Awesome service! I went to cut my toddlers hair for the first time and I was a little nervous if she was going to let herself. But Edith in suite 54 made my daughter comfortable, was really patient, and the service was fast! 10/10 all smiles and satisfied.

Susan Luong has been doing my hair for over 20 years. (Starting at age 9) I will never go to another hair stylist. She is truly an expert when it comes to color, cut and style. She has been in the industry for many years and is very experienced. She is also truly a kind and loving human being, I am so grateful to have her in my life.She truly gets to know her clients and exactly the style/color/cut they are hoping to achieve and she DELIVERS!! I would highly recommend her to anyone. My hair always look amazing and I feel so much happier and confident when she refreshes my color and cut. Im giving two stars because of Sue with Thussalon, she did several facials for me that were pretty good (not the best or worst) but she has great customer service 4/5 recommended. However, I would give 0/5 stars for Cynthia Zhang in suite 36/ibeauty medspa. On 9.9.23 I went in for laser hair removal on my upper lip, jawline and neck. Cynthia lied or was so incompetent in her own profession that when I asked if her laser was okay for black skin she replied yes. We get started and she immediately puts the laser on my skin with no gel. I asked why and she said the gel makes the laser less effective. She gets started and I tell her the laser is too hot, she keeps going then puts on gel afterwards. I continue to complain the heat was too much she said okay and that she would adjust it and I couldnt feel any difference when she resumed not even 1 minute later. She continues on my jawline and neck and im visibly wincing in pain (I regret not pushing her away) and kept going saying almost done, almost done. Then afterwards, I told her my face was hot and burning so she pulled out a fan and some cooling sticks for like 2 minutes. I told her it didnt help with the pain so her advice was to go home and put ice on it despite Google results saying thats the number one thing not to do. I found both ladies on Groupon and asked Groupon to be better at vetting these professionals. Even though it could lead to discrimination lawsuits, I wouldve rather her be truthful in that she didnt know how to work with black peoples skin instead of burning and scarring my face. Two days later and Im still in pain/scarred. I hope firewheel salons gets rid of her until she learns how to work with all skin types and do her job properlyUpdate: I took my review from 2 to 3 stars because I spoke to office manager Trent on 9.19.23 and he expressed genuine concern for my injury. He said this issue will be addressed with Cynthia which is all I wanted to make sure no one else experiences what I have.

If you aren’t booking your next consultation/Hair appointment with BRANDI WILLIAMS in room #56 your wasting money. She is a true people person. Let me save you time and heartache. After trying multiple Salons, and friends who are “hair stylists” who were always confident they could get my wife’s hair the exact color she requested some how always fell short. Then made excuses as to why it wasn’t their fault their walk couldn’t match the talk. Brandi too was confident but she under promised and over delivered when my wife got home not only was she beaming, she looked radiant. Brandi was knowledgeable and precise with her execution of her hair style and color. Service is big in my book; when Brandi found out there was a spot on my wife’s noggin that didn’t take the color she met my wife at her salon on her day off to accommodate her! She didn’t have to do that. Brandi understands she is not just beautician she is in customer service, and the level that she serves transcends any standard you thought. With talent and service like that I have no doubt that she is about to revolutionize the salon game and what’s expected! Call her ASAP to see how will transcend your dull, boring hair into the talk of the town; because I have never heard my wife get some many compliments on her head before having Brandi work her magic.

I’ve been trying to find a stylist for three years and then I finally found Brandi. She is nice and professional but she will flake on you at the last minute. All I wanted was to look nice for my first mother’s day and now I have to wait another two weeks to go and try someone else. Definitely will not be returning here for any services. There should be some sort of cancellation policy. Not just a text at 10 at night when you have an appointment at 9 am then next day.

I went to Titi beauty to get my hair trimmed. My hair was to my butt and I came in to get the dead ends cut off. We agreed to a little above my waistline and she took off an extra 3-4 inches before I could say anything. I had been growing my hair to my butt for the past 10 years and in seconds that was down the drain. My hair is now just barely past my shoulders with layers I told her not to do and then she decided to thin out just my ends without even asking me. I felt so uncomfortable (I have very severe anxiety and am currently unmedicated because I’m pregnant) so I just paid. It didn’t seem like we were communicating very well her English wasn’t too great. She seemed to just do whatever she wanted to even when I said no. Thankfully she didn’t cut the bangs she tried to talk me into. I wanted a trim and I wanted it straight across. She chopped off all my hair, gave me layers, and took my hair to a weird point in the back. So now I don’t even wanna do maternity pictures cause my hair looks awful. Not to mention I have very curly hair so it is going to be even shorter. I am livid.

I had called in last minute trying to get a haircut done and the man at the front desk quickly paired me up with a stylist who did dry cuts for curly hair! I was able to get an appointment 30 min after I called to make an appointment!If you have curly hair go to Jia in suite 57!!! She is so funny and personable but does the best cuts!! I have struggled to find a good stylist to do my hair especially since it’s so thick and curly and she did so good!I didn’t really even know what I wanted, I knew I wanted the dead and dry hair gone but I wanted it to look healthy and alive again and she did just that!!!If you have curly hair, do yourself a favor and ask for a dry cut by Jia!! You will not regret it!!

**TITI BEAUTY - BEWARE ** I actually didn’t use it my daughter did and I came home to a crying hysterical pregnant daughter. She went today to Titi Beauty & ask for about 4 inches cut off her hair the stylist took 8 inches, she ask for it to be cut straight across & it was tapered, she ask for it to be all 1 length & the bottom is layered. She has been growing her hair out for years and is devastated, ,she knew exactly what she wanted and the exact opposite was done! The stylist did not listen, thought SHE knew better or just didn’t care and did not do ONE thing as asked. Wish I could give ZERO STARS!

When I first came to get my hair done it was a mess with multiple colors and dry split ends. Connie Farley took the time to correct my color and teach me to have healthy hair again. Have been seeing Connie for my color and cut for over 2 years now, always receive the best service and pricing. I get many compliments on my hair now and the color is so vibrant. Pleased with the results every time and will never go anywhere else.

I never do reviews but after today’s visit it’s a must. Connie did my hair and she did such a wonderful job! I walked in with jet black hair wanting to go to a blonde and she was able to do that all in just one visit and I left with my hair feeling as great as ever, the best hair experience I’ve ever had. Connie Farley has been my hair stylist for 12 years. Whatever I ask her to do, she works to please me and doesnt stop until Im satisfied. I moved from the area about three years ago and had to find someone else to do my hair....or so I thought. I had trouble finding a new stylist as my hair is super fine. The weekly road trip has become trivial! I got my standing appointment back and I couldnt be more thrilled. I have watched Connie cut and color my hair for years and attempt to recreate any hairdo I ask for, and I am amazed at her knowledge and professionalism. She is always eager to assist in any way possible. I call her my miracle worker.

Her name is Connie Farley a very knowledgeable hairdresser, she knows what she is doing with color, cut , styling., updo’s. Etc. she is current on all of the latest products and styles.Connie has been coloring and cutting my hair now for over 30 years. I have not had an issue. In fact people stop me and say what beautiful hair I have. I am 59 years old, and my hair has a very stylish look that keeps me updated with today’s fashion.If you want a nice haircut and style she is the hairdresser you would want , you will be glad to call her your stylist. I Drive 75 miles to see her cause she’s that good. Wouldn’t think about seeing anyone else.

Connie did my hair. She did absolutely horrible, I have never had a bad hair cut in my life. She completely butchered my hair, it’s so choppy and has no rhyme or reason. The coloring was uneven. And it took 4 hours and way overpriced.

Stylists do not listen! Wife had been there 3 times. She brought photos of how she wanted her hair cut. All three times (different stylists) they cut her hair the way THEY wanted and ignored my wifes wishes. Spent over $400 in total. - Money wasted.

I came in asking for about an inch of a trim but i came out with about 4 inches off. This baffles me because not only did the cut make me look like an egg but it was also just not a good looking cut. this is the second time i have come here and this has happened and i will not be coming back. if i could give a lower score than one star i would.

This is a normal salon with a ton of different places to patronize. I get my haircut at Game Time Barbershop and have been going to Jeff for 20+ years. He has cut all over Dallas, Wylie, and Richardson, but I have a feeling he will be at this place for a while. They have a nice space, the bathrooms are clean, and the location is perfect for highway access.

I havent even gone yet and the superstar customer service I received from Trent lets me know tomorrow will be great. He coordinated quickly as gave this mother a day of beauty. Thank you sweet Trent!

I come here to get my eyebrows and face threaded by Ms. Gulnoz and shes wonderful Ive been other places to get my face threaded before and never ever have I found someone as good as her with her experience or as professional and clean as her I went to cosmetology school and now that youre not supposed to double dip the stick when youre doing a wax and everywhere Ive ever gone they always double dip the stick she does not that is the main thing I look for very very clean facilities and absolutely very professional been going to see her for years now and will continue

Highly recommend this salon, my normal hair lady canceled last min this morning and it’s my birthday and it’s Saturday the chances of finding a walk in was going to be hard enough so I thought, I called up to the salon and I got a last minute appointment with Linda!!! I will never go anywhere else, she was absolutely amazing, and so kind and can’t even put into words how excited I am with the end results!!

I loved going to firewheel salon because my stylist Ruby Navarrete is lovely, in addition to being very professional and doing a splendid job, you feel at home, very comfortable and relaxed and when I leave there I look very good.
