The Spa at Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale

I personally will not write a bad review unless it was a disaster. The four seasons Bali, and then the new four seasons in Fort Lauderdale. Was just night snd day . Let’s just say the other four sessions I have been to are completely different than this one . Service was nice . Nothing over the top , when I stay at the four sessions I’m usually WOWED!This one is or I believe it is new to the area less then 10 years old . I would seek a different hotel if you’re seeking a high end luxury hotel . It was a business trip/ stay . So it was no complaints from me … I did not try any of the amenities .. clean rooms & hotel nothing over the top( from my past experiences I had high expectations . Beds were comfortable. And it was not loud ( Florida ocean front buildings are always having some construction work done . This was a nice surprise to have a peaceful night through middle of the day ( with out the sound of the distant construction at 9am on inn the day .no noise .

Definitely a beautiful spa (on the smaller side), and worth visiting. I was not a huge fan of an automatic gratuity being added on my service. That should be up to my discretion, and not automatically added to the service. That is not a common occurrence amongst the many 5-star hotels and establishments I have visited worldwide and kept this from being a 5-star experience for me.

I do not like their “dynamic pricing” model. I compared a weekday price to a weekend price for a facial and the price listed was the same. I called and made 2 appointments for a Saturday. When I paid my bill the appointments were both $60 more than the advertised price. I was told this was weekend appointments were often more expensive. I was not informed of this when I booked. I won’t be back.

Incredible experience here at the spa in Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale. Lacosta is an amazing therapist! Both massage and facial were absolute perfection.

I have never been in a Himalayan salt sauna or an aromatherapy steam room !! Invigorating experience. The staff that helped me was amazing. Jendry( spelling?) Johanna ,Norman and Maria were fabulous in Fort Lauderdale.

The Valet service has really been outstanding in the past month June, customer service when visiting is astounding loving the new management 5 star service
