I’ve been to several smoke shops all over the city and this one was absolutely the most cleanest and well organized one. The girl that works there has the most bubbly personality even thought she wears a mask I can tell she always had a smile on her face. She welcomed me and my friends like we was family she helped us with all the questions we had. She by far has the greatest customer service and actually had good knowledge about the stuff they sold there. I walked out buying more then I expected but it was all well worth it and I’ll do it again! I recommend this smoke shop to anyone that likes great customer service and good prices!!

I’ve been with this smoke shop from the very first day they opened.Beautiful shop, huge variety to select from, always clean, just a welcoming atmosphere when you walk through those doors!Nicole the manager she knows what she’s doing she makes everyone feel welcome. She is very patient and she has manners. Another thing about Nicole she will not rush you and she will make sure you walk out happy and make sure you understand everything about what you bought.My runner up is Charles, that’s my guy. Needed to get some disposables and found this gem!Not a lot of smoke shops that have a wow factor but this place takes the cake! It’s open, huge, and very spacious with some very welcoming and helpful employees. Nicole took the time to see what flavors I’m into and made a recommendation because I wanted something different. The BEST part is their amazing prices! Cheaper than the usual smoke shop I go to that’s down the street. Will definitely go back

I went to the shop and the ladies working were so nice & very helpful in helping me find a new vape.I tested one out and loved it. I paid for my stuff and left. The following day I realized I could not find my wallet. After going over the last place I went and paid for something, I concluded I had to have left it at Smoke City.I called and asked if they had a wallet that was left there and after describing it for them they said yea it’s here.They kept it safe for me :) I am so thankful!!After retrieving my wallet they helped me once again find another vape that I love.I recommend this shop to everyone!! Wow! What a great vape shop! We were taken care of by Charles who was da bomb. He knew his stuff, was charming and considerate. My bestie & I are a bit of a handful when together, behaving like hyper children. We each purchased a box mod and all the extras chattering away like a couple of weirdos the whole time but he hung in there with us like he been with us for years. We had a great time blowing our money. The prices were slightly less than what Ive seen around the valley and the decor had this|Friends, Central Perk meets dispensary type of feel. We will definitely be back.

Love this place me and my boyfriend are always in here. Super friendly employees. Today they accidentally over charged us and me and my boyfriend didn’t realize but they immediately called us and asked us to come back so they could reimburse us. Then on top of that he also gave me a free vape. Will forever be coming to this shop!

My sister (who is a hookah guru) and I came in here to buy a hookah and tobacco. The gentlemen who helped us was kind, patient and very knowledgeable! Not to mention the store is beautifully constructed and very clean! We went home with a beautiful hookah, coal and a few delicious flavors! Great place and I highly recommend Smoke City! Good job 👏🏼

03/25: I was sitting outside waiting for an order to pop up on my phone in the parking lot with a jersey mikes and then some random guy comes and stands next to the car that I am parked next to and proceeds to start watching me. So I asked him if I could help him and he said that he was security for the plaza and all this extra stuff and I specifically asked him if I was doing anything wrong, if he thought I was gonna hurt someone or anything and he said no but he was still standing there watching me. Then a guy from smoke city comes over and does the same thing thinking he’s Batman trying to save the day and threatens to call the cops on me and have me arrested for loitering and trespassing, which I wasn’t, and that he would have my car towed. Come to find out, I actually ended up calling the cops first and he didn’t not til 5 minutes later. I guess the employees thought I was going to do something to them and they got all scared but when I left after I picked up my first order they said something about me that I heard and I walked back in and told them that I heard that. The employees that work there shouldn’t have opened their mouth in the first place because it’s real rude to talk behind a customers back ESPECIALLY when they can hear you. The smoke city employee was acting tough when he shouldn’t have been, he was very rude and disrespectful. If we’re being technical, they were discriminating which is illegal because I asked them several times if I did anything wrong and they said “that’s irrelevant” or “no” so they’re discriminating
