Have dealt with the same guy the last 2 times I went in, he was busy with customers lined up each time, yet was so professional and nice. Never let a smile leave his face and didnt seem flustered at all. Great selection of juice and hardware. 10/10

Went in on mothers day for the first time ever and was greeted right away by a nice young lady who was very helpful in picking out a disposable. I am 39 and been smoking for years and finally decided to make the change. The young lady working was helpful and very nice. I will def be back!

Amazing coworkers very friendly people. Specially Sam and Brain theyre down to earth people and will help with anything you need help with. The store is always very clean. As soon as you walk they always greet you and ask what they can do for you with a smile. This is the best store to go in all Fort Wayne. No matter what time it is theyre always there for you when you need it from open to close.

Showed up here maybe 10:15am on 6/9/22! Right after opening. The guy that helped was immediately helping and carrying conversation! A+ for customer service and the selection! Excellent choice of juice!

I bought a vape yesterday but when I got home it wasnt in the box. I had called and they apologized profusely for the mix up, had it set aside for me to come pick up and honestly the best and easiest customer service experience Ive ever had. The environment is extremely relaxed and the employees are beyond helpful. I am new to vaping and any questions Ive had, they were able to answer and give good suggestions. I will definitely come back to buy a new vape when Im ready for an upgrade!

Best vape store in Fort Wayne and New Haven!! Better staff, better inventory, just all around better!! The only part i dont like is location, its a 15-20 minute drive but well worth it. Good job!!

I really liked how they helped me pick out my new vape. And then they helped me with flavors, etc. Very friendly and not afraid to make suggestions when you just dont know what you want. The customers are just as helpful. Nice place to stop and have a friendly conversation while getting your vape on.

Good place, had exactly what I needed as far as partsLot of oils to choose from, I stick with regular tobacco flavor to keep it simpleI did buy a bottle of oil here and I wish the label had been more specific; it says flavors and this particular one has a really strong cherry taste that I cant stand. I know they mix their own oil, not sure why that seemed like a good thing to put in there. I wanted tobacco, not fruit. Im stuck with buying another bottle at a different location so thats money gone.Ill stop in to buy replacement pods if if I forget to order them in the future, but the experience with that oil means Ill probably just keep to the regular spot Ive been getting oil from. The stuff is too expensive to just buy and try.

Highly recommended! They greet you, greatly and make you feel at ease. They answer all your questions. They dont try to get you too but the most expensive products. Instead; they recommend the best product to meet your needs, which is greatly appreciated! If you want a great experience, every time, then this is the place to go! This is my favorite location in part because it is the closest location to where I live. But the other reasons are as follows:* Good juice record. Ive been going to this location ever since they were opened and Ive only had an issue with juice flavor once.* Great selection. This location has a fantastic selection of mechs, adjustable mods, tanks, rdas, and vape pens.* Fantastic Atmosphere! Great music selection always being played. Very modern look with black marble looking floor tiles. Its very clean, roomy, and efficient.However, this is one con Ive run into which is why I am giving it a four star rating and not five star. I have encountered poor customer twice. Maybe it is just me or maybe just them having a bad day, but on two separate occasions I felt very frustrated when I left because my issue wasnt resolved at all.

Visited this shop around Christmas. Great selection, but I felt like it was poor service. I felt like I was a hassle to help. I will never return but gave 3 stars for selection.

Helpful staff that knows way more about vaping then I would ever care to know! They are quick, polite, and helpful. I thought some of the other vape shops around town are a little fly by night this one is clean and the staff professional.

Stopped in for coils but left with juice too. Knowledgeable folks who have actually tasted what theyre selling. Good selection. Very clean. Will definitely stop back next time in town.

I bought a vision spinner battery that only lasted about 1 month. When i called the store i was told that the battery i bought had a high rate of failure. I then asked what could be done to replace the battery. I was advised that the return policy is 14 days and there was nothing they would do for me. So if you sell a product that is known to have a high rate of failure and your not willing to stand behind the prodcut, then why sell it? Seem like selling me more stuff was more important than treating me like a valued customer was more important. I will take my business elsewhere. Customer service matters.

I like the staff. They play good music and really know their stuff. If a vape bar was a hangout spot, I would pick this one. Go here for all you vape needs.

Went in wanting to buy a beginners vape pen for my husband and experienced some funky customer service from the blonde dude. My husband and I told him what we were looking for and once we stopped talking waiting for his response he then proceeded to take a hit then answer our question with this is all we have. We saw a pen another customer had and instantly wanted it. We asked if they had it, he said no but the store in Georgetown had them. We drove 25 minutes to Georgetown come to find out they didnt have it and experienced sass from the employee in that store. And I will add that in order to sell a product you will have to eventually let the customers try out your products. In order to bring in business and have people buy without just taking a chance on something they might not like with no return policy is not a good concept. I believe that CravinVapes should open up different products to let customers try them out and once they no longer want to order that product put your tester up for sale at a lesser price. Customers dont appreciate buying things blind without testing things out. Ive gone to another vape store back home in Kansas and he is all about his customers. If you want to try something out and he doesnt have a tester he will open up a new box and let you try it.

I was hoping to get the chance for 0 stars. This place is horrible and I will never go back. Their juice is expired and taste horrible. They are over priced. The staff is rude and not knowledgable.Take your business to Village Vapors. They were amazing and cheap!

Im out here in Fort Wayne visiting friends and have been trying to quit smoking now for a while. I have a Blu E-Cig thats helped however a few friends have pointed out that moving to a Vape Pen would finally get me off the Cigs.So me and my friend stopped over at CravinVapes and I have to say Im glad I did! The inside was nothing like my friend and I pictured it, after going to cigarette stores for years we pictured something like that, rather it looked like a bar inside very clean and cool looking. The staff was very helpful, Tyler was able to point out good starter kits and what to go with. And it was great to sample the flavors they had. Chances are Im going to be ordering Pegasus Milk from them when I get back to AZ.Really awesome store I hope to find one like it back in AZ!

Always rude. Same with wells street location. The Parnell location is the furthest from my house by 20 minutes but it is the only location that has friendly and helpful staff and is the only location I bother going to.
