Seriously the BEST! Penny was amazing. I come here whenever I have really tight muscles or pain in my joints and they always work their magic - it’s the perfect balance of some relaxing massage and lots of deeeeeep work and stretching. I need the stretching and they do great! Penny walked on my back and used her hands, elbows, knees - everything! I came with such tight joints and sore muscles and seriously am leaving here feeling brand new. Love this place!

I just finished two hours fitness training at the gym. I walked in this massage place and wanted to relax my muscles. It turned out very good experience. I have been a long time customer of OD Wellness. Best massages ever for real muscle recovery. The entire staff is professional and polite. The customer service provided by the receptionist Joe is above and beyond. Joe makes everybody feel warm, welcome and special. She is a large reason why I keep coming back to this location!

Call the Plano location (number found on Google and the number advertised on their site), confirmed the appointment for the next day and the call was ended. Turns out that when I dialed the Plano phone number the person over the phone thought it was ok to book my appointment at the Frisco location (15-20 away) instead of the Plano location. What’s the point of having two different locations and two different phone number if you gonna direct all appointments to one place… furthermore over the phone I specified two 60 back massages. When I arrived the people had no idea what type of massages we were booked for and had a room set up for a 60 minute foot massage. Two stars solely for the massage experience, everything else was hassle and inconvenience.

They used to be my favorite place to get a massage, but yesterday I had my worst massage ever! I was a loyal customer for 2 years since I moved to Dallas. I normally just walk in, but yesterday they were fully booked until 7:30 pm, and I agreed to take that reservation. But it was an absolute mistake. My masseuse was a middle-aged man that I had never seen before, and I reserved a 90-minute combination. The whole time, he was massaging my head and neck, and he couldn’t even press the pressure spots like other masseuses normally do. I felt like I was robbed of $85 plus tip. I understand they were busy, especially during the holiday time, but if you provide the worst service for your customers, you should never take the reservation in the first place!!!

Always available within hours of request. I get the combo and feel very relaxed after they complete. Love this place

Just want to say the service I received yesterday was not the service that I read about on the reviews the receptionist was so rude and angry at 1:00 in the afternoon then she stared at me like … why are you here , I thought maybe she having a bad day booked for a 90 min and she’s asking what message do I want, then once I get in the room no soft music, no heated bed , the man that did my message kept leaving for minutes and minutes at a time I had to ask for more pressure but I booked a deep tissue it was like he didn’t want to do it I paid 85 dollars to feel the same as I did when I walked in not to mention a 30 dollar tip I feel robbed and I’m very disappointed and displeased on how I was treated I payed and left , the lady Joi I asked her, her name gladly took payment never asked how was my visit or anything , I would never go back , im guessing they choose to be kind and do a good job depending on the client and that’s a shame SMH !!!

First time I was here. The Front desk Receptionist is so polite and enthusiastically introduce me their service package . I was happy to get a good masseuse.. The combination massage was very much needed. My massage was amazing. This place is amazing. I will definitely be back!

This was my first time here. i got the foot massage that came with the neck/shoulder massage. i like it okay. it definitely felt relaxing, although i was tense because i did not know what to expect and they give you an eye mask to help you relax. he was very skilled at what he did and applied the perfect amount of pressure to relieve tension. i LOVED having my feet soak in the hot water because there was a little massage thing at the bottom that has the balls on it and it felt so good and released a lot of the pressure that my feet had been feeling.

OG of the ODs around. Best of the best. Cant go wrong with a double too. Please dont snore while Im there...its too good for all that, but all that good.

Been 3 times already and I am comitted to coming back each paycheck. 🤩 The massage is amazing and the ambiance is very relaxing. I went with a friend who even fell asleep during the massage 🤭 The massage therapists are also amazing, my back is pretty sensitive/tender and they do a good job using lighter pressure when I ask and checking in with me if they sense that I may be hurting. Price wise, this place is the most affordable!

First time was a winner! It’s hard to find a person that does the best massage. Eric was professional and did a wonderful job! I recommend him for any deep tissue massage!! Eric hits every pressure point! I did the 70 minute massage and I also loved the hot stone that was included with the Swedish massage. Also, the facility is clean and a nice ambience.

Been coming here for years! The 90 min combo is truly a treat. I do recommend telling the receptionist prior to going back if you have any requests so she can relay it to the massage therapist. I love all the different techniques and tools they use. Just when you think your time is up, they do something extra! SUPER affordable and they work hard, so tip well!

Most unwelcoming front desk women I have ever seen. As suggested on their website I kept calling for an appointment but this receptionist lady doesn’t answer her phone, doesn’t greet her customers, always buried in her phone and no etiquette at all.Masseurs were rough and untrained, you lost monthly customer.

Great experience with the staff, ambiance, and so convenient. My neck and back was so knotted up but the masseuse got them all out! Great job and definitely recommend this place a 100 times over! The high ratings are well deserved but, as others have suggested, it is smart to call ahead for an appointment.The quality of the massage for the price is excellent. When I explain the areas where I need special attention (lower back, calves, etc), they do a fabulous job of integrating those spots into their routine.Happy to be a regular. BANG FOR YOUR BUCK! OD Wellness offers incredible value for the experience, with my favorite being the $40 70 minute foot/body combo. The interaction is top notch from beginning to end. The front desk staff are welcoming, and will guide you to a small private room with a sliding door. The rooms are clean and fairly quiet, but not soundproof. Guests can be heard walking or talking at times (even over the light music), so keep this in mind as you are entering or exiting your room. I have been here four times and had two different masseuses; both were top notch. Ensure to communicate your pressure level before the massage begins. Depending on the service you select, it will be a combination of foot soak/scrub/massage, over the sheet and direct skin massage, stretching, and percussion therapy. Complimentary bottles of water are available after the massage ends. I highly recommend this hidden gem!

Great massage for the price! I just wish the front desk woman was a little more customer service friendly. Language is a barrier it seems. She called to move my appointment, I said no problem but please assure I have a female masseur, and somehow she translated that as I am requesting appointments for two people. 😂 Upon arrival, I was asked where is the second person, my reply of-course, huh? Long story short, I received a next time speech as I was leaving! I politely clarified our phone conversation again, but received attitude in return.

Emily - my massage therapist is very intuative, seeming always to know my needs. I have had two major spinal surgeries and bi-lateral hip replacement. Although the massage is indulgent in a sense, it is also genuinely theraputic. My S.O. is also a client. We have NEVER been disappointed with the service. The front of the store is staffed by a pleasant and very hard working woman whom over time, we have become close to. She always tries to accomodate schedule changes given a reasonable amount of lead time. Almost unbelievably, she is tasked with handling the scheduling of all three Dallas area O D Wellness locations! If your appointment phone call is met with brevity - it is a reflection of required efficiency and professionalism - traits that set O.D. Wellness apart from the rest.Fees for the variety of services are very reasonable and please understand that gratuities comprise a large percentage of the therapists compensation. This was my 3rd visit here, and once again it was amazing! My coworker and I came over our lunch break for 30 minute foot reflexology massages and it felt like 60 minutes! They soaked, scrubbed, massaged, used hot stones, and stretched, our feet and lower legs. Then they lowered our pant legs to massage our thighs over our clothes and stretch some more! It was phenomenal! And only $25!!!

I always had good experiences with them till last time unfortunately I went with my friend which is was her first time there!We called and made an appointment on Sunday at 1:00pm! We’ve been on our way that the lady called us at 1:00 I said we were trying to find a babysitter, and we are on our way probably 10min late, she said then that have next appointment and our massage gonna be 10min less than 60mins I said that’s fin I understand!We arrived there at 1:10 and she said that only can accept one person or if we can come back at 3:00!!!!!! Serially We drove all long after finding babysitter!!! I said why you didn’t tell me that earlier???? But she was so mean and rude to us and didn’t let me to talk and try to argue with me and my friend!I said how this is happen we had an appointment for tow people and we are only 10min late and we are fin to pay whole amount and get 10-15 min less but she said no after 15min late your appointment going to cancel! I was visiting from out of town and had an issue with my arm muscle - unable to lift - along with a stiff neck and shoulders! walked in and got the 1 hour back and head massage ~ EXCELLENT! by the time the therapist was done my pain was eased and arm was movable! the place was very clean. i would highly recommend!!

I have so many incredible things to say about this place. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Everytime we come in the environment is so relaxing and tranquil. I always come out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated anticipating the next time I come back for another massage.

We walk in to the room for the 1 hour feet reflexology and the towels are wet where were supposed to sit. Extremely unhygienic as it was dirty in those wet spots. We ask if these are clean and they said yes when obviously they were not. We walked out. This is the equivalent of spitting on our face and calling it rain.

I have been here a few times and the massages can be truly amazing.It is February 2019 and Im updating my review to 3 stars instead of the original 5 stars that I had left. The reason why Im doing this is that the last time I went I came with my best friend from Florida and did a couples massage .. meaning 1 room 2 beds...Anyway so here goes the story. The gentleman massaging had just had a cigarrette and he smelled like an ashtray. To make matters worse he kept on sniffling and coughing so it was extremely distracting... every time he would take one hand off my body I thought that it was for him to clean his nose and I was just disgusted thinking that he was rubbing that on my body. I know i should have said something but didnt want to distract my friend or deflate our girls pampering session.Also.... they didnt have any relaxing music playing nor aromatheraphy. I would suggest adding aromatheraphy to their rooms (essential oil diffuser or a candle) and for sure playing relaxing sounds.I am not sure what happened this time but the mosusa I had just had a cigaret and smelled so much after smoke that it was very hard to concentrate on enjoying the massage not only that but he either had allergies or he was running up really badd cough and sinus he kept on his sniffling his nose in coffing every so often which was very distracting1st time here was in 2018 and was incredible!!! Alex was my massause and what I love is that I could co.e here and hit the stores next door for some shopping... come here! You wont regret it! You can truly relax ! I had the combo special

The receptionist at the front desk had a very bad attitude and deceived guests very much. When asked how many years of massage experience the technician on duty had, she replied deceptively: Every masseur has experience. Her attitude was very cold and she said: If you dont believe it, go to another place. Home... The operator with such a cold attitude just turned away the customers who came to the door. I wonder if she is a part-time worker or the bosss wife? Its really rare

The masseurs techniques are fine. Is that the woman at the front desk really cool? This service attitude makes you the front desk.
