I used to come to Mr Tabacco all the time spend 50 to 80 bucks but the last 3 times I have came I get ignored and they always come to me last to be helped even if I’m up next he goes and helps someone who just walked in I’d rather go to smokers of Virginia (by Publix)there prices are cheaper and they always greet me and have a conversation with me and make me feel welcomed unlike this place who doesn’t care about customer service

I have good stuff… for helf prices.. great stuff call me if you need anything we have delivery too

I frequent several vape/smoke shops in the area for varying reasons. Mr. Tobacco is well stocked, clean, and is sizable. But I decided today I’m only going to Mr. Tobacco from now on. This is almost exclusively because of their employee Lisa. She always makes sure I find what I am looking for, every time she works the shop is spotlessly clean. Her knowledge on vapes, glass, papers, etc, is beyond significant. But most importantly Lisa has incredibly serious customer service talents. The other employees are great for the most part. But Lisa is the positive sales experience you want that makes you come back. I recommend to come to Mr. Tobacco because it will likely be a good experience and if Lisa happens to be working it will definitely be an exceptional experience.

Customer service here is phenomenal. Today was my first experience in this store. The young lady (I didnt get her name) met me with a smile and was very helpful with the stock. She answered very questions I asked precisely and with gratitude. I will visit again.

Visited this store for the first yesterday and the customer service was terrible! From the time I entered the store until I put my purse on the counter, the representative remained silent, kicked back in a chair and looking at his phone. When at the counter he glanced up at me then back to his phone, while asking me “you know what you need?” The body language and tone of voice he used was more on the line of a thug then that of a respectable merchant. Mr. Tobacco, do you really think I’m going to give my money to such a disrespectful person. I’m not sure what is going on with younger adults entering the workforce however, I’m not giving my money to these punks. Please teach this kid some basic manners!! This must have been the same sales clerk as the other one star reviewer, as the he looked to be under aged and extremely rude.

Absolutely love this store. Naiy is by far the best worker there. She’s always super helpful, always knowledgeable about her stock, and is always friendly with a smile on her face!

Great shop and chain of shops personally was the one working when one the day the customer left the review against me yesterday day and had also been working the day the customer had come into the store but on me taking too much acid in the past isn’t a review of the service or a reflection of the business ethics nor the services in my work that are relative to the job nor stores presentation because I simply stated that Ice, menthol, and mint flavors are relatively the same just different relative senses and cooling with sweetness and relative function of freeze in the flavoring all depending on the factors of there is ice present in the name on the vapes flavor I know when leaving a review on a store to clear that up but other than that yes they did come in an could have seen a majority of the customers in there were waiting on them to make a decision on a disposable vape to which I gave them time to decide and asked what they wanted and also asked if they would like any suggestions or help but just to clarify I asked them if they need any help picking a flavor suggestion and also asked them what brand specifics they had if any and or flavor profile they were looking to pursue today to just let me know and then proceeded to help the next customer in the store after I had given them a reasonable expiration to why we didn’t have that exact flavor or brand they were looking for and I’m very sorry to any customer that may feel offended by me as I leaded them on to believe I was going to not help the next customer while I thought they would be deciding which flavor to pick out after k explained the Tyson’s flavoring strategy to them and like the menthol, mint, ice fiasco and would also like to say I am not a reflection of this families business nor business practices I have free will and forth which I also wanted to say I did not make any racist remarks nor did I make any sense in my diction to them because in my explanation to them on why connotation and perception of flavors is solely going to be based on personal perception and not relative perception I did not wish them on their way nor refuse their service or consumerism as it is not my job to do but other than what they said basically just was helping customers all day like I usually do at any job I do or you know I could just say was just working that day but other than that honestly like don’t know why they would give the store 1 stars if not any stores at all not like vape stores have competitions or anything for the best reviews or anything but just Remember false reviews that are misleading against people and business are a reflection of your perception of business practices and personal representation toward companies and their relatively on the internet but also I have taken more than like 2 tabs ever at one time or smoked more than like 3GS of salvia in my life unless I’m time looping still but other than that I think I’m Ok 👌🏾🇺🇸🤟🏽🫳🏽 and smoking a blunt here or they’re but ye the acid flash back do happen just not when I’m dreaming… watch out I might see you as a hammer head shark 🤙🏽🤖

Very limited cigar selection. No prices shown and when you inquire, the shop keepers seems unsure which doesnt give me any confidence that they were truthful. The cigars were slightly higher than usual, but not exorbitant. Ill likely not come back

I went in here to grab a few things for my husband and I had no idea what I was shopping for. The guys in there were very helpful. Will definitely be back to pick up some more stocking stuffers!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I would not buy ANYTHING from this establishment. I went in to buy a new vaporizer. I hadnt bought one in years and the clerk recommended a YoCan vape pen. He told me, and I quote, If you have any issues with it come back and see me, no problem. The pen developed a crack while charging and stopped working in less than 2 weeks. When I took it back to the store a different clerk who looked about 14 yrs old told me, Sorry, nothing we can do. Terrible customer service and a business that sells shoddy products. AVOID THIS STORE.

I used to go across the street for my capes, but saw Mr. Tobacco as I drive to Walmart and figured I would give it a try…for one they have way better prices then other places selling the same products, sometimes at other places I get a vape and it dies on me quickly or leaks, never had a problem here, hands down I’m sold the guys are chill and I’m not going anywhere else. They always look out.

Workers will ignore you, be rude and pay no mind in helping you, a customer, just so they can flirt with someone.

A great selection of vaporizer, e liquids, cigars, and all of your other various tobacco needs is what Mr. tobacco has. Once you walk in your greeted by friendly service and are helped to fulfill your needs.

I really enjoyed my visit here. The staff was friendly and this place has all the vape items I was looking for! I’ll definitely be returning!
