Stopped in a little after 6pm last week. In and out real quick, and the lady working there (didnt get her name)was nice and friendly

Seriously no one knows what they are doing or has any customer service skills. I was in line for 15 mins while they struggled to figure out something to do with advancing lotto tickets. They didnt say anything to me in those 15 mins. Another customer came and went. They probably lost out on 100 because of their lack of customer service skills and knowledge of the job. I am flying out today and needed to buy stuff but I left and went somewhere else because after 15 mins I felt you didnt deserve my money!

Always have what were looking for great prices. Friendly staff. Must be under new management. No problems with this new group. Old group, not always respectful. Held back items on shelf. Now we are able to buy the quantity we need. Keep up the great work, yall!!

Excellent service, and staff took time (even during the busy period) to be friendly and kind. Hands were freezing so I couldnt very well count the money I gave him. He was honest and gave me correct change back even though I knew I gave him more than the price. I couldnt seperate it. Considerate courteous and answered any questions I had, he seemed to put me first, clean atmosphere, good prices.

The staff is great and outgoing. I look forward to a smile when I go there . And I have to give Cindy a big thank you because everytime they dont sell what Im looking for ,she goes out of her way to make me happy . So thank you !

I like this place due to the fact its always easy to get in and out pretty fast , theres never a line like most tobacco shops. I love the fact they are one of the very few places left that actually carry my brand of smokes (Philly cigarellos) . they have always been good about ordering them if I ask and keeping a good supply of them too.The staff is always been friendly and I really appreciate them for ordering my Philly cigars when nobody else will anymore.And for a great price!! Best in town for sure!Ive been a customer at this store for the past 18 years and will continue to be for possibly many more , so long as long as they keep selling my phillys !....... Editing post..... They stopped ordering my Phillys.. I keep asking and asking about if they will be getting more and NOPE !! They simply said , they do not want to order them anymore.. so they just lost my business.. Ill go spend a couple hundred dollars a week elsewhere and tell my friends to boycott this place. Man I have brought alot of business there way but never again ..

Guy behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. Selection was pathetic. Tiny store with nothing to offer, dont waste your time. Not at all on brand with any other Smoker -Friendly- Ive ever been to.
