The shop itself has a decent variety of juices, which was a plus and ultimately the reason why I made a purchase.However, I asked for the flavors available and was handed a sheet with a list. Cool, perfect, except some juices aren’t listed that I was dead staring at. I brought it up, and the rep acknowledged the missing flavor. I then noticed some more missing, I ask to get a closer look. Cool, I understand I can’t get any closer however, there was no initiative taken by the rep to show me the other juices. I was then told all the flavors were on the sheet when literally less than 4 minutes ago it was acknowledged that one was missing.I’m sure this doesn’t define the reps overall customer service, maybe he had a bad day, I am just stating my experience. Seemed like a nice guy just lacked consideration on my concern.

I was so happy to see a shop this close to my house and checked it out today. Happy to say, the positive reviews are right on. I brought my two vape sticks in, both different kinds, and not only did he have the best coils for both, he changed them out for me without being asked to.Then helped me pick a juice that I LOVE and is cheaper than the Killa Kustard Id been buying. I was kinda joking around with him about these reviews and thats when I learned that his customer service motto is treat people the way youd want them to treat your mother. Cant speak for any of the other employees but Ill happily go back to him. As far as the juices, the prices are good. I agree with another reviewer that they should have a bar to sit at and more brands and flavor options, but they basically had what I needed so Im not complaining. Its funny, Ive noticed that lately some of these vape shops have employees that are straight pretentious and annoyed by everything. They are definitely vape snobs and if you dont know everything about everything they treat you like they are put-out by your ignorance. Ive been Vaping since they first made these things and still have LOTS of questions. This guy will happily help you out and teach you everything you every need to know about your device, whether you bought it from him or not. 5 stars!!!

This is my go to shop when Im on the west side. Always a good vibe when you walk in, and they have a great selection of mods and RDAs which I like. Customer service here is phenomenal, I like that they recommend juice they personally like to accommodate the flavor profiles that I like. Would recommend if youre around this area, conveniently located near restaurants, and right down the road from West Gate! Thanks guys for always servicing my vaping needs!

Love this shop I have been to many shops all of them promise this promise that spent thousands of dollars on vape needs half I gave away or threw out. Vape shop AZ is awesome they got everything I need no promises from them just their word! Shop is down the street from my house finally a shop in Peoria/Glendale keep up the good work and keep the product you have its what vapors need.

This place is my first vape shop and it has honestly set a bar for other vape shops Id visit. If Id ever go to another. Theyre super cool and the juices are awesome and the prices are better. I walked in knowing the minimum to get by but they had taught me a lot about different mods and tanks and they are super good. This is a must-need place to go. TRY THE ROCK STAR BREAKFAST

Go to this shop weekly cheaper premium liquid then any other shop (Ive been to MANY) so idk why people are complaining about price. Also they know what they are talking about they all keep up with newer mod tech not ecigs. Every time I walk in there are many people just hanging out and I never feel Im interrupting their conversation rather Im invited to hang out for a while. Great shop great people great prices.

The absolute best vape shop around! The staff are always extremely helpful and if your looking for any parts, tanks, batteries or complete mods this is the place! If they dont have what your looking for they will get it. I am a customer for life!!

Just not a good feel when you walk in. People working there always have friends with them and whenever you enter it just feels like your interrupting their conversation. Lots of juices out of stock. Very over priced merchandise. It sucks that this is the vape shop that had to open up so close to my house.

Great place and friendly service and knowledgeable. Great price and great vape mods also amazing vape juice towards any taste to your liking. I recommend 4 people to this place and to anyone else as well.

Been to this shop on West Northern Ave. The manager there is not knowledgeable about the products out on the market, I asked about what is a good starting foundation for vaping and was told to get a 200w triple 18650 box mod and a Smok TFV8 , but I will also need the batteries, charger and eLiquid. I stated what about a tube mod and a clearomiser and was told the only place you can get that kind of this is EBAY! Last I checked, every other shop in America sells eGo mods, Mechanical Tube Mods and the like. As for clearomisers, there are many shops that sell this product. I then asked does your shop sell any mods that vape at 1.2 gigawatts (back to the future, doc brown) and the manager said, hmm I think we do and proceeded to check, so I left! Great Job guys, real knowledgeable!

Great staff and service. Would like to see a vapor bar and more choices in juice and tanks. The price on the juice is great!! I will continue to shop there

If i could give less stars I would. I bought a tank yesterday filled it up and put it on my mod. The tank fell apart on me went to take it back and they say no refunds well no signs in the shop saying no refunds or all sales final. Im out of $54 and i will never go back again this place should not be in business DONT GO THERE THEY CANT RUN A BUSINESS.

Great shop, the gentlemen with gelled hair and tattoos was more than happy to help me out when i was looking around but other employees do not share the same enthusiasm which makes it a bad experience when he’s not there.

Ive been going here for years. They had a location much closer to me, but now that its closed, its worth the 10 mile trip to go to this new location. The manager is super friendly and knowledgeable and an all around great guy.

The people are always friendly and best service I’ve had at shop I’ve gone too, highly recommend this place, the knowledgeability of the staff goes along way
