Maya, my aesthetician, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the products, making me feel completely at ease in her care. The waiting area was calm, beautiful, and inviting. I cant wait to return for another skincare treatment!

Booked a same day massage and Jamie was absolutely amazing! She gave me a relaxing and deep massage. I only did 60 minutes but I highly recommend doing 90 because it felt so good. The front desk was so nice and personable. I highly recommend this day spa to anyone in the area

I just had my first massage here with Jamie. It was INCREDIBLE. I don’t know how to explain it but it was more than a massage - I felt like it was almost soul cleansing. She spent time getting to know my preferences and making sure I was comfortable. Also, the massage table was HEATED! I was so comfortable I would pay just to take a nap in that room. I also really enjoyed the aroma - kind of like a mix of incense and essential oils. I will absolutely be back!

Had the most relaxing massage and reflexology experience! It was my first time experiencing hot bamboo and it was great. Loved the decor and good energy of this place. Staff is kind and knowledgeable. Jaime took great care of me :) I plan to return to try out facials, reiki, and more!

My first time getting waxed there was about three weeks ago. I have sensitive skin and the wax at Emerge is better than other places, I waited to write my review to see how my skin would react to the wax. I enjoy the convenience of scheduling appointments online, their online portal is straightforward and easy to use. Alisha Lemons did my wax and she was personable and very professional. She picked the perfect wax to use for my skin so that it would not get irritated. If you are on the fence I would speak from experience and say give it a try because you wont regret it!!!

My massage with Jaime was perfect. I have previously been to some of the major massage franchises and have not received what I would consider a great massage. I am happy to report that I now have a massage therapist that I will return to. It is money and time well-spent.

I have been seeing Azalea for years now. She is not only an excellent aesthetician but a wonderful energy healer. Emerge has an authentic and healing atmosphere that is a necessary part of my self care. I was so excited when she added a massage therapist to her staff! I have been to see Gay Cox several times. She is amazing! She always finds my trouble spots without me having to say. I always leave feeling relaxed, less stressed and thankful. On my last visit with Gay, we added the acupressure with the tuning forks. I was impressed! She was able to work through my knots much easier . I highly suggest them! Final note, the covid protocol is on point, and the space is always super clean! The whole staff is friendly and pleasant 😊

I had the full facial done today. Amazing. I like the new location with easy parking. Services are sophisticated yet not intimidating for people like me that got a little behind in their skincare over the last couple of years. It was such a treat to enjoy the additional services with the full service facial (hand a foot massage.) I feel spoiled! Will be back soon!

I cannot explain how wonderful and amazing my experience was with Emerge Skin + Soul. From the time I booked until the day of my appointment everyone was so helpful. My facial was excellent my reiki session was just what I needed. Days later my skin glowed and my heart was over flowing with joy still. I really enjoyed the experience and cannot wait to go back.They have everything you could ever need to help clear your energy and raise your vibration.

Best wax Ive had. Just the right amount of conversation. She used several different waxes to get best results and put on calming oil throughout.UPDATE: I went back for a facial with Alisha. It was hands down the best facial Ive had. Usually I get impatient or dont love all the different products they use. This facial was very relaxing and all the products felt and smelled amazing. I had a pore cleansing with extractions. She wasnt afraid to spend some time with the extractions to ensure she got all she could. The massage for my neck and arms topped it off with the best smelling oil Ive ever had.

This was my very first brazilian wax and I was super nervous!!! Alisha Lemons was very professional and explained every detail thoroughly which calmed my nerves. The facility was exceptionally clean and relaxing. I was recommend Emerge and Alisha to everyone!!!I also got an eyebrow and eyelash tint. The experience was relaxing and the results were astonishing!!! I booked a second appointment before leaving and will going to Alisha for all my hair removal needs from now on.

Alisha made my first bikini wax as relaxing as possible. Honestly it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. She let me know everything she was doing and gave me tips to make the experience bareable. Azalea and this place is wonderful!! Went in for a service called DNA activation, I was curious when I heard about it from a friend and wanted to try it for myself, and my experience was nothing short of great! Like any energy healing modality, there needs to be a trust factor involved when receiving the healing, and Azalea was amazing she explained everything is detail.. I was so relaxed throughout and after the activation. Looking forward to seeing some significant shifts in my life!Ooh and also the space is gorgeous! Can’t wait to go back for a facial!!

I had an excellent appointment with Azalea today. I was warmly greeted with hot apple cider, which was perfect for a chilly day. Azalea was knowledgeable and gracious, she answered all of my (many) questions and really helped me create a skincare routine that would work for me. The spa is cozy, parking was a breeze, and the service is outstanding. Highly recommend!

I received a lash lift and it was the best decision Ive made. My lashes looks great and the process was quick and easy. I was very nervous about the whole thing but Alisha explained everything along the way and it was done before I knew it. Now even on my no/minimal makeup days, my lashes are thriving. The whole experience was wonderful! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to enhance and lift your lashes!

My initial appointment at Emerge was a waxing Living Social deal. I’d received waxes before at other highly rated locations in the Triad, but never one that matched the quality I received at Emerge. Alex was fantastic, professional, and thorough. I have a high threshold for pain, so that was never a problem, but I was amazed at the attention to detail, precision, and care.After my first appointment, I was eager to return, so I started scheduling facials. My skin is dry/oily/patchy/red and any other combination of horrible you can imagine. Alex assessed my skin and tailored the facial to my needs. She suggested products (without being pushy) and offered me samples to try some of the lines they carry. Truly customer focused!They run fantastic monthly specials and really incentivize return visits. Scheduling is easy and they have a nice, clean space. I will wax nowhere else. Love this place.

Azalea is simply the best on every level! I recently had a DNA Activation session with her and it was an incredible experience. I felt a great sense of calm and centeredness. It was also informative and rather fascinating to learn about the process. The results I experienced were almost immediate. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to address issues such as addiction, nervous system ailments, chakra clearing, consciousness shifts and so many others. There are too many to list! Azalea is a truly gifted healer.

The woman who checked me out learned that I was new in town and took ten minutes out of her day to tell/write me so many good recommendations for things to do and places to eat around town!

Great experience! I had my first facial with Alicia four weeks ago to eliminate hyperpigmentation and improve skin texture. I am pleased to say that I have seen great improvements. Alicia is very professional and well informed. She researches the best options for treating all skin tones. I am looking forward to my next session!

Alisha was awesome. Its been over 10 years since my last wax and she made me very comfortable and was as gentle as possible. No issues several weeks later.

What I LOVE about Emerge Skin + Soul is the holistic approach they take to skincare. After any treatment I feel nourished from the INSIDE-OUT! I walk away feeling more whole then when I arrived. Self-care and love is a continuous, ongoing process. I feel blessed to have found individuals that I feel safe and can trust to help guide me along my personalized soul and skincare journey.

I am self employed and have to fill in when an employee can’t work or my business does not operate and therefore needed to RESCHEDULE not cancel my appointment. I called a total of 5 times and left 3 messages and it took over 24 hours for them to respond only to have Melinda tell me I was still being charged 50% of my appointment fee. No at all acknowledgement that my calls and voicemails were ignored from the previous day. Very disappointed in the way this was handled.
