Jessica is super knowledgeable about her products and extremely friendly. The store is very inviting, clean and well kept. I love the variety of vapes she has available and i will definitely be going back for more.

The shop has honestly lost a step or two. It has lately felt like an extension of her home than a business. The juice selection is still there and the disposables and delta options are great. But mods or new devices are hard to come by. Coils are hard to come by for certain popular devices and the insect activity from the many meals cooked on site. I just worry about cross contamination. Especially when you cook and perform nicotine adjustments in the same space. I love Jess to death, but the shop isnt what it was.

Best vape shop in franklin for sure! super friendly lady shes very sweet and eager to help with whatever you need and will talk you through using any of the vapes and definitely knows what she is talking about! She sells CBD, delta 8 carts disposables and gummys, piercing jewelry, gauges for stretched ears, disposable vapes, box mod vapes, custom t-shirts and hoodies in smaller and larger sizes, regular vape juice and salt nic juice. Ive also noticed her prices are the cheapest in town and she has the best quality vapes!

Absolutely love this shop, very friendly always have what I am looking for.. and will work with you on prices love the loyalty juice cards stamp for every bottle... have good selection of tanks and mods ALWAYS have batteries!!Great service recommend it to everyone in town!!

Edit as of 2020: The online hours was fixed a while ago now, and the store has gone through a change in staff since I wrote my original review. If you are looking for vaping related products in Franklin this is the place to go. Good prices, great selection of flavors and super friendly staff.Old review:Ive shopped at this store before they moved and loved it. But I must leave a three star rating as the business hours are incorrect both online and the ones taped on the door. Will update and give full review once fixed.

Knowledgeable and amicable staff. I always have a great experience every single time I go in. Ive tried several of their in-house made juices, and they have all been superb. Smoky Mtn Vapors is the absolute best vape shop in Franklin, NC.

Excellent shop. I went in with two setups that weren’t working for me. She kindly and expertly led me to the perfect new geek vape kit and a premium e-liquid that was absolutely perfect for what I was looking for. If you need anything vape related and are nearby..... this is your destination!!!!

I have been coming to Smoky Mtn Vapors for years. Friendly and warm atmosphere. Staff is super helpful and friendly. A large variety of products and juices to choose from. When the product I was looking for was sold out, it was back in stock in a timely manner. Will always be my store of choice.

This is the first place I went to when I first started vaping. The store was across from the Radio Shack in downtown Franklin. Laurie helped me choose a vape pen, 2 tanks, cores and a juice I couldn’t get enough of. I thought I had spent at least a C-note on everything I chose, but imagine my surprise and my husband’s when she told me it was less than half of what I thought I had spent. Now every time I go to Franklin, I go straight to Smoky Mountain Vapors....I LOVE this store!

I have known this business the owner herself and the family for many years, I Do mean years. I can count on one hand the number of ppl i would allow to keep.my child, have a key to my house or teally trust at all. They are fantastic ppl. Good ppl that do a good job, love the Lord and puts Family and God first. If you want a place to do business with trust Laurie she is not just another business owner she really cares and would help anyone with anything just to show what shw really stands for.
