I had my first wellness massage here with Jo and she was wonderful. I loved her light-hearted optimistic energy. Her work was wonderful. I will definitely be back! Love the whole vibe of the spa, very relaxing. Also, everyone at the front desk was precious.

This place is hidden gem! Such a pretty space! Lots of beautiful little gifts… but the best part was my 80 minute CBD restful massage. The therapist was great! She gave me the pressure I wanted and did a full body massage from head to toe. I left feeling super relaxed! I recommend it!

We were greeted by Jessica,who was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful..Then both of us got massages from Kaheem, my wifes response after hers was AMAZING, we both agreed he was very good at his job & very professional..We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you try this spa you wont regret it

I’ve tried a few other massage parlors in Ft. Lauderdale really hoping to find a good one. I haven’t had much luck UNTIL I found silent moment massage. My husband actually found them first and recommended me. We both had such a great experience here and our massage therapist Kadeem was incredible!! Very professional and made me feel soooo relaxed. I am 9 months pregnant and they have a specialty mommy massage that I loved. Which featured a super comfy pregnancy pillow I have never seen or had at any of the other places I’ve gone too. I seriously loved it here! So tranquil and zen :) thank you!

My friend recommended Silent Moment, this is not your big box hire out of school franchise therapists or Asian parlor.The owners took great care to pour their hearts out into making silent moment, an incredibly relaxing and transformative space where you can rebuild your soul. My therapist was exceptional and had been practicing massage therapy for over 10 years, they got rid of all of my knots, and the pain from my pulled back went away.

My husband and I are in the area for a quick vacation and it was a rainy day, so we decided to do a spa day! The reviews are what brought us to this place and Silent Moment did NOT disappoint. The peaceful sleep CBD massage by Brigette was the best massage I have ever had! My husband had Kadeem and spoke highly of his knowledge in working on his neck pains in the Back, Head and Shoulders massage. Perfect way to spend a rainy day!

I recently visited this massage parlor and was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and skill of the staff, particularly Kay and Ashley. Both were incredibly attentive and tailored their techniques perfectly to address my needs. while Cindy provided a strong, deep tissue massage that was exactly what I needed after a long week. Highly recommend visiting them for a genuinely rejuvenating experience!

I received a very effective deep tissue massage from Myriam. I am recovering from surgery, and she was very attentive to my condition and what would have the best results. Definitely check this place out, very relaxing vibes from the moment you walk in the door.

It was an amazing time get the well and being massage with Kadeem. It was amazing. The experience was wonderful and super relaxing. He was able to work out all my tense knots and stretch out some stiff muscles. I can not recommend this place enough.

Very nice staff. I’ve had 2 facials here and they are SO relaxing and leave my skin glowing. I fell asleep both times. Happy I found this spa.

Came for a 50 minutes relaxation massage and 25 minute foot massage. Both Kadeem and Maureen very good. Very clean and serine salon. Wish that the body massage was for a bit longer since it only lasted for about 40 minutes vs. 50. Otherwise, everything was exceptional. The receptionist was polite and sweet. Plan to come back when in the area.

We are on vacation and thought we would try massage and facial day. They were amazing and we have now started a new tradition! The staff was incredibly gentle and caring including those who were experiencing a massage for the first time. We will be back!

Great massage and a therapeutic style of a whole body massage, Silent moment is a great place to be. Indeed, you feel the silence when you enter the door, the lightnings and welcoming soft and delicate music that fills our presence. Very quiet moment and silence, indeed.

WOW!! What can I say?! This Spa is absolute GEM!!! So amazing, I went back the next day for one of their foot and leg massages! From Kay at front desk to the back, Bree, Cindy and Brigette, everyone was super professional and very kind. If you look for good energy in your Spa, this is DEF where you want to go! The woman were all so amazing, it was a total vibe! I search for a magnetic energy in settings like this as part of my Spa/cleansing experience!They were able to get me in, last minute on a Sunday, for a complete Spa Day (just about)! I had the most amazing Anti-Aging Facial by Bree. Her hands were delicate and and thorough. Followed by a fabulous massage by Cindy! Her hands were got through some stiffness for me and the body rub was heaven!They offer 15% if you book in person OR book again, there for the next visit. So, I had such a wonderful experience, I decided to go back the next day (Monday) for a Leg and Foot Specific massage (Im a runner, def need that, lol). Brigette was amazing as well! My legs and feet were rubbed to a perfect relaxation! WOW! Such a talented staff! I even made some connections with these incredible woman!Please check them out!! I will be making Silent Moment Spa part of my new self-care routine!

The vibe from this place is incredible, everything is so wholesome, and it’s a transformative process just waiting for your therapist. My massage therapist was amazing, because this is independently run non-franchise location they can afford to hire top-notch therapists.
