Shelby is always the sweetest when I go in! I did remove from my 5 star because I went in the other day and the girl with an undercut (wasnt able to get her name) was just rude and more focused on selling water pipes or something, I couldnt even use my rewards / loyalty card is what she said so I just left

Come here all the time! It’s right by my place, quick, easy & I even have a loyalty card! Cashiers are nice and the place stays tidy. Nice selection of glass pipes, snack; and smoking goodies! Always having a good sale

Fantastic service! I love it here, theyre very patient and willing to help you find what you need, even if their store doesnt carry it (but if you ask nicely they might try to get it in.)

Your new employee Doug has no sense of products available and is quite rude. Very upsetting because I am a loyal customer and I visit this shop at least twice a week. Poor customer service on his behalf and Im unsure if Ill return.

Great products. Staff however is not very knowledgeable. They are way overpriced in regards to their products, not much knowledge of products they carry and the costs outside of their own store and how relative it is to The Shopper. I cannot pay this shop for a device at Double the price that you can find on eBay for half the price that they retail for. Check your prices guys, there are many smoke shops in Greensboro and the competition is hot, this is not the first place I would go to for a Smoke Shop. Greensboro Discount Tobacco on Cornwallis definitely the best. You guys got some work to do.

I went in today to buy a vape and wasnt sure which would be best to choose from, I had some help from the employee Parker who was absolutely amazing and knew what she was talking about, she hooked me up with a vape and even set it up before we left. I couldnt have asked for a better experience, AWESOME customer service, I definitely will go back there in the future!

Ive been going to Glass city for two years now and I can honestly say that they are the best smoke shop in every way: great selection of vape and salt nic juices, LOTS of CBD products, smoking accessories, the list could go on. I have purchased countless items from this store and have been completely satisfied with my experience. The employees are SO FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE to make sure that you have a great experience. Skinny black haired lady tells me when j try but a rig that dab nail cost extra bought 10 rigs here before never been spoke to like this never did anyone try to rip me off like she did told he ask a manager told me she did not need to an to leave.No worry we will never shop here again I suggest clouds never had a issue like today with their rude employee who refuse to do her job.

This has got to be the most friendly smoke shop I have ever been in the lady who helped me out today was very knowledgeable about the different vape juices I was looking out and very helpful in showing me how to work with a new mod definitely becoming my new go to vape store. I came in asking about a CBD cart I had gotten at a different shop and they told me not only did they not have it but no one can fit 1000 mg into a CBD vape cartridge the young men continued by laughing as I left the store. Needless too say I will not go back there.

The people are cool stop messing up the experience outside ya littering kids! and get a skateboard or something ya drive like maniacs i almost got crushed walking across the street on Battleground, rename this piece of road roadkill thoroughfare or something accurate, or rename it Slowdown Road or something?! Its a frickin nightmare to walk down unless you escape onto the greenway, its still africkin nightmare to cross, so the plan is to install a solar powered light rail down battleground, hows that for a battle plan?! solar power and electric transit 1, dirty energy and dumbness 0. There I paid for my free stuff with superb advice, I dare anyone to debate me on here on in real life, I eat your arguments like organic local wild ranging gamey Bison burgers with sweet potato fries, mixed greens, good thick brown bread, bbq, and herb filled goat cheese, all mashed together drippin in deliciousness, with yellow OG grits w/ S&P on tha side.
