My go to smoke shop for all my needs! They have a great rewards system so I always snatch a good deal. Gabby is my favorite always love our quick small talk while I make a quick stop. They’re open late which is always great! All in all their customer service is amazing and choices are vast. Make sure you check out their glass selection as they’re always an interesting new piece!

I always buy my Fume disposable vapes from this place this morning I paid $26.03 for a Fume strawberry watermelon (ultra) it lasted half a day and the battery quit working. I called the store and the attendant told me because I wasn’t asked to try it in the store he can not refund my money or give me another one. I honestly feel like I just got robbed.

Everytime my dog and I come in we are always greeted as if were a friend that you havent seen in a long time. Theyre very friendly to any and all people who walk into their store, and give their past experiences and information to help you out with whatever youre looking for.

Have bought multiple bangers from here better quality than the other close shop next to Dunkin’ Donuts on federal. Bought a pen from here about a year ago, still works like it is brand new. THE WORST! Sold me a paperweight disguised as a $40 battery. I tried to come back to the store and resolve the issue in a fair way and continue doing business and referring people to them. I was even willing to take PARTIAL store credit, even a discount, at least an ATTEMPT to fix it, as it was basically falling apart. But all she would say is “All sales were final” and “You could have used illegal products with it so we legally can’t risk taking it back”, as if that made any sense. I just feel bad for all the friends I’ve referred to them. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I would’ve rated 5 stars if it were not for the fact that when i went to this particular storefront, the lights were on and the sign said “open,” however the door was locked and no one was inside, and when i called no one picked up. if y’all don’t have anyone available to work then why don’t you just close the store for the day instead of disappointing literally everyone who walks up thinking you are open??

This is one of my favorite shops to go to for all items including hookah flavor shisha and vapes. They have a complete variety of items available and the people working there are especially nice. I recommend asking for Joey. He’s the man and will be able to point you in the right direction regarding anything you are looking for.

“This my first time ever stepping inside a vape store.”I never been so humiliated and ripped off in my life after buying a product from this store. I walked out to my car then turn around 2 minutes later to go back in the store after finding out the cartridge I possessed did not fit the vape pen. Then was told that there is no refund or exchange and that all purchases are final!!! Grrr, It would of been nice if the employee behind the counter had mentioned it to me before I made my purchase. The employee said to me that the owner of the store is on a plane flying somewhere and that she can not help me, sorry! have a nice day!!!I am totally disgusted with the horrible customer service. Be aware of wolves in sheep’s clothing!!

We were visiting from out of town and thought the vape glass had broken during our flight. Amanda looked at it and determined it was the coil and not the glass. She didnt have what we needed but her customer service impressed us. She went above and beyond to help us. The world needs more people like her! Thank you Amanda!

I got flyer in mail from the store with that I went to store to buy E-Liquid and Glass pipe with flyer coupon, but once I found out the price of liquid and glass pipe it’s kind of really sky high , they all ready higher on price on everything on top of that they try to give me discount. I am not stupid. If you compare price other vape shop around they got better price.Basically they doing false advertising to make people fool.

This was the worst smoke shop ever. I bought a valium lite which the lady recommended to me for dry herb and it doesnt work, I called the shop just to find out they dont do any refund. So I paid $120 for a broken vape! Dont shop here for any of your vaping needs!
