Cloud City Vapes.

This shop was my go to. Two different locations in town. Both shops were recently sold. The deals I used to get, (buy a pack of coils get 1 coil free) are gone. The non battleground location is very sparse with mods, tanks and dont entertain getting your favorite juice. I can hardly understand what the clerk was saying. Both shops are now looking to me to become head shops. Made me decide to go to a different modern vape store.

New management. It was hard enough to get the one person off their phone to assist me. I was given the wrong coil and when I asked him about it the response was I dont know, I dont vape

1/17/2023I just moved to the area with my partner, and was checking our their juice options for my vape. Reese listened to my preferences,offered me excellent brands, explained their flavor profiles, and gave his honest opinion on them. Once I had chosen my juices, I was surprised by receiving a gift from his coworker (Edit: her name is Amy)! She overheard me gushing about a juice brand that had recently went out of business; she just so happened to have the Exact juice I used to love, and Gave it to me! I was floored, and so very grateful! This store, and the employees within went above and beyond for me, and I look forward to becoming a regular with them!

This place was A and D vapors before it was bought by a new owner, The people there now dont know what they are selling if it is anything vape related.When you walk into a vape shop and they are selling lame baseball caps then you know whats happened with the business . Its another tobacco shop that you see on every corner now

I had a special order that took some time to arrive at the store. I happened to be in the store when the owner was present and was able to speak to him. He listened intently to my concerns and made a promise to take care of the delay.And he did! I was grateful.I was pleased that he also was open to other feedback and promised to make even more improvements in customer service.I really like this store. Id like to see it wildly successful.It will be with good leadership.They are my GOTO VAPE STORE!

I love this place. Even though there are so many vape shops in Greensboro I consistently come here for all my products and questions. They have a wide range of hardware and juice all at competitive pricing. Employees are always helpful when it comes to answering questions!

Very infuriating.Went up there to buy new coils to replace the old one, asked if they had any in stock - he briefly looked at it for not even a moment and went to give me a different branded coil, then proceeded to tell me the ones he gave would definitely fit and would work fine with my vape.They did not. Whatsoever.

Love this place! Flavors & staff are great. When I first started vapeing, I came here. They didnt treat me like an idiot. They were cool & very helpful. I still continue to go here for all my needs & probably always will. Great prices too!!! Limited parking so use the business parking lot off to the right of mexican restaurant.

I went and bought two vapes on 1-20-2021, one being a disposable 1600 puff and one being a smok vape. The disposable stopped working less than two days after purchasing. I called to ask why it was blinking blue and they said more than likely the battery was dead.. I asked what they would do to fix this, since I just purchased this and they said nothing.. after going back and forth they offered to give one half off. Because I may be bringing in a different vape that the one actually purchased. It was the first and LAST time ever doing business with these people.

Been coming here since 2013. Never went to another vape shop. Great staff and huge selection of great E-Juices, especially the quality and premiums kinds. I highly recommend A&D Vapor, they keep the latest vape kits and the prices are very fair. Come here for your next vape experience.

First time vaper. I went into A&D not knowing what to expect, but I was very pleased by the outcome. Amber, who is the manager, took her time explaining how the different styles of vape mods and all the pieces that go along with it worked. I ended up finding the right now kit and vape juice that was just right for me. Thank you very much Amber for everything! If there were 10 stars to give, id deffneatly give them to ya!

Love A & D. Staff is always so helpful, and knowledgable. Inventory is excellent- best juice in the Triad, and the devices are excellent. Honest people and great vapes for any price range.

I shop here as much for the learning experience from the owner and staff as I do for the price, quality, and convenience of the place. Plus, the couch is really comfortable, the tasting bar fun, and the people are familiar because they like to vape and they dont mind at all helping a newb get set up. Thanks.

Im from out of town and needed some juice, picked up some vanilla custard, good stuff. The guys were cool and helpful; tried to get an atomizer and instead they rebuilt my tank for me. If Im ever in the Greensboro area again this is where Ill get my juice!

Great, friendly staff! They will go above and beyond to get you what you are looking for. If they dont have it they order it for you or call other vape shops in town. The owner is a great person and knows a lot about what he sells.

Ive been going to a&d for over two years. I use the spring garden and battleground locations.dont waste your time anywhere else they have tons of quality products and they are always so helpful. I have not had a bad expierence.

I bought some CBD oil from 7 other places before finding A&D Vapes. I have had 2 total knee replacements. One went well, the other a disaster. I got some CBD oil from A&D Vapes that changed my life! I can walk 3-4 miles with no pain! This place is the best place to get life changing CBD oil.

Wasnt impressed at all. Dont get me wrong great selections, but the guy working was pushy and rushing. Was on phone when got there then hung it up saying I call you right back. He persistently tried push items on me so he could get back to his phone.

Awesome Service from the Spring Garden Street Location in Greensboro Justin Rachel is there in the Morning hours and he is so great at his Job he goes above and beyond to help you in anyway he can. I will not do business no where else.

They do not stand behind their products. After being a customer for 2 years. And buying 3 to 4 batteries a year. They sold me one that quit working after 3 weeks and refused to replace it. Lost my business.Disappointed

The best...this is where I started about 3yrs ago after going all over greensboro this is the only place that had a the info on vaping,mods in my price range and did not press me to buy more than I needed..This is my shop for life..

I bought a vape from this store on Friday on Saturday the charger that came with the vape broke I went out and bought to chargers after that then on Sunday the vape light went out and never came back on I was told I could not get a refund because I had no receipt and I paid n cash I guess its my fault for assuming that these people was honest people instead of just another money hungry company who love stealing money #legalize marijuana

Walked in, looked around, wasnt even acknowledged. Sat down for 15 minutes (only 2 customers in there). Waited...waited and waited...never even acknowledged then. I dont recommend this place at all. Im just gonna go back to my regular spot Altered Vapes on South Elm.

I go to the battleground location. Amy has always been very helpful. Great customer service, always helps me to get what I need.

Their juices are way to expensive and over priced. Just go to one of the Arab stores and have some money. Same juice, almost half the price
