I often have headaches, shoulder and neck pain. Yesterday I went to fremont day spa. Jennifer treated my shoulders, neck and head for a full hour. I felt very good this morning and my head no longer hurts. Thank you very much. I highly recommend the place to my friends around me!

Its a small, clean hole in the wall place. Not a spa so much as the typical asian massage joint with a few private rooms but if youre looking for deep tissue work for a great price, you wont beat it. The staff are friendly but you need to make requests if you want specific areas of the body worked on more than others. To the person who did the walk-in, I recommend calling for an appointment. They maintain long hours so probably dont have a receptionist on staff at all times. My therapist did not speak English fluently but seemed to understand me just fine and was responsive to my requests.

My besty give me massage gift today, if before she ask me, probably I could say “hey let’s check another one” but totally I appreciate, my therapist name is Evan, she is amazing strong and gentle. Massage is great but the exorbitant tip they force you to give is just sad. 30% in tip!!

I did a walk in July 13th, 2023 3pm. I wanted to get some information and check out the facility, see if its clean ect. No one was at the front desk. Then a few moments later a woman who spoke no English and didnt understand English approached me. Everything out of her mouth was no. Also there was no one there and its very small inside from what I saw in the tiny lobby. How can you run a successful business like that? Needless to say, I just walked out on her and went some place else.

Jennifer has strong hands and feet. My shoulder stiffness is gone thanks to her rigorous kneading of the muscles. I only did 30 minutes, and since i am not a frequent recipient of massages, this was the right amount for me.

Had a great massage and left with less neck pain. Price increased to $70 and hr which still seemed fair for a massage and hot stones. Ill be back and recommend to others

I visited this place to get tissue massage service based on my PT recommendation.I respect their service and efforts. Welcome message is good We will not force you to pay tip ,But after service its forced to pay $20.I am giving *** to value their time.

My wife and I got a 90 min couples massage. They did a good mixture of deep tissue and basic oil massage. The woman massaging me did a great job at finding my trouble spots and she didnt ease up, which I like.Overall it was very relaxing and my wife enjoyed it as well. They do expect a decent tip though when you leave.

Absolutely love this place . Super clean and very relaxing. Very professional. We did a couples massage and got to be in the same room which was nice . Both ladies were very thorough and tended to our seperate needs . Left feeling brand new . I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

The lady would not let me pay and leave without leaving the tip she wanted. She wanted me to pay the tip upfront before I got the service. The massage itself was not good at all and she wanted more tip. The lady was very mean about the tip and stopped me from leaving and took the receipt and wanted to write in her own tip amount.

Great Service, people are nice. Only thing is, even though they advertise that they can do Deep Tissue massages they simply rub you for 50 minutes with oil then 10 minutes they will do some tissue massaging that can be rated at like mid-grade pressure, definitely far from Deep Tissue. As an athlete its a great disappointment because the Deep Tissue massage is what I paid for and expected, working out you need the muscles to be healthy in order to progress. Twice I went with the same results, a fake deep tissue massage. If you like real deep tissue then simply dont go.

My husband and I got a couple deluxe spa package and we were very satisfied with our massages! The massages and body scrub made us leave feeling really light and relaxed and our skin supple. The package includes a 30 min facial as well which was pretty good but left a little more to be desired as our blackheads werent removed properly and the facial and mask was just our face. Overall we were happy and will surely be returning because it was also pretty affordable.

Called in 1 hr before making an appointment. Was greeted and my temperature was taken . I was seen immediately and didnt have to wait. Room and table are private and comfortable . I seen K today and she was amazing!!! Definitely worked out my knots ans tension usually im too sensitive but I let her do her thing and practiced breathing and well im feeling relaxed ans want to acknowledge K for her amazing hands that blessed me. Thank you ! I will be back !

Bad customer service, terrible prices and she asked me to leave the tip before the service. She basically chose the tip for me and ignore everything I said 😅.The foot massage supposed to be reflexology, but she rub my feet with oil for long time and she did reflexology only for a couple mins.

I had Wendy, she was great, clean and private room, they so massage you the whole 60 min. I felt no pressure to tip

I love this place because it makes spa visits affordable. What I also love is that all of the women are kind and do a great job. They are all very caring.I do wish they would consider improving the shower i.e. replacing the shower curtain or improving the decor. But if youre in need of a affordable back rub, facial and scrub for mess than $100, the shower curtain really doesnt matter.

One of the worst massage experiences. The guy who did the massage for me constantly burped during the session. I could barely feel the massage initially so I asked him to increase the force, at which point he offered to change the massage to be purely chinese massage even though we paid for oil massage. Oh and guess what. He went through the rest of the massage without increasing the force and I left the place feeling worse than before entering.

They are stunning. Love their service!! Always come back feeling so relaxed and recovered.

Decent massage, terrible service. I had a Groupon for two 60 minute massages with reflexology. The first time I booked an appointment, I showed up on time, but the woman who was apparently supposed to do my massage was very put out so I rescheduled. When I went back for the massage, the woman told me I had to pay extra if I wanted a full body massage. I just wanted my 60 minutes to include the foot rub that was supposed to be included in the Groupon (I have plantar fasciitis- I would rather have my feet done than my back, not that anyone asked). I was getting ready to just cancel the Groupon and leave, but she agreed to bring me back, no extra charge. Fine.Most places I have been to have a form to fill out about medical counter indications and what you want worked on. This place didnt even get my name! Red flag?The massage was not the worst I have ever had, but it was nothing to write home about. She spent way too long on my back/shoulder blades and barely touched my feet. When it was time to go, she offered me water, effectively blocking the door until I asked about tipping. I offered $7. She insisted on $10. The money grubbing countered any relaxation from the massage. Save your money, go somewhere nicer to actually have an enjoyable experience.

Excellent hot stone massage. Best I ever had. Coco was the massuse. All stiff muscles gone. Loved the thicker sheet. Only drawback was male voices from adjoining alcove when his session was finished, too loud. Soothing music. Ambiance not much. But your eyes are closed 90% of the time. Will return. I went for an acne treatment facial earlier today. Here are the Pros and Cons that I discovered:Cons:1)They ASKED FOR A TIP2) When she started extracting my skin, instead of using a comedone extractor tool, she was extracting my white and black heads with her nails. (she was wearing gloves) We were already 5 mins into extractions when she finally went and got the tool.3) Because she was using her nails to extract my skin, it was EXTREMELY PAINFUL4) I paid $70 for the facial, but they did not provide high frequency treatment or LED light treatment. So the technology was definitely not advanced. Ive gotten a facials in the past that costed around the same price that did include these treatments.5) Other employees kept walking in and out of the room, so it wasnt very relaxing6) There was a huge language barrier. They didnt understand a word that I was saying. I asked the lady what products she is using on my face and she went and got someone else. Who also didnt understand what I was saying. So, Im not even sure what they were using on my face.Pros:1) It was a clean area2) They are nice people3) She wore gloves throughout the processOverall, it was the most painful facial I have ever had and I would probably never go back again. I didnt plan on writing the review after the facial. I was just gonna leave it alone and go on with my life. But the fact that they ASKED FOR A TIP AFTER! Just threw me off the edge. Like come on, you were extracting my skin with your claws.

I called and got an appointment for Saturday for my husband and I. Pro appointment quick and easy. Lets say that is the only pro I can give this place. We got there on time, waited for someone to check us in. They were busy talking with one another in their language. Then when they did talk to us, they said you pay cash or charge. Charge is more. We waited about 10 min and they took us back to our room. The lady said put your clothes in the box, lay face down. Waited another 10 min for someone to walk in. My husband had a lady I had a man. No big deal. Never once did they introduce themselves, or ask if we had any issues. Well they were talking to one another in their language. finally they stopped talking. The guy burped, someone came in to the room and started talking to them. Then the guy straddled my head when he was working on my back. Was not even close to a good massage. I couldnt wait to get out of there.

Worst body massage I ever had, masseuse was pretty hard on back, i kept on saying pressure is too hard, but she was reluctant to understand anything, instead of feeling relaxed my body is in pain. Foot massage was still better than body massage. Not even in my worst nightmare ill go back to this place

First They Aggreed to give you discount on phone. when you go there and give 100 USD note they charge you full Amount and can not Return back balance amount. 2 Chinese very Old Staff. Very less speak English. Always ask you for tip.. Pls dont waste your money..

They are pretty good.They can do better in service and consistency of massage therapists.I go to them monthly and I am attending by a new person every time.It is a goo deal for the price and is very refreshing.

Fremont Day Spa was great. They have mainly Chinese masseuses( heavy hand pressures) and are skilled professionals. You have to tell them to do light pressure and thats regular light to medium pressure. Their rooms are chilly but very neat and clean. You also need to tell them what area you want to focus on in the begining of the session. Their english is not good so they might not ask you. Alisha was my masseus and she was amazing and speaks english well.

Good price point. Massage therapist walked out of the room and I was left on the table with the door open and nothing was said to me. I didnt feel comfortable.

It’s a clean, friendly and professional place. The Deep Tissue Massages I get are just wonderful and I feel Rejuvenated afterwards.

I was robbed from my bag while I was there. I reached into my purse after the massage to give a tip with my cash and my cash was gone.
