Every time I come here, the environment is always very friendly. The prices are always very reasonable and sometimes you even get some freebies and I’ll cut you deals if they see you coming in a lot because you’re a frequent shopper. They definitely try to work with you throughout whatever is going on or whatever you may need they’ve even been willing and have bought things that I needed for my devices and the past to constantly have in stock for me in the future, I would highly recommend this store to any and everyone I know. I brought my Mom in today, she is new to vaping and had several questions about the flavors and things that I know nothing about. I called around, and most of the places I called didnt answer the phone (though the hours listed online show them open for and hour or more). I finally got one to answer, the young man on the phone was incredibly nice and informational about the products carried in store.I came in within the hour and Meeno (not sure I got the spelling right, sorry!) was there to help my mom. Meeno was patient with her as she asked her questions, and he asked a few of his own -which I greatly appreciated as it was amazing customer service! After a few questions they came upon a flavor she would like.One final cherry on top of this visit was the price was way more affordable than the first place my Mom bought her vapes from so thank you for that!!!

This is honestly the best headshop Ive ever shopped at. The staff is insanely friendly. I have to give a huge shout out to Ryan the general manager. Hes probably one of the chillest guys Ive met and is always super helpful. Im always happy when I walk in and see hes working. Definitely shop here these guys are great.

This place is awesome. Staff is always friendly and this is the 1st place I’ve found who carry the zigzag cones! They do industry discounts and more! Originally found this spot in Fort Collins, so hyped that they have a Greeley location!!

I have had a great experience each and everytime I go to Puffs. They have a wide variety of products and they also carry cool items like gemstones and rocks which I love!! The employees are helpful and great people. The main thing I go there for is Escobar vapes but I always seem to pick up some other cool items too. Thank you Puffs!!! I went into this business 4 days after it opened, and I was pleasantly surprised. I found it to be a better place than others such as OneLove, or Highlander, mainly because the store employee took the time to actually have a conversation with us, rather than to merely conduct a simple business transaction. There was tons of glassware, any kind and type of nicotine you could possibly want, and many different kinds of vaporizers, torches and other smoking accessories. They have all of the standard things you will find in todays modern head-shop, such as spores, kratom and others, but the store employee was also quite knowledgeable about the uses and effects of everything. I really liked the rock and gemstones offered for sale, as well as the fish tank they have set up in back. Prices are good, but the sales are even better. I highly recommend this business for all of your smoking needs!

Arrived at 10 when they open. Open sign was on but the doors were locked and no lights on inside. Employee never showed up I guess to open the shop
