I came into the store recently to check out their juice selection, and not only did they have some great options, but the guy behind the counter, Cody, was extremely helpful and professional the whole time and even helped me pick out my new favorite juice! Will definitely be making this my go to shop purely for the excellent customer service here.

This place has a really awesome selection of disposable vapes, mods and other vaping and glass accessories. The place is really clean and has a great vibe when you walk in with very friendly staff. If Cody is working you want his help. Hes extremely nice and overall super knowledgeable, which is nice when there are new products youre unfamiliar with.

My favorite vape shop. The customer service is on point. If you have questions, they have the answers. Love the selection of mods, flavors and brands. This is my one stop go to shop for my vaping needs.

Prices were low for a brick-and-mortar vape shop, $25/100mg of Killer Kustard is a great deal IMO.Dude didnt wanna be there and it showed. Ill give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was having a bad day. Customer service gets boring.Would go back for the deal tho. The dude did his job and put nicotine in my bottle.

My go to shop and has been since they opened years ago. Always took care of me even if I got a bad product. I don’t use disposables but noticed they have a try it in store policy as that’s just smart business on those since they can’t control production. I think I’ve worked with every employee since beginning and always been great, knowledgeable and fun to chat with. Going there today when they open. Just thought I’d post my experience through the years as I noticed a few negative comments. It’s my favorite shop and a loyal customer.

I bought 2 disposable vapes here,i try them in the car one of them wasn’t work I when inside immediately and told them the vape is damage.and they said just can’t do anything about it because that was the reason they have them on sale they said they can’t give me another vape so literally I put my money in the trash.Worst store worst customer service .

Cody was AMAZING, I had gone to another vape shop off main and the tollway and they act like you are a bother to them and do not want to help you. I went to iSmoke and Cody helped me getting the right device, liquid, milligrams on the liquid even set it up for me. He is a VERY valuable asset to the company and because of him I will not go anywhere else ever. The device, knowledge, customer service and prices by far this is the best place. The guy who helped me seemed rude. Maybe he was just unaware of his attitude but he seemed like I was bothering him just by being in the store. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because he was knowledgeable and got me the coils I needed.

The that work here are pretty rude. One of them in particular was just trying to get me to leave. Their flavored taste pretty bad too. There is a shop closer to me that has flavors that actually taste right. I dont understand why the guys in here were acting like such jerks, if you run off your customers you wont have a job. They arent very knowledgeable either, if i ask them questions its either painful to answer, or they lack in knowledge about the products they sell. Seriously find a different store, there are others that are so much better in the area.

By far this is the best place I have been to 4 vapor and Vapor accessories. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and nice. They have helped me out several times and I went above and beyond to get me set up with what I need. Their prices are awesome and their vapor oil flavor is amazing.

People that work here are extremely RUDE! We came in to buy a new Vape. We asked the guy to show us the best ones because we had no clue which is better and prices on them. He acted like he didnt even want to help us he wouldnt even walk to the vapes to show us. He was just like that one over there. Then would say it needs to batteys like okay what kind of battery oh the one over there. We just left and figured wed spend our money else where. I called the manager the next day to let him know. Did he care? Nope he didnt care. Never will go back

They are absolutely amazing! The juices are house made which is pretty rare and they are all really good! All the employees are extremely nice and friendly, plus they are very professional and know everything there is to know! If you are looking for a vape shop ismoke vapor gallery is the place to go!

They filed a false police report. They sold me a battery that was unsealed in the back. I went to exchange it because it started to rattle and it came with no instructions. Again, no seal in front of me. The exchange the gave me was worse and scratched. I took it home and on the way I realized it was scratched up and the box didnt match. Again, opened in the back and not a single sticker on the side. I documented. I called I asked for the original one back and they can have the one they exchanged that was worse back, they said sure. I get there, they cant find it. Then they call the owner because they cant find it on the return shelve on the bottom left on the back. I recorded. He put it back as a new unit. Little did they know that I placed a small little unnoticeable to the naked eye on the outside box, he comes back out and tells me that heres a NEW UNIT. YOU CAN HABE IT BUT NO MORE EXCHANGES OR RETURNS FROM NOW ON. I RECOGNIZED MY MARK RIGHT AWAY. I SIMPLY SAID ON MY WAY OUT: WELL, THEN WE DONT HAVE TO DO BUSINESS AGAIN.I recommend it all.They called the police and now he changed his mind claiming that Im waking out without paying after he just handed it to me and ACCUSED ME OF BEING HOSTILE? Nice try. At least I didnt commit fraud. Like I said I documented everything.Then I called the police and walked outside because I feared for my life. I asked if I can come back in, he said yes, I walked in but I kept my guard up, then we both walked outside while my neighbor was observing everything.Police shows up. I tell them what happened. I tried to show them the recording. When they saw that I pulled the phone out, they backed off and didnt want to press charges anymore and just said we just dont want him back here anymore and yes he paid for his things. BUSTED.I gladly signed the trespassing warning and left with my original equipment and it took less than 5 minutes to charge because why I took it there I told them that its almost full. New batteries are never fully charged.Nice try criminals. Fraudulent store and never buy anything unless the manufacturers seal is broken in front of you and never taken to the back again. Dont ever let your batteries leave your eyes.Now that I cant go back there, I cant get my manufacturers warranty from aspire because it clearly states that it must be returned to the dealer: and the juices as all jacked up. Nothing like the first time. I asked for 50/50 which is thicker. They tell me 60/40 is thicker. When I first went there they were the ones that told me that 60/40 is thinner and 50/50 is thicker.Nice try. I will request a compete refund. You all should be completely investigated for fraud.

I went in to purchase a new vape and I saw the price listed as $55.00 and was charged $65.00. When I received my receipt via text, I immediately phoned the store to advise what happened. He confirmed the price did say that, but it was for a different vape and was a mistake. First, why have a sign in front of vapes with the wrong price, that is completely deceptive and is actually a violation of UDAAP. Next, I went to review the vape online as it was not functioning. I then contacted the store for some assistance and was told, this is a new vape they carry and he wasn’t sure, I would need to come back in. So, I contact the vape store I frequent often and they were able to resolve the issue. They then quoted me their price and the price online which is $39.95, I was appalled at the significant markup at iSmoke. It was my first time here as it’s close to home and I wanted to check it out, never again!!! I paid $65.00 for a $40 vape that they couldn’t even help me troubleshoot the issues.

I bought a disposable here and it stopped working literally after 2 puffs.. so I called to ask about what should I do and what can they do to help. He said because I didnt try in the store, they cannot swap it out. Does that make sense? I tried it in the car twice and now I cant get a refund or swapped out. I didnt even want a refund I just wanted a working device. So I threw away 25 bucks for disposable(higher price than I usually get) and they wont even replace. Total ridiculousness.

Beginners will find simplicity in the aspire twist products knowing they dont have to know whats craps and whats not. they carry only great stuff with warranties. cloud chasing experts have a plethora to choose from with a staff that knows what they are doing.

The service is awesome! Love coming into the store! Always willing to help, answer questions and always honest! Cool place to come site talk and try new flavors!

This has been the best vapor shop Ive stopped in to purchase my flavors and mods. The staff is highly knowledgeable and has great recommendations for the flavors Im looking for. Not to mention the easy to find location. I highly suggest newbies and veterans to the vapor game to stpp here!

The store has a great selection of up to date products and even makes their own line of premium juices. They will also make their house blends upon order with whatever ratio of vg/pg and nicotine levels.
