Diana Nails & Spa

The nail salon is clean and the employees are nice but it doesn’t make up for the lack of quality service. I’ve come here a total of three times, once for an acrylic overlay and the two other time for gel manicures. My nails the last two times were mediocre though this time i’m more than disappointed. I went in for a gel manicure and quickly received one but the paint job isn’t good and the polish has chipped after only having my nails done for four days. I’m not sure if i’ll return in the future but if I do its only because its the closest nail salon to where I live. This salon is simply too much money for such low quality.

Very nice place to get your nails done but I realized that they do so much more. The tech I had is Nani and she is amazing. She can make a way outta know way. Shes also skilled as a makeup artist as well as so much.

What a nice place.💕 I tried 4 places when I moved to Greensboro. I have found nirvana here. Kasey was eloquent, friendly and knowledgeable. I am not chatty and we talked just the right amount for me to be comfortable. Kasey was quick and efficient. My nails are BEAUTIFUL!

Diana nails and spa is such a relaxing and caring place to relax and to get tour while done. You’re greeted with mimosas and taken care of the entire time. This was my first time there and I will definitely be a returning client ! Nani is super skilled in any design you show her and will make sure you leave happy ! Truly the best nail tech I’ve ever had !

I got an acrylic set done here today by Nani Albarran and it’s so cute! The staff here all so nice and my nails always look amazing!

I’m annoyed but I’ll try to keep this as professional as possible because I usually have a good experience here.I asked for a design at my 10 am appointment and was told I needed to request that when booking . Mind you, it’s a simple flower but no one would be able to do a design until after 1 when that person arrives. How does a nail business not have anyone that can do designs until a certain time of day? Designs should be something all techs can do or at least have someone there at all times that can.I was sat in a seat where the massage chair didn’t work. That’s the best part of the pedi! I was not even offered a water but the white ladies next to me were offered. By now, I’m hot!I asked for gel polish, got regular instead so I asked him to redo it and he did without complaint.This is the last time I’ll pay $60+ for a service and not get what I want. Not coming back. I had complimented your business to several people previously after they gave me negative feedback but will have to let them know things have changed.

Hands down the best nail salon experience I’ve ever had. Immediately upon arrival I was made to feel special, welcomed, and even given a tour of the very clean facility. Highly impressed with all of the services offered at a great price. After showing the gentleman a picture of what I would like, I was paired with CC in what proved to be a match made in heaven. She was kind, and extremely attentive to detail when it came to the shape and design of my nails. This was a breath of fresh air and like night and day in comparison to what I had settled for with my previous nail tech. I truly didn’t know what I was missing out on until I stepped foot in this place. I am so happy to have found my new nail salon & nail tech. 🥰

Excellent top notch Salon!!! I have searched high and low in Greensboro for a Salon that could do intricate nail designs, well I have found it! Quessica did my nails, and I couldnt be happier with the result. I gave her a photo and my nails actually look better than the photo I gave her. Snow, the Owner did my Pedicure and it was wonderful, so relaxing. This Salon is so clean, and its so relaxing. There is no yelling or chaos, like some other Salons Ive frequented in Greensboro. This will be my go to Salon. Cant wait to go back. Give this place a try, you will be glad you did!

Nani is new to Diana’s Nails and did a great job on my nails and toes. I told her exactly what I wanted and she executed it flawlessly.Definitely check her out she can do anything you request!!

This is the third salon I have tried since I moved in December from Huntsville Alabama and “this is my new nail salon! Clean, professional and both owners very attentive to every detail.Did I mention awesome prices?Looking forward to my next appointment and trying some of the spa services they offer

My daughter and I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and were taken back for services very quickly. There were several people already in the salon and many more came after us but they all seemed to be taken care of in a timely manner. I had a full set of acrylics with gel polish and my daughter had a full set and a pedicure. We were both extremely happy with the service and the price. Everyone was so nice and pleasant! We both took pictures in of what we wanted our nails to look like and we left with results better than the pictures! I will definitely return. They also have many services beyond the basic feet and hands.

This is the best place! Snow and her team are incredible!! We have been coming to Dianas Nails for years. Snow and Nathan are impeccable people and so warm and welcoming! Vera did a great job on my feet. Jackson is a comedian and kept us entertained.

Not a great experience and not the most cleanly environment (rags looked dirty/reused). Pedicure looks like I did it myself, chipped and smudged the first few hours after I got it. The nail polish brands were cheaper than most other salons I’ve been to, hence the chipping and smudging. Unfortunately would not recommend this establishment.

I have been going to Diana Nails for the past few years and have absolutely loved every service I’ve had there. Most recently, I got a deluxe pedicure and manicure that was done by Nani. She was absolutely wonderful and I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Super nice people. The pricing is super affordable and you still get the optimal level of customer service. I was greeted at the door by a man that was great at making sure he knew what we wanted entirely. Two ladies worked with my daughter abs niece and a gentleman did my pedicure deluxe and he made sure I was satisfied.

Yesterday I went to Diana Nails and it was the bomb. They are a full service salon that give the best pedicures and manicures. They even gave some Moscato. I dont drink wine and I was tipsy. And my eyebrows have never looked this good.

Ive visited this location a few times now for various services (appts or walk-in), and its always a pleasant experience. Its a calm, clean environment with friendly staff. I highly recommend and will continue to visit while/when in the area.

Friendly the place is clean they do a great job with my nails this is two week after they did my filling but I love how they still look great. Again they R very friendly and attentive.

I had Kasey this morning, and she was absolutely amazing. Not only did she do an amazing job with my nails, but she was incredibly sweet and kept great conversation. She made my experience a really good one, and I definitely plan to come back and see her again. Her talent is unmatched!!

I had a wonderful experience with Sierra as my mail tech. The environment was relaxing and I got some wine during my visit which really took the edge off of a stressful day. On top of that, the entire staff was warm, friendly and accommodating. Sierra did a great job on my nails and I’ll definitely be back

My experience with Diana Nails & Spa has been nothing short of great! The owners are very welcoming and accommodating with last minute appointments. Refreshments are offered upon arrival and you are assisted upon entering the pedicure chair, I feel as a safety precaution, which I love! Most recently Neimi offered my services. She is pleasant, courteous and knows how to make you feel special. My sister turned me on to this location and my brother has patroned this location as well. I highly recommend! I absolutely 💯♥ this place! Everyone is so kind, personable and they treat you like family! This is and will always be my go to place! They literally treat you like a queen! I bring my now 85 year old Mother there to get SNS nails & Deluxe Pedi done. Mom loves it, she says it makes her feel good to get pampered like they do. Most all call her Momma, its so sweet! Update, I have been coming to Diana’s for the last 6 services already and they are consistently amazing!Totally worth it! Service is awesome, place is neat and relaxing, technicians are kind and professional. I have nothing but good comments about this place!Previous review (1st time) Excellent service! Very friendly and professional. It was nice to see people at different stations talking together. My nail artist had over 5years experience but never created any designs on nails before - and I didnt know what I wanted! I kept changing my request and ended up with a simple contemporary design. Everyone commented my nails look good and was something they havent seen before, which fits my personality perfectly. I was so happy my artist allowed me to figure out the design as we went, and I love the results!

I had a wonderful experience here! Vera did my nails, and I also got a pedicure with Glenn. Everyone was very accommodating and welcoming, they went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. The owner of the salon even gave me a tour afterwards to show me everything that they offer! I will definitely be back 😊

This was my first time going here and they were wonderful. My nail tech was Cierra and I absolutely loved her. She has such a laid back, welcoming demeanor and I felt really comfortable with her from the start. We talked over ideas and I left with the cutest nails I think Ive ever had. The place that I had been going to had gone downhill drastically, this was a very welcome change.Edit: I hate to edit reviews. It always makes me feel like the original was insincere. However, due to the fact that this has gotten a lot of traction, I feel like I need to. The top coat that they put on my matte nails peeled off within the day. The nails looked awful. I went back to get them fixed, and granted it was later in the evening, about an hour before close time but I had called ahead to ask if I could come and they said it would not be a problem - Id been at work the entire day and was leaving for a family reunion the next day. The girl that fixed my nails was NOT the girl who had done them. She was, still, wonderful. I still recommend her. The girl who DID fix my nails was sloppy, she was rushed, it was clear she did not want to be doing them and was just trying to pass the time. The second picture in this set is what she let me leave with the first time. I came back inside after sitting in my car for a few minutes where I could actually get a good look at then. The 3rd picture is what she let me leave with the SECOND time. She brushed off any concerns I had about the appearance of my nails. Would not fix them a 3rd time and was so impatient with me about having to re-do them the 2nd time that I really didnt even want her to. As a result of this I am changing my 5 star review down to 1. Cierra was, and still is, wonderful. This edit is no reflection on her. If it wasnt for such a distasteful visit with the second girl, Id honestly go back. Sucks that she ruined it for everyone.

I have found my favorite nail tech at Diana Nails. That would be the wonderful Amanda. From the get go at the first time at her station she is so welcoming and outgoing. A great sense of humor and a shoulder to cry on or an ear to listen. She is very much like that sister you may not have had. All in all I have no plans to switch salons unless I move or Amanda leaves. Thank you.

Absolutely love this place. I tried them out after looking them up online on 08/30 before my birthday and was so happy I did. I made an appointment for 3 pm had a young lady named Yesica who was very nice who took her time with detail on every service I chose to get which was full-set on hands and acrylic on all toes. I had a great experience specially when the owner Snow popped out with a birthday cupcake on the spot and sang happy birthday to me. I left the establishment with full confidence that I will be back because they gave me the ultimate experience that all women and men would want when paying for services. I have never experienced this type of service since getting my nails done until now. THANK YOU

The place was lovely. They even offered drinks however I didnt go to be wined and dined. I went to get my nails done. While the people were lovely, my gel nails were quite the opposite. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

My experience at Diana Nails & Spa was amazing! As soon as I stepped into the door I was greeted and sat down. I received a gel pedicure and the service was amazing as well. Price wise this salon is very affordable. I was very pleased with my experience here and will continue to be a customer and recommend others to this location!

Horrible experience! Nails where already messed up before leaving. Guy look and noticed it was messed said nothing. But it’s ok still tips for basic services. Toes was not done well Also sides of nail in corner not polish.

I love their deluxe manicure and pedicure. My husband feels comfortable getting a manicure and pedicure here as well. They are extremely professional at what they do.

I had an absolutely amazing experience here. I came in to have a gel manicure redone, and a gel pedicure done. They got everything done quickly, with noticeable quality. It was my birthday when I came in, and they brought a cupcake with a candle from the back. The whole salon, including the customers, all sang happy birthday. They were incredibly kind and I felt like part of a family. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Got my legs fully waxed and my fingers done! They were sweet, thorough, and professional! The prices are great as well! My first waxing experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better one! Definitely recommend these lovely people.

I was given a beautiful full-set by Ms.Vera. She was just wonderful! She listened to the design I wanted for my nails and was very kind when I asked her to shorten my nails. She paid deep attention to every single finger and made sure each nail was done to perfection. Best customer service. Everyone is incredibly kind and unlike many nail places, they keep up with appointments times. After going only three times now, many employees know exactly who I am! Absolutely LOVE this salon! found this gem after being fed up with my old salon - the techs here are very polite & don’t chat amongst themselves, which was the problem at my old salon. At least one of the owners are always present, sometimes both of them. This salon is really clean & in a good location on Battleground - i feel safe going there. I have Vera do my acrylic fill ins & she’s so meticulous! So glad i found this salon & made the change! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We’ve been coming to Diana Nails for years. They are very welcoming, friendly, and professional. The salon is beautiful and we always leave satisfied with our service. My daughter has chosen to go here for 2 birthdays now, and each time they have brought out a cupcake with a candle and had the whole salon sing to her. Just genuinely nice and professional owners and awesome staff.

I wanted to get my Nails done before a trip and I decided to come here! It was so easy to book online and then after arriving my whole experience was great! I got a full acrylic set with some designs which look gorgeous. I also got a gel pedicure and I am so happy I did. Kristen took care of me and she did a great job!

This was a great experience! I came because of all of the other reviews thinking it would be great for my mom’s first manicure and pedicure and can’t say enough. Snow was so warm and everyone was super friendly. The service was excellent. I’m really particular about my SNS services and Pim and his wife were VERY thorough with that and my pedicure. Will definitely be coming back.

Wow. What an amazing experience I had today at this nail salon. The customer service is amazing. The hospitality is AWESOME! You can tell how much the owners care about your salon experience. The staff are all accommodating and friendly. Ive been shopping around for a new nail salon and this has been the best in town. They had an attention to detail that I have not seen anywhere else. I didnt feel rushed and like I was just being shoved in and out. Instead I was so relaxed that I fell asleep during my foot rub. Honestly the best place I’ve ever been to. My grandmother said she is “anxious to go back!” Our nail stylist was Snow and she was so kind to my grandmother. The owner as well! I’d give more stars if I could and we will definitely be returning. I will be recommending this nail salon to everyone!

I moved to Greensboro last year from Detroit, Michigan. I visited several nail salons and was not satisfied. I walked in Diana Nails and Spa and immediately loved it. The owners are awesome. After only 2 visits when I go in they know you by name. My nail tech is Vera. Shes awesome! Everybody that work at Diana Nails are very friendly and professional!

I called in at 7:00 for a pedicure(they close at 7:30) and did not make it there until 7:10. However, Diana was ready to greet me and give me a chair to relax. I normally have John on my toes but last night it was Glenn. I had an amazing experience. I received wine, picked my color and was then able to sit back and relax. Between the rubs, hot stone, and warm rag…I dosed off numerous times and awoke to some pretty white toes! I work hard doing construction most days and don’t have time to make it in. I truly appreciate the consideration and amazing job done.

I would give 5 stars for the business because ultimately, the customer service is stellar and the establishment is clean. This last time in particular, I went for a massage, was with a different person. It has been a while since I have went because my last masseuse (Kerri) was AMAZING, but she left. I booked an appointment for a different masseuse and my experience wasn’t so great. I feel like she used only one technique while working on my body and extreme pressure. I did inform her nicely that it was too much pressure and she was a little gentle but went right back to the extreme pressure. My back is sensitive and I was recommended to get massages by my chiropractor. I did leave a tip because I know she tried. I just wished I had someone that seemed to know what they were doing while paying $90 for my massage. I just didn’t feel relaxed while there and when I left.

Walked in right at opening. They offer drinks, are super friendly and my SNS was perfect. Everyone in there is polite and they get you seated and started very fast!

My three daughters (9, 10 & 13) and I went in for gel manicures today. I was really impressed with the service and how nice the technicians were. The owners were there, and we got a tour of the spa area after our manicure. This is a full service salon run by family. We felt welcomed, the service was beautiful, and the prices are in line with other salons. You can tell they want their clients to feel special. They gave a cupcake and sang “Happy Birthday” to a client while we were there. I can’t say I’ve ever seen that before! It was a really sweet gesture ❤️ Bonus: they’re open 7 days a week. I highly recommend them and will go back for future services.

Amanda did my nails did an amazing job. This woman is very sweet and respectable she take the time to fix every Detail and I love the way my shape came out. She also work well with people who have shaky hand would recommend this woman 10/10 . She’s a great woman with a loving conversation. I love how welcoming she makes you feel from start to finish. I rarely get my nails done so I don’t have much to compare to but I will say the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My gel nails turned out beautifully and I was so happy with them. I brought my 4 year old and her friend from school and her mom to get a pedicure with us and the kids loved it. I was however disappointed that while my daughter got a very wonderful and thorough pedicure, her friend only got half of the services my daughter got for the same price. I felt that was unfair. But what was impressive was that my daughter wanted unicorns in her nails and since I asked the day we made the appointment if they had unicorn stuff for nails they express mailed some stickers for us the next day! It was so nice and my daughter was ecstatic. They definitely are out to please their customers.

Today was my first time visiting, and I am TREMENDOUSLY pleased. Friendly faces, excellent costumer service, and fantastic finished product. Doors were held open for me, I was frequently checked on and offered beverages....SO RELAXING. Highly recommend!! My nails are PERFECT, and my eyebrows are on point as well!! My sister and I both got pedicures and we cannot say enough nice things. We were welcomed and made to feel at home from the moment we walked in. The 2 gentleman who did our pedicures were awesome! It was my first time there on Saturday while waiting to get my car serviced, I decided to treat myself. Let me tell you that the service was amazing, very attentive and nice. They even surprised a lady with a cupcake 🧁 and candle when she mentioned it was her birthday weekend. You can really tell they love their customers. Very beautiful salon. Highly recommend 👌

My mother, sister and I went for our girl time on my birthday. I had the deluxe pedicure with Jackson, who a friend recommended. He was FANTASTIC. He was so nice and he was meticulous with my polish. It was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep in the chair. Everyone there is interactive and the atmosphere is friendly. Several people wished me a happy birthday. If you havent been there, GO! You will be glad you did.

I took my best friend here for her birthday and it was PERFECT!!!! Massage, pedi, eyebrow waxing was all amazing! Plus they went above and beyond to make my friend’s day special! Champagne, cupcakes, singing, we had a blast!!! Thank you to the entire staff at Diana Nails and Spa for being so amazing! Everyone was so friendly and kind! Went in for the first time after reading reviews. The tech was really good. The dip looks great, did go a little shorter on the nails then I wanted and the nail design was not as good as I am use to getting from my previous salon out of state. I will give them another try for sure just may skip the design next time.

First time going & I absolutely looooove this place. I’ll definitely be returning. I love toes & I adore my nails so much, there is a few holes in the decal on one of my nails & I didn’t notice until I got home. I think the UV light may have burned it a little but that’s besides the point. The artist did a wonderful job. Not only that, but she was super friendly as well as the rest of the staff.

Lisa provided an amazing full body massage. Will definitely be back. Also, had appt for nails and even though they were busy, I was taken straight back and offered a beverage. So nice to have my appt on time.

1st time customer Jennifer was my tech she was very pleasant & personable. She was attentive & did a great job.The salon is very relaxing. The staff was friendly & I got to met the owners which made the salon even more inviting. I like that they use plastic shields in the pedi tubs. However the salon should invest in the disposable personalized mani pedi packets for there clients safety. Next time I will bring my own.

I had Amanda and she was beyond amazing. The vibes were there. She was professional & we talked from the time I got there until I left! She was very detailed and she did not rush at all! She was very punctual making sure everything was to my liking. She made my appointment worth while and I definitely found my go to place as well as my go to person when I’m in town!

Men workers doing nails are always rougher handling feet, legs, and hands. Place was ridiculous adorned and smelled. Towels used on me were old and stained. A very blah experience.. Will not go back.

I have a very sore damaged toe which can get quite painful if not treated with care. I go back to Jackson at Diana Nails because he is so very careful and gentle around that very tender toe. His pedicures always look great as well. I highly recommend him and this shop.

I have never been loyal to a nail salon before. I usually just go where ever my friends go but I will definitely be sticking with Diana Nails & Spa. It’s a very inviting environment. Everyone is so friendly. The owner is so sweet and makes sure everyone is taken care of and happy. The staff works as a team and you can see it in how quickly they will help each other out. Alexis did my toes. Nancy did my nails. Both of them took their time and made sure I was happy with the results. Nancy didn’t finish my nails until 845 and they close at 730 and she wasn’t the only one who did that. I saw two other ladies doing the same thing instead of rushing with their clients.

This was the first time visiting and I absolutely loved it from the moment I walked in. From the greet at the front door to checkout, everything was perfect. They have the best massage chairs, everyone was very personable, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend this place and Ive been to a lot of different nail places in this town trying to find the right one. They did exactly what I asked and were very helpful, even getting nail color bottles so I could see the exact color before going on. Love, love, love. They were all great people. so nice and although I am not a really talkative person, they don’t mind chatting with their customers, so I can see how anyone would feel comfortable coming here. I absolutely love this place! I went on a thursday to get a full set & miss V did my nails and the shape is wonderful, my gel polish is smooth & she knew exactly what i wanted. I broke a nail over the weekend and schedule an appointment with miss Snow. the staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is nice. it’s a good place to just relax and talk to other clients as well as nail techs. It was my first time there and I was very happy and pleased with the service. When I first arrive I thought it was close because I said a note on the door that stated close for staff retreat, but walk a little further and it was open. My plan was to just get a pedy and medy, and I ask Nate who greeted me at the door do they do massages and told me that they do massages as well. Im just going to let u know the service was awesome, great ,fabulous, fantastic, from my nail to my feet to my full one hour massage. Thank u Daine and her staff. PS, my eyebrows look gorgeous too.

We always love coming here. My girls love it. I however will not get my hair cut their again. Dont get me wrong, the girl was sweet as can be. I think it was more a language barrier thing. I showed her a picture, described what I wanted and left with a totally different cut and way shorter than I wanted. On the plus side, the little scalp massage she gave was awesome.

They are all so professional! I love bringing our elderly mother here as they are so loving and attentive to her while pampering her with SNS nail care and deluxe pedicure! It certainly has a calming and serene environment.

I got my first pedicure of the season there yesterday and was also 3 months late from quarantine 🙄 and when I say my hands and feet still feel like silk 💕 I am in love with this place. Everyone was so nice even the customers were all sweet. It was a clean, welcoming family happy atmosphere. I also loved they had people of all ethnic backgrounds (workers and customers) they also do private appointments. And they do EVERYTHING!! I scheduled a mani pedi and was suppose to get Snow. I got a man nail tec instead. They never showed me the nail colors to pick from and just brought some to my chair. The pedicure was fine but the manicure was terrible. My cuticles look no different but the real issue was with the polish. It was old and gunky and when I mentioned this he put it on anyway. Then when I said it was no good and it should be smooth not bumpy he tried to fix it by putting multiple layers of topcoat. Then it was bumpy and rough but wouldn’t dry. The polish nicked all the way home and I had to remove it and put on my own polish. I told him it was no good 3 times and they sent me home like that anyway. Buyer beware.

My pedicure experience was frustrating and plain awful! First, let me state that I had a basic pedicure yet the guy appeared to not know what he was doing in reference to cleaning. I cut my service short by eliminating some steps and told him he didnt have to do. Polishing was terrible as well. It ended up being too thick and clumpy not smooth at all! Lastly he cleaned some polish from around my toes but I had to keep pointing to other areas where polish remained. To myself I thought Dont he see the polish? Maybe the lighting was bad, idk. Eventually I told him forget it, Ill clean when I get home.

The ladies and gentlemen here are really nice, they speak kind and unrushed to you, and enjoy having conversations with you, theyre very warm and social. They offer you water or wine to drink. I 💘 the atmosphere here. It is always a great experience when its time for getting my nails pampered. Jennifer is my nail tech however I have had a few of the other ladies on occasion when it Jennifer wasnt available and I was pleased. Im really glad I found them 😀

This our third time visiting Dianas nails for pedicures. The service is exceptional. We always receive prompt attention, and their attention to detail is above all others. The staff go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed. They also have a plethora of services to choose from, which makes it a one stop shop for your personal care services.

First off, the service is very cheap as compared to other salons which was nice.However I believe that the owner/manager is the only lady in here I’ve noticed that can do acrylic nails well. A friend of mine spent 3 hours getting her nails done for a simple acrylic fill, and was switched between 3-4 “nail techs” one which took (not an exaggeration) 15-20 minutes to remove polish from ONE NAIL. It made me question if the boy doing her nails was licensed or trained to do so.... I felt so bad for her.I have given two stars because they weren’t horrible. They are nice and make good conversation. It is also one of the few salons that don’t speak a foreign language behind your back.However the owner did answer the phone several times while doing nails which I also felt as unprofessional.Unfortunately my nails came out way too thick, uneven and bumpy. They probably would’ve fixed them if I mentioned it, but I didn’t notice until I left.Personally, I wouldn’t come back unless it was an appointment with the owner.

My daughter and I went for manicures and had the best experience! I have very short nails and Nancy did an amazing job! Best manicure I ever had! And Jennifer went above and beyond on my daughter’s nails, painting a freehand one of a kind design. The owner/ manager is a lovely and sweet lady and made us feel like royalty. I won’t go anywhere else for mani/pedis now!

First time visiting, while I was impressed with the quantity of services offered, I was not impressed with the quality of the pedicure my mother and I received. We went in for pedicures and after picking out our colors we went to soak our feet as any other pedicure, the nail techs that worked with us may have been new and in training, which isn’t an issue; however they didn’t ask us which pedicure we’d like. Just gave us the basic house pedicure, we both left with dry skin and callouses still on our toes. We tried to give feedback to the techs as they were still working but with still being new, they treaded too carefully as to not hurt us, which I appreciate; but we still have ingrown nails. Which is why we went for pedicures in the first place.

I Got a Gel Deluxe Pedicure And It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I can’t remember the guy’s name but he took his time and Had Magical Hands 😍 I Literally Almost Fell Asleep. The Owner was Super Sweet and Attentive! I Will Definitely Be Back! 😊

I was there a total of 2hrs. When I walked in, I was assured they had someone to do my service Turns out they didn’t and the tips the first girl put on weren’t secure enough so they were taken off and put back on by the second lady. Final product looked great, I just wish I wouldn’t have spent $50 and 2 hrs there.

Ive been going to Diane Nails and Spa since it opened. I have been happy and satisfied with each and every encounter. They are always very pleasant and professional. The atmosphere is authentically pleasing, clean, well lite, and peaceful. They offer soothing many options with their manis and pedis! They also offer multiple spa treatments, including massages, facials and hair removal, including bikini waxing. My mother, whom is diabetic, is comfortable, as they take special care and precautions with her to protect her feet. I highly recommend Diana Nails and Spa. FIVE STARS

The first time I went there I called and made an appointment because for some reason I thought this was an upscale nail salon. I arrived for my appointment and had to wait about an hour before someone started my nails. My pedicure came out HORRIBLE, the men there dont really seem to know what they are doing. However, my gel manicure was okay. So I decided to come back a second time just for a gel manicure. This time I did not make an appointment because I realized they dont care about appointments. I picked the same nail polish and she told me that wasnt gel. So they charged me for a gel manicure at my previous visit although it wasnt a gel manicure...CROOKS! Anyway the tech (I believe her name was Jennifer) was sooo nice but she was also so rough! Almost every one of my fingers bled. Then I wondered if they even sanitize their tools. I never seen any of them clean their tools between customers (disgusting) I was highly disturbed.

Did SNS manicure, pedicure with no polish & all both of these entail. Young man did both & did a super job. Only thing was hen we went in, was told price would be $45.00 for Pedi/Mani. Paid $68.00. You need to be specific on pricing so people will understand exactly what we will be paying. Thank you.

Service begins the moment you enter the business! I knew I was in the right spot from the first interaction at the service desk! Nancy was the best! Sheer perfection. She paid close attention to detail and took her time to make sure all looked great! Will return!

While the person as the front desk was kind and attentive, the rest of my experience was completely disappointing. I was told they would match my toes and fingers even with one being SNS and the other standard polish. Not 2 minutes into my pedi, the guy got up and said someone else would have to take over. Another guy came and took over and cut my toenails even though the first guy had just cut them. As soon as the second guy started on my feet, a woman came up and started dremeling my fingernails. I told her my nails were very thin and she kept dremeling them until the burned. Then started applying tips without me getting up to wash my hands or anything else. There was never any sort of manicure done at all. The SNS powder was not the color I picked, put I didn’t realize it till she’d done several layers because I kept waiting on the color to change once it was clear coated. Then they told me they didn’t have a toenail polish to match my fingers, so I had to pick something else, without being able to get up from the chair. Every single nail was a different thickness, length and shape, with flat spots throughout. Instead of coppery bronze fingers and toes, my fingernails are sparkly red and my toenails are purple/burgundy, neither of which will match my dress for the wedding I’m in this weekend. I might as well have flushed $100 down the toilet.

At this Nail & Spa there is a feeling of hospitality if it’s your first visit or you’re a regular customer. EVERYONE is personable and welcoming. There is never that attitude of rushing customers in and out, or employees having conversations around you (as if you’re not sitting of them).Plus, I’ve never had bad service there. They have also saved a broken nail or two.I recommend Diana Nails if you’re in the Greensboro area. It’s on Battleground in the Big Lots shopping center (across the street from Chic Fil A).

This USED to be 1 of my favorite nail salons but since they have expanded they have lost their minds. I used to be a regular customer but my last 2 times being there left me 🤬🤬. Made an appointment online with a tech I selected, & got there and was assigned to another tech. Before that I made an appointment over the phone, & was called THAT NIGHT around 8 to tell me I couldnt have the appointment because someone esle booked the same time online. And the final straw last night I went in for a toe polish change. Not gel, REGULAR POLISH! $17! Where in Greensboro charges $17 for a toe polish change? The sign says $10-$12 & this chick said she charged me $5 for cutting my toenails. I just cut them myself the other night so they were not long, I just assumed it was part of the polish change LIKE IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN & is at all the other nail salons. And I know I am not tripping because I asked a few other ladies and they ALL said that price is unreasonable and higher than the salons they go to. It will be a cold day in hrll before I go back

Service was exceptional! Got a Deluxe Pedi with paraffin wax and it’s called Deluxe for a reason. Plenty of massages, oil, hot stones and towels and exfoliating. Polish, toes, and heels on point! So needed and relaxing. Thank you!

I love this nail salon! Always inviting and the staff is amazing. Everyone especially Ceiara does great work. The only thing that I didnt like on my last visit was the two patrons who were being serviced with their one yr olds. The nail salon is not the place for babies, especially crying ones. It was annoying and should not be tolerated. Most of us come to relax and you cant with babies crying. Overall I really like the salon minus the crying babies

I was pleased with the politeness if the technicians and their desire to live up to customer expectations. Pricing was fair- no hidden charges. Quality work by all the technicians who worked on us.We will be back

Let me just say I love my nails . I brag about this nail salon all the time I have 5 people not including me that are dying to come there ! Every time I come I’m greeted with the warmest welcome even if it’s down to the last hour . I’m always offered something to drink and the technicians are so great ! They actually take the time to hear what you want and they make sure you are satisfied. I’ve been to a lot of different nail salons that don’t have the professionalism that this salon has it’s such a beautiful place and of course I’m coming back this ida my new nail home I wish I would’ve known about this salon years ago . Consider me and my girls life long customers

This is the best group of people you could ever meet! They make you feel so at “home” and at ease! Everyone is so very nice!They do great work and they stand behind their workmanship! If ever a problem; they will go out of their way to fix it and make you completely happy!!!!!Always a great time whenever I am there!!!

First time here but now a forever customer. The people are so friendly and my nails came out great. This was my first gel manicure and I love it!

Went there yesterday. Nails turned out a nightmare. Hate the shape and polish is clumpy. Also took over 2 hours and I was late for an appointment. Hate that I paid and was unsatisfied with outcome. They tried to just rush me out at the end because they could not get it right. Will not re visit. Absolutely not

Great service, love how I’m treated at Diana Nails & Spa. My nails always look good when I get done. Can’t wait to try some of their other services. I had my SNS redone yesterday and my eyebrows done, very satisfied with both services.

First time there. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! Everyone working there were very friendly. My nails look AMAZING. Even though it was a spur of the moment I wanna get my nails done moment and considering I live a hour and a half away this is gonna be my new nail place. Mini road trips in the near future for me.

Kids haircutMy son needed his haircut heading into 2023/back to school from break, probably sooner than we got it but Neimi, was out of town. We could’ve went somewhere else to get it done but we didn’t plus we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Neimi always does a fantastic job with our son (not only his haircut but with our son and his condition). Nathan and HTuyet Joyce (owners) always give you first class attention while you are there. I walked in waiting for my son to get a haircut next door and got a fast pedicure they were polite and very accommodating. My leg message put me at ease a bet theyre messages are out of this world! I didnt get the young guys name but he was so nice. Just a simple pedicure ☺️

My technician was Vieng. She is amazing, professional, and not rough with my eyes. That’s important that no one damage your eyes. She is a perfectionist, which is great for business. People can’t tell that I have lash extensions, hence my hesitation to writing a review. But Vieng deserves the recognition. Thanks Vieng!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE, IT’S THE BEST NAIL SPA EVERRRR!!! They are so nice and they do a great job!! They don’t rush you the wait is never long and the atmosphere is so fun and friendly!!
