It’s the worst experience for me in the massage place. I want there 1:45 pm and I paid $120 for a massage for one hour and a half and the black lady that she did the massage for me. She was asking me about tip all the time and I tipped her 40 bucks and she said this is nothing for this business and the surprise is when I finished I checked my phone and she did only one hour five minutes for me and when I ask her this is not the right time. She said we are fair because you only tip me $40 so I’m not gonna do one hour and a half for you , is that normal! I haven’t seen experience like that before I don’t recommend that place for anyone.

I stopped in yesterday morning at 10:00 when they opened. This was my first visit here so I opted for the 30 minute massage not knowing how it would be. I will never make that mistake again. From now on I will get at least the hour or the hour and a half. This place is definitely heaven on earth. I have never had a massage even close to this quality or by a more beautiful woman. June is definitely a professional!!! I live 2 1/2 hours away and will drive here once a month at least, it was that good. Quality and cleanliness where off the charts. Thank you June.I returned again this morning for another massage and this time opted for the hour and a half. Was worth every penny!! You can’t beat the quality and professionalism of basic kneads. I will continue returning very often.

Excellent massage! Professional and hospitable. I have sciatica and it tenses up my leg but the massage relaxed the muscles allowed the tendon to stretch out. Very relaxing. Loved it. Will definitely return!

Wow, I have been to several massage facilities from coast to coast having suffered from a few back injuries. Basic Kneads is one of the few places that can provide the best deep tissue massage that I need. I had heard great things about Basic Kneads and Im glad I gave it a try. They have a very nice establishment with relaxing rooms, professional massage therapists and their hours are great. I have been able to get an appointment on short notice as well as holding an appointment. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because I have to travel far! But it is worth it! Hopefully they will open up other locations closer to the East Phx. area! Love it! Thanks to Ms. Malmgren for one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had!

I’m a bartender and use my upper back and shoulders constantly. I come here weekly and get a deep muscle massage. They are excellent! The place is clean and so relaxing. June was so friendly and comforting right off the bat. I’m so glad this little oasis exists in the west valley!

My visit was with Ariel , and she is a great massage therapist. She is very sociable , which makes the experience very welcoming and comfortable to be around. I would return again when I have the next opportunity.

Used to really enjoy this place but the last time I showed up the therapist kept leaving the room for like 10-15 minutes at a time the time before last she kept leaving for like 5 minutes at a time ;-( repeatedly but I let it slide cuz I like the place and Id always had such good service for I dont remember how many years but its been a few havent been back there since before the pandemic used to show up here once a month best case scenario sometimes only twice a year worst case scenario but for the longest time this was the only place I would go to because they always did me with respect and werent like other places that would constantly leave the room and then come back to check up on you and then leave the room again but I guess once they got comfortable with me they started being just like the worst of the other places

I completed a 1500 mile motorcycle ride in under 24 hours, needless to say my back was extremely tense after that. June got me back to normal after just an hour massage. Now Im a regular and my back and shoulders are pain free.

This is probably the best massage on the west side. Tried this place for the first time and was very pleased. Good pressure, muscles massaged from origin to insertion, water and a shower offered afterwards. I will be going back! Thanks, June!

Unbelievable experience. Very professional and friendly staff. It is so hard to find a place that gives a quality massage. I am a professional baseball coach and am constantly using muscles so im always stiff. A little place that should get attention.

The lady that does deep tissue is on point and very information with trying to understand reasons for any issues with nerve endings and muscle fatigue. Granted its her job to know these things its great to have someone knowledgeable and can actually get to the base of the pain.

Great massage. I had a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder and the correct amount of pressure was applied to relieve me. I would recommend this place.

Went in for a massage and basically got lightly caressed for half an hour. This place is not skilled at actual massaging. Overpriced pawing.

First time I came To establishment I gave it 10 stars Unfortunately today the girl at the counter rude rude and not that bright Completely change that experience She was very rude started yelling saying me to put away my camera Thing is I didnt have a camera No I dont think my hands was an iPhone 12 I dont know how somebody cant tell the difference between an iPhone and a camera It took a minute But she eventually caught on No apologies for the prior rudeness No instead I was rewarded with some more rude dirt bag attitude

Was in town for business with a few hours to kill and heard this place does good work, and after stopping in I definitely agree. First rate establishment and very professional staff, will definitely be going back next time I visit.
