Giggles Night Club

My wife and I came to Giggles night club on 8/16/24 to see DAMAS GRATIS AMAZING GROUPAs we were standing in the crowd along side of lot of people an individual open my wife purse and stole my wife cell phone. I decide to use my I phone to look for my wife cell phone the location indicate it was inside giggles night club. As soon as I found out I told security about the situation and we found out there were more than 10 cell phone stolen inside giggles night club. My wife and I was talking to the other victims most of them where woman with a small purse. The security and the man incharge from the night club said he look over the cámaras which he was not able to fine exactly who did it. There were many woman’s including my wife telling the security that this accident happen in the VIP AREA. I WOULD SAID BE CAREFUL GOING TO GIGGLES NIGHT CLUB BUT FOR SURE FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY REASON BE MORE CAREFUL COMING HERE. ITS SAD TO SAID THAT ANY ONE CAN GET ROBBED HERE EASILY THERE NO SAFETY HERE THE SECURITY AND THE PERSON INCHARGE NEEDS TO BE TRAINED AND OBSERVED MORE WHAT HAPPING HERE.

Well first of all the women there are disgusting from one to all. This place needs a reboot of the woman they let in. ITs Glendale and music isn’t as good as it was. Its too crowded with low standards people. Security isn’t doing there job right. Drinks have to be better meaning bartenders don’t know what they’re doing. Im surprised that they still are open im guessing soon it will close down and better management will come to control this place with high standards woman. Sorry but you guys need to be shut down.

I went there 3 weeks ago.. such of disappointment.. security gurds act like swat squad disrespectful . Place had over 10 thousand people with limited bathrooms.. sound horrible. No way I go back to that place matter of fact should call the city for such violations..they don’t care about in case of emergency.. all they care is about pack many as possible bodies in there ..be careful if you pay with credit card..should had dress code.. sticky floor .. absolutely horrible place ..

Latin club with great music.You can dance until 3 AM.Bartenders make perfect cocktails and they are fast.Bottle service for birthdays or any celebrations.

Horrible by far this is the worst night club I ever been Binomio de Oro concert was Soo crowded there were at least 5 thousand people for such a small space never again Im assisting other event in this club and the securities where not nice neither professionals horrible place horrible horrible horrible

This place sold tickets for Oro Solido for 2.23.224, and the singer Raul Acosta did not show up. No refund was offered or anything.

I always love this place, the vibes Are good love the mix of DJ nacho !! the live if you come to dance and have a good time and in my experience I going to dance as every week this a good spot people!!

E-mailed AND called (leaving a voice message) 2 weeks ago for tonights show (for an ADA seating concern), and no response or courtesy shown whatsoever. Complete radio silence. Horrible! Will never consider another event here.

This place has the ugliest people on earth. People farting and pushing on the dance floor. $15 per person to get in, $12 coat check, sticky floors, pieces of toilet seat covers on the floor, over crowded, one dance floor, closed second floor, urine smell from the restroom can be smelled while dancing. Just utterly disgusting.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING, the person who is at the door, I don’t know if he is the manager or I don’t know who this person is but he is stupid, he is a nefarious and does not know how to treat his customers, and who is at the box office is another girl the same, the music they play do not vary a little, it is more than the same

You can even go back to out if you forgot something you need to pay again $$$

They were packed today and it was just 9:30pm so the air conditioning was not working or it wasn’t enough for all the people that was in here. I was concerned about the capacity. In addition DJ has the most weird way to mix music and just a few good songs. Lastly the drinks are expensive 18 dollars one drink? Yikes. Personally I didn’t like this place. Security guards weren’t enough for all that people. I didn’t feel safe.

Club is too small for all the people that were there last night. One big thing that disappointed me is the drinks. They were selling the as Patron, it was not Patron, they switched it for cheap tequila. I’m a big Tequila connoisseur and I know cheap Tequila and what they were putting in peoples drink was not Patron. I’m not saying Patron is the best but the junk they were giving out was not Patron. The bottle was Patron, what was inside was something else. Be careful ladies and gentlemen. This club sells junk to the public and charges you high priced cheap tequila

Beware!!! Do not go to this nightclub and pay with your credit card. They did some fraudulent charges on my card. I went there to celebrate my birthday on April 1 and when I receive my statement they charge $100 tip that I did not authorize. They change the numbers on my receipt and because I signed the merchant receipt I cannot get a refund from my credit card so do not give them their credit card and take a copy of your merchant receipt!!

Rude security guard, hes racist, we were 10 in a group and he wouldnt let us in because we had 10 guest passes. I was only on tik tok without paying attention to the fact that the line was advancing

They say free before 10 oclock. They fail to say that you have to call in order to get in for free. So youre forced to pay the $30 fee per each person person overpriced beer which a solo cup of beer is about $25 mixed drinks can go from $30 up which are poorly made. Dj. Dj music sucks whatd been better if theyd just played Pandora or spotify straight I would give it a lower rating But one is the lowest you can go I also feel that security is very aggressive. I would Recommend that you save your money and try another club

I was there on Sunday and this place was horrible, overpriced entrance and alcohol, and over crowded, also false advertisement about having more than 1 floor,too many bad bives.also music was horrible never again. Also lots of police outside waiting for people to come to pull them over.

Visiting from San Diego. I was looking for a place to dance Top 40 dance/pop/80s/90s and todays music. Met a few of the security personnel outside who helped me figure out the parking meter situation. Thanks guys! Paid $10 to enter, walked in over to the downstairs and was told by Security guy at steps the downstairs didnt open until 11 or 11:30 pm. I arrived at 9:45 pm. Great place for Latin. Oops! Lesson learned. :o)

I thought this venue was awesome for a metal concert! Great size. Very intimate. We went to see Tierra Santa a few weeks ago. Band was great. Hope you guys bring them back soon!!The only issues here were some drunk guys that started shoving me and a few other couples that were towards the front. Wish security stepped things up a bit sooner and not when people were about to fight.Otherwise great place to have a concert.

Service by waitress was incredible so friendly and she kept checking on us to see if ee needed anything. My bad review is that we paid vip to see consert on may 27 bachata and vip became a dangerous place. So over crowded and people started pushing the people in the front roa near stagege littetatly against stage .. extrenly could have been a bad aituation. Fight broke out right atbfeont door entrance that people got beat up bloody i mean. Just a horroble sene but consert great and goggle has become a dangeours spot for live consert. Management pack th vip section where its not even vip paid 189 dolars for a dangerous spot to be in. Management needs to stop packing too many people in vip section period. Had people cut infront of me after being the 1st in linr out side to get best possible place near front stage and after 2 hours of waiting people would just cut right in front you had to fight for ypur spot not cool after waiting in line hope this teview helps you knoe get 1 earlier open at 9 and wait in line if your going to vip but again vip mean nothing hete.. yout right next to stage but jist hope you getto girls come in houts later and take your spot . Told security what had happend and they said well they cannot stop them. . I enjoy coming to Giggles, it had been a long time since my last visit but it is still my favorite latin night club. Service, music, drinks are great. I did notice they have a lot more security staff than before and that makes me feel they care about their place. It is very important to feel secure at a place now days.Thank you for taking the necessary steps to do so.

Pros:-great artists performingCons:-you have to arrive by 9 to get a decent spot in the venue, even when you buy VIP tickets-this place gets CROWDED, to the point you can’t dance and get constantly pushed around by people trying to squeeze in. I bought VIP tickets to avoid this, but it was just as crowded in the VIP area.-bands usually start around midnight, so wear shoes that won’t kill your feet.Overall, this place would be ideal if it wasn’t crowded. The lack of dance space, and people pushing/squeezing through really puts a damper on an event.

Worse place ever , we went for Maelo Ruiz concert , and VIP was overbooked , i don’t know how they put more people inside, when capacity is less is all about money.. then this guys pushed me so hard because he was saving a spot girl and friends , then i called security and explain how we all paid VIP and how he pushed me so hard being a woman to the point that i felt and they gave him priority because he claimed he was the owner friend and he was paying for drinks 🤷🏻‍♀️ we were buying drinks too 🤷🏻‍♀️and they told us to moved 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ .. is so sad how they only care about the money..

Bad Dj’s. They only play cumbia 30% of the time, Selena 110% of the time. Old school reggaeton. Basically sucks. Drinks are nasty I asked for a Paloma and they gave me pure tequila. If you’re looking for a place with variety of Latin music this is not the place.

This nightclub was promoting an event which was a falsely advertisement. The day of event mentioned original singer could not be there and half the band members were not original. They lie to consumers and advertise an event based on lies.

If I could I would leave 0 stars! Bad service and security very rude. It was 1:40 am and my friend was drinking a Red Bull in a cup with ice, which the bartender had severed him. One of the security guard thought it was a beer and punched my friend on the chest. The security guard refused to smell the drink. My friend was trying to explain that it was not an alcoholic drink and no one listened to him. We tried to report this to the manager and the the manager Joe refused to help us out. He was helpless when it came down to report this to upper management. We called the police and my friend pressed charges. The rest in still to be continued.

Not a safe place to have fun. Be very guarded around security guards with violent tendencies. The DJ in the downstairs is RUDE! He made the entire experience there horrible!! Me and all our friends happy and danicing go up to him to compliment the songs!Him: can you let me work!!RUDEEE!! Will never return! No one should ever treat their customers that way!!!

Went to see Oro Solido, but it was really packed, they have no fans and it got extremely hot in there, you couldnt enjoy or dance to the music

Worst club ever! Twenty bucks for a drink, plus cover fee??? To be surrounded by a bunch of perverts and manhandled by the security guards? You guys need to have better business practices and treat the customers with respect instead of throwing women to the ground and placing patrons in a choke hold. What a mess!!! I really like this place, great music,.really clean.. The only bad thing is if you dont go early you have to wait in line like an hour.. So you have to b there early... But great place!! Had a great time!

Bartenders sell you drinks after 1:30 AM, And couple of minutes after security is demanding you to Chuck it down before 1:45 AM. Confronted the manager from Giggles Night Club about this situation, and he said I was lying about. The manager from Giggles was a Jerk! Dont let security pressure you to drink and alcoholic beverage before 2:00 AM..

It’s a good place to have fun, but people a friendly reminder if you planning to go please BEHAVE!!! And control your drinks cause Securities are NOT friendly and won’t tolerate anything they can kick you out and even get aggressive

I had the time of my life!!! Two floors, no hip hop on a Saturday night, but only Cumbias, Spanish Rock, merengue , reggaeton and BACHATA !

One of the best club I have visited till now. I simply love their service , food and drinks. The staffs are so cordial and very helpful.

This restaurant night club is very open and expanded. The bands are usually awesome and the DJ plays a good variety of music.

Was there to see Charlie Zaa, everything was great. Only suggestion is in VIP section there should be more seating, other than that atmosphere was great.

There is no good sound for a concert, the VIP is very small, there are no chairs or tables, they repeat the songs, they take a long time in line to get in and they want to charge $30 when they say its free, drinks are $20 and outside there is the police waiting like a vulture to give you an IUD so its better not to go, a lot of trans, be very careful, they dont put salsa except bachata, pure chavoruco, and fat girls

They bring good artists, but the place is very small, the VIP area at concerts is a corral where they put a lot of people and there is no space to move. There is nothing in the VIP area!

The DJ doesnt know Bachata and if he plays it its until he wants!!! 👎👎 and yes we consume!!!

The place is relatively small, maybe it doesnt have air conditioning or any type of ventilation since once the place starts to fill up it gets incredibly hot.The cocktails may be a little adulterated since with 2 you start to feel bad and the price is approximately $16.The security staff are the rudest and most unfriendly people the place could hire.The bathrooms are old and dirty, I have visited the place a couple of times and it has always been the same, it seems that they were not cleaned from the previous day.

They told me they couldnt sell me because I was drunk and I had just arrived.

Out of control do not buy vip. They dont stop drunk people and fights that pay a regular ticket. They dont care about elderly people or special needs, just selling liquor is their priority. I dont recommend it, never go. inspectors or firefighters must arrive at that place, which is very risky in an emergency. In short, its not worth it.

Good atmosphere. Various dance music from yesterday and today: cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton and some edm. At the bar they are very attentive, you have your drink quickly. You see a lot of security. Restrooms are clean and the AC works full blast!

Last Saturday I went to the bull band concert, I bought a beer and a vodka, they charged me 29.00 dollars and I paid with my card...then I made the same purchase and I am realizing that for this second purchase they are charging me 48.00 dollars., I sent them an email about my complaint but they never answered me so be careful when paying by card in the slightest carelessness they will screw you!!!...they are thieves.🤬

I went to see the elephant, it was very hot, I left when I wanted to return to the event, they charged me $100 dollars to return, the first time something so absurd has happened to me. ((Really bad service from the salon and artistic representatives
