Austin was the employee that helped me. I needed to find a new tank that had coils that didnt burn to quickly. He showed me all my options and was very considerate of everything I was asking for. Great experience at this location. Jordan helped me out with what I was looking for and showed me the new products that were being sold here. Jordan did an amazing job explaining information on the products and was very friendly.

Ive been coming to Red Star Vapor since 2014 back when PG/VG Ratios & Flavor was separate. I come to this store because Huey has good energy and good vibes. Always is professional and gives me recommendations for different juices I might potentially like.

As if that wasn’t enough, she gave me awesome input on the city, safer areas, little tips, things to do, etc. - going so far as making me a list of places to check out. This meant a lot to me as I just moved to Arizona and am definitely a fish out of water. Really nice shop. Display cases and layout were put together well and it feels very comfortable inside. I was helped by Felicity and Tarra, and it was probably the best customer service Ive had in some time. Both were engaged in trying to help, explaining what they recommend and why, but they were not pushy. Seemed to enjoy educating about their products and were focused on the customers, but they never hovered or made you feel like you were wasting their time or being an annoyance. The one star deduction was because I felt the inventory was lacking compared to similar stores, but still, the customer service was exemplary.

Tarra is an absolute delight, she is helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all of the store products. She answers questions clearly and in a professional manner. Every customer can look forward to a wonderful experience when they walk in and see her at the counter.

This is the BEST Red Star Vapor shop in town!! Tarra is amazing! I think the gal working with her was Trinity, the one with the beautiful rainbow in her hair. Building rapport with a customer is all about making as many connections as possible. I made a comment about their disposable gloves when I walked in, and Tarra and her colorful-haired counterpart, turned it into a 45 minute, interactive conversation where I ended up purchasing much more than I intended. In the past, others have brushed away questions and hurried me out the door. This is how you make customers and keep them coming back. You make connections however you can. This is definitely my new RSV. Thanks Tarra and Trinity!

This Red Star location is one of my favorites. The staff is always quick and polite. I usually get helped by Kim and she is always really knowledgeable on everything and really polite. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a knowledgeable place to pick up anything vapor related

My top favorite place To go when your low on juice or in need of anything vape related. The workers there are always so helpful and always so kind. If you have questions they will have answers. If you looking try new juice there is always plenty in stock and plenty in verity of flavors.Not mine and my fiances first time being here, nor willing be the last time either. we both plan to come back regularly as we love the vibe of the employees and the how clean and organized everything was.A+ in ranking from me and my fiance for the company ☺️

Awesome customer service every time we come in. They remember what we get every time and offer comparable items if out of stock. Kim and the gang are great!

It does not have near as good a selection as their 7th st store near OsbornI still find that price and overall knowledge puts them in the top position again this month. In fairness to other shops I try to pick up a thing or two at newer places to see prices and variety as well as how Im treated in general most in Phoenix are putting out good products to its customers.
