Appointments were easy to make and front desk was very nice, asking about how we’d like our massage. Overall the massage was very nice although afterward we gave our masseuses a $20 tip each and one of them pointed at the suggested tipping sign indicating we did not give them enough of a tip, which makes me not want to come back.

I had sore shoulder and back and hence thought of taking a massage. After reviewing several ratings and reviews I chose this one.Place is very neat and clean. They have many rooms and also have couple massage rooms. This place takes credit card without any surcharge. I took the 90 mins special package which had hot stone therapy too.Overall nice experience and good massage. I felt very comfortable during the massage.Only two small feedback: one the oil could have been warm. It was very cold and didn’t feel good. Second they asked me to tip upfront and that too based on a rate card. Tipping is based on service. It seems that is a common problem across most of the massage places.

Went in for a couples massage. There was a special through their direct website. $189 for a 90 minute couples massage. This included: hot stones, aroma/essential oil therapy, and a body scrub. Front desk does a great job with collecting your preferences for which aroma you want, pressure preference, and any areas to focus/avoid.Staff was very friendly and the massage therapist did a great job. Ended up tipping 27%.They have always been a great value and offer great quality services. Will also come back.

Ann was great! Had a 45min massage got through Groupon and she always checked in on me to make sure the pressure was okay. I also had the scrub and hot stone as part of the experience. Would definitely come back.

Went for a couples massage on Monday and i found a deal on groupon. It was for a 60 minute massage with hot stones and a body scrub. When i called and asked if theh had relaxation rooms for before or after like a sauna, they said they dont open it till winter time. I was disappointed in that. As for the massage it was very basic me and my boyfriend both left a lot more sore than relaxed. I dont even think they finished the 60 minutes. We had the appointment at 11 and we got to our car at 12:05 and we did lay there for a few minutes after they finished. So definitely did not get the whole time. They flipped us over and didnt even massage the front. They did for about 2 minutes and then said we were done. So this is a place where you pay what you get for. Very basic and subpar

Purchased a Groupon before looking at the reviews. I was nervous when I saw the reviews, so I am happy and relieved to report that it was a great experience! My husband and I went for a 75-minute couple’s massage, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our experiences. One of the best massages I’ve had in a while, though I don’t go frequently.

I used to be one of their customers, and they did a decent job before. My husband and I went there recently, and they did a bad and sloppy job. Not only wasn’t it soothing but also they caused pain and uncomfortable experience.I personally noticed that the therapist started using ONLY their elbows and lower arms, (no fingers at all) because it’s probably easier. Just wanna say hey guys it’s not a cheap service, and we also try hard the whole week to save money and enjoy the experience; so do your job in a better way.

Massage was good and felt very comfortable the whole time. The ambiance could be a little improved but no complaints about the massage. Did not like how they had tip “guidelines”—pay your employees better instead shifting the cost on the consumer.

The massage felt amazing! I liked the oils, hot stones, and my massage therapist Cindy did a very good job overall. The environment was clean and relaxing, and the staff was nice. It was also a good deal for the monthly special, $160 for a 75-min full body and foot massage for TWO people!

I had a great experience both times I have come here. I brought my Tia with me and we enjoyed the couples massage. People are friendly. The place is relaxing and clean. Prices are reasonable.

Service is rude and not professional. my session was 45 minutes of massage. I was offered to pay extra for 15 minutes of massage, I agreed. but the money was demanded immediately, during the massage itself. it was not comfortable for me. but they insisted that I pay extra during the session. as a result, the massage ended 15 minutes earlier. they deceived me. in addition to this, the masseuse was always looking for towels, stones, etc. which also reduced my massage time. at the exit, I gave a tip, but it was not enough and they pointed me to a table with a tip and demanded to add more. this is a terrible place. never go back there.

The acupuncture doctor followed by the full body massage was the perfect treat on fathers day. They are very professional, clean, and relaxing.

I booked an appointment over the phone and one hour prior I get a call asking to reschedule. Which was fine by me.When I reached there I was greeted well, the place looked fine. I was asked which treatment I would like and made the payment. In a few minutes they said they dont have a therapist available and asked to come back after an hour. I dont think its that complicated, if they dont have therapists should they be taking in appointments. Really unprofessional!

Friendly staff. The person who did my massage took there time and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She gave me an AMAZING massage. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will come back very soon!! Thank again for your wonderful service!

I was very excited that they were able to book me on the same day however I could hear loud non stop conversations and laughs during my 90 minute session that didn’t let me relax. I kept asking my therapist to do my session slower and she kept doing very fast paced techniques that are not soothing at all. I mentioned all this at the end of my session to the receptionist and she didn’t even apologize or offer me a discount for the inconvenience. This is definitely my last visit to Moodup wellness.

Obviously a little skeptical of joining at first because of the reputation A perfect day spa left at this location, but I needed another massage and tried it out. Excellent choice especially when rehabbing from an injury. To my knowledge this is now run by a new owner which is great. There are some new masseuse and some returning. Rates are a little higher than APDS but its still worth it. I have bought a package and go weekly.

Very friendly staff the service is fine but the place a little dirty only the rooms. I liked the service but what I did not like is that if you do not leave a tip they call you and ask you if you left a tip they almost force you to leave a tip and this I do not think is right because you are supposedly paying for a service that is not cheap And they ask you for a tip at the end of the massage? I rate you 2 stars, one for the receptionist who attended us who was very affectionate and the other for the service.

Wow just makes me think what really goes on here?? Never had a bad experience with a massage before.. service was horrible.. I was in pain the whole time didn’t even really massage my feet.. I don’t even think the lady who did my massage was certified by the way she massaged me .. I would never go back to this place .. how does this place even stay open with the way they harass you at the end of the massage for a tip very ghetto. Looked like she was gonna fight me if I didn’t give her a tip . My back is hella sore now thanks and my neck. Don’t waist your money

We purchased a subscription from the previous place for 300+$. To our surprise, one day the establishment disappeared, and a new salon was created. Same people, same equipment, everything the same, but under different name. We and many customers lost their money.Perhaps, you might like it for a single visit, but NEVER buy a subscription from them.

We gave this place a try based off the previous reviews and have mixed feelings. First off, the receptionist and masseuses were very nice and they were able to fit us in very quickly. My husband and I both agreed the massages had great moments and some subpar moments but good enough we would come back and overall we felt better after leaving. The uncomfortable part that made us unsure of returning is when we walked out to pay, the masseuses somewhat cornered us in the hallway and asked for cash and told us we could not pay by credit card (which is not stated anywhere). We eventually figured out they were asking for cash for a tip. We explained we preferred to pay by credit card and they said no, we had to pay in cash. We eventually got out what cash we had to give a tip but it was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and the masseuses stood there watching us pull out the cash. There was a suggested tip chart and we gave a nice tip according to the chart but when we did so the masseuses became, what seemed to us, as upset and asked for more. We are happy to tip our masseuses but the way it was handled will make us think twice before coming back, especially for a massage that was just ok.

I visited here 3 times this is the first time my experience was not good. I was shocked with the experience. She didn’t massage my hands and legs , when asked she said only body I don’t know what that means . Don’t think will ever visit here again . They increased the prices but service is very bad . Very disappointed. Hope the management takes care of these issues soon . A 90$ waste of money . 72 $ for massage and as I didn’t have change I had to give 20$ tip . Very disappointed.

Took Groupon and made reservation twice, they called and denied the service. If they don’t like Groupon customers they should not give coupons.They only honor the Groupon whenever no one goes to there spa like week days after noon!!!

Person at counter is very rudeHe counted the time I paid, where is was sitting waiting for few mins and then change and get ready 15 mins is no where counted.. but they say it’s 60 mins massage, and also forced to tip or no more service.. he directly said no tip then no more service.. this is not professional nor decent.. don’t go there.. it’s very rude and massage is not satisfied.. very bad experience

I wanted to try this place for the first time which I did but ended up dealing with extremely bad service and rude staff behaviors. Staff with glasses forced me for tips which I denied it’s always customer personal choice. Plz don’t waste your hard earned money.

Management must teach some manners to the employees. Tip is something the customers should give up on their own and should not be demanded.
