Rude woman lies and hangs up on customers. Their massage is horrible, but the Jacuzzis were great when they were available. Apparently the fun is over, probably due to health code violations.

Very peaceful relaxing spa, 10/10 would recommend, and the price was very competitive comparing to other spas in the area. Probably 10% cheaper too

Came here with the wife and enjoyed a couples massage. Wonderful experience will be coming back soon.

***THEY charge a minimum $15 for tips besides the real price, even if massage is not good!!!We’ve been here few times and we did have a decent experience. I checked the reviews and we decided to give a try and I even bought a friend a gift massage from them…Today we came and we paid for a 90min massage for $90, our appointment was 5:45pm they started the massage 6:15pm which we were still fine to wait, but at the end the ladies ended up the massage 10min earlier so we decided to give $10 dollars tip each lady. THE OWNER CAME AND SAID THERE’s A MINIMUM TIP and argued with us! To ne honest we are very disappointed so please take the reviews in this page serious!

A Very disappointing experience ! The worst part was when the masseuse told me that she expected a 25% tip !!! Their prices are reasonable but the massage quality is not what you get at good spas either. It was aggressive with fast strokes.. def not going back !

We were looking for a jetted tub and massage experience for my daughter and I. We got a private room. Private tubs, 30 min, sauna 30 min, hour massage, and the best full body scrub I ever had. We feel so relaxed and pampered. The staff was great. Walked out feeling much more relaxed. We needed it.

I have never encountered an unprofessional and rude receptionist. Upon leaving, I gave my tip to the masseuse, and the masseuse showed the receptionist straight up and told me that I needed to tip more, and they only accept $20 tips. Tip depends on the service that is being provided and no one should be obligated to pay a higher tip just because it was asked for. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is a neutral review; Im not planning to go back but I wouldnt turn down a gift card. The inside of the building is quiet and serene but dont look too closely or you will see hair and dust everywhere. The receptionist had me fill out a questionnaire asking about where my pain was and what type of pressure I wanted. She then neglected to take it from me (I had to remind her to take it) and the massage therapist never even saw it. How is she supposed to know what I want? So I spent part of my massage telling her she was using too much pressure or that the area she was working on was injured. I booked a hot stone massage and they were not prepared (they ran in with a stone heater and filled it with water while I was trying to relax). The therapist, though nice, was not trained to provide hot stone massage. A hot stone massage is not simply rubbing hot rocks all over someone, though it can be incorporated into Swedish style massage. The bathroom sink was full of soap scum and wet slime mold. My therapist worked very hard and listened to me and for that Im grateful. It was not relaxing, though, and I felt as if the place was not clean enough for me to feel comfortable stripping down and getting a massage. That being said, I DID get an excellent massage because the therapist listened, and it was very reasonably priced.

We couples 90 min massage from Mandy and Helen. Both of them are really good. It was very relaxing and refreshing.

My experience with the massage a week a go was good, but today with Sara, totally worth the month special. Ask for her she gave me a relaxing experience. The rejuvenate special. For the price, well worth it. Recommend it.

The receptionist who sits at the counter in the evening on weekends, is very rude, greedy and have no manners.She literally fights and argues for paying tips to your masseurs and she wants to know how much you paid.What she does , she charges the masseurs from the tip they received.I gave $15 to my masseur and masseur gave her $5 . So it seems receptionist forces masseur to pay her some share from their tip.Dont even go here.

We went for a couples massage and got a Swedish and a deep tissue massage done. My masseuse Mia was good and I felt very relaxed. The head massage that she gave was so relaxing. It was worth the price!

Definitely a diamond in the rough. One of the best massages I’ve had, and very affordable. The staff is always accommodating and every time I go, its better than the last time. Just as good as you can get for a massage in the bay area

Ill start by explaining how much I love massages. Ive been to very expensive, very cheap and somewhere in-between places. Andalusia is a budget friendly location that is relatively clean and quiet with a great standard of massage. There massage rooms are private, the massage tables are comfortable, they have warmers, generic relaxation music is played. The massage therapists do a great job (special call out to Helen who is amazing). The therapists are mostly (all?) Asian but there is rarely a communication problem. They also have packages that are prepaid cards that help reduce cost further. Dont go in expecting high end spa facilities nor a happy ending and you will have a wonderful experience.

I had the best massage and will come back asap. Reasonably priced and thorough service, tipping at least $20 is a no brainer.

Horrible experience. I went in for a 60 minute deep tissue massage and only got about 45 minutes worth. She answered her phone twice during my massage and even left the room three times! The ac was on the whole time so I was freezing and my massage felt super rushed. I would never recommend this place.

Same as the other user who reviewed. I was under lots of shoulder and neck pain. I went to the spa and got myself 90 mins massage. Despite myself asking for some extra pressure during the massage the lady just did some passive massage. I will not be going there again. Ambience was good and the price is good. Go there if you just need a relaxation massage.

I have been happy with my experiences here. Michelle, the manager, has been extremely friendly, & gave me a 30min foot massage complimentary as my masseuse was late once. My massage with Linda went well. The place is clean & spacious. I have used a Groupon. Parking is plentiful in the back. One thing I like is that they are not in your face about tips & give you an envelope to put them in.

The best ever spa day I had experienced. Celebrating my sister birthday weekend and this final step put the icing on our cake. Massages were lovely. Not to soft or hard but just right. Those ladies had me feeling like a limp noodle. All my mind could do is signal to my brain to get UP! Then off to the side by side hydrotherapy to cap it off. Oils to soothe your wonderful body and mind. Jets and lights in the tubs with the beautiful mural in front of you on the wall. How could I forget the relaxing music and refreshing snacks of chips, cookies, soda and water. The experience was just so fabulous that we decided to make a tradition for our birthdays and mothers day.

What a hidden gem! Such a great Anniversary gift idea. We had time to skinny dip in the tub together with sparkling wine (white zinfadel, I believe) and Costco assortment cookies. After, we enjoyed our massages and they really did a good job.

Outside of the building is not representative of the inside. Inside, the spa is very nicely decorated, professional, and clean! The staff are friendly, helpful and very customer service oriented! They always have clients complete a medical questionnaire with preferences for the depth of the massage - and adhere to the customer desires! Have been here a few times now and will be back!

Made an appointment ahead of time. They ask me to pay first even before my massage. Lady comes to give massage. Within 5 mins she leaves the room because there is another customer and she is outside talking to him.So unprofessional! I left after getting my refund. You just lost a client.

Very relaxing experience. Complimentary refreshments a nice touch. Jacuzzi tub for two prior to massage soothing. One star removed for being able to hear staff conversations outside of room. Reasonably priced. Our entire visit was two hours.

Went to the spa today. As soon as I went, I was greeted well by a lady at the reception. Immediately after the greet, she asked me if it was my first time and started to explain about the packages on massages for which I said I’ll think about it for sure(I didnt want to decide before even having a massage). I was then sent to the massage room. The massage was really good(hence the two stars but she finished around 10 minutes earlier than she started. I felt satisfied and relaxed on the way out of the room. I even appreciated the lady who did the massage and told the receptionist about how good she was. Then, when it was time for the payment, I took my groupon voucher and showed her. She got very mad at me asking me why I didn’t tell her I had a groupon when I entered. I was very shocked at her immediate change of tone and the way she started to talk. I asked he what the problem was. She did not have a proper reasoning for it. She said we make appointments accordingly. I mean I agree that may be I should’ve told her in the beginning (I guess I would’ve told at least if I’ve been given a chance to speak if she hadn’t rambled about the massage packages when I entered and hadn’t sent me immediately to the massage room as if I were late). Here I was pretty sure she’s mad because she thought she could’ve send some worst masseuse if she had known that I had just a voucher. And it wasn’t over, when she asked explicitly about how much I should tip the masseuse( here I’m supposed to take my card out just for the tip as I’ve already paid for my voucher. I was anyways about to tip the person as I really liked the massage) I told her I want to tip 10$ (Actual Massage price : 55$ + tax). She resisted to swipe my card saying people generally tip more for this kind of massage ( I was like Wtf!) and the masseuse joined her and she also wanted me to tip more. And when I stood firm saying no I don’t want to tip more (not after a 50 minute massage and the way they made me feel about the groupon voucher). The masseuse just was annoyed and walked away saying something at a different language that I wouldn’t understand. I felt so bad for to just have been there and experiencing all this. I mean why put up a groupon voucher if you aren’t ready to treat the customer like how you would treat any other first customer ?

I am a long-time customer of this business. I really enjoyed getting massages here. But on multiple occasions they scheduled me for appointments then are unable to fulfill them. I scheduled an appointment on the phone and was told that at 2:30 I will be able to meet with a woman named Jessica. Upon arrival Jessica told me that she cannot do my appointment and that the lady who scheduled me was unaware of her schedule. I had already drove there and committed to an appointment. unfortunately Jessica was not only extremely rude about explaining the situation to me she wouldnt even try and reschedule me or anyting. this is the second time that I have had very negative interactions with the employee named Jessica. The other people there are great and very professionalbut Jessica is by far the worst person Ive ever encountered there. as a result of what she has done and the continuous lack of communication I will no longer be spending my money here at all.

My fiance and I came to Andalusia Day Spa for a couples massage. We heard about them from Groupon. The service was great! It was my fiances first massage experience and the employees made us feel very comfortable. The place was very clean and the massage was amazing. My favorite part were the personal hydrotherapy spas which through the groupon came with a bottle of champagne and cookies. I will certainly come here again!

I have bought 2 Groupon deals so far for this spa, and Ive enjoyed both massages Ive received very much. The rooms are clean and relaxing, and the masseuses have been very sweet and have made me feel comfortable. For a no-fuss quick massage, I definitely recommend Andalusia.

My husband and I went there for a couples massage and it was amazing! We got chocolate and drinks and our package came with hydrotherapy. The masseuse that heped me was great. I told him exactly which parts of my body I really wanted to focus on and he followed it without neglecting the other parts of my body. My shoulder and back aches were definitely gone after the massage. My husband and I both felt so relaxed after. The staff was also very friendly and the ambiance was great. The only thing is that midway through our massages, the tubs started running on their own and it basically jolted me awake, but other than that, our experience was great!

I got the couples massage for me and my boyfriend. It was pretty nice. I really liked the complementary lemon tart. Too bad they ran out of the orange oil that we wanted to use for the spa. But the massage was pretty relaxing :)

I gave these two stars for the massage they did but I don’t like after the massage, they asked the tip and I gave 10$ and she noticed that in my wallet I am having only 10$ and 20$ bill. Literally she grabbed 20$ from my wallet and gave 10$ back to me. How crazy these people were. I decided not to go this place anymore.

Today I went to this massage center because I work out hard and to get some massage, but unfortunately, their service was a big zero staff were really rude and the price was too high. Additionally, they are not there for massage during the massage they asked me for some extra money for a happy ending which was really disgusting.They are not professional they don’t know the difference between deep tissue and so forth, I do not recommend to any one. Waste money and time.

If you want a deep tissue massage, this is the place to go. Bought a Groupon for a couples massage during my pregnancy thinking, Were gonna need this post-newborn-phase. Got to soak in jacuzzi tubs with aromatherapy, drink champagne, eat cookies, relax in the low-lit but colorful ambiance. AWESOME. So then I went for the deep tissue massage and told him to put the pressure on, and my masseur didnt hold back. If I wasnt buzzed from the bubbly, I dont think I couldve taken it. I was sore the next day, but I consider that a good thing. Great place to get tight muscles worked out, especially with your significant other!

Massage was Ok. Sheets were smelly , place was noisy. The lady left the room in middle for 5 mins without a notice. I tipped 10$ and they forced me to tip 20$. Won’t recommend this place

Got a groupon for this place and booked a couples massage for an hour but I received no confirmation email or text for the booking. The lady who makes the booking tells me they never confirm the booking and if you booked a slot you should just know about it even if it the occurring time is a month after the booking. The worst thing about this place is they called me the morning of my booking ,30 mins before the massage time after ignoring my calls for the previous 3 days and yell at me for not calling and confirming myself. The lady then threatens to just cancel my appointment and give to somebody else ? The worst experience ever.

I asked for hard deep tissue and it was far from that. I asked for it to be harder during massage and nothing happened. It was VERY VERY hard to communicate with them. Seemed upset and rude after I tipped $10 a person, but again I could never understand them!!!! 2 stars just because it was clean.

My mom & I went in for a massage after we’d hiked Half Dome the day before. It was fantastic, these women really know what they’re doing and we felt amazing afterwards, I’m convinced they helped our muscles recover fast. Thank you!

I found this place by groupon. The hydrotherapy session was nothing special to me this was not so comfortable in the tub and no jets i didnt understand how to put on. But the massage experience was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I had so much tension and knots in my back and I felt so much better after. I gave Yuki a 20$ tip she well deserved it, she took her time and she knew what she was doing. I will definetly be back!

The Andalusia Day Spa is one of the nicest and cleanest day spas that I have been too that are also reasonable in price. The massage I had was amazing, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The staff was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the Andalusia Day Spa to my friends.

Went for massage. Man around 55 - 60 years old came out. I told him that I need medium power massage on shoulders and right side on lower back. When he start doing massage - I asked him 3 times do not do that too strong, because it is painful. But he had limit to talk and understand English, so he continue again.... After 12 - 15 minutes I MUST stop my torches. And I never recommend to my friend use that facility...

Brought a groupon for couples masssage for 30 mins jacuzzi tub water therapy and 60 min massage . The rooms ambeince was pretty good and relaxing and and we enjoyed the massage as well . would recommend it . they even have pretty good packages .

The service was usual. But what really bothered me was how they haggled me for tip. I was really taken aback and they seriously make you quite uncomfortable about it. $20 tipping is minimum.

The worse service ever, I wish I could give 0 star but its not in my hands. I had a lower back pain told her to not put pressure on it but she been pushing hard with her knees and inthw meanwhile she was wearing Bartlett and jumping back and forth.

The best spa massage in Fremont, Helen got healing hands, haven’t had this kinda massage in a long time, I went in with back pain and came out as a completely a new refreshed, relaxed person.
