my calls where you claim you mentioned that cancelling the appt you will still charge my card and also a copy of my electronic signed agreement. I will write the merchant bank that is holding your account to file a formal complaint and I encourage anyone who is going through this with them to do the same. Why a bank will have a merchant account open for such unethical business practices?

Received a gift certificate worth $75, massage was $49 and was told that it would be custom to leave $25 tip? Thats 50% tip! Was not that good a massage.Booked with Jose and was given someone else when I arrived without notice. If I cancel then they charge me for the feel. If they would have called me I would have rebooked.Now I have a balance $15 towards another massage which I probably will not return for.

Front of the house staff is always very friendly and greets everyone with a smile as they enter the door. Ive never had a bad experience with any of the masseuses there. I definitely recommend this place for a massage.

I’ve been going to Josh for the better part of 6 years now. He is excellent for a deep tissue to work all of those knots and troublesome spots! The front staff is always very friendly and professional when calling or in person.

1 star customer service. My 12 year old daughter booked a facial - which would have been her 4th time. Anyone who went through puberty knows its an important and difficult age for skin care - and she does such a good job taking care of herself daily, we support it with a monthly facial.When she made the appointment or when I dropped her off for the hour, and on the three previous occasions, there was nothing said but she is soon told that a parent must be in the room for the facial. Thanks for the notice of new rules! After I had already left. Instead of honoring the appointment so she can go to her party with a clean face, and simply notify her/us of the new rules for the future, they instead argued with her and then me and completely made a mess of a situation. And, late enough in the day on a Saturday that there wa no alternative to correct.Way to take a stand on the implementation or enforcement of a new rule - and ruin a little girls day in the process.Next time - get a manager that has the decency, common sense and authority to fix a simple situation.For us, there will not be a next time. Dont need or want to see that imbecile manager at the front desk before my next massage. The entire family - 8 of us - will be canceling our accounts. And see how many more of our Las Olas friends react to this story. And, most importantly, they definitely lost a little girls business for life.

Bad experience. Misrepresented service to be given. Was told that there would be a 30 minute session plus 10-15 minute tension relief portion. When taken into room the massage therapist explained 1/2 hour session with tension relief portion included in that time period (30 minutes). Was told other misleading information. Was intermittently reminded about the timing of session during session time. Stretching was performed without prior massage of muscle to warm up /prepare muscle. Tension relief portion) performed with a machine in a manner which involved movement over bony parts of body at times.

Nikai gave excellent massage with just right pressure and attention to ambiance. Then I had my facial ... Esthetician never stopped upselling. Completely spoiled the spa experience. I was ready to tell Massage Envy when they sent me a survey. But opportunity to leave open feedback disappeared after my tepid stars. Corporate training/goals is root of this unpleasantness.

I can certainly see why this place has bad reviews. I told the person performing the massage on me that I was very tender and asked maybe 5 times during the massage to please not shove their fingers into my body. It doesnt matter if you communicate or not - the people that work here are inexperienced! it was like I was being jabbed vs. a massage!

Jorge gave one of the best deep tissue massage I have had! For muscle recovery after gym workouts I get massages about twice a month. I have found my regular. Amir (sp?) at the same location also gave a great deep tissue massage.

Do not buy a membership here. It isnt a good deal by the time youve paid a huge tip for a fairly substandard massage. Now I cant get out of the contract despite the fact I am moving out of town.

Booked a massage at 3, showed up 10 minutes early and was checked in and told to sit in the waiting room. 40 min later got up and asked if I was still getting and still nothing! What an joke of a place. 3 people sitting behind the counter the entire time not doing anything...

It was my first time here ,and i tell you it was not was ,what i was expecting, it was even better, i was a little nervous but it was good and i am thinking to come back again with other family members too it was fabulous
