My go-to for massages in the east bay area. It is reasonably priced, and Im always able to get scheduled with same day service.While some staff are more skilled than others, I would say 9 out of 10 massages have been great.

They always do a great job and are responsive to feedback during the massage. Much less expensive than most places - probably because they dont have complementary things like aromatherapy and a fountain in the background - but thats okay because I only want to pay for the massage itself.

So where do I begin.. the worst massage of my life. The therapist had no technique. She was needing my back like a I was dough. I said I was stiff in my right side and she continued to massage my left side SMH. The whole service reminded of the episode of Friends when Ross used wooden spoons. I was waiting for this lady to pull out toy cars.90 min massage in which she didnt know what to do at the end so she was pounding on me in the most weird way. I legit feel bruised on my upper back and shoulder area.BTW they make you pay upfront, so leaving and getting your money back isnt really a option.

Very clean and reasonably priced.I got the 90 minutes for $95 deep tissue massage. I had a great Masseuse who found all my knots and took great feedback. Would come back again.

I had a gift certificate to get a hot stone and scalp massage. Suki was great at the front and then Sunima was a fantastic masseuse. I almost fell asleep, it was such a relaxing experience. My only disappointment was that I couldn’t smell the aromatherapy oil that I chose at the beginning of the appointment.

My husband and I went to get a massage. The ladies were not experienced. I did not enjoy. They didn’t know what they were doing! We end up paying $10 tip for each ladies and they were calling us cheap!

Im a regular here and always receive a great massage. I typically get a deep tissue, 90-minute massage and go at least once a month. Highly recommended!

Awful massage. Massage ended up being more painful, I even said something about it during and the massager did not change anything. Then I was ambushed for a tip. Also because the massager was inexperienced she was going a bit low and it became slightly uncomfortable. I don’t recommend. Take your business else where.

I am pleased to say that I get the best back and shoulder massage at this place. The rooms are very clean and the staff very professional. I definitely recommend Fiona as the best therapist (not to say the others arent as good). She makes sure that the knots and pain disappear by the time you leave...I promise!Thank you so much for taking care of my lower back and sciatica!!!!!

Great massage as always. Issue was when the masseuse asked for a tip. Now my plan is always to tip, I usually tip of my card because I don’t really carry cash, but don’t love the implication that I was planning not to tip. Always have a personal belief to tip highly for anything done to my physical body so don’t know what that was about. May not come back.

I received an hour massage from Amanda. She was very professional and gave me a great massage. Most of time she stayed quiet which is what I prefer because I want to relax while I get a massage and not having to have conversations. She really took her time to understand what I wanted and I felt great after. Their prices are also very reasonable for their service.

The massage was ok. They did not focus on the areas requested so I’m not sure why they ask to specify that in the form. When I went to tip for the service based on the experience and service, they asked for more. I didn’t have cash since Id already tipped in cash and they said to pay with card and charge would be $25 minimum! They did not notify us that there would be a 25% + tipping that was mandatory. I thought tipping was out of gratitude. This definitely left us feeling very uncomfortable that they were asking for more tip for a subpar service. Not a good way to retain customers imo. Won’t be coming back as it definitely rubbed me the wrong way. A shady way to do business esp when customers are paying full for your services.

The massage was ok but what really confounded me was the mandatory expectation of 25%+ tip. Im already paying $130 for the massage and tipping $10 for very subpar service. To tell me I need to tip more is honestly rude. Tipping is out of gratitude and regardless of service, Im still giving a tip. Will not be coming back again.

I travel for work, and have had many massages, due to the tole traveling can take on your body. This was by far the best healing massage I have ever had. It was a great mixture of stretching, perfect pressure and heat that allowed my body to relax. Thank you for the experience. Brenda, UTAH

This used to be a great spot. Jenny is the only good masseuse left, but she only works Monday thru Wednesday. The masseuses my wife and I had on Saturday were devoid of artistry and soul, like a 5 year old who can finger a guitar chord but lacks rhythm and bangs away at the strings.

Clean rooms. Room ambiance is good. This is Fremonts best massage place. They are very professional. Parking is plentiful in the lot. They are across from Pacific Commons mall.

I went twice this place, I guess they don’t know what feet means.Called made reservations and asked them specifically about only feet, came in made sure only feet. $140 for nothing
