Massage Envy

Just had an AMAZING massage from Kris! I could barely turn my neck and when the session was over I had full motion. The front desk I could tell was new but they were very welcoming and the ambiance was very nice. I will definitely be going back and bringing all my friends!

Kris is one of the best massage therapists that I have had for deep tissue work and I have been a massage envy customer for over 10 years. Kris has a very balanced approach, can do trigger point (I normally provide feedback) and is excellent in his remembering your preferences (hot towels for me) once you have been to him more than once.I highly recommend him.

So excited to hear that the consolidation of the Franklin location into the Cool Springs location will still allow me to see all my favorite therapists! Also looking forward to the remodel thats coming in September so I can get my regular skin care services as well!!!

The worst pedicure Ive ever had. The gentleman that gave me my pedicure was rude, abrupt and did a very poor job. I would recommend this place to no one. Stay away from this place.

Worst massage ever! It felt rough and rushed. I was questioning if she even went to massage school. Dont waste your time or money.
