They are always switching people and the new guy didnt want to honor the coupon and they were doing buy 5 get one free I came up there with my five stamps and they didnt keep their word!!! Do not go here they are always racing the price...&& obviously scammers I come every week and for this guy to act as if the coupon dont exist is distasteful as far as customer service goes!!&& he is always on the phone when I come in there && had the balls to say thats your problem!! I will not be going there again they are money hungry

This place has a decent cigar selection. The customer service is nonexistent. The owner is not friendly at all. He doesn’t even acknowledge his customers. He just tells you the total of your purchase and then OK buddy Have a good day.

I dont smoke cigars. I looked on line about cigars and was hoping the person in the shop was knowledgeable, at least to some extent. No, he didnt know anything, not friendly at all. I guess this shop is for experienced cigar smokers only. I will not return to this shop.

I was very disappointed in the cigar shop after reading the reviews. The fellow behind the desk could not hear me when I asked for help because he was listening to music on his phone and looking at his phone. I had to raise my voice to get his attention (which is something I never do). He was not knowledgeable about the selection of cigars. The shop did not have the two kinds of cigars my father likes, Romeo y Julieta or Hoyo de Monterey. 🙁

Every time I come in the guys that run the place treat me like theyve known me forever! Theyre so polite and always willing to help. Definitely a recommendation to go, I know I will will!

Walked in the Humidor and found it was much to wet in there. Humidity was like 89%. I definite have a rough throat after my Macundo. Might want to turn down the moisture. That being said. Great place. Everything your looking for. But when I come back and if its that high again I aint buying a stogey. I could tell as soon as I walked in.
