I dont really do the whole vaping thing.. I came in with a friend though and walked around the store just looking at stuff and seeing what it was all about.- it is clean and has a lot of choices..which could be overwhelming for someone who doesnt know what they need. However, luckily.. your staff is helpful and seemingly knowledgeable.- your staff on duty was quick to help, give advice and also.. the woman that was working the day wed came in was incredibly good at her job... I even went as far to pop quiz her on the flavors, just for the fun of it... And she never even missed a beat.. it was amazing.. I wouldnt have given a negative review if she did miss a few but it definitely helped the review because of how amazed I was by this ladies knowledge.- pleasant, clean, organized, visually appealing.. honestly itd be hard to give a negative review.

I love this shop! They have a great selection for liquid and some are made locally in NC! I also love the selection on kits, tanks, mods, etc. they are always up to date and the newest and best! The customer service is unmatched at any other shop, they are very knowledgeable and kind and always willing to help! I love the clean professional atmosphere, it’s very comfortable and welcoming. Over all just a great shop and company. Dedicated to changing lives in a healthier way!

I have been into this shop several times and the mods are reasonably price even though it is a corporate store. I love the fact that they carry natural juices only. I came in one night and Michael helped me. I purchased the drag kit. He accidentally sold me the Drag mini in my bag. I opened it when I got home. They have a strict policy on not opening or using the product if it is going to be returned. It was closing time when I purchased so by time I opened it they were closed. I came in at 9:30 am the next morning waiting on them to open so I could explain to the person on duty what happened and plead for them to swap it out. The manager opened the doors early instead of letting me sit outside. She did not argue with me. She took care of me immediately and talked to me about some of the juices. What could have been a very bad experience was great and I ending up buying about 90 bucks in juice just because of the staff and there personality....Well it helped that the flavors are awesome. I have plenty of juice at the house. I like to do business with people that treat me right. Avail on battleground has a really good team of people. I recommend you checking them out.

Emily is AMAZING. She was very helpful and so sweet. Very professional shop. She made us feel very welcome and took her time with my girlfriend and I. She wasnt out for just any sale she reccomend good products with what they had on hand. Granted the new vape law put a hold on a lot of stock but, she did amazing with what they had. She set up our vapes and talked us through everything. Took her time with us both trying out the juices and recommended juices that were similar to what we were looking for. If you go there please ask for Emily shell definitely get you set up and take GREAT care of you! Thank you so much you guys! We are two highly satisfied customers and will be back!

Went to the Battleground location at 12 Noon, Thursday March 21, and started trying the different flavors at all the stations in hopes to find something new. 2 of the tester stations were broken and I had to ask the girl if there was another way to try them. She brought out a standard mod for me to sample them, and I asked her if they came in a 12 nicotine level. She responded, “all AVAIL flavors come in a 12”, which I thought was great! I couldn’t decide between the 2 flavors on which one to buy, and she told me there was a sale for 2 bottles, so I bought both. She did not let me handle the bottles to verify them before I paid, so I paid and checked the nicotine level, finding that one was a 12 but the other one was a 6, which I never once mentioned I wanted a 6, and in fact remember asking for a 12. I paused thinking she made an honest mistake, and told her that she had given me the wrong nicotine level for 1 flavor. This is when I noticed how shady she was, instead of responding like she had made a mistake or didn’t realize it, she responded with the fact that she knows it’s not a 12 because they are out of a 12. I asked her why she gave me a 6, and she said because it’s all we have. I asked her why didn’t she inform me that she was selling me the wrong or a different product, and she didn’t respond. She then LEFT ME and spent a bunch of time messing with another customers mod, trying to ignore me. I waited for them to be done and I asked for a refund. She wanted to argue, and push her point of view on me, but bottom line is she lied or tricked me into paying for something I didn’t want, and then tried to cover it up, and then tried to act like it was no problem. She was the bottom of the barrel for customer service skills, and downright rude and deceitful. AVAIL will NEVER get my business again. It’s cheaper to order custom mixed juice online from Mitten or Mount Baker, and they have never once messed up my orders, lied to me, and it’s always cheaper.

Everything in this place is remarkable except for their vape juice prices. They were the first vape shop I ever visited and they are my favorite but getting literally twice as much for my dollar other places made me stop going.The atmosphere, customer service, selection, etc are world class. But... The flavors available arent justifiable at their prices vs competitor prices in my eyes.When I need new coils I go there. Thats about it nowadays. I wish (SO BADLY) that either the prices were more reasonable or there was a better bulk discount option or... I dont know, anything to make this place worth going to for regular needs. I miss the atmosphere and the people.

I went in today, 2018/07/14, and the two ladys that were in there today were horrifically rude. I walked in and not a word was said to me till I finally walked to the register, in which they finally asked me, rudely, “is there something you’re looking for” and they were extremely rude to my wife and her sister that followed me in and weren’t there for any reason, I was the only one who wanted to buy. And when I bought the juice and walked out along with my wife and her sister, nothing was said to us. Such horrible customer service. The first time I went in, with the assistant manager there it was amazing. He was nice and talkative, and answered every single question with the fullness of his abilities. He was amazing and that is why I returned. But with those two lady’s there from my experience today, I will not be returning.

This is an excellent shop. They were very welcoming and friendly when I entered the shop and made the entire experience enjoyable! They answered all my questions respectfully and patiently (I asked many many questions from vapor to vapes), and were really helpful! Ill definitely be coming back for my next vape. c:Additionally, the store was clean and everything was neat and comfortable. Huge plus in my book.Definitely recommend Avail if you want a good quality vape and great vapors!

Angie is always a huge help with any question, big or small. I try to plan my visits around her work schedule because she knows her stuff and has the customer best interest at heart. If youre a beginner, novice, or vet to vaping she is the gal to see. I have never had an issue with my mods or liquids. The quality products Avail provides and stands behind makes it easy to pass right by the other small knock-off vape shops.

Awesome shop! Everyone here is super helpful, they have a rewards system and their juice is so high quality it takes my coils forever to burn out! Definitely worth a stop, check them out!

LMAO!!! I was reading all the negative comments and just laughed because I realized that some of them either are working for the competitors or they are normies that shop for the other fore mentioned places. Yes, their liquids are a little pricey but from what I was told by Connie and later researched and found to be true is that third party knock off liquids can damage the equipment or reduce the quality of the vaporizer. That is why they produce their own brand.I myself, am not a vaper I was helping out a friend that is trying to quit smoking and trying an alternative method. Connie was very helpful and listened to everything that I said. She provided the perfect customer service without it feeling like customer service and more of a very friendly environment. I was very comfortable even tho I dont know the first thing about vaping. Connie was so great with all her answers and suggestions that she made me want to start vaping...lol. She explained the answers to all my questions and didnt banter on with useless knowledge. I was more than pleased with the level of service I received and if I was a vaper than this would be the place for me.Haters are going to hate, what can you do about it? Nothing but shun them and keep taking care of the customers that keep coming back. I mean if you want to buy quality then you buy from a place like Avail Vapor but if you want cheap then go online or to some mom and pop third party shop. I mean it is like buying from a car dealership, cost more but you are going to be taken care if anything goes wrong. Unlike you buying from a hole in the wall place that sales cars they bought at an auction and get no guarantee that it will drive to the next light. Trust in the brand. If you have an issue I am very confident that Connie or some one from her staff will take care of your needs or at least try to the best of their abilities.

This company has so many issues. They are priced way above other vape shops for mods and tanks and their juice is trash. Unless youre desperate to get more juice or coils Id stay away from them.

Excellent all around, the store is pleasing to the eye, open and inviting. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and patient... answered every stupid little question I had, lol. Great selection of flavors and devices with a very good selection to try. Will definitely be going back.

They sold me a vape, 1 week later it broke- they talked me into paying more money for a Joyetech Ego One. While other people pay full price for a new one, I watched him pack up the display model and sell it to me at regular price. I bought it. 3 months later, and the battery is not charging. They dont carry the brand anymore because they had too many issues. They told me to call Joyetech, Joytechs answering machine told me to call them, and well, you know the rest. If you sell a product and it fails, and you fail to ignore an unhappy customer, well youre just as bad as the manufacturer. Vapes arent supposed to only last 30 days, and if more of your customers were aware, I think theyd buy elsewhere.

Great place, staff very knowledgeable about products and friendly. Store is clean and welcoming 😊The only vape shop I’ve ever been to that has testers for all their flavors too!

Juice is so freaking expensive and not very good. Usually manufactures to have so many different flavorstend to get away from quality. 15 Mil bottles 12 bucks for two for 22 bucks, they need to get with the program and follow the industry because reputable manufacturers such as MBYC offer 60 mill bottles for 24 bucks.

Make sure to save your receipt when you pay the $1 to try the vapes. I actually paid the 1st time, came back and they had no record. Had to pay again. Came back tonight, was told again there is no record of it again and would have had to pay again!! I knew who I dealt with both times, had a business card of the dude and still too bad for me. Then the associate had the nerve to ask if I had the receipt for the $1. Obviously, I am the one paying the consequences for their incompetence. I was told that I am not in their system after buying hundreds of dollars of merchandise and vape. Lost a good customer not bc of the dollar but bc of the hassle, headache and blatant disregard for me as a customer. Sketchy

I spent $100 on a top box mini kit, it broke 3 months later, warranty didnt cover it of course, the store wouldnt do anything about it, forget that Ive spent over $200 in the last month at the store, they lost my business. Do not go here, the hardware is overpriced garbage. Beware.

I went in here today to buy a box mod..guy working there was rude...asked me what i was looking for? I told him and he just said we dont have that he was helping another guy and never said he would be with me soon.. while I was waiting,he helped another guy...ok so I like to spend my $ with stores who deserve it...I went down the street to Carolina vape and bought a $75 box mod..NEVER spend your $ at avail vape...go somewhere who will appreciate you as a customer!!!!

I have been an Avail customer for a long time and am very satisfied with their products and customer service. I primarily went to the store on Wendover where I was frequently helped by Justin. Justin has been my main point of contact for about a year. He always goes above and beyond to assist Avail customers. If there was ever a product temporarily out of stock, he would take time out of his busy work day to call and let me know when it was available. Justin explains how Avail products work and greets everyone with professionalism and a smile! Justin has recently moved to the Battleground store, and while it is much further from my home, I will only go to that location in order to continue working with him. Justins expertise and personal investment in serving his customers is one of the main reasons I also refer all of my friends to him and Avail on Battleground.

Cams in to get a vape for my bday, had no knowledge about vaping prior, staff didnt really help or explain anything to me clearly, I ended up changing a couple of coils because the vaporizer kept on spitting hot liquid in my mouth which burned it, had no idea why Wattage to use either. The vape I got cost 69.99, but online its 43$ (but I guess that was my bad). Their liquids cost 12$ for a 15ml, while most online stores sell that amount for half the price.

This is an amazing place to get all of your vape products. The est customer service around. Megan Emily and Thomas have all been so helpful and professional

Connie was awesome, she made sure to listen to what I was saying and provided a new user with a full solution and was extremely kind the entire time. Customer service is paramount for me so this experience has made me an Avail customer for life.

Really Cool place! You can come in and pay only a $1 and get a membership and you can try any flavor they have in the store and there is some good deals also! Nice People that work there!

Excellent variety of juices that are made with quality ingredients. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and more than willing to go above and beyond to create a positive experience.

High prices and cheap products. I bought a 40 watt device from them for $80 and 4 months after use the epoxy holding the 510 connector broke loose, it still fits on but is loose and can be pulled off.

Pushy uninformed sales people. High prices. Poor quality selection. I’m glad I found a reputable vape shop that isn’t run like street drug dealers.

Bought a Stick V8 Kit at the end of August and it’s already not working. Call the store to find out that they only have a 30 day warranty on all their equipment. This equipment was expensive! Never again!

My third visit to an AvailShop. First in Arlington Va, 2nd in Myrtle Beach and now this one closer to home. Very nice young lady evening of July 4th. Very helpful and friendly. Thank u everyone

The staff are very kind and friendly just don’t like the fact the store hours where posted 11-7pm meanwhile no one has been here it’s now almost 12 and another store stated they would open in 5 minutes waited another 10 minutes still no luck. Bad for business especially when customers have places to be really poor behavior customers have been coming in all day only to try to enter a business that’s closed.

Everytime Ive been in this location everyone has been super helpful! They also unexpectedly had a black friday sale, even on pod systems!
