Step into this craft cocktail wonderland and prepare to be wowed! From the incredible food to the impeccable service, every moment at this lounge is a delight. Our server, Kiki, was an absolute gem, and the managements hands-on approach (Ashley and Nicole) ensured everything ran smoothly. The drinks were a work of art, and the lively atmosphere, peppered with bachelorette parties, created a perfect blend of out-of-towners and locals. A truly unforgettable experience!Even the steak aficionados among us were blown away by the quality and generous portions! We may have gone a bit overboard, sharing multiple appetizers, but hey, were used to the smaller plates of Miami. This was absolutely a feast to remember! The food, DJ, cocktails and service make this place an EASY 10/10. We can’t wait to try it for brunch. Everything about this place is so well thought out.
The first time I went, we had a great server named Natalia and the bartender Chase was fabulous! The vibe and service were so spot-on that we didn’t mind paying the automatic 20% tip up charge. In fact, we tipped them more. Since we had such a great experience the first time, we went back last Tuesday 8/5/24.We had a polar opposite experience. Being that we were the only patrons in the place, I politely asked our server Monica if they could turn down the music a bit or suggest another area that we could sit that wasn’t as loud. She declined, so I asked for the manager on duty. The “manager/DJ” with the man-bun came over with an attitude and told us due to corporate policy, she couldn’t lower the volume. I explained that one of our four group members is hard-of-hearing so that’s why we were requesting it and/or if they could accommodate us in a better location. Instead we sat under the speaker and it was tough to hear each other even for those who aren’t compromised. When we were about to leave on the way to the ladies room, I noticed the seats in the back had speakers, but they weren’t turned on. Those workers could’ve suggested that, but I get the feeling they really don’t care much about giving their customers a pleasant experience.Once again the food was excellent. The food isn’t going to be the reason this place fails- it’s the lousy service. The curry chicken pot pie, mussels, carpaccio salad & other bites were just great! On the other hand, the service was terrible. Some people don’t belong in the hospitality industry and that was our server Monica and the manager. No one brought us menus, cleared our plates, refilled our drinks, checked on us, gave us silverware and the check took a really long time. When we were charged the 20%, I knew it was going to be a while if I ever return again. It’s inexcusable they can’t give decent service considering how many people were there. I also called management the next day and no one bothered to respond. Good Luck Wilder! It’s a great location, nice venue and great food, but gratuity is based on the service. Patrons should have the choice on what amount and/or percentage.
Although my food was a little cold, I still enjoyed the atmosphere and my girl enjoyed your birthday event. The show was awesome (next time we need to bring more cash) The dancers were amazing. I was in awe. We met some new friends who were also celebrating a birthday. Just look at the pictures and you will see we had a great time. Next time I think my food should come combined instead of individual plates for each item 🤦🏾♀️ overall the place was nice.
It’s a nice place for a night out for an older crowd. To your bday there and get some friends together for drinks.Food not my choice. Seafood disappointing. Not the best quality, coming from Up north Boston. I had the yuca frita - passedGlazed ribs- good flavor, fell off the bone; but not served warmMy boyfriend and I went for dinner but not a nightlife. Overall the ambiance, the esthetics of the place is nice. Indoor modern and outdoor greens
Went to the Sunday brunch with burlesque show with some friends. There was a little mix up on the reservation we had but the manager Martha was very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. The atmosphere is 10/10! The shows were fun , great service and the food was amazing! We tried several dishes but the favorite was the short rib empanadas, we ended up order a second round. We will definitely be back.
Came to The Wilder for the first time and I loved it. The cocktails were very well made as well as delicious. Same goes for the food! I would strongly recommend the Kiss This and Pistache Yo! if you’re looking for a great tequila drink. In terms of food, I would recommend the Yuca Frita, The Chicken Drumettes and the Mojo Jerk Ribs. Would love to come here again soon!
This gorgeously decorated restaurant left the best impression! The place is lively with music, the decor is romantic and the service and food were excellent. Our bartender Giorgio was super attentive and recommended the best drinks based off our preferences. The food was fantastic! I truly enjoyed everything we ordered, if you’re looking for more filling options the drumettes, lamb and gnocchi were so flavorful and well balanced. Definitely will be coming here again and again!
A group of us visited on Saturday night and had the greatest time! The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was very cute and fun! Kayli went above and beyond to accommodate our changing reservation and we couldn’t be more appreciative. We had the best time and are so glad we chose The Wilder to celebrate our event.
I wanted to love this place! The ambiance and music were fabulous, as was the workmanship of the building and decor. Cozy seating, but then we just sat.... as many employees walked by over and over. After finally being acknowledged, I asked if they had specialty drinks. We were given a drink menu and we were told shed be back. We were obviously forgotten about as 20 minutes later, she finally came and apologized and said our first drinks were on her. We appreciated that, although she never came to check on us after. Our drinks were empty and we just decided to go somewhere else. Its a shame because we were thoroughly enjoying the live music.
We had a going away party in the Great Room and everyone couldn’t stop raving about the vibe at this location! The drinks were spectacular, check out my favorite master mixologist, Giorgio, who makes the most phenomenal margaritas!! Our guest of honor absolutely loved everything and was so impressed with this venue. The place looks amazing during daylight hours but gets even better at night. Sirleine took such good care of us, from beginning to end, I would recommend 10/10!!
I came here ‘after hours’ so it was more of a club vibe. The outside patio was set up really nicely with lots of seating. Reasonable drink prices for the area and a really nice ‘speak easy’ type of set up. The DJ was great. He played a variety of music. He played from Latin music to hip hop to pop to rock to rnb to country and blended everything together fairly well and was interacting with the crowd. Would recommend.
The food is very good, the services by Giogio are excellent the atmosphere 👌 very good. Just a suggestion The food must indicate what kind of sauces it has since I am allergic to bacon and there were some excellent corn croquettes with cheese but with a bacon-based sauce and when I found out I had already eaten it . Then we also ate a paprika dip and in theory goat cheese we congratulated them because it was very good and they told us that it was not goat cheese but rather ricotta. and we had already eaten everything, and we are both lactose intolerant . So please update your menús to be sure of the real ingredients. But it was very good the food
Had a great time at Sunday brunch with a friend for her birthday. Service was great although busy. Staff worked together to service all tables. The cheddar corn croquettes were hands down the best and the brilla empanadas were also good. The shrimp and bread pudding were just okay. Bottomless spritzers were priced nicely and we had a great time during the burlesque show. It is a little dark inside but I believe it fits the decor and the vibes perfectly. I would definitely obtain a reservation if you are going for brunch. I would definitely return in the future.
The bartender Giorgio made our night! Great drink and food recommendations, conversational, and made out experience top notch. Had old fashioned, mule, the fortune, the bloom for drinks. Yuca, short rib empanadas, and guava drumettes for food. Chocolate espresso mousse and panacotta for dessert. Will definitely be back because of him and the great night we had!
I loved this place. It is tucked away off of Broward Blvd. Speak easy feel to it. Our waitress, Nathalia, was attentive and friendly. I would recommend the guava glazed ribs(had two orders of it), the empanadas, the lemon pepper chicken and a sweet ending of the donuts. Everything is small plates but it does get filling.
4 of us, full time residents of Ft. Lauderdale, yesterday evening went for Happy Hour ant the Wilder and indulged in both the HH libations and foods which were all amazing. We sat in the courtyard, which was so pretty and had so many fans to make it cooler and breezy. But just as the food and drink were so amazing, so was our server Monica. She was so attentive, fun, courteous and personable. She made our evening. All servers should take lessons from Monica as she ,in our experiences, is that rare shining star in the service industry. We can’t wait to go back to the Wilder AND have Monica as our server!!!
Not the biggest fan of this place and won’t be returning. I had a reservation for noon and none of the “shows” started until 1 PM and we were already done with our food and asked for the check before the shows started. That being said we did stay for two shows which was interesting and different and kind of cool. The management here is also a bit rude. The food was the best part which I definitely didn’t expect to be the best part. I was hoping for more of a fun experience. If you want something different I would suggest still checking this place out but after you go once in my opinion you don’t need to go back again.
I love the place. It is hidden behind some bushes but easy to find, just follow the great music selection. You probably already know it, but I must reinforce it. Great place for cocktails!I was lucky to come here when they were inaugurating a new menu. You must try the Irish garden drink as it is fantastic. The dont have many food options so Id suggest you having the ribs with fries if your hungry as the portion is well served. Also, I wish you can be served by Amanda, she served my table and she is fantastic.

The ambience of this place is nice but, unfortunately the service was severely lacking. When we arrived (party of 2) there was no hostess station so we’re we’re left walking around trying to find the table we reserved. We opted for the pre set Valentine’s Day menu. The food then took almost an hour and a half to come out. When the food arrived my plate was brought but the second persons plate wasn’t brought until 20 mins later and the presentation and taste was completely different. We ordered the same thing but, it came out different. Maybe it was an off night but, I definitely will not be returning to find out.Such a shame because this place could be really good with staff that is more attentive.
My favorite cocktail bar in Fort Lauderdale. Ive nearly tried the entire menu at this point and havent been disappointed by a single drink. Their bartenders are experts at what they do. The vibe is nice, perhaps even brushing up on semi-formal, or a nice -shirt for guys. Great outdoor area for more intimate conversations or group settings.
Beautiful and inviting is the first impression. The place is spotless, including the bathrooms, even when it is busy. When you get service it is great. The food is good. Some plates, such as the lamb, are excellent. Drinks are really thought out. Reasonably priced, too.I really hope this place stays in business. We were there for 3.5 hours from 7:30 to 11:00 on a Friday. We Intended on staying for only 1.5 hours. But, our server disappeared shortly after the first plstes and we were left hanging for an hour ..and it wasnt busy when she disappeared. But the new server stepped up and made things right. With staying longer, we got to see the crowd pickup and the place change to a party vibe fitting for the later hours. It could be improved if they have a chill lounge vibe in the earlier hours. Instead, they played awful 90s nirvana live music on overbearingly loud speakers. Then they switched to super loud jock jams music before 9pm. With only 30 people in there, the super loud pump music didnt fit. You cant hear each other. The servers cant hear you either. But, by 10pm, theres a dj, and the music is better, yet still over the top loud. However, by this hour, it makes sense because it is right for party vibe. So, I hope they give a gradient of vibe from sexy lounge to party. Otherwise, it is not enjoyable for early cocktails and an intimate date. Warm us up a bit.
My husband and I went on a Thursday night. It was busy and loud, at first we didn’t know how it would play out. We were there maybe a few minutes when a server greeted and seated us. They had a live dj (DJ Misha) he was amazing. They also had about 4 artists there painting/creating while everyone watched. We ordered drinks and appetizers, both were very very good. The Wilder is a place full of variety. Variety when it comes to the atmosphere, food, and the people. Anyone can go, and feel welcomed.
The Wilder is one of my favorite venues in the Fort Lauderdale area. Love the vibe, food and cocktails. Great hospitality and one of my favorite bartenders is Jean. He always gives great service, does some cool twist on cocktails when I want to try something new and always entertaining with his flair bartending skills.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Thanks and a large part of it goes to our amazing server Giorgio. He was not only very pleasant and personable but also made sure our food was perfect and served on time. Giorgios attentiveness and friendly demeanor added a special touch to our dining experience. I highly recommend Giorgio as a server; he truly enhances the overall enjoyment of the meal. Great service to match an even greater ambience.
I am a fan of details and I like when a place takes care of everything. This bar is a nice spot if you are around Fort Lauderdale and want to relax for a bit.Location: It is located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale and very close to the beach.Parking: Not a problem. There is a free parking lot behind the bar.Service: Standard service.Drink quality: Each cocktail was well crafted, they have a large and diverse drink menu. I can’t complain about the drinks. We got “SINCERELY, THE WILDER” (Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Fig & Chai Infused Cocchi Di Torino Sweet Vermouth, St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur) – very similar to old fashioned but a bit sweet; “NETFLIX & CHILL” (Brown Butter-Washed Redemption Rye Whiskey, Caramel Corn Demerara, Cola Bitters) – very similar to old fashioned; “MADAME PELE” (Grilled Pineapple & Poblano Sous-Vide Patron Reposado Tequila, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, Chipotle Agave, Pineapple, Smoked Salt) – this drink is a bit spicy so keep that in mind; and “PISTACHE, YO!” (Herradura Silver Tequila, Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, Pistachio Orgeat, Pineapple, Orange Bitters, Ancho Chili Rim).Price: Well, don’t mind spending on great drinks. We paid for 5 drinks $69.55 plus tip.Atmosphere: Bar decor is stunning! The bar inside is dark and moody, and the outdoor patio is lovely. The music and sound system are loud and clear, but not a lot so you’ll still be able to talk. Just perfect to eat, drink, and laugh with friends.Recommendation: We went on Sunday around 4 pm and it was not crowded, so I don’t know if you’d need a reservation. This is the type of place that I’d go for only drinks even if the food looks good in the photos. This is not the kind of place that focuses a lot on the food.Follow me.Instagram @hoppincitiesFacebook: @hoppincitiesTwitter: @citieshoppinhoppincities.com
It was my first time visiting for my birthday but I felt underwhelmed by my experience. While the food was good the service could have been better with the prices we were charged. The total amount for the group seemed to have been upcharged but the bill was paid nonetheless.
The show was amazing, the 2 performers were true stars, very charismatic, however, service was extremely bad, the server had a cold face and rude attitude, she wasn’t polite, spent the hour and 34 minutes we sat there by the bar checking her phone, we had to call her several times to get water, a second round of drinks and the like, she was very off putting. I don’t understand why people choose hospitality if they are not cut for it. She was the only bad thing about the place. She forgot to get our appetizers and they brought the entree first, so we had to ask to get the appetizers first. She was just awful.Other than that, the food was very good and so were the drinks, portions are very small so you order several little plates.I wont go back, it is the one time only type of place. My cousin had been wanting to come here for over a year.
I did a Google search for a nice Ladies Niught Out spot near me and this placed popped up. Neither of us had ever heard of it but decided to check it out.I was very impressed and happy that Id decided (earlier that day) to make a reservation. The place was PACKED and the vibe was EVERYTHING!!We were there from about 8pm-11pm and the music was on point...especially when the DJ hit the stage and started playing a more diverse selection. The service was great. The drinks and food were pretty good also.Im planning to go back with a few couples to celebrate me and my husbands birthdays next month.
This is a cool bar with nice lighting and decor. They were inviting and polite. The cocktails were a little overpriced and after ordering the same drinks from different bartenders, proved there were consistency issues. The bar also started off cool and calm when we got there around 830pm, but started getting louder, darker, and way more crowded around 1030pm. Making it hard to walk through. The bar counter top could definitely use a wipe down more frequently, as the same puddle of sticky gunk stayed in the same spot the entire 2 hours we hung out at the counter. Id still go back and recommend giving The Wilder a visit.
I have to admit as a line cook at the Wilder the masters degree in Business it couldnt improve your business. No first off the business has to gear itself to growing its core customer base. With us said you have to dedicate yourself in order to grow that customer base by setting up your key performance indicators called kpis. The heart and soul of any restaurant is growing your kpis to grow your key course customer base to keep your core customers coming back which makes you the real money to keep your restaurants open. Value of pioneers restaurant base as a theme park meaning you have specialty events that happened at your restaurant this is not why they come back. Yes at the Wilder I cooked but unfortunately you had somebody better educated than what you understood.
A friend of mine was in town for couple days so we went to the wilder for couple drinks and wow! What a warm and cozy Christmas ambience they had with all decorations and tree! Giorgio our bartender made us very tasty holiday cocktails😋, then Nathalia our server was super attentive and knowledgeable with us even though she had several tables to attend. Tamara their GM passed by to check on us and introduce herself👏🏽. What started as casual turned into an amazing evening! Great experience at the Wilder🤩
This was wonderful to visit! The food is superb! We had wonderful service from our server but the woman at the bar was not friendly. We arrived close to closing time but the kitchen was still open! Thank goodness because wowza the food was great! We had the Cuban empanada and some fantastic drinks on the patio. The music inside was deafening!
I love the atmosphere at this bar. The drinks were really good for a reasonable price. Appetizers and desserts were really good too. I had a great time.
Great date night spot, we stopped here while bar hopping. The food is delicious and the drinks are poured correctly. Nathalia was on point and provided great recommendations!!
Went for an art event. The food was so incredibly delicious even if it was exorbitantly expensive and minute in portion size. I someone in my table ordered a lamb dish that came with 4-5 pieces of meat smaller than your thumb. Their appetisers were great though. They make these mushroom chips that are to die for even for the mushroom hater. While we were extremely hungry after the event and our pockets were very empty, the service was exceptional and the atmosphere was great. I’d go again but I would eat somewhere else first. I should add there is plenty of parking behind and around the place so that was very convenient
Went on a Saturday night and the place was in full swing. Inside there was a live DJ, great upbeat music, and an outside patio. I didn’t expect to get a seat at the bar, but I got lucky and to my surprise they had a food menu (the kitchen closes at 11p)! The charred tuna was pretty good, the fish was fresh and the grilled orange added an interesting flavor dynamic. Honestly though, the yuca was the real star here. The best yuca fries I’ve ever had and that lemon aoli…it’s sooooo good.
Very fun, relaxed atmosphere for happy hour or drinks. The music was just a little too loud for a real dinner atmosphere, but the music selection was amazing! Food was pretty good and not overpriced, which is a rarity these days. Vibe was cool. I would recommend. If I could give a 4.5 I would, but google forces you to choose...
Wow! The food is amazing! We ordered the ribs, lamb lollipops, and empanadas and it was full of flavor and spice. The craft cocktails were tasty as well, yet not very boozy and full of ice so my glass was empty within 3-4 sips. All in all great atmosphere.
I felt comfortable sitting outdoors, in the corner. Finally a place where the music was casually present but not vying for attention and commanding over our conversation. It was a pit stop on a onewheel ride that evolved from a cocktail to a couple small plates that delighted. Gyro empanadas and goat cheese mushroom toast. The staff whisked us indoors as a thunder cloud teased of rain.
Tried the place for the first time. Came for happy hour, in order to try a few different things. I was amazed at the quality of the food. Every dish came with sauces and or garnishes that complimented the food. AMAZING!
The place is very quaint and cute. Really good service, a nice choice of cocktails.. music was perfect. Cant find anything wrong with it.. we really enjoyed it. We didnt really eat but we had the spinach & artichoke dip and I most say its probably one of the best ones Ive ever had.. its a great place to go have a few drinks with friends or as a couple.. FYI fellows a lot of single girls.. and good looking too.
It was an incredible week day night at The Wilder: great company and atmosphere. There may have been 3-4 groups in total but the energy was still good, I would recommend this place to bring close friends and to have drinks and laugh it out. We certainly did. The daily drink specials are great, offering ample choices. We had two red wine bottles, a recommendation from Giorgio the bartender, and the charcuterie board and for 4 people it was around $30. I am looking forward to coming back in the weekend.
Super nice surprise. It was a great date night for my wife and I. Very nice venue, inside and out. Cozy dark lit interior for intimate drinks and dining while outside garden area is lit up with globe lighting for nightly ambiance. Drinks were creative and tasty, food was also delicious. We especially enjoyed the feta dip
Excellent ambiance and welcome. We went during happy hour and the menu for it was excellent. Food portions were small but excellent taste and presented very well. Drinks were excellent, very good attentive service. Our server Monica was very friendly, informative and helpful. We had a great time.
One thing made our dining experience INCREDIBLY worth it : giorgio demartini!!!drinks were great, food was delicious, service was superb.someone needs to give our man giorgio a fat raise and a trophy or something because he was awesome!!! our bride left feeling so happy ~ and so did we!great experience!!!!!!!!!!!!! all because of giorgio!!!!! fat raise needed!! incredible!! 10/10!!can’t wait to come back :-)
Went yesterday for the 1st time, from the outside it doesnt look like anything special, inside is a super cool vibe, great look.. the drinks were outstanding, 2 different bartenders made us drinks, both girls were on point...did the brunch menu, everything we ordered was an oh my !! Experience, short rib empanadas were outstanding, the arepas were delicious, yuca fritas also great, we tried the blueberry French toast, more like a bread pudding, blueberry compote on top, a vanilla sauce for dipping, fresh cut strawberries and whipped cream, my wife and I couldnt get enough, but my favorite were the steak and eggs...perfectly cooked filet mignon, juicy and tender, fingerling potatoes with just the right amount of crispy edges, a drizzle of brenaise sauce, and a perfectly executed poached egg on top, This was as good as it gets...kudos to the chef !!The burlesque show was really awsome, fun entertaining and the girls were fantastic. From the wait staff to the bartenders, all were outstanding and actually looked like they were having just as much fun as the customers, the manager Ashley introduced herself and welcomed us to our 1st time there, shes on point, friendly and engaging to her customers, and you can see immediately also to her staff. We will be back, and will tell all what a great way to start your Sunday off......I consider this a hidden gem 💎
Went on a night that it was not as packed but have heard great things and had a great experience when I was there. Will definitely be back
We enjoyed their happy hour very much when we came. Wells, house wine, and 1 cocktail (cucumber collins) were $7 each for happy hour, and they also offered small plates for $7 each. The small plates are exactly that, small. We ordered the jerk quesadilla and it came with 3 tiny quesadillas- so small that they combined to make 1.5 regular sized quesadillas. The fish dip was probably 1/4 the size I am used to getting at other places. Not necessarily a megative, just something to keep in mind. 2 girls could probably split 3 plates. The cucumber collins was the right amount of sweet that is standard to a collins drink. The ambiance was nice as there is a ton of greenery outside in a nice alley looking space. It was just us + 1 other party sitting outdoors. I was told the place used to be much more lively but I guess the pandemic is taking its toll on the area. Well have to come back to make sure they stay open! Ft laud needs more places like the Wilder.
Broward County Fence cannot say enough good things about The Wilder Speakeasy. Only wish we knew about it long ago.
Environment is okay. But super dark and overly loud. Very rude service. No one here is friendly or personable by any means. Customers treated like a nuisance. One of the bouncers kicked someone off the stage for dancing. Several other people were on the stage two and he just ignored them. Not a fun place at all.
This was a nice, chill spot to hang out after enjoying an afternoon at the off-Broadway theatre nearby. Service was responsive, food yummy and the prices were great.
Very, very small portions and way overpriced. Ordered the lentil salad and it barely had a teaspoon of lentils. Ordered the (single) cinnamon empanada, only $4.Went for brunch and burlesque for a birthday party. They came out with those sparklers and a happy birthday sign, which was sweet. The burlesque performers were stunning and worked the room. Also, they didnt have coffee available at all, for brunch? Oh, they automatically take 20% gratuity, never mention it but hand you the card reader for an additional tip. GOH!
Great cocktail night. The service was okay. Bartenders never brought water to the table. Our drinks were half empty compared to others. The food composed by Giovanni Rios was flawless every bite was delicious. Good experience but not sure wed be back.
It was our second time at the Wilder! The place is always busy but the staff is always attentive and ready to make your experience as best as possible! We sat at the bar as all tables were full and their manager took care of us, asked us about our preferences on liquor and flavor profile and then proceeded to recommend and make awesome cocktails for my husband and me! Thank you Stefan for making our night out a great time! We will be back!
Was excited to go for a late brunch to this much raved about place. When we arrived, once seated, our server approached us asking if he can get us anything? Umm, yes thats what were here for. No hello, how are you, have you been here before...which we hadnt been so immediately it was starting off disappointing. He then proceeded to give us a few min to look at drinks then when those were delivered he made it very clear the kitchen was closing in 30 min. Why would we not be made aware of that when we first sat before we ordered our drink. The server was clearly bothered we were his last table and it was evident by his mannerisms, or lack of. IF it wasnt for the other staff member, whos name I do not recall making us feel welcome when he dropped off our last dish, offering to bring us more water and water for our dog, I would have walked out. Our original server NEVER came back after the first 2 dishes were served. Just at the end to let us know they were closing and if we want another drink quicklyThe food was incredible, I will admit that but everything else was just disappointing. The patio was FILTHY- the ground dirty, leaves on everything, clearly nobody cared since it was the end of the day. As we were finishing up they started stacking all the chairs in front of our table, it was very rude.Needless to say I wont be back. Such a disappointing experience from 2 staff members, the hostess and our server, that if they would have smiled and made us feel wanted and welcome, this wouldnt be the case. Ive been in the industry for 30+ years and if my staff acted like this I would want to know and I would definitely curtail these attitudes- and maybe even sweep up my patio.
Made reservations for Thurs 7/14/23 at 8:00 PM for date night, never been here before but the place looked very nice and was worth giving a shot. After waiting at the bar to be seated properly, we were told the back was “closed off for an event” and would either have to continue sitting in a crammed bar space, or sit outside. The Bartender with the Blonde hair was not very friendly and the drinks were very inconsistent in taste. Wouldn’t come here again due to service but the atmosphere was decent when you weren’t sitting at the bar
Ive been here twice and I really enjoyed everything. Its upscale but its got this cool vibe and doesnt feel stuffy and pretentious. It classy and earthy if that makes sense. The service is very good and the cocktails are from a different planet, so good.
I really thought the venue was a nice and hip spot, but I was disappointed on New Year’s. It was labelled at Studio 54, but there was hardly any disco music. So that was totally a letdown. Also, they didn’t describe what was included in the open bar. So I ended up paying for cocktails that they should’ve indicated was not included from the get go.
Amazing date night location drinks food and atmosphere was spot on. The yuca was fantastic and definitely my favorite item on the menu.
Ambiance is amazing. Happy hour would have been great if they actually charged me happy hour price. My waiter was great when I first sat but then barely saw him until after an hour. Service horrible. High prices, poor service/communication definitely is a one a done. I wish I could say otherwise because the ambiance and music were enjoyable.
The Wilder was an amazing experience! We had an event with friends and family and we would do it all over again! The food, atmosphere, everything was amazing…the way they treated us was like we were family♥️ Thank you so much for a great time 👏
Went to the Wilder for a date night. We had to flag down a server to take our order, then they got both of our orders wrong. After sending it back, they brought back two drinks and gave the wrong one to each of us, telling us they were the correct drinks. The place was really cute but the service and drinks were less than expected. I don’t think we’ll go back.
A hidden gem on Broward Blvd, just east of US-1.This establishment boasts a vibrant atmosphere that is instantly welcoming, making it an ideal spot for a night out in Fort Lauderdale. What sets this place apart is its impressive selection of beers and cocktails.Whether youre a craft beer enthusiast or a cocktail connoisseur, youre sure to find something that tickles your fancy. The energy here is infectious, the vibes are great, and the drinks are top-notch.If youre planning a visit to Fort Lauderdale, I strongly recommend adding this spot to your itinerary.Cheers!
Good service, nice place to share, I loved the daiquiris, I recommend it.
This is definitely not my first visit to The Wilder but will be my first review. Their style and cocktails have stood the test of time. Always creative, always high class, always beautiful, always epically delicious. Our bartender, and the manager, Alessandra was so friendly and welcoming it really made our visit perfect. She talked to us about the cocktails, always kept our water glasses full, and did such a good job of checking in if we were ready for anything else. Right near last call a gaggle of, frankly, snotty girls came in throwing demands and shaded threats and handled them calmly and with class. Better than they deserved for sure. Will always come back to The Wilder, and hope I can throw my rehearsal dinner here- the decor is goegeous and service top notch!
Was just there for an office holiday party. Classy place. Food was really good. Nice ambience. Talented bartenders. Attached parking lot. What more can you ask for?
Went on a Friday night and really enjoyed the acoustic set. Drinks were fantastic, A+ on presentation. Our server, Georgie was super nice and attentive. Small plates were inventive and unique. Perfect for date night.
I have been here 3 times. The place looks nice, the outside seating is a bit uncomfortable, inside is nicer. They have different menus depending on the day of the week. I liked their charcuterie board from Wednesdays. Their wine pour is like 2-3oz and the price is for a regular wine glass 5-8 oz.Their food is ok... Nothing extraordinary. Its imposible to talk because they play the music way too loud.
Very cool. Staff is amazing. We stopped on for a drink and to enjoy the music
I do not recommend this place for brunch, at all. The only good thing was the burlesque dancers, but note that they only show up for about two minutes at a time and they walk around, there is no stage. The food was overpriced and very small portioned, not to mention that our table was served food at different times making some people uncomfortable to eat while others had to wait, AND the food was cold. Not to mention you literally had to YELL to even talk to someone sitting right next to you, the music was so loud some people at our table had headaches. The service was okay, the ladies were nice enough but when I mentioned to one of our waitress that we still had not yet received our food (I never do this, as I have social anxiety, but we were waiting so long) she was a little rude and said it would come out when its ready because everyone put in their order at the same time? Not even an Ill go check on that for you. Overall, this place may be good for other services but I could not wait to run out of brunch.
Exceptional service! Downtown Fort Lauderdale may have many places to choose from for a night out, but The Wilder is consistently a great time out. Atmosphere, music (DJ), food (small plates but enough options to share), drinks, customer service, lighting, and even the cleanliness of the bathrooms puts them above the rest. The crowd is mixed and great. Indoor or outdoor seating available. From the moment we walked in Deena made sure we were taken care of for my cousins birthday celebration. Attentive but not overcrowding. Grab your friends and make your way! ***Live DJ was there at 10p on Saturday night.
Such un excellent experience! Beautiful place with great vibe! We were seated at the bar, and definitely the best bartender was taking care of us. His name is Jean, look for him. He made us the best cocktails ever and the food was amazing, too. We will be back for sure! 😊
Food and drinks are ok at best. Service was terrible. The hostess was not accommodating we waited around 20 minutes we ended up seating at the bar. Bartender was a male and made us feel like he was doing us a favor. I ordered a bottle of wine nothing complicated yet that even took a while. Everyone else that was not seating at the bar got their drinks right away. Just giving you a heads up of what to expect . There is a ton of bars with better food and better service.
Amazing experience! Had a wonderful time! Definitely check out Burlesque Brunch!
Really fun !! Music was great . Im over 35 and felt really comfortable after seeing quite a few people my age there. The bartenders and waitresses were really nice. The entertainment was on point 💯💃🥂
The Wilder is Las Olas’s best kept secret.A beautifully blended atmosphere of gourmet food, unique drinks, upscale customers, and an elite team of employees that work together effortlessly. You never leave there without having a good time. We had the BEST New Year’s Eve there. We go for dinner and cocktails every Saturday night. Sunday brunch for the burlesque show is to die for! Truly a magnificent experience, one that is not to be missed!!!
Incredibly fun atmosphere with great service, great drinks and delicious food
Listen ladies: Giorgio Demartini will set your night up for success. He took care of our every need, was incredibly attentive to our table, and even made our bride feel extra special. He brought us shots with firework sparklers, a massive marquee, and kept our girls drink full all night- total VIP treatment. We had the best time here, a highly sophisticated venue, and I would highly recommend for happy hour. For our bachelorette weekend- it was the perfect place to bridge between a beach day and night out.
This place is a mood. Ive been coming here since 2019 and Ive never had a dull moment when I stopped by after not being there for a year or so management servers and bartenders still remembered me. And the music cocktails vibe has not changed this is what you call a good time in south florida. If you want an experience youll never forget with a more down to earth and relaxed crowd thats still fun loving with an excellent top teir atmosphere. Bring yourself here!
One of the coolest date night spots in south Florida. You get that cool laid back lounge vibe with incredible drinks prepared by Gene, Campbell, and many more. Not to leave out the food and ambiance is out of this world. Also, make sure you follow them on social media for upcoming events. Burlesque night is *chefs kiss*
The is a review of the burlesque brunch.Wow, just wow. Everything was just amazing. We were greeted and a super friendly hostess, then escorted to our table by our super friendly server Natalie. She was wonderful. The service was wonderful. The cocktails were just amazing. There were four of us. 2 of us had 3 of THE CHA-CHAPatron Silver Tequila, Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur, Lime, Agave, Fresno Chili each. 1 each had a double shot. 1 of us had 3 bloody Marys extra spicy with extra olives & the last of us has 1 FERRERO ESPRESSO MARTINI Grey Goose Vodka, Hazelnut Liqueur, Borghetti Espresso Liqueur, Illy Espresso espresso followed by 2 Ketel One Cucumber Mint Spritzer Or Aperol Spritzers. The food we ordered was delicious. 2 orders of CORN & CHEDDAR CROQUETTES with Smoked Bacon & Onion Jam for appetizers. So amazing. For entrees we had BLUEBERRY FRENCH TOAST BREAD PUDDING with Berry Compote, Crème Anglaise, SWEET CORN TAMALE CAKE with Salsa Verde, Mexican Crema, Aji Casero, Avocado, Chimichurri Aioli, Cilantro & 2 orders of STEAK & EGGS 6 oz Filet, scrambled Eggs by request, Crispy Potatoes, Hollandaise. They really know how to dance.Overall experience was 10 +++ stars.
Used to be a nice place to hang out. Now you have to be super trashy to fit in. Not allowed to stand by the bar to pay your tab and treated like an idiot when you don’t know the unspoken rules. Absolutely horrible waste of time.
We came for berlisque show..there was no show. A girl came out showing us her butt, then she crawled on a podium, then she started walking around collecting tips. And she left. The whole things took 3 minutes. We spent there an hour. I asked our server will there be more, she answered they come out every 10 minutes , 4 girls. No..they dont.Food is tiny portions ranging from 12 to 30$. My husband said his drink was good Food also was good..but you can hardly call it a meal..just bites.Ambience is mostly women celebrating birthday parties.Dont think we will be back.
Giorgio .. is amazing. The girls are beautiful. I kinda want their jobs. I love this spot!!!!
We were there last night for a Valentines Day romantic evening. It did not disappoint! We had never been to The Wilder before so we werent sure what to expect. First off, the place is, indeed, romantic, sexy-ish, and waaaaay charming! We did have to wait a bit before being seated but, as I saw it, they were trying hard and were a little slammed. When Dina, the hostess, got to us, everything was good. Even though she was juggling a lot, she was professional, courteous and seemed to have everything as much under control as possible for a special occasion night. We sat outside and absolutely loved the ambiance of the courtyard. Next, our server, Giorgio, passed by to say he would be with us soon, which was greatly appreciated. It was clear that they were perhaps a bit short-staffed or just super slammed but I was most impressed that none of them lost their cool or seemed flustered or frustrated. We ordered from the Prix-fixe menu. It took a while for the food to come but they did something that made it work, They brought one of the two appetizers we had ordered so at least we had something to nibble on. It was the crab cake and was deeeelicious! Eventually, the second appetizer came with apologies for the slowness, about which we did not care. It was equally delicious. The main courses were next and , again, only one came first but, again, we loved sharing until the other came. It was then that one of the nicest things happened...Dina came over and expressed how sorry she was that things were a bit slow. That simple act of acknowledgement meant a great deal and, as we told her, we were there for a nice, easy romantic Valentines Day and thats EXACTLY what we got. But her simple 10 second effort to pass by each table to let us know that SHE knew things were moving slower was such a nice touch. Finally, the food was terrific. crab cakes, scallops, Wagyu, flan, chocolate mouse cake...everything really good. We didnt know what to expect when we arrived and we left thanking Giorgio and Dina and already making plans to return...with friends! The small plate concept works perfectly for our style which is to try lots of different food. By the way, the music is also really terrific. Great choices and mixes (although definitely WAY too loud, my only critique.) Cant wait to go back to the garden again.
It was ok. I really wanted to live this place but it just wasn’t “it”. Drinks were sooooo sweet had a few to try.. stolen hours $15 was the sweetest, didn’t taste anything other than the syrup. SPRING BREAK 4 EVER $14 was a little less sweet. SWEET NOTHING $14 was pretty good but my fave was the Moscow mule $15 I’ve had better but I stuck to this. Didn’t have chance to try the food it got packed around 9:30pm. The must was so loud could barely speak to my girlfriend without yelling. If you have a hard time seeing in the dark you might want to stay outside. This place has very dim lights could barely read the menu. Definitely give it another try will update.
Perfect place to have some drinks and hang out with friends. I liked the cozier side where you can have some space and enjoy your drink without being shoulder to shoulder. The bartenders were fabulous. Friendly and engaging. They even spit fire out a few times throughout the night which was awesome. Best run and coke I had while in Fort Lauderdale.
Very tasty food. Tapas style with some larger plates too. Global fare inspired and incredible flavor. Little bit of everything and for everyone. They also offer food for happy hour. My favorite were gnocchi made with leeks, parmesan brodo and truffle. Perfectly cooked. They have great cocktail program that pairs so well with dishes.
Vibe: beautiful location and decor. Seating available both inside and out, but beware, the outside has a mosquito problem.Customer Service: This is by far the worst and where it all goes down hill. I called before arrival and the person who answered was beyond rude. I shrugged it off and figured it was a one off situation. (It was not) upon arrival we sat at the bar. The location was empty perhaps 5 of us total (it was still early) the service was slow and terrible. The bartender was much more interested in scrolling through IG on her phone instead of providing service. She seemed bothered we were there. She was so engulfed in her phone, she didnt even notice us asking for the check although we were about 2-3 feet away. Another employee had to intervene and get her attention before she looked up from her phone and was annoyed we needed service.Food and Drink: they have some of the best unique cocktails, an excellent collection. The food was hit or miss. Some of the plates were excellent, others bland and not even worth eating.
WOW! If you asked me to rate this restaurant 1-10 I would say 11!!! Georgio and Kiki are beyond phenomenal, and they gave us the best experience ever! Cannot thank them enough for making my sister in laws bachelorette party the best night we could have asked for!!!!!
Have been wanting to visit this place for a while. Unfortunately a private event had 80% of the venue unavailable so we had to hang out in a small front bar area. Cocktails were ok but under-diluted. I believe the pre-batch everything so they either need to add dilution directly to the pre-batch or encourage the bartenders to taste test. After a few minutes sitting there my drinks were delicious.
Really nice little spot for a date night. Always like to take my partner to a speakeasy and this place did not disappoint. The cocktails were fantastic!
Incredible bar with cocktails as unique as the business is. From the moment you enter, youre greeted with a beautiful interior and ambiance that sets the mood for unwinding. There was a lot of work put into the design so definitely dont overlook this aspect. Its quint yet spacious enough and there is even outdoor seating. The staff was very accommodating - Patrick was an excellent bartender and server and make our experience memorable. The cocktails options are plentiful and theyre made with lots of love - no fillers here. The bites were also delicious - the pork rib ends, chicken empanadas, and raw oysters were the perfect accompaniment. Happy hour will be your best bang for buck but they have a variety of special and themed nights worth checking out. Will definitely make this a usual.
We stopped in for a cocktail, great place and great drinks! I love that they have tasty mocktails too. Indoor and outdoor seating.
Cant believe last night was our first visit to the Wilder, its been open for years but we skipped it because we heard we had aged out of their demographic but friends of ours said eff that, lets go and we did. Had a great time! Its not a large space but very cool, great music and drinks served pretty quickly. We arrived early since, well, because we are older, and found seating but it filled up pretty quickly.Lively atmosphere and a tiny dance floor made it a fun night. If youre over 40 years old you may not see many others your age but still recommend you try it and show the Youngs how its done.
Will never go back. Boyfriend and I went for drinks and the male bartender was so rude when I ordered my drink that we left immediately after. It ruined our night. I thought I must have been seeing things but my boyfriend saw this as he was right next to me and was shocked as well. I was confused. There were other people at the front bar around us and he was cordial with them.
My friend and I we had a blast 💥The show was awesome!! Great food and drinks!!The vibes was absolutely amazing 10/10
Very detail oriented and well curated from the plating of apps to the design, and of course the cocktails. Staff were all refreshingly friendly and welcoming which, if you frequent trendy places like this often, you know is a huge plus. Goat cheese croquettes were fantastic. We tried a few different cocktails and were pleased with every one, I will definitely be returning to try more of the food.
One amazing wonderful star for FANTASTIC MUSIC. Everything else falls away for the horrendous service. Because there is no cover charge, the place is generally empty before midnight. I’ve been here a few times and hopeful of pulling together a big crowd I made reservations for 25-30 people on a Saturday night. Let’s be clear, this is not meant to be a sit down spot for dinner. So people were balancing plates on their laps. Also, the crowd I had was over 40. However when I walked in one of the servers asked me for a credit card which I was happy to give. But about 9:30 pm the manager Brandon started chasing me to pay the bill. It was almost funny, because it was my birthday, and I don’t drink and of course my friends were going to pay. It was insane the way they were chasing me to pay immediately, almost as if they were afraid that 30 grown women were going to bounce on the check! It was highly embarrassing. Because the music was so loud, I was trying to explain that the girls online who I was corresponding with to make the reservations, never told me only one card was allowed. What I did manage to hear was him say there was no need for me to use my hands! My hands! I was talking with my hands (I’ve been doing this my whole life) and a manager 20 years younger than me was trying to put me in my place! Needless to say that check for the plate balanced apps was not even $300 and the fuss was horrible. I was trying not to leave because I was so frustrated. My friends were all trying to pay the bill. They were holding my Amex like this was a $50,000 bill. I had people coming in all night dancing and ordering drinks and supporting the business but the behavior by Brandon was horrendous. We talked about it for days. I was trying to make excuses. Especially that we were all in the foodservice industry. Perhaps he is used to very young people who get so wasted and walk out on the check? Not sure but he was so quick to run out with sirens and sparklers for the very young girls celebrating. It was very odd. What was portrayed to us was because we were an older crowd, it didn’t fit their vibe. Damn shame, the wilder should look at their staff. Be grateful you had a good total of 50 heads in there that night purchasing better alcohol, and lots of food. The over 40 crowd does pay their checks and has better palates but you lost us all.
I have never eaten or drank anything in the back but the front bar has great bartenders that know their stuff. Definitely a hidden gem off of Las Olas
We had the BEST time celebrating here for a bachelorette party. Giorgio waited on us and he was amazing! Friendly, responsive, kind- he made us feel like royalty here. We will definitely be back!
Great atmosphere, great drinks. I loved the show. Sexy women, classy performance. Security present to keep everyone feeling safe. DJ was on point....and did not stick to one genre of music.Go- Go- Go.... but make reservations and get there early.
My boyfriend brought me here for Valentines Day, and we were not disappointed! The food was great, and the service was amazing too! From being greeted at the entrance, we were impressed with the whole experience. Tamara and Kiera were the the main staff we interacted with, and they both were great hostesses!
The place was a very intimate bar with amazing craft cocktails. The bartender knew the drinks and recipes so she was able to provide meaningful suggestions. The drinks were top notch. The patio was perfect to sit out on for a cool night.
Atmosphere is very cozy and intimate. Definitely the place for a more casual/romantic date night! Food was excellent. We’ll definitely be back.
The wilder is a great scene for brunch, the burlesque show is amazing definitely bring some singles the girls are amazing. When you get there ask for Gio the server. He makes you feel like you are at home.
Wow. Can’t describe how yummy this bar/tapas bar is. I am a fan of intense attention to detail. The ginger drinks were obviously prepared with fresh ginger. Garnishments we perfect. All the food we had was so perfectly complimented with sauces and accompanying tidbits. New favorite bar/restaurant! Oh yeah and the music. Edm. Gorgeous.
This place is awesome. Its a hidden in Fort Lauderdale. The staff are very friendly and they know how to mix their drinks well. This isnt just a toss your drink in a cup and hope for the best, they take the time to make it properly so it tastes good. The atmosphere is perfect especially when the weather is good. It can get crowded though.
Awesome bar with the coolest vibe. Chill in the evening at happy hour. Upbeat at night and nicely lit. Great bar staff and well made drinks. Steven was helpful and straight forward, attentive but not at all disruptive. Food was also delicious. Old Fashioned, Moscow Mule, and Fries were all perfect!
This place has been going down hill over time, but the service is beyond terrible. The bartender today was not only WILDLY rude but cemented the fact that there is no reason to ever go back. Genuinely some the worst I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, unless the retrain or hire new staff.
Atmosphere is awesome! Drinks are good too! Got our drinks then headed to the patio because the weather was nice. Seating outside was reserved for people ordering drinks only. We already had ours. Buzz killer. I dont like establishment that impose rules on their guests, would give it 5 stars otherwise.
Went for the first time, it was really nice designwise, the atmosphere was great, I just wish they had more food options on their small plate menu. The $7 plates were a bit misleading for happy hour as well and it does not indicate which items are available for that. The food was good but wish there was more communication about the food items and the pricing.
Five star place!!! Great enviroment, music, food and... drinks!!! Nathalia was helping us, she was just amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. I did try new stuff I never have tried before that she recomended.. just out of this world!! I would definitely come back🙌🏼
Nelson was the BEST bartender everrrr!!! This was my first time here and it did not disappoint. They have drinks that appeal to everyone and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Definitely coming back❤️
The food, drinks, and music were amazing. I found myself trying to figure out which Spotify playlist they were using because each song was a banger. The croquetas were the bomb. Wait staff was great too.
Epic Wedding Venue! If you are seeking an intimate wedding venue that gives you top notch service The Wilder is it! Ruby the event coordinator is unbelievable and has become our friend at the end. She will make sure your day goes off with perfection! The venue is the perfect setting for a European garden style ceremony that leads into a reception that has a swanky 1920s cocktail bar mixed palm beach vibe. Food, drinks, music, everything was on point! I couldnt thank them enough for such an amazing wedding day!
It was a different experience. The only thing is when making a Reservation, they should set the proper expectations as far as the dancers and tips.
Incredible place!!! Most creative and fun cocktails I’ve had in Fort Lauderdale. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. They told me stories about the drinks that were very informing. We will be coming back often. So happy the area has a special place like this!
1st time there for a wedding. Beautiful venue, the wedding food was good they had crab cakes which were really good. Their drinks are pretty Exotic one came in a skull quite a few people order it. Peacock feathers in some drinks. You have indoor and outdoor sitting. Plenty of parking. Music on the weekends. Since it was a wedding I have no pictures to post which means I have to go back to get the story on the Peacock enjoy myself. Post again about the Wilder in Ft. Lauderdale. 🦚
Had our office holiday party here 12/15/23, wonderful ambiance, incredible food, and very efficient wait staff, bar tenders and DJ. KUDOS!!!! 👏
This bar is sort of in an unexpected place, off of the main drag, but it’s worth the very short walk. It has a really leafy outside area and a trendy inside area. They had interesting craft cocktails and great service. Check out their other nearby property Rhythm and Vine as well.
My server Erika was amazing! Loved the fast and quality service. Not to mention her outgoing personality. Each cocktail was well crafted and they music was good. Cant wait to return!
This place is amazing!! The dancing starts around 11am and the DJ on Fridays is on point. And, takes requests. An older-ish crowd with great music and amazing vibe. The drinks are on point, too. Ah! The best place on fort Lauderdale if youre interested in dancing the night away.
I adore this place! We go very frequently and it has never let us down. Amazing cocktails, cool and intimate vibe, beautifully decorated. The happy hour is quite busy, Id avoid it if possible, but overall a great spot!
Had a reservation at 730 pm on a Saturday night, but when I walked in I was ignored by the two staff members (who made eye contact with me) for 10 minutes. There were 3 other parties who came in after me and waited for acknowledgement, and about 10 tables who were waiting for drinks or service. I understand if you are short-staffed during these times, but the least that needs to be done is for someone to say hello, Ill be right with you... To make matters worse, one of the employees was flirting with a table who was already sat (and who already had drinks) instead of talking to anyone else who needed help. If you do not have enough employees to handle a full restaurant, then you need to limit the number of tables you seat and prioritize reservations. Its pretty simple, and you all failed spectacularly.
If you want a cool speakeasy, cabaret, cocktail bar this is it. From the carefully and beautifully crafted cocktails, to the international bites this is a place to meet and mingle. The cabaret shows were super sultry and classy. The Wilder is the place to go when you want to impress a date, meet new people, or guys and gals night. Highly recommend
Excellent food and exceptional unique cocktails.
Cool little lounge and bar in Fort Lauderdale. Thought it overall had a really cool vibe to it with good music. Has an outdoor section as well which was nice! If your looking for a place to check out and don’t want to drive down to Miami we recommend this cool little place. Fun to go with a group.
We enjoyed a nice and very unique brunch. Food was excellent, small plates complimented by a nice selection of drinks. Love the burlesque dancers, they were really good.
Parking is difficult at this location. So Uber to save you from the headache. The seating is very limited and bathrooms are truly the reason for my review. Right and not clean. If a location is expected to have so much movement on a Saturday night add someone to bathroom detail. The bar took long for drinks but the music was what saved the rating from going any lower.
Loved this place. The food was very tasty, the ambience was great. It a beautiful place with great vibes and great service. Will definitely be going back.Added bonus there is a parking lot at the location which is hard to find in Ft Lauderdale.
On the 6th of this month I attempted to go to The Wilder I made reservations about 5 hours prior. It was about 6 in the afternoon when I arrived. My party and one single girl came in at the same time. My party was not acknowledged nor given a table. The single women was Caucasian and was greeted the MINUTE she walked in got a table and prepared her table with water and napkins. We were still just standing there and one man just briefly told us you can sit somewhere outside or by the door mind you. There was PLENTY room inside the building....my party was very confused. And obviously at this point we felt racially profiled. So we just sat anywhere inside the building. And about 10-15 mins passed by and they finally acknowledged us at the area we were sitting. The waiter just put down napkins and immediately told us that a large party will be coming in shortly so we will have to move by the door or outside. Mind you I had reservations already for my party so I wasn’t sure why they were insisting us to go outside. And on my reservations I put for my party to sit in doors... long story short I was anticipating to come The Wilder since the beginning of the year and it was terrible to say the least. If you are not white or have on Gucci or YSL you are not “welcomed”. They like to keep up with a certain “image” I suppose, but definitely will not be going back. Sad because I was looking forward to it.
Jessica, the bartender gave me outstanding service.I only came for a Togo order and she sold me on drinks. I sat down for 30 minutes and enjoyed myself more than I ever would at any other restaurant in the city. Her hospitality was amazing, will definitely return !
Great hideaway for rendezvous and perfectly concocted cocktails. Great outdoor garden/ patio for quiet conversations and trysting in the late afternoon at happy hour. Great hidden gem of a bar/lounge. Casually elegant and oh so sophisticated!
Horrible bartender. She added 8 lemon drops to our bill when we didnt even have one! Then after she took off the lemon drops she added over $30 tip on the bill. We wont be back.
Great music and amazing ambience!! I had a Moscow Mule and white bean dip. Limited vegetarian and vegan option but white bean dip was very good. Ill be back whenever Im around.
Awesome spot. Was a bit dark inside. Lighting wise. The dj was great both waiter and waitress was incredible. They did bottle service to the tables. Bathrooms were clean. Great spot to go on a Fri. They also serve food. Awesomeness
Great vibe on a Saturday night, loved the DJ. Really good music and a mixed crowd. Drinks and service were good but not sure what happened as they offered no food last night. Our group would return.
Went in on Saturday night for the first time to celebrate my husbands birthday and Im so glad we chose this spot! Excellent service, yummy cocktails, great dj kept us dancing all night and the ambiance was perfect!!! Cant wait to go back :)
Very cool place in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. The drinks are very good. The bartenders are on point. The music is thumping. You would have no idea from the outside that this place exists. There are multiple rooms, the vibe is cool, and there is even an outdoor space. Things truly get Wilder at the Wilder.
Went there spontaneously for a night out. It was my first time. I had so much fun and the environment was very fun and pleasant. Qe had bottle service and our server was amazing. The music was fantastic and even asked the dj to play some requested aongs which he did and was super nice. Overall i had a great experience and i will be coming back again next weekend.
Awesome little spot to grab a drink or two. First time i went it was a very chill vibe, went back again on a Saturday and it was awesome. DJ was playing great music for all ages and tastes. Good mix of people. Definitely recommend!
I never knew The Wilder existed until several days ago when I attended a friends birthday party. The interior was dark and tastefully decorated as it reminded me of being in a nightclub in the 90s.The sound system was very good and the hors doeuvres were delicious.
Double check your bill here. Went with friends for half off bottles of wine. Enjoyed the live music and atmosphere but they charged us full price on bottles and the food was mediocre. As much as I enjoyed the ambiance I don’t like going anywhere that I need to worry I’m going to be cheated on my bill.
Went for Sunday brunch and it was awsome.awesome. The food was A +. The Chandon Spitzer amazing. Burlesque show was amazing. Our server Giorgio, very attentive.
Food was alright but I wouldnt trust the tik tok and insta videos about this place. It was very dead and drinks were very expensive
Made reservations for 25 people a week and a half in advance. When we arrive what was “reserved” was a tiny corner in the back. Very embaressing for me bc my guests had to stand (5 people could sit) It would of been nice to be informed seating was so limited before hand. Drinks were watered down (literally) and expensive at that, the sliders we ordered took forever and the waitress also forgot to place an order and when we asked her about it the kitchen was alreadyclosed. When the dj got there the music was awful! We ended up leaving! I dont like leaving bad reviews honestly but we did not have a good time AT ALL! If your looking for a place to relax with friends its perfect, but not for a fun night out to celebrate a birthday or special occasion like we were hoping.
