Came in here a few hours ago, it was super uncomfortable with the female cashier gushing over the guy in the chair. -And obviously high. She wasn’t paying attention to me, wasn’t familiar with the products and asked me to repeat myself a few times. She was also just staring at the guy, the wall and laughing a lot. I know its a smoke shop, but get it together.I purchased king palms and cigarillos, King Palms are incredibly stale (never had that happen) and also damaged. Waste of money, glad I didn’t spend more and I will not be back. I am afraid to open up the cigarillos and be disappointed too, I can see why this place is always empty, I will continue to go to Arlington for different stores (not this chain).Mostly upset with cashier, not friendly at all and wasn’t sure why she kept laughing. All the reviews said cashier was friendly and helpful but she did less than bare minimum. Guy in the chair was more helpful, if you can say that.

The store is huge and really nice. They have a great selection too. Moon helped me out and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will be back.
