Woodhouse Spa - Franklin

We came to this location for my best friend’s birthday and our expectations were beyond exceeded. I personally had Erica as my massage therapist and she made me feel so cared for and checked in with me during my massage to make sure my experience was the best that it could be. The hospitality staff was so kind and friendly and made sure we were taken care of during every second of our stay. I simply cannot recommend this spa enough and we definitely will be looking to make more appointments in the future.

I had the best experience ever here! It was very peaceful and relaxing. The location is stunning and the staff is very friendly! Lori was my massage therapist and she was wonderful!! Rusty and the girls in the front were way too kind. I’ll see you all again very soon! Thank you so much for making my day a peaceful experience.

My husband gave me a gift certificate to go and after reading about different facials I got the $250 50 minute hydra facial classic. Treated nicely up front, service on time. She said she removed my make up with cleanser. Then she used some kind of mechanism she said would moisturize. She added one more cream. That was it. Felt good but it didn’t seem like much for $250. She had me all kinds of skin care to purchase but I did not. When I checked out counter clerk asked me if I wanted to tip the normal 20% and unfortunately I did. That’s on me. If I had known she did not remove all my make up so much of the facial was in vain I wouldn’t have. After returning home I saw a lot of my make up still on, it did upset me. Later in the evening when I was brushing my hair from my face with my hand the last treatment was peeling from my skin. So I won’t return, it is so much expensive hype and no real benefit.

The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing. The girls at the front desk were pleasant and welcoming. The bathrooms were very clean and had everything you could possibly need. I really appreciated being able to shower after my appt, and the body wash was just amazing smelling. My massage was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend Woodhouse Spa!

Seriously the best message I’ve ever had! My message therapist’s name was Valencia and she did an incredible job. I would 100% come back and ask for her. She made sure I had such a relaxing experience. I was very impressed by my overall experience that I had. Everything was very intentional and done well, I felt very cared for by each staff member that I came in contact with. I would highly recommend for a day spa!

Anna was a great masseuse. I really enjoyed my deep tissue and hot stone massage. The staff is wonderful!

I’ve been coming here for years and the decline is intolerable. New management took over a few years back and despite the “modern” upgrade, this place is plagued with turnover, bad service and inhospitality. First they over communicate about a roof repair discount and pretend they didn’t when the roofers “don’t work that day”. This on top of having more than $300 worth of service in a second attempt where more than $500 was spent. Don’t bother about the VIP service, they offered that but be prepared to be secluded with no service (I had to pace the floor in a bathrobe, ring the bell excessively and then they show up only because of a tour?) with 1.5 hours in between services, I finally asked about a light meal instead of the stale peanut bags and warm tap water in the room. Came back with a beautiful cheese board after 20 min. Only to be kicked out because the coach was being delivered. I will waste the balance of my gift card, I can’t take this place no more amongst the absolute 5star spas in Nashville, this isn’t worth the drive by. Don’t ask for Rusty, she passes out the cards without a note and usually won’t greet guests.

Valencia was the absolute best, I highly recommend her and the scalp massage. the service is fantastic. 10/10 drinks and everyone is so nice . I can’t wait to come back !!

If you are getting a massage be prepared to strip in front of strangers. The dressing room is like a locker room. Very disappointing. No privacy. I will not return

I couldn’t love Woodhouse Franklin any more than I do! Incredible renovation on an already nice spa. The staff is incredible and every service I’ve had here is amazing!! Also, the salt room is stunning. (Pictured here)

Im so horribly disappointed in the service I received today. My massage therapist had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She was shaking like a leaf the entire time. Imagine trying to get a massage to relax but the person massaging you is trembling so hard it shakes your whole body. I couldnt relax at all. I actually left the spa more anxious and stressed than I was when I got there. I didnt know what to do and couldnt get out off that table fast enough. It literally felt like she had never done a massage before. I told the front desk about it and was completely ignored. Im frankly disturbed by the whole encounter. When you have customers paying hundreds of dollars for a service you make sure you place them with an experienced therapist. I paid over $600 today to be experimented on and left feeling traumatized and anxious instead of relaxed like I wanted. I am hoping someone will do the right thing and make this right.

Amazing visit! I did the salt room and a 50 minute massage with Valencia...Ive had plenty of spa experiences but this was by far the best!

My massage was such a wonderful experience as she assessed my needs and recommended increased frequency of visits. I am an energy person and Megan was very knowledgeable, competent, attentive, personable and professional.

Called Wednesday (2 days ago) to book a facial & massage for a colleague’s birthday and chose this spa because they actually had availability. They booked both appointments for today (Friday) and took all of our information and card info so everything would be paid for. On the phone, all was well and the worker told us all about the massage and the staff member who would be doing it. She even mentioned calling back to cancel at least 24 hours in advance if we needed to. Today comes and we called to confirm 10 minutes before the appointment as our colleague was on her way and they tell us they have nothing on the books for us. They did have all of our information, including card still on file, so how this happened is beyond us. This was a surprise birthday outing for our attorney. They offered a rather late appointment instead that they had open (that didn’t work for our attorney) but no offer of discount or additional service or anything to compensate for the ruined day they caused. Will not be rebooking her appointments here. Unacceptable.

Absolutely ADORE Woodhouse Franklin. I’ve been to a few Woodhouse locations and the Franklin one is by far my favorite. The sweetest, most caring staff. And incredible services. Also, the VIP room is worth the splurge! An amazing charcuterie, great service, nice drinks, and a private place to have a fireside chat. 10/10!!!!

Booked a treatment I havent had in years, so excited! It wasnt done to protocol (slightly uncomfortably cool and its a spa), i mentioned at checkout, and no compensation on a treatment that cost $170/50 minutes? Pretty disappointed, and Im a spa junkie.

Wonderful spot for massage, got my wife one with the scalp massage. And it was her favorite treatment! Courteous staff and very professional.. great place to unwind and de-stress.

Best spa in the Nashville area! Clean, professional and knowledgeable. Love this place. Will definitely be back!

Valencia is Magical. I have had massages for years, and I have never experienced a more educated, thoughtful massage therapist who knows every part of the different muscle groups and the exact pressure needed. Valencia is hands down Simply the Best !!!
