First time using Organic Tan and was very pleased with the result! I was going for summer glow for my sons wedding and did not want to be orange. My tan came out even and natural looking! I only wish I had not showered at 8 hours but kept it on until 12 hours. My legs were lighter than I desired but face and arms were great. Thank you Megan and Organic Tan for a great first experience - I will be back!

I had Brianna do my spray tan a few months ago for my bachelorette. I was so nervous because I’ve never gotten a tan before and was scared to be orange. I usually see Logan and she does a great job, this last time I had Brianna and she was also amazing, sweetest personality! My tans are always perfect and I couldn’t ask for better! I got the Venetian Accelerated tan while I was pregnant and before my beach trip along with my sister. The color was Medium and developed nicely. I felt confident as it looked natural with my skin tone. I highly recommend and would get this airbrush tan again!

Here is the email I sent to the business:I just wanted to let you know about my experience with your business today.I booked a same day appointment at 10:15am for a 4:30pm treatment. Then starting at 2:10pm I received 2 texts and 1 phone call within an hour trying to get me to change my appointment time to something earlier than what I had booked(on purpose because thats when I wanted to come).When I was able to finally respond, I reluctantly relented and decided to try and arrive earlier than my scheduled appointment, Im guessing that I was the last appointment of the day and Brianna was just trying to shorten her workday. Of course when I arrive early the door was locked and now Im upset for being an idiot and trying to appease the girl that gives me the airbrush tan. I text the number and say Ill be back at my originally scheduled time.When I arrived the second time I could feel the hostility of Brianna. She was not courteous, never introduced herself and was visibly unhappy after I left her a cash tip(which she was lucky to receive at all).So in conclusion I will not be using your business moving forward due to the experience I encountered today. Brianna could benefit from some coaching in her customer service skills, Im pretty confident that very few of your clientele would be happy about 2 texts and a phone call within an hour trying to get them to change the appointment time which they had specifically chosen.The only reason they get 2 stars is due to the response I received from the business that they are taking it seriously and want to correct this type of behavior.

As a guy it can be a little awkward getting a spray tan for your first time. The girls here do a good job of making you feel at ease.

So I have never had a spray tan done before due to being a tanning bed junkie. However my tanning salon moved pretty far from my work so I havent tanned in awhile and I am leaving tomorrow for bike week in Florida. My sister in law referred me to Organic Tan and I am so pleased with the results I signed up for a membership! Erin is the name of the girl who helped me and I am beyond happy with her!! She was professional and made me feel at ease as well as thoroughly explaining everything she was doing. The whole process took maybe 10 minutes and she also explained the aftercare of my tan to make it last longer. How could I not sign up?? It was a no brainer! This was my first experience of having a facial. Brianna was very sensitive to my needs. She made me feel comfortable and at ease during the process. Having thin skin as most older people do make you cautious due to easy brusing. But the knowledge that they have on types of skin and what would be the best was incredible. Never knew how good it feels to have a facial massage and how relaxing you feel during the process. The freshness you feel afterward can not be explain. It something that you would need to experience to truly know how it feels. My skin was soft and smooth and glowing. This is definitely something I will do again.

I have gotten at least 4 spray tans from this business and the last & most important one was for my wedding and it did not turn out good at all.. I even bought the lotion they recommended. I had to go up there twice in one day because they forgot a few spots- weddings are stressful enough as is and this is a place I have been to before and had no doubts that I would look amazing. -wish I felt that way about my spray tan.

Alicia Bailey is amazing at what she does -- not just the facials she delivers but the skincare routine adjustments and recommendations shes made. Got my first ever spray tan from here and it was perfect! It looked great and there was no streaking. I got one for my wedding and absolutely loved it. It came off evenly as it was time for it to wear off. Very happy with them and will definitely get my next spray tan here.

I went for my first spray tan a week ago. Logan eased my nerves about getting one because I was afraid I was going to look orange. I loved my tan after. It looked so good and lasted for a week. I have already booked my next one!!

I got a spray tan and a lash lift and tint with Kaeleigh and really enjoyed both of my services. I struggle with keeping my lashes curled and normally even after a lift they arent as lifted as I would like. Kaeleigh was able to lift them to my liking and they turned out perfect!! Definitely book with her if she is available!!

I’ve always had issues with my tan not sticking to the lower half of my body quite as well as the top half. I mentioned this to Brandi F. during my last tan and she concentrated on my lower half, my tan actually came out completely even across my entire body and lasted longer than normal. I would highly recommended getting a spray tan from Brandi, I will be requesting her from now on.

Ive gotten eyelash extensions here for the past 2 years and I love it! They are professional, clean and I always leave satisfied.

Avoid this place at all cost. I had my lashes done by someone they claimed to be the “best in their spa”. The same day lashes were falling out! The next day my left eye was so barren with lashes i had to call to notify them of the lashes falling out of my eye the day after the service. Their response was “she was the best technician we have, maybe we can have you come back in a week or two for a fill in”. Mind you, I have already paid 200+ dollars for the service. I call them back to schedule a time for a fill in before my trip and I get an email saying they can no longer do business with me because of me not liking their service. Also, do keep in mind when I initially booked my service with a technician over the phone they put me on the calendar and then I received a call at 9 at night (outside of operating hours) saying I need to pay a deposit before my spot is lost. Keep in mind, I was never advised of any deposit when scheduling my appointment over the phone. I am a big believer in everyone deserving a chance to correct themselves if their is a dissatisfaction in service but it seems as if this spa is more concerned with keeping their technicians happy than the customers. Worst experience ever. I will be advising friends and family to stay clear of this place due to lack of customer service as well as customer satisfaction.

Yes!!! The hydrafcial was so amazing. It felt really nice on my skin, the room and setting were so relaxing, and the esthetician was so sweet. My skin looked and felt amazing after! I have sensitive skin, so I was honestly a bit nervous as facials can sometimes break me out, but the process and products used were effective and gentle enough so I didnt break out. I would highly recommend the hydrafacial again. I loved it so much Im 100% going to come back and try other services as well.

Beautiful place! Friendly staff! My technician was friendly BUT she sprayed me with the wrong tan. Told her Im in my sisters wedding on Sunday. Rinsed off within 4 hours. Next day my legs from the waist done were blotchy as hell. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! I cried! Not going back!

Lindsey(owner) I just want to let you know that the HR staff Flat Fee recruiting is the worst and most unprofessional recruiting agency I have ever deal with, my girlfriend apply to this staff spoke to you, did everything she was told to do on time and professionally and Ava Smith and Stacey definitely were not to the expectations of a professional recruiting agency, they lack communication skills, we have proof and emails that show that all the documents and referrals were done and sent on a timely manner, but unfortunately the lack of organization from this recruiting agency affected my girlfriend final opportunity at your company is a shame, hopefully you don’t keep loosing great talent due to the lack of the recruiting agency that you hire.
