Ive been going here for a while. Every time I go, everyone is so friendly! Kim is wonderful and every time I go in, she takes great care of me and makes it a point to talk and learn things about me. Its such a great environment and everyone there is always willing to help and answer all of my questions! I love it there!

Best shop that I have ever experienced. Staff was warm and welcoming. Manager and her associates knowledge of liquids and equipment was extraordinary. Prices are fair and reasonable. I would suggest this store to everyone around the area. I, myself, will always do business with Alohma.

I previously gave a very nice review, but after several issues recently, have to give a new review. Customer service has really gone downhill and certain juices that were always in stock are not available anymore. Tried doing a customer request order and have been waiting over a month for it. Tried calling and get told there was no order made even though the person that took it checked to see if it was available and filled out the form in front of me. Really wish things could be fixed and the customer service was great again.

This town has quite a few vape shops, but none of them are like Kure. I cant believe how honest they are. Instead of just sending me out the door with the most expensive vape possible they helped me find one that suits me personally. I really appreciate that. I like shopping somewhere that doesnt make me feel like a mark.

The employees here are so friendly and professional! Their customer service is superior to that of chasing clouds. The store is always very clean and comfortable to hang out in. I always have a great experience when I go here!

Love coming here always willing to go out of there way to make sure the customer is takin care of. Very help full with any questions or concerns. I have ever had and always down for a good chat. Never once have I ever had a bad experience since the new staff has taken over. Love the manager Kim and the girls that work their and will always recommend this store to anyone I meet. I was worried about the merger between All American Vapor and Alohma possibly making this place less than it was. I am happy to say my fears where misplaced. This store has continued to grow while keeping the qualities it had originally with the same friendly staff plus a few equally skilled new faces. Selection has continued to grow in all varieties and pricing is still supremely competitive. I am glad to recommend this place to people just starting to those to whom this is a hobby. Great job Alohma Fremont team!

The reward system is broke. Which is disappointing. They have no intention on fixing it after 5 attempts to get them to do so.Also, i didnt know what flavor vape to get since theyre no restocking my favorite.I bought a nasty tasting strawberry ice cream and after i paid and told the guy i didnt like the taste, he tells me i can sample the flavor.Wth man?!

Why cant you get 9nic anymore? Just 6 and 12? Thats a big jump! Need to bring back 9!!!Need to turn the TV and music back on!!! That helped shopping and now Im just in a rush but good place to get your vapor needs. Was going to go in and relax on the couch and do some work on the laptop after a purchase but didnt think they have the couches anymore, that true?

They used to be a lot more helpful when purchasing a new device, bought my 4th device today and first one where they offered no assistance with setting it up or anything. The over all customer service has gone down hill at the Fremont location.

If I could give them zero stars I would. These guys have shady business tactics. My friend has had issues with them and personally, I bought the new alien smok 220w box and after over a week of use(the warranty covers thirty days after purchase), a white line popped up right through the center of my screen. I havent dropped it, and if it happened when I knocked it over I would have noticed immediately. Other people on YouTube have posted similar videos of their alien having the same issue. When I brought it in they refused to honor the warranty, claimingIts not going to effect the performance of the mod, and that I was lucky that the line hadnt popped up somewhere more inconvenient. The first part is true. However, when I buy a product I expect it to live up to its expectations. It did not. Neither did their customer service. Zero stars.

I just tried the Higher Society, which is a Delta 8 product, and it is amazing. I had a lot of anxiety this morning and I used the Runtz Higher Society Delta 8 and I was calm all day. The staff is very friendly and know the product.

Product selection is at par at best. Customer service is pretty bad. I work in the service industry so i try to be empathetic, but these people seriously make it hard. So maybe instead of sucking on your pens, greet a paying customer. Maybe instead of entertaining your boyfriend you shoukd service your patrons??? Ive spent alot of money there and Im happy to have a new vape shop to take my business to. This place is just not run well. Maybe yall need more employee traibing or something. Im not soending any more money here personally.

Everyone is always very helpful and patient with my indecisiveness. I shop there exclusively for all my vaping needs and they take care of me. Their prime juice is amazing!

I tried the delta 8 carts and the higher society delta 8 they are both amazing I have major migraines It helps a lot the staff is amazing very helpful I wouldnt recommend any other place in Fremont

Alohma is the only vape shop I go to. The staff is super friendly and always knowledgeable about the products. From my first visit as a new vaper, I walked out already having learned so much about my device and even other devices. I very much enjoy their homemade juice. I dont vape anything else. All I can say is I highly recommend this store to others!
