Wonderful and relaxing space! They had availability for a last-minute self-care day. I booked a massage and a facial. The massage was exceptional! One of the best Ive ever had. The use of hot stones was amazing, and she had the perfect pressure. She really worked out some of the knots in my shoulders.The facial was so relaxing and really helped balance my skin after a lot of travel. She provided some great recommendations to help keep it balanced. And the products Ive been using since have really helped my skin.While I was only visiting this area, I would highly recommend this spa. And I will definitely go back if Im in the area.

Alaina is wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She gives the best facials and helped me learn more about what works best for my skin and helped me set up a routine to care for my skin at home.

Had my very first Hydrafacial & Dermaplaning experience at The Spa. First off, WoW! A hidden gem 😍 From the moment you walk in, the vibes are wonderful. After my services my face was truly glowing and felt refreshed! Highly recommend The Spa at Renew: my new go-to day spa in the area! The girls will take great care of you! Conveniently located in downtown FWB. Can’t wait to try their Med Spa upstairs. Actually can’t wait to try all of the other services The Spa offers. 5 STARS!

I got a massage from kayla G. She did such a great job. I am a server and had a really bad knot in my shoulder. A week later and Im cured!! Very friendly staff as well.

Unable to receive services for 2 weeks. I booked an appointment for massage, later that day was asked to reschedule because the only masseuse was ill (though this wasn’t the case 1 hour prior when scheduling). Rescheduled for 4 days later, luckily I was still in town. The day before, I was told the masseuse was still ill and asked to reschedule 5 days later. Finally, the day before the 3rd attempt, I was told again that the masseuse is still ill and I guess even under these severe circumstances, there is no backup and 90% of the menu being massages, is unavailable so the business is essentially closed. I was asked to reached 4 days later, nearly 2 weeks from the original scheduled appointment.I never leave reviews but this seems insane. Hindsight is 20/20 and had I had known that being understanding with the first reschedule accommodation would have cost me 3 more push backs, I could have had the services elsewhere (twice by now).

I had a horrible experience here when I got lip filler. The person performing the injection didn’t ask me a single question- not about what I wanted, how much, or anything else. My lips looked horrible and bumpy after- I still have a bump on my lip 2 years later.I sat in my car and cried after leaving the appointment. DO NOT GO HERE.

So beautiful inside here. The wellness pod is a must! Lauren and the other ladies have been super sweet and helpful!
