Chasing Clouds Vape and Smoke - Fremont

This place is quite frankly - ridiculous. They sell to minors consistently, 50% of their products are fake as well. I have had to talk with the workers several times about them falsifying their products and they always return with, You bought it. or You left the store with it. Which brings me to another point, they sell expired items. It was absolutely disgusting when I discovered this.The majority of their delta-8 products are fake and are just nicotine. Their QR codes are also fake. This entire store is a genuine scam and should be shut down.

Used to love this store but am supremely disappointed. Asked for a product and was given the wrong one (miscommunication on both of our parts) I opened the product right in front of the girl and said oh I wanted the disposable not this can you just switch them out for me? Was told no I cant do anything for you I said they do this all the time you try it out and if it doesnt work they switch them (there is a sign up stating to try before you leave) she immediately screamed for the other employee and went straight into an attitude and explaing how I did everything wrong and it was my fault. Then proceeds to call the manager on the floor and LOUDLY scream about me as if I wasnt there. The funny thing is the other employee and me got things figured out in less time than it took her to call the manager. I will more than likely be using one of the many other shops in town going forward.

Bought a kratom product there charged me 160 dollars went on the company website could of bought it from the company online directly for 60 I feel ripped off honestly I will not be returning you charge me three times the amount disgusting business practice. Staff was friendly store was clean asked about price match with no response hopefully this gets resolved I would like to continue to do business there but will see outside sources that are much more fair good service must match reasonable prices

I really cant complain about the customer service. Because This store has none whatsoever! Sold me a defective vape that stopped working hrs later.. refused to replace or refund.. their policy....

Absolutely love this place. Devin the morning manager always has a smile on his face and helps every customer with a great attitude. Draven the GM is also a great example of a leader. Everything is always in stock and by the small chance they are our he will get it in ASAP! 10/10 recommend

Just stopped in today for a quick grab of some disposable vapes , guys were helpful and very polite . Their Benji Bars are spot on at a good price , will 100% return for more .

I’ve shopped here like 4 times. Half of the times their products are deficient and they wouldn’t replace them despite being straight out the box.My most recent experience was buying a Happi stick. I bought it literally within 5 minutes of them closing and that same night I was scared that disponible was going to explode. It starting smoking from all the areas, the wax inside was straight up boiling… the stick was super hot that I couldn’t even pick it up, and I eventually had to throw it outside because I legit thought it was going to explode. I didn’t even get three solid hits. I went back to the store the next day and she told me there wasn’t anything she could do. Basically didn’t show ANY sign of wanting to help me and only said “sorry”..

I bought a $25 vape, tried it in the store and it worked but stopped working before i made it out of town. Thought it just needed charged but it was a dud so i drove back a half hour and they wouldnt refund it. Every other place ive been would have swapped it out, lame.

Have shopped here a few times and they carry a lot of product but have seen and heard about the way the manager harasses his female customers on social media sites. My friend keeps getting messages from the manager saying he wanted to come hangout afterhours willing to do anything to help me

I have bought 4 batteries here and 1 80 watt Gene vape mod(@$60.), I LOVE IT!Also bought a disposable vape pod kit, very happy with it.I am a hardcore vaper, know my stuff and know what I want/need. They do too. 👍Ive also bought several 30ml bottles of 35 & 50 mg. E-juice salts, good prices, GREAT quality.Overall Decent prices, friendly staff, decent selection.5 Stars. A+ Service.Thanks guys!

Small selection, friendly enough staff but dont try very hard to be personable IME. Its been pretty awkward most visits. Otherwise its a good vape shop. I go by there every week, sometimes every other week. It would be nice if they kept stuff in shock a little better but with all thats going on its understandable.

The manager is the best I think his name was Draven. Dude deserves a raise!!!!!!

Pretty expensive here. Not a huge selection of glass, which is very expensive. The staff doesnt come off too friendly, like they are always ready to go home, lol. Ive purchased batteries here several times and they arent the best quality, and I have to go back for new ones.Their selection of CBD products seems more vast, but I havent noticed the prices on those items. Bad place for glass, great place for CBD products.

My wife and I are trying to quit smoking cigarettes and he was able to point out the best option in the store right away, with comparisons to other products. We were given high quality products and AMAZING vape liquid that we enjoy very much. We were also given a discount without any reason after we agreed to the price. What a great experience. Chasing clouds has a great environment of caring people who go out of their way to make sure their customers received what they asked for and whats best for their needs always good music always great company if you need someone just to chat out for a minute for a place to chill for just a sec while youre taking a smoke this is the place to go if they dont know about your product theyll do their darndest to find out and let you know draven runs a clean crew and make sure things go smoothly all around dude goes out of his way to make sure that you find what you need and sometimes some stuff that you dont but its just freaking awesome they make sure that youre doing things correctly so that no harm comes to you great job guys and great job training them draven

Everyone in the company that I have I met are very friendly especially the owners. I would recommend Chasing clouds to anyone that has one in their area. FYI they opened a shop in Gretna recently to all of you guys who live in the Omaha area!

I come here a couple times a week, all and all a decent experience. Today the guy that was helping me was also on his phone texting. Not a huge issue but I consider it to be bad for business.

Amazing place, good prices, they have sales almost all the time, huge variety of juice and accessories. Friendly and helpful staff, the owner even went out of his way to jump my car when it wouldnt start in his parking lot. You wont regret choosing Chasing clouds for your vaping/smoking needs!

I drive all the way from omaha because I like the Escobar. I had accidently taken one in to the hot tub last week same day I bought it. I had came in the following week hoping they would exchange it out, they declined. Today I had an issue with one that quit working after one day and hoping again they would fix the issue as I am a weekly costumer. Again they declined saying they could not help me claiming it was the hot tub one, when I explained to the guy I had never tried the peach flavor and thats the one it had been. Very unhappy with how they handled it extremely unprofessional about how they handled it and refused to give me contact information for the owner. Basically told me they didnt care if I returned. I hope nobody else has a similar experience, I wont be coming back and ill be sure to share my experience with others. Clearly no way to run a business.

There was a new kid in there with a black eye that was actually somewhat pleasant and seemed genuinely Interested in helping me and selling products which is 100 *% more that the other guys in there who seemed annoyed and or irritated when I came into C. C. V. forgot his name but he was a good genuine young man that was wearing a METALLICA shirt 1 other thing why it only gets there stars is because their glassware water pipes and accessories are all expensive and slightly to severely overpriced

The better of the two vape shops in town by far. Much friendlier staff than Alohmas. Bought some Directors Cut juice that someone recommended to me there and I’m loving it so far! Huge selection of juice there. A lot more variety than a lot of the shops I got to in Omaha.

Chasing Clouds - Fremont, is a great place! They are always very accommodating, if they dont have exactly what Im looking for they figure out a way to get me the equivalent of what I want for thw same amount of what I was needing for the same price, and I love their point system to earn discounts on future purchases.

Always really helpful when I come in & have decent prices. Stop here 2-3x a month and have never had a bad experience.

Ive been coming here for a while. About once a week spending $50 plus dollars a visit. Usually a great visit. However this last time I went, I bought a pod AIO kit. When I bought it, the box said it came with 2 pods. It had the one but not the second. I brought this to their attention so they checked all the boxes in store. All the boxes had a sticker on them saying it came with 2 pods, however none of them had the second pod in them including the one I bought. So I asked if i was going to receive my second pod and they said they can not honor that because it was a miss print and it would mess up inventory.I will not be buying anymore vaping devices from this place again, and I highly recommend you check the box of the product you buy before leaving the store!

More expensive than all the other smoke shops, my vape is normally $15 but was $19 there is it tastes disgusting, like burnt. And I wont be able to get a refund so theres like 20$ gone. GO TO SMOKE N MORE OR KURE!! Anywhere except here lol
