AVAIL Vapor - Short Pump

My boyfriend and I went in on a whim just to browse, and ended up with some really great products. The avail vapor rep Kyra was excellent with answering all questions. She was awesome! Kyra was very fun and energetic, while still maintaining a professional demeanor. I will most definitely shop there again. I’ve been to many different vape shops, but this is now my favorite! Best vape shop experience ever!!

I have always loved Avail and been loyal to their brand since day 1! They have top notch quality nicotine and CBD products, with exceptional customer service!! Every time I go in I always hope Kyra is working, she takes the time to go over all the products and is very knowledgeable, not to mention she has an amazing personality!! I highly recommend shopping at any Avail location or online.

Amazing customer service! I came in trying to come off of cigarettes. Nick really helped explain everything in detail about every question. Came out with a stick v8. Suggested great flavors. Loved everyone he suggested. I loved the atmosphere of this store. I love Avail Vapor and will recommend it to all my friends and family!

Right off the bat I am telling you that Logan is the man to go to. Very knowledgeable, clearly loves what he does and isnt afraid to go that extra mile to make sure you are completely ready to go the moment you walk out of the store. His recommendations were sincere and you can tell he isnt just trying to make the sale. I came in simply for a new vape and left with $200 of new product including a new Aegis X.....I will absolutely be back to purchase anything I need in the future because of customer service like this. Btw Logan, you were right about the banana muffin flavor....that sh*t is awesome. Thank you!

Dropped in to get some juice and Austin helped me. He was awesome and recommended some great flavors. I also liked the attitude he has. It’s not often you are greeted by someone who wants to help you rather than just do a job. Will make sure this is where I stop from now on!

The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. I have found they will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with what they have at their disposal. I also think that their products are the best quality on the market too date. I have been going here sense it opened. Bought my first kit at carry town. Then came here because it is close. There is no reason for me to go anywhere else.

Ive just started vaping not too long ago and when I came into the store It was great energy from the moment I walked in. Meliza was awesome had an amazing attitude and she also helped me out with the whole process made sure she explained everything to me that I was confused about. I will definitely be back again.

DO NOT BUY BATTERIES HERE. I bought brand new 18650 batteries(2) last Wednesday. Brand new in packaging. Fully charged one of them lasts 2.5 hours, the other about 4, when previous 18650’s purchased online and elsewhere last me half a day easy. I should have known better than to get batteries made by companies other than Samsung and other major retailers. I will never come here again.

The staff make this place amazing. If you want classic customer service this is the place to go. Everyone is well dressed, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They will answer all your questions and take as long with you as you need. Have no fear about going here even if you know nothing about vaping. They will take care of you.

Quickly going downhill with regards to inventory and service. Regularly frequent the location in Short Pump and today was the kill shot. Arrived around 11:30am to a locked front door, person who I assume to be the manager opens the door and waits until Im all the way at the counter to ask Are you trying to buy something..... Why else would I be here??? Long story short the computer system is down and he has no clue when its going to be back up. The old manager was the only thing that kept me coming so I guess Ill just order online from somewhere less expensive.

Where do I even start? I went into avail after going to carytown tobacco, i had heard fantastic things about that store, and they were right. I went it to look at purchasing a new vape. After buying a pen I was unhappy (not with the quality) but just with the way the vape pulled. I went in to look at exchanging for a new one and they were extremely helpful. They spent around 45 minutes letting me try different vapes until I found one i liked. They happily exchanged my vape for a different one, with no problem. I will never change from avail, the service is excellent, so great I took the time to write this post! New or old vaper, experienced or inexperienced this is the BEST place to go in rva for vaping! so very happy with my choice!!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the products and devices. He knew about all the different flavors and even gave me some insight. Logan definitely deserves 5 stars for taking initiative, knowledge and sales!

They denied my id, telling me i had to be 21 to buy juul pods then convinced me to buy a whole new device. i’ve since read the reviews on the new device and they said the device is not worth it. i then went to another vape store and they said none of what he told me is true. do not go here unless you want to get ripped off

Their flavor selection is not great nor is their mod selection. They do not sell anything for rebuildables and the staff does not have as much knowledge as I would have hoped. They push you towards the expensive things because they make commission and you can only be in the store for 15 minutes whether youre buying or have already bought something. Over all not good.

Service is absolutely the best of any place in Richmond. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They show you new stuff without pressuring you to buy it. Honestly I wouldnt change a thing about this business. Go there and see for yourself. By the way the selection is awesome.

The is the first bad review Ive ever giving. The girl who works at the Short Pump store needs a lesson in respect and customer service. Ive run a customer service based business in Richmond for 20 years and would fire any employee if they treated any of my customers the way I was treated on November 17, 2018. I was refused service and treated with disrespectful behavior. This is why so many vapors do not like dealing with corporate Avail.

Avail is great. Cheaper deals than I’ve been able to find online on high quality juices. Staff is friendly and approachable. Get membership for best deals. Bring ID.

Honestly would rather have taken my business elsewhere the staff convinced me to get a house e-juice it’s flavor was about the worst tasting thing I’ve had would’ve gotten some othe juice but was rushed out in 10 min over all not a good experience staff doesn’t have much knowledge and the eliquid was terrible. Will not return to avail.

Love talking to the people when I go in there amazing prices to premium e-liquids. If u want to start vaping this is the place to start your experience.

Door locked during business hours, 5 minutes turned into at least 10; if u want courteous service, dont interrupt this guys bathroom break.

Any other vape store is preferred. Definitly my last resort. Staff is snobby and they only carry the newest thing.

No matter how many times I review this place, they seem to find a way to get rid of me. Easily the least friendly and most expensive vape experience in the U. S. A.
