Warning!!! DO NOT COME HERE FOR VAPES! The vape they sold me was defective. It was leaking out half of the juice within 3hrs the same day of purchase! I asked if I could exchange it seeing that I just bought it and the guy behind the counter said “they ALL leak!!!!” What? He said I needed to talk to the owner but he’s never available! There are plenty of Vape stores in RVA that don’t knowingly sell defective products. Save your money!

Nice store. Good inventory and had exactly what I needed. A little on the pricey side but not too bad. Good parking and great service.

Nice vape shop. Great staff and awesome selection. Its hard to stand out when theres a vape shop everywhere you look - but this one stood out. The employee who checked us out was so nice and professional. I came in for Cake and left with a smile too.

I initially came to the store to get some air bars and walked out a happy first time vape owner. Abdull was awesome!! He was very knowledgeable, patient, and personable. I am only in area every so often for work, but next time I am here I will for sure stop by. I highly recommend this location!

While the Vape mods, juice, and accessories here are amazing and high quality, the staff is what makes this store phenomenal. I’ve not met 1 staff member here that didn’t remember me and take excellent care of whatever my need was at the time. This is by FAR the best vape location around. Kara (if I remember correctly) is always there and always helpful!

The sales team are very friendly and know the product theyre selling. I love the selection of flavors they offer. Yes you can buy cheaper online but the risk of vaping bad stuff is not worth it. Every juice I bought so far has been nothing but amazing. Definitely stop here!

This is by far the most phenomenal service Ive ever received at any avail location. The employee who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The best customer service Ive ever had in a vape shop. I highly recommend this location due to their quality service! Went in to get my mod tightened up and left with some great deals and satisfaction!!

Amazing! The inventory is as huge a selection as you could ever find. This is a very upscale vape shop! The store is ALWAYS extremely clean and organized. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, super friendly and dressed very professionally as well. The atmosphere is relaxing and a tremendous shopping experience always!

Stopped in from out of town to either find a tank that just broke. Looked at selection and decided to upgrade. I was in a hurry and the guy behind the counter knew it. He did not try and up-sell me. I told him I just need a kit I can walk out and start vaping. He did. He even offered to replace my broken tank with no charge but I declined. Was a fantastic experience.

I was in virginia, leaving for my deployment the next day. I stopped by and gladly bought about $300 worth of stuff to hopefully get me through my deployment. I went to change my coil about 2 months later, just to find out they dont fit. They have decent customer service but they should probably make sure they sell the right sized parts. It is extremely frustrating and inconvenient to try and find a coil that fits my specific vape. So thank you for the great experience.

It’s very nice store and the location. The community is very well built and also it is in shopping village. Parking is always available. The most important thing is that employees are very nice and super sweet. You can get all varieties that you would like and the price is right. Totally a store to visit.

Great atmosphere and attention to detail from their employees. A number of people who have worked at this store always seem to exhibit magnificent customer service. Definitely a store location to visit and have a great experience while shopping for all your vape needs.

Too many rules and regulations for me. It was fun being carded once in a while at 30, but 60....? Thats a bridge too far. Avail needs to be a bit more customer friendly. They are also a little pricey for me.

Avail is the worst Vape shop. Customer service is terrible. Out of stock on a 30ml flavor, expect to pay more for 2 15ml. They actually expect YOU to pay because they didnt have enough in stock.No coil wire, jigs, pretty much anything worthwhile. Just a ton of expensive juice and overpriced accessories.This was my last visit ever to Avail. I will never come back.

11/1/21 Update: Another one vapes the dust. Thats 3 for 3 vape shops near Ashland closed for good over last couple years. There were not that many to begin with. Speaking with the employees literally running the clock down to shuttering the store, they said it was a combination of Government regs ($100,000 per juice, times 140 juices) and less-than-optimal investments by the owners. In any case, its dead Jim.Original: I put my own Vape rigs together over the years, but was not enjoying them until Kyra sorted me out with the correct coils. Man, that changed everything. I could actually taste the juice, it didnt always taste burnt and was a very satisfying experience. Every encounter I have had with the sales associates has been stellar and their products exemplary.

My fiance and I walked in to this store to buy a 15ml bottle of Mardi graz. We are told they only have 30ml bottles of that particular flavor and you have to spend almost $20 on it. Which most people cannot afford. And even if they can it is nice to have selection. My fiance decides to go ahead and get it but when I got to pay for it, they want BOTH IDs. Mind you I am 27 so I get IDing me. But my fiance is 40 and 13 years older than I am. Obviously old enough to buy it himself if he wanted. So yall lost a $20 sale today and he will be going elsewhere to find a flavor he likes from here on out. After they see me limp in the store and him in an arm sling they still turn us away and waste our time. The one day my fiance leaves his wallet at home. Very good way to lose a loyal customer.

Took 5-6 minutes to even get noticed and about 10 to get served. Guy starts walking away with my ID without asking or saying a word. You want to scan my ID to buy e-liquid? No bueno. Not with all the mishandled data these days. You cannot have my money and then turn around and sell my data.

I walked in the Brook Rd store and after the young man behind the counter put his mask on, he asked me if I had a mask. I said no, I have been fully vaccinated and have a medical waiver. He refused to serve me without a mask. I guess his germs that he has been exhaling while alone in the store magically disappear from the air after he puts a mask on. I have found a new vape shop today and theyre cheaper and never said a word about me not wearing a mask.

Easily the most trusted vape shop I am aware of. Id give 5 stars but they have a nasty habit of getting rid of things once you get used to them. Eliquid flavors youve enjoyed for 6 months all of a sudden disappear. Hemp creams youve grown to rely on are suddenly simply no longer carried. Makes no sense.

Was harassed upon entry for ID. My wife who doesnt vape was harassed for ID upon entry. The girl asked my wife to go get her ID from the car to even be in the store so she left. If this was a verification issue though the cashier should have said have a nice day but I cant serve you without her ID but she didnt. I just told her to give me any flavor, didnt care because I was so ticked off. Got rung up. Got home. Juice gunked my fresh cotton in a day. Here we are. Ive never been treated that way by any vape shop in Richmond. Been vaping since 08 but I wont be back to this location.

Staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Never have had a single issue on any visit. Aaron was especially helpful this morning, very much going an extra mile to help me!

Recently went in there and the staff was extremely helpful, laid back and even went out of their way to help with a question I had. Their juices are (from what Ive tried) pretty fantastic. Will definitely be going back for more here soon

Prices are ridiculous.... Customer service st Brook rd. Location - lacking.... On numerous times, they did not have replacement assessories needed for items I bought from them... Found e liqids depot online - my go to shop.

The man who helped me was super nice and very knowledgeable. He helped me stay within my budget.

Love the guys and gals at avail. They know exactly what I want everytime I go in and they bring back the small town feel and actually converse with the customers in the shop on things other than vape and thats something Ive been missing since I left the Carolinas♡

Staff is great and knowledgeable,but the are always out of everything. Prices are pretty much double then what you would pay online with free shipping.

Avail really focuses on customer service. If you havent ever tried vaping before and youre wanting to give it a shot I would make this one of my first stops because they will walk you through everything you need to know.

I dig the juice and the mods they sell are pretty and elegant but a lil steep on the prices. Also they need to sell coils separately instead of by the pack
