Glendale Massage

Originally gave a good review of this place when I first came. Masseuse, was good, but when I came back, the masseuse I had kept asking me to tip her the $20 she saw I had after paying up front for my massage. Very unprofessional. Never went back afterwards.

Glendale Massage is finally under new management with Mr.Andre! I have been going here for the past 6 months and my experience has been amazing!!Before the new management the service and professionalism was horrible, but now everything has changed for the better. I would highly recommend giving this place a 2nd chance because of the new ownership!!

I have been to this place a few times and May is a great masseuse. I will never go to this place again. I haven’t been there for over 6 months. I called today asked for an appointment with May and I was given the appointment when I got there a lady came and escorted me inside I thought she can’t be May but I haven’t seen her for over 6 months and I thought maybe I don’t remember how she looked. the minute she started massaging me I knew she wasn’t May. I asked her what her name was she said Lily. I said I asked for May she said she is busy. After 30 min I got annoyed and told her to stop and when I went out the owner lied to my face saying this is May. I was disappointed and will never go this this place again

Poor customer Service! Its my 3rd time here and I had no problem from my 2 previous visits. But today, the masseuse is questioning the tip that I gave her! She want me to give her more tip! I was looking at other comments and apparently this is not new for them, the management should do something about this. I will never go back to this establishment! So rude and unprofessional!

Cant believe the low rating. I stumbled on the place and got an amazing massage from Coco during which she gently cracked my spine in 5 places better than a chiro. Relaxing ambience, nice music, otherwise very quiet...I will gladly drive from Santa Monica to return-this is one of the best experiences and Ive had dozens of pro massages.

This was my third time there, and let me tell you, it will be my last time. The first time, there wasnt an issue. The second time, I noticed how unprofessional they were but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time, I scheduled an appointment with Nancy and showed up 25 mins after I spoke to them. Nancy acted like I had no appointment - embarrassed me in front of a few customers and made me feel stupid. I was about to walk out, but at this point, I was so desperate for a massage, I ended up keeping my appointment. After my massage was over, as I was writing a tip for her, she stood next to me, put on her glasses and watched to see how much I left her. She then grabbed the receipt, looked at me and gave me a sarcastic laugh and stormed off and started talking smack in their language. I will never, ever go back to this place. There is ZERO customer service. I mean, did she expect a NICE tip after the way she treated me the minute I walked in? It wasnt even a bad tip. I could have left it at 0, which I should I have with that behavior. The massage was really good, but unfortunately, theyre overly rude and obnoxious and dont know how to treat customers - especially repeat customers! Shame on you.

I went for my appointment despite all the bad reviews and I dont know what everyones complaining about my appointment was wonderful. The place was clean and had a very relaxing atmosphere. And my massage was wonderful. I gave my mosusa a big tip because she worked very hard at it and after all thats what they work on his tips. Even with a really good tip it was still a great deal! I will definitely go back

If I can give them a -5 review I would. Me and husband usually go here because its close to our house but after tonight we will NEVER GO BACK. They have 0 customer service and the lady that did the message on my husband spent 30 min out the hour on the damn phone. Did I mention they took our money before they even start so even if you are not satisfied it doesnt matter because they already took your money. Worst place EVER WILL NEVER COME BACK RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

One of the best massages I have ever had. Very affordable and got rid of all my knots.

They were very nice and clean place that everyone need to text temperature to get massage ,but I got treatment massage after 60 minutes my neck and shoulder felt much better . Good massage I gave a good tips .beacause she did good jobs and worked too hard .

Massage is Ok, but behavior is sometimes questionable. Nancy was my masseuse and she asked me to tip her $20 at least 4 times during the massage saying she was doing a good job. This was really unprofessional.

No, I don’t want a happy ending!!! This place was ok.My body was itching after I left, so make sure they change the sheet in front of you.I was startled when a Condom was in the floor when I came back from the bathroom. It was not on the floor, at the beginning of my service. Very SUSPECT

I would never go back here again. It’s a thousand degrees in the building, you’re asked to prepay, and PRE-TIP (A LOT), before you’re even seen. The woman at the front desk was creepy and demanding. I had to LOUDLY demand for my money back and left before I had even been seen. It’s strange, as I’ve had a good experience twice here before.

I was very happy going to this place before. But the lady that massaged me the last time said to me, You are rich . Don’t give me 20 tip. You should give me 40-50 tip. You can do it . I mean tip is extra . I don’t even have to give you anything . Instead of you saying thank you for the 20 dollars you ask for more. Very unprofessional and rude.

Worst massage myself and my girlfriend have ever had...they are cheap but I would not say that they are any way qualified! Im afraid to think how we will feel tomorrow!! Would NOT recommend at all!

Best professional massage. After the week that I had this massage really helped. No more migraines I can finally sleep comfortably.
