I was there 2 years ago, One of the best vape shop, that I have every been to. Good selection of juices, very professional people they look after you they make sure you have everything that you came in for top of the Shelf vape shop but I do have a question I live in Grand Rapids Michigan and Ive developed a condition called CHF which prevents me from getting out of the house a lot and with winter coming on my question is do you ship out the products that someone orders to the west side of Grand Rapids Michigan

The staff are so friendly and educated and will talk you threw any questions you have. I love their e-liquid and I feel like it last longer and is smoother than a lot of other brands. They have great deals all the time and a wide variety of e-liquid flavors! I highly recommend checking them out.

One of the few shops that still mix in house, which allows you to get the exact amount of flavor and nicotine you want. Fair prices. Once an employee just sat there on her phone and didnt acknowledge me for a few minutes then a manager walked in and immediately made sure I got what I wanted and was very attentive. Havent seen that other employee since.

I’ve only used Mister E’s liquids for 5 years now! Best flavor and I trust what’s in it! I’m so glad they are in my city because I would be lost without my trusty orange cream. Thanks for helping me quit the nic too! Literally gave me years back on my life! Also, staff will help you with anything if you’re new… very knowledgeable.

Always a pleasant experience. Went in today and was greeted and given a quick run down of flavors I may like based on past likes and dislikes. Im always in and out within 5 minutes and couldnt be happier with the experience and quality of juice! Highly recommended and fairly priced!

Been coming here since their.doors were opened. Couldnt be happier. We can order online and have it sent directly to us so we can avoid the 45 minute drive there.The juices are the best weve seen, tasted, investigated.Hardware is always cheaper online (unfortunately) but you really need to buy everything at one place.

Ive frequented Mr. Es for over a year now and I gotta say that I have no regrets in who I picked to help me stay away from cigarettes. The staff are kind and are very knowledgeable. By the first month they remembered my name/face and always give me a nice greeting whenever I arrive. I feel welcome there and they have no qualms with listening to my had a long day at work/training banter while Im waiting for my order. The prices are reasonable too. I can buy some juice from a gas station somewhere priced at $8 + tax but it tastes like garbage and the bottles are always tiny. Mr. Es is way more bang for your buck. Nobody else makes the amazing flavor of Vape Nectar either so I dont plan on going anywhere else anytime soon.

Phenomenal!!! Ordered for first time from them. They said their juices require steeping so I knew they would arrive clear and fresh. Received Jade Garden, Blue Voodoo, and Neptune in 3 days and all are stamped with creation date and arrived as expected with clear color. As a surprise, I also received a sample juice that was stamped for 2 weeks prior, so I can vape on this while my other juices are preparing!!!Cant say enough about these guys now. Will always order from them

Amazing juice!!!! Best in the state! Staff can be a little fake and overwhelming. Seems less like they want to help and more like they want you to walk out with a 100 dollar rig. Hunter is the only one whose never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. But like i said best juice in the state!!!! Cant help employees personalities i get that.

Great experience! The staff was so helpful and friendly. Walked me threw everything as someone completely new to vaping, they hooked me up! Taught me about the different liquids, mods, and tanks. They offer a military discount on top of the holiday discount. I highly recommend coming her for all your vapeing needs.

I came upon this company through a Google search while looking for a bubble gum flavor e liquid. I saw the rave reviews and decided to order a small bottle. I put my order in and I decided to add a sample liquid for a very small fee. My order was of very good quality and prices you cant beat; my order also came with a tracking number straight to my email as soon as it was shipped. I love the sample I got (which was a suprise flavor) the flavor was called Pluto. I had a few questions I also got a bit lost trying to navigate the site (no fault of theirs, the site is great) I called and spoke with a very knowledgeable and friendly person who helped me figure out everything I needed and he truly made me feel very comfortable (my call was a bit lengthy as i figured stuff out) I have had the best possible experience with this company and I recommend it highly! Low prices, amazing quality products, low prices and of course the employees! Im in Nebraska and we have vape shops, I just wanted a specific flavor and on a whim I found this company through Google. Its my favorite place to buy liquid. I like their rewards program; I like they have parking. The prices are fair, and the staff will give your suggestions. It just seems nice in there.And I also like that I dont feel like Im walking into hot boxed car whenever I go inside. Im not trying to walk through fog like Im in a horror movie. I didnt know how much I appreciate that until I went to a different store, and I was greeted by the smoke monster from Lost and four underfed 21 year old aspiring DJs in Monster energy drinks hats.

Mister hes is highly overrated. There flavors are the same as anywhere else except they are more expensive (at least compared to where Ive been). But I guess if you like waiting around for half an hour just to get a tester tip while listening to douche bags try to one up each other than this is the place for you. I went in, found a couple flavors I liked but when I got them home they totally didnt tape the same, I dont know what happened there. So I went in to return them, like you can do at every other cape place Ive been but guess what Mister Es doesnt, real shocker. The customer service is worse here than any other business Ive ever been to my whole life even more than a Chinese buffet in New York city. And when I finally can get some help they are such jerks, you get rushed like your not as important as the guy wanting to build some crazy mod. I try not to go there but Ive had to on 3 occasions, sadly and every time is a nightmare, I absolutely do not recommend mister es I can name at least 3 other places that are 100 times better.

Prices are usually a touch higher than normal, but evens out when you dont have to pay shipping. good assortment, a few authentic devices. staff is reasonably well informed considering the incredible pace of the ecig market, always friendly!

Great vape shop, very shocked that Ive never heard of them before. Probably because I usually shop for vape supplies in Kalamazoo, which Mister-E doesnt have a location near.Theres not many vape shops that make their own juice on the spot. That is something that definitely makes this shop stand above the rest. Their selection of flavors, nicotine level & prices are what make this place my new go-to location whenever Im in Grand Rapids.

Ive been coming to Mister Es for over two years now , I started out going to the location on Division Ave. Kentwood MI . And have always been greeted with a hello & friendly smile & great service , And they truly have a awesome place & people & Juice & Vaping equipment , And Ive only had a few issues in the whole time that Ive been coming there , And when I did , they took care of me right away & in a professional & over the top manner , And at that location is where I met a really awesome employee named Russ , Ive also been to the location on Plymouth St.Grand Rapids MI . And have had the same experience & have met some awesome employees there too , Like Eric & Dennis & others at both locations !!! I strongly recommend Mister Es for your Vaping needs & they truly do care about their customers !!! Thanks Mister Es family !!! And someday I hope to meet Dan the owner :)

Ok so at first I thought this was a great shop. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful even if they were not knowledgeable (asked for citrus and was recommended banana and grape flavors - how do you not know what citrus fruit is?!??) They have an option where you can test out their vapes which is cool except all the flavors were burnt out. Commented on this and was told that “people” come in here and rip on their testers... well yeah as you are the only vape shop I’ve been to that offers testers with actual nicotine in them. Of course broke ****ers will come in and get their fix for 10 cents. Anyway so I bought a bottle of house ejuice and when I got it home the flavor was super harsh on the throat hit and obviously very old. Very disappointing.

Great customer service, wonderful e-liquids, and spectacular savings/deals....Oh wait, just kidding. I must be talking about anywhere else. If you want to be helped by pretentious, snobby, little twerps who think customers are nothing more than an annoyance that gets in the way of gossip then Mister-Es is the place for you *winking smiley face/pointing thumbs up* ! Every time I have ever set foot in this place, I have always had to wait at-least 15-20 minutes after asking for help while I am standing at the front counter. When I was told wrong information and tried to politely correct the sales rep. I was told that this person was an expert and I should listen to what they had to say.There e-liquids, where to start.... how about the flavor being just awful, wretched really, and a little pricey; especially considering it tastes like you are vaping three month old dirty baby diapers. If you feel like being abused, or you are just in to that kind of thing, then i would suggest Mister-Es. Other wise there are much better places around Grand Rapids that will treat you like you matter, with good vapes, and great prices. Happy Vaping!

Definitely the #1 shop in the GR area, other places flavors dont even compare.ISO standards, when you go to another place someone comes from the dusty back room with your juice, at Mr E you watch a scientist make your juice.The hipsters as the another reviewer called them, are the same knowledegable staff that will help you with any questions or problems you have.

Mr. Es is absolutely the best vape in town. The juice is always super fantastic. They give impeccable customer service in store and online. I highly recommend Mr. Es to anyone that vapes. RY4 is my fav flavor ...I vape it daily. If you havent been to MR Es you are missing out...no other shop even comes close.

I have been going to Mister-e-Liquid from the time they started in Dans basement. I will not go anywhere else for juice they have the best. Always been treated with great service and great products. Please bring back the Peach Melba.

I buy all of my e-liquids here. Convent and usually pretty quick. Good selection of flavors and all of their liquids taste clean and are made to order.

Mister Es was an alright experience. I had tried a few flavors and they seem desent. Ordered one of the flavors i tried and it was completely different tasting. I dont know if it was an off day for the employees, or just gave me the wrong order.

Up until yesterday I loved them, however they wouldnt honor a warranty on a battery I bought only 3 weeks ago! Very dissatisfied and disappointed. They told me all they could do for me was sell me a new one, without even a discount! How do I contact?

I went to this location this morning to see if they had the coils I needed. There were two young men working and they helped me so much, way above and beyond.I will easily recommend this location.

I just hate the automated check in system and the juice is overpriced the staff is a bunch of pretentious hipsters. They act like vaping is a hobby for everyone. I started vaping to quit smoking as I had been smoking 2 packs of nonfilter cigarettes a day for 30+ years so when some 18 year old kid who started vaping recently to look cool tries to tell me whats good for me I kinda hate it.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Though their selection of box mods is very refined and ever changing. It can be frustrating or helpful depending how aware of the market you are.

Had a problem with a device I got from them two days after getting it and when back a week later because I am a over the road truck driver and I couldnt find the receipt but the person who sold me it remember me but they wouldnt do anything for me will ever go back to them again.
