First time in store. Violet was so friendly and attentive. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Sam as well. These two really are outstanding representatives of this franchise- Top notch customer service! Will return.

The employees at this location are obnoxiously rude and condescending and treat you like the scum of the earth.Highly recommend going to the Tobacco Shoppe down the street - much better employees that seem to care about their jobs, and their prices are cut in half in comparison.

This tobacco shop is great. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, they made sure to stock my favorite brand of smokes, even though theyre not in high demand and somewhat difficult to come by. Love the staff here!! Everytime I have ever been the staff helps me find exactly what I need and helps me save money if they can. Plus their return policy for defective product is the best around just don’t forget to keep the receipt!

I appreciate this store because theres a few locations throughout town and they carry cartridge pens like ooze and also better ones that work great. Decent prices on the cartridge pens. Overall satisfied.

I love this store, the employees, and the selection of products. Everyone is always helpful, friendly, and laid back. If they dont have what you need they will help you find it. The prices are always good, and they run a lot of really great promotions. I sound like a plant bust seriously, this is a great business.

The prices are still super cheap and the store looks as brand new as the day it opened (which is awesome). Also, I love the fact that the sell my favorite incense and I dont have to go all over to get it.

Great prices and they always have what Im looking for. Having multiple locations means there is almost always one close by. The staff are always courteous and knowledgeable. If you havent checked them out its worth stopping by. The vape grab bags can be a real bargain!

Helicopter sales associates. Good place to go if you know what you want to buy. If you want to browse or just look around, forget it. You will have at least one sales associate hovering the entire time. Some people find this tactic helpful or friendly, others feel pressured and uncomfortable.Buyer beware, they are not above selling junk made in China. I do not recommend coming here for batteries for the delta 8 carts. I have gone through several, most last just a few days passed their 2 week return policy. Some dont even charge straight out the package. These were recommended by their sales associates, so do your own research at home first. Always keep your receipts, chances are you will be returning, they will tell you this themselves.

Love stores that lock the door as your walking up. No, I dont expect a huge purchase to be done, but one bleeping item. I love wasting $5/gal gas.Why on earth would one want to come back and give money to this business.

Went to turn in my disposal had for 1 day and tried to return because it tast burt and they wont do anything about it even though you have 2 weeks to bring it back. Dont say that you are going to do something and not follow through.. Bad reputation in my book

To the short young man with glasses, messed up hair, and a disgusting attitude, I want you to know that it is not ok to gawk at people and look at them like they are stupid just because you dont understand what they are asking for.When you dont understand what someone is politely asking for, how about asking the customer to elaborate, or ask questions before staring 15 seconds straight and to yell rudely that what I asked for made no sense. How about you gain some people skills and just do your job that you presumably get paid to do. I will never be back due to the lack of respect for customers the employees consistently deliver. I only came because it was close, but I ended up driving a few miles to a much better store that actually had what I needed without all the attitude.

Being a vaper i ask for mesh coils .here i am today to open my vape and both i bought on wed mind you today is only saturday neither of my vapes are open but yet i cant exchange them for what i asked for in the first place to begin with cause im told now theres a 2day return policy mind you my reciet says 14days return.wanta always be switching the rules its ridiculus so done spending my money here after this

Love this store! Best prices on tobacco and tubes by far! Has a lot to offer for all your smoking needs and wants. The gift bags are a lot of fun too. Staff is friendly, fun and knowledgeable.

So glad I found this place while looking for the closest store to use a mobile coupon. Ironically, the coupon didnt work..but I found much more with awesome, friendly staff and great deals on my smokes (as well as decent, very cheap off brand ones at $4.70 pack). Turns out that Speedway really isnt the best priced place in town for your cigarettes. And the added bonus is seeing the friendly faces when you walk in. In reference to earlier comments on the staff vaping, my comment to the owner is please, let them vape away. I hate vape personally, but Ill walk in your store all day long in exchange for the feeling of care I receive from them.

Smoking another lousy cigar they sold me - a Drew Estate so not cheap .. burns totally wrong. They have humidor issues they can’t seem to correct. In the last 3 months, 30% of the cigars I buy here are good..the rest burn terrible. Buy at your own risk!

Great selection of products for such a small store. Went in with little knowledge of the product I was shopping for, and the staff was patient and helpful. Showed me cheaper options of what I was looking for, instead of trying to upsell. Much appreciated.

Save money rolling on cigs that are way better. Usually the staff is awesome but last time in i asked where the tubes were and the lazy employee just pointed even tho i asked more than once. This is the only reason theyre not getting 5 stars

Went here with the intention of buying a larger vape to quit smoking cigs, was delightfully told by employee Miriah of a number of smaller, far cheaper options for the same purpose (so I do not believe it is commission based at all). Miriah helped me choose one, and explained in detail all about it and also set it right up for me. I left the shop quite pleased (Wednesdays are 20% off as well as buy one e-liquid get one for 1$) and eager to try my new little blue Breeze machine.Its friggin marvelous!Not even harsh as I was told to possibly expect, due to high nicotine content, it taste absolutely wonderful (dragonfruit, baby!) and true to what I was told, I do not crave a cig already. If anything I am craving the vape, because I keep smacking my lips for the yummy taste now in my mouth. Excellent customer service. Excellent product. I am beyond thrilled, and do intend to return to this location for all future purchases of e-liquids, coils, ect.I raise my new little vape to these excellent employees; heres to day one of my cigarette-free future! Well done indeed!

Purchased 2 vape pens within a week and neither worked as advertised, the 1st lasted 4 days , the 2nd was returned the very next day (never worked) ..Ill never buy here and recommend you try another shop. the counter people are nice tho.

When I visited your store and I was cashing out there were four employees behind the counter talking amongst them selves and I waited like thirty seconds for someone to cash me out and didnt receive a thank you or come again! Thats the reason for the rgree star rating. Just my observation. Thanks.

Walk in with my spouse, two young guys behind the counter. I recognize one because his lips are glued to a vape and it looks like hes foaming at the mouth with all the vapor coming out of his mouth. Apparently the other kid was training. They basically told me I was screwed after I paid cash for two cartons of cigarettes and then remembered I have a membership for discounts there that they never asked me about. I felt like they had no respect for us because were obviously significantly older than the crowd that usually hangs out there. Typically Im a very sweet lady. But their behavior disgusted me more than I could stand. I WAS a regular there, but I think Ill drive a bit further for some more respect.

The people are so friendly and they suggested different flavors of vapes to my daughter, shes 30. I dont vape but they smell so much better than cigarettes.

Went in and bought a gift bag for concentrate only received stuff for dry flower called up to get replacement was pretty much told it was my problem 🙃 will never shop here again and will not recommend to anyone go to twisted monkey way better customer service

Tried to email through the website but no response. Used to buy a lot of cigars here but the past few months I have noticed particularly dry cigars. Could be that they were stored dry and havent been in the humidor long enough to acckimaac, but its unacceptable to offer them right away because then they tunnel down the middle and you end up having to throw it away. Some of the ones in cello were like that. The worst was the Liga Privada T52 Flying Pog that I paid16.50 for. It was so dry when cutting it, I knew it would be unpleasant, so Im putting it in my humidor for a few weeks to fix it.Being a chain, I used to be skeptical. With the good selection for this area, and fair prices (although they try to truck you with the buy-one-get one... They way overprice those to make it seem like a better deal), I used to like shippsho here. Its just sad that I cant trust their cigars any more due to burn issues and the fact that they definitely are being kept before 65 humidity before they get to the store as well as in the store. 2 stars for now because its a chain and maybe different employees have different levels of knowledge/training/care.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Go on Wednesdays for great deals on glass and roll your own tobacco. They have a great selection of cigars in there humidor.

They do a great job and have lots of experience when it comes to mods and cigars. Id reccomend them but making sure that you chose to buy a reliable product usually the small ecigs or vape pens are crappy because theyre made by a lot of big tobacco companies who preffer you buying cigarettes. I am not saying to put a lot of money into buying a vape pen but you get what you pay for.

I came to this shop in search of a steam roller and as many when looking for a glass piece i wanted to look through a variety to ensure I was getting the piece I wanted, I was told from an employee from this store that their other stores within 30 minutes would have a larger selection of steam rollers, a half hour later of driving after arriving to the next store I was told that all their stores oder the exact same identicle pieces from the same blowers that their would be no variety at all so I bought a piece that was identicle to a piece I could have bought at the first shop which would have saved a lot of extra gas money if I would have known they did not have a variety in their franchise and during its first use after geting it home glass pieces of its detailing started falling off showing that its blower did not care about the quality of his pieces, just the profit. I spent way too much money, happens every time I go in this like that. They have a nice array of glass work, as well as incense, and other paraphernalia People were friendly and helpful.

Smelly workers, rude attitudes when they’re not even busy. I just came in and returned a vape because it was the wrong one and the woman said “what’s the frickin problem now”. Just very rude and smelly.

Buyer beware....they only guarantee their products for 2 weeks. In 2 months Ive gone through 3 vape pens and they refuse to issue a refund or replace their products.

They sell quality Kratom here. Capsules and powder. One of the best places to buy in the Kentwood area, if you ask me.

Honestly, i cant stand this location. From the staff knowing nearly nothing half the time, to never having a good stock. Id rather drive 15miles to visit a different location.

I know its a smoke shop but while checking out it would be nice if the employees refrain from puffing thier vape boxes till i leave the counter. Kinda unprofessional imo
