Dont do business here. The staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Although what do you honestly expect from a bunch of people with no more training than a high school diploma! I regret ever having applied here as the pay was low and pathetic and the manager was incredibly rude to me in my time here. He would make inappropriate comments about his history of partners almost everyday and discriminated against me based on his opinion of my appearance. I honestly am so glad to be done here and many people have told me why didnt you just no call no show earlier. Overall, I will never do business at wild bills again. You shouldnt either unless you want to be gossiped about while you are shopping which is what all the managers and co-workers did every single shift.

I bought this about two months ago left in its package. Purchased this vape as back up if I was ever to misplace my ooze pen. When I purchased it I remember the guys saying if it does not work come in with receipt and we will assist. Fast foward to today opening and charging for the recommended time and it does not WORK. I think its lame that you sell products knowing they are faulty and not good quality. I have visited before zero issues for other products so I did not save my receipt.

Connor and his team are top notch, knowledgeable on the products they carry and very respectful.I accidentally left my mod on the counter and was on my way home when I realized my mistake. This is my favorite smoke shop in town. They always have a great selection of products in all price ranges. The customer service is consistently amazing. Knowledgeable and helpful staff every time I visit. See picture for my new favorite tool I recently purchased here.

Used to like going here until they fired the workers I liked to replace them with unpleasant workers like the guy that plays dress up named “Quinn”.

Clean store good products I’ve been going here for years unfortunately one of the staff here is a problem I didn’t get his name but it’s the man without glasses. He was trying to help me in the cigar humidor but I told him I was alright looking by myself he stayed in the humidor with me it was very uncomfortable having somebody shadow me. After we got out the humidor it seemed like he was gonna ring me up but he passed my order to another employee and proceeded to get on his phone in front of me ignoring me I think that was rude and unprofessional I’ve never had any problems with any of the other employees but if wild bills wants to represent their company with unprofessional employees I will not go to a wild bills again.

The staff here is fantastic! They are so incredibly helpful and patient and great at letting their guests feel welcomed. Everything is always so organized and its easy to go in and out. Plus Wednesdays they have some great promotions!

This is definitely the best Wild Bill’s location in the Grand Rapids area, and it’s all thanks to the amazing staff.From management to sales associates, I have had a great experience, I have had many laughs and good times - I could go on. I went for the products, I only stay for the people.You can tell that this store has great management and a relaxed environment, and it is definitely one of the better smoke shop experiences in GR.

Great selection, Terrible customer service when it counts!So I appreciate the convenience and selection at Wild Bills. They also SEEM nice enough, but if you require any Actual customer service, their answer is Always no.Ive purchased many disposable vapes from them. I dont even want to think about how much $ I have spent there...Two of them were rotten. The flavoring tasted terrible and they were obviously defective. When I inquired about an exchange, their answer was Nope.I visited their location on a Weds, because that is the day they offer promo pricing. There was a sign on the door stating they closed at 5pm due to snow. The roads were fine, but whatever...I returned the following day and asked if I could get the promo price because they were closed.They said Nope, because then we would have to do it for everyone.You should do it for everyone in this case!Thats how providing a good customer experience works. They obviously have no idea how to do anything beyond ringing people out, which is sad.If all they can provide is a transaction, I guess Ill just go back to buying online and save some $.

A very nice young lady came to me and asked what was looking for, could for myNord 4. She shows me the coils and I buy them. Get into my truck and see that the ones she sold me I just bought are to big. I go back in and informed them what has problem was. And she took care of it right and then...hey theyre the best on this side of town👍

Helpful staff for being my first time. They were informative but the atmosphere was a bit off. The displays were nice but I was a bit confused when looking for what I wanted.

The staff at the Alpine Wild Bills is by far the best I’ve seen. I live over an hour away, and it’s hard not to drive out to this location just because I know I’ll have a good experience. Super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff! 100/5 stars from me!

I stop in here to get all of my blunt wraps and vape supplies the staff is always really helpful and nice . Excellent selection of pipes and water pipes some even from local artists . There is a pretty extensive cigar selection in the walk in humidor . You cant miss with wild bills

Nice guy that I talked to today helped me fine but I was looking for him. Whats really cool about most of the workers that Ive run into there is no matter your age of course as long as youre over 21 they are really you know relaxed and helpful.

Service can be great or minimal, decent heady products, my go to for most things! They dont have certain products (niche things) but still are a great shop check it out if you havent. Still doesnt compare to west side smoke shop though.

Great location, excellent selection, convenient hours (open on Sunday even!),fair prices, and friendly helpful staff. We were in on a Sunday afternoon and this place was quite busy.....which usually indicates the establishment is reputable. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will return on the future if in the area again.

Its alright, kinda all smushed together for hpw much product they got. I went there to get a present for my S/O for Christmas. I had in mind exactly what I wanted to get and some employee was up my butt the entire time and just was rushing me and wouldnt leave me alone at like 2pm on a Saturday. It was annoying and really made me want to go somewhere else but their prices are okay so not gonna rate it awful. My dad is a loyal customer so cant be too bad just based off my one experience.

Came in to take a look around since Ive never been at this location and ended up walking out with two new built coils and two batteries. Cam and the staff here are extremely knowledgeable on every product they sell and arent like the stereotypical salesmen that try to talk you into the most expensive stuff. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get started vaping and for those who are more experienced! Anyone who needs coils built need to come in and ask for Shaun!

The worst curb side service!! Now, I will NEVER do business there AGAIN! I not only spoke to the kid, I texted also, he looked at his phone while I stood there but other people pulled up and were waited on. I am standing there alone, at least, going to the door instead of just looking at me. Oh well, money lost for them!!

Would give a zero if I could. Horrible customer service. Bought 3 battery vape pens which turned out to be junk product. Not a single one worked without severely manipulating my cartridge( a cartridge that worked just fine with my other 3 pens). Brought back the very next day and would not be refunded. Along with being rudely belittled by a very disrespectful and condescending manager. Will not be back.

Bought a new mod, salesman was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had an issue with the unit not charging properly and the manager refused to replace even though they give you a seven day return policy and it had been only three days. We have spent a lot of money here but will be spending our future money at Joost Vapor around the corner. Fortunately the manufacture (SMOK) is resolving the issue.

They do stand behind the products they sell, at least for 14 days, after that your on your own. The vape pens they sell are not built to last I have went through 5 in the last few months. They did replace 1 for free because it broke within 14 days. The staff is very friendly and seem somewhat knowledgeable about the products they sell

Great inviroment and really good selection but way on the pricey side. The staff was friendly and helpful place was clean and welcoming. Great layout and item placement. However the tubes I normally get for roll your own cigs cost over $5 at this store and $2.50 at most other locations. They will match prices with a receipt it is kinda a PTA to go all over town for in stock products to obtain one. I like this store just wish it was more budget friendly.

The glass is little pricey but the selection and employees are great! They have all sorts of glass for your personal uses, all sorts of papers, vaporizers, tobaccos, and ecig equipment and juice. Overall a good atmosphere and knowledgable staff.

Swisher white owls.are stale and dry as hell told a guy I need3d a mod box that the battery compartment locked in good got.home charged it picked up batteries fell out horrible service. Dont go there felt rushed and workers arent very informative. Or know,how to get what a customer is looking for or.simoly.say sorry I dont have anything like that here. Will not go back

Was a regular, but after many times of employees that like to bad mouth products and treat you like you know nothing Ill only go there for a vape emergence. Have a couple great knowledgeable workers and couple that just try to sell you combos that wont even work together. Ive watched customers be ignored while the workers talk with there buddies. One employee everytime I go in there if he is working Id turn around and walk out. He screwed me out of a warranty age I was told to bring it in... so sad to see bad employees destroy a company name

Best place in West Michigan for all your Vape needs, the guys there are great, super helpful and friendly, as well as at the Northland location. They have never steered me wrong they are always looking out. They will help you out anyway they can, given the new bullsh*t regulations our corrupt government has imposed. Go check them out.

Its truly sad that a tobacco store has better quality Vape Juice and Accessories than actual E Cig stores that are specifically for Vaporizing. They always have the coils, juice, and batteries I need and everyone is always super nice. Good job guys keep it up. -Wild Bills on Alpine

This location charges double what they charge at their other locations. Been lied to by staff saying each location is individually owned... not true. Had another staff state to not buy at this location & go to the other one on Northland bc it’s cheaper. Said they do this because there is no direct competition in the area, where as the Northland location has a competitor two doors down. Lousy customer service all around,unless you’re buying something. Then they are all the greatest people ever. Will never shop at a Wild Bills ever.

Good atmosphere and pricing. Could hire staff that know the products and understand how they work. Most of them do, but there are a few in the bunch that could use some brushing up on their knowledge.

Well, on the phone the representative for the store said, for four packs of Marlboro silver it would be $28.00, with an account, but it was $29.37. Only about $.63 different than Admiral with a rewards card. So, whatever is convenient.

I have bought my cigars and other tobacco here for a while and havnt really had a problem. They do offer to cut cigars for you if you dont have a cutter. If you call and the call gets disconnected call them back, sometimes they have trouble with their phone and they dont mean to hang up on you. The staff are very knowlegable and help make a very good decision. I bought a pipe from these guys and it has held up very well for me and they helped me make a very good decision. One thing that gets me coming back is their buy one get one cigar deals. It is always nice to have a cigar for myself and another one for a friend.

Im not happy with Wild Bills most of the time because the cigarette tobacco that I like to use is never readily available. They always tell me they only order a couple bags and I am the one who never gets those bags. It would be nice if your stores could carry a little bit more Supply

Great tobacco at a good price. Good vape liquid kinda pricey. The staff are pompas kids who know nothing and are very rude when you ask them a question, they seem like they just want you out of the store so they can continue to vape. Very very unprofessional

I’ve tried this place twice and both times I bought 2 glow vapes only to have both of them die within an hour when normally they last at least a week.Junky products.

I really like Wild Bills. There are places with more stuff, better quality, and cheaper prices, but thats only if you shop around. You cant beat wild Bills atmosphere or variety and they seemingly carry everything that other shops discontinue. For example. Try finding prince coils or novo pods in grand rapids... I only found them here. They still have smok! Their glass is all reasonably priced and their stock is always full when Im there. Also very knowledgeable in the ecig department for having so much more than that.

Staff was very knowledgable about vape juice flavors and etc.. They got me by with a smaller amount of juice til I could come back on Wednesday and get the Wild Wensday deal on a couple of bottles of juice.. One thing thatnh33 puzzled about was they sold a mod to me that they did not carry batteries for. It was an oddball size battery, but why sell the mod ir you dont sell the batteries for it? Oh, and if youre into glass ware... they got it all!!

We went to wild Bills on black friday and didnt get one of our glass rang up they gave us 20% off. Also they have way better organization and glass then anywhere else.

This was the #1 place to go for vaping needs. I dont fault them for not selling 18650 batteries anymore. However if you need batteries & tanks Joost vapor down the road sells them.

I love going there and i had a problem with my machine wasnt about to pay othe $42 for a machine so they offer to fix with the parts i had from older machine this wild Bills on alpine nw and not only that the employees are awesome, friendly, just wish it was open until 10pm 😀💖

Store was well organized and clean. Had a good variety of tabocco related products, pipes etc. Walk in humidor was nice with a great selection if cigars.

Bought a metal piece here and it was complete garbage, the hole was drilled retardedly with a massive gap behind it and the threads on the stem were almost non existent. I bought a glass piece from another Wild Bills and it had glass shards flaking off it within an hr. 2/2 horrible purchases. I would not reccomend Wild Bills over the Various other Head Shops in Grand Rapids.

I bought a 180 dollar oil rig here and the dome for it randomly broke within a few days. The entire rig got a huge crack in the bottom within the first week for no reason and another massive crack within two weeks in places no where near the heat. DO NOT BUY THEIR E CIGS OR OIL RIGS, THEY SUCK AND WILL BREAK SOOOOO QUICK!!! Also most of their pieces are labeled with the wrong price, probably on purpose so you get one you like and all the pieces for it chosen out and then they say once it rings up oops its 50% higher price.... Mine was supposed to be 120 and rang to 180 and they didnt even care that they screwed up so huge and even admitted that most of the prices on the floor were incorrect. Also dont buy the stash can containers, theyre mostly used, I bought one and it had dents and scratches on it and I didnt even put anything in it and it was moldy on the inside a week later and Ive tried to wash it and clean it to no avail... This place sells cheap low quality merchandise, the only good things is the people are nice and they have good hookah tobacco.

They helped me get my tvf12 Cloud beast king when I got home my wife says it works a lot better and so do I I didnt even know they had free water there which was nice they gave it to me because it was a hot day yesterday and I didnt even know they had that and now I do.

We wont be going back. Getting tired of them not taking care of the bug issues with the tobacco! Ive found & smoked every stage (4)of the bugs! Gross! Eggs, cocoons, worms & beatles! Nasty! Their tobacco also has a moldy musky smell(rotting worms maybe?had to throw away the container I kept it in bc of pungent smell) could be The hormone traps that they place but only attract the worms. That doesnt get rid of the Beatle or during their caccon stage. There will always be the eggs but the company they are going through doesnt handle the tobbaco properly. Were now going to Tobacco outfitters. Wonderful place. That take the bug issues seriously. They handle the tobbaco way differently than wild bills.they dont have you get the tobbaco yourself, keep them in bins with dark lids(keeps the tobacco moist like it should be.) thats so it doesnt get the sunlight & dry it out(which wakes them up & hatches the eggs). They also dont open the outside doors like Wild bills does, instead Tobacco outfitters will turn the air on. Its really common sense! We gave them a year to fix this but they didnt. Wild bills needs to clean their entire store ,spray for bugs and spend more time handling the tobbaco properly, instead of chillin and smoking their vape pens! We would have went back(alpine store) for pipes but since they didnt want to make anything right but replace the bug infested tobacco with the same bug infested tobacco, were not! Dont make sense. If your going to go to wild bills go to the one off Northland dr & Plainfield. They are more professional and they dont act like they been just getting high! Im ALL for smoking pot but not in the work place, IF it effects your work duties. Demand your money back if this happens to you. My Bf dont like confrontation, so I didnt make him push the issue any further! Although I should have.
