Today was my first time I never had a massage before it was a bday present to my boy friend and we LOVED it!! Omg it was the best experience for my first time! Everything was clean, peaceful and professional. The receptionist is very nice and inviting with a good sense of humor! I had Clifton and he is AMAZING at what he does I can tell it’s his passion! I’d definitely go visit you won’t be disappointed 😎

I have visited a few times now looking for relaxation and pain relief... these people are healers! Each time I visit, the staff is so friendly and incredibly helpful.Particular shout out to Clifton! He has given me relief from aches that I have long accepted as normal and a permanent part of my life. I greatly appreciate how attentive and knowledgeable the massage therapists here are.I will be back as often as I can.

My husband took me here today he had already booked online. Selena was amazing. I had a full body massage with a facial. Including the add on Lavender Oil . I highly recommend! Selena will be requested for me my next time

The space is very clean, updated, and inviting. I loved how I could add on aromatherapy. Unfortunately, they do not have a room big enough for a typical couples massage. However, we were able to still book a couples massage. We were in two different rooms but at the same time. We came out feeling relaxed and renewed. My massage therapist even gave me some tips on how to cut down on muscle fatigue and lower back pain during the typical work day.

My therapist listened and did exactly what was needed to help me experience a great massage.

Nicole was amazing! It was definitely what I needed. She asked questions to make sure she knew exactly what I needed as far as the heat of the Himalayan salt stones, the pressure level, and target areas. The hostess was also very kind and handled my purchases and add ons. She did upsell me which is her job and she did a thorough job in explaining the perks and it actually has me considering to find the time to get massages, I enjoy this staff and will be back.

My daughter treated me to a 90 minute massage! I upgraded to an aromatherapy. The staff was friendly and the place was clean welcoming. Kayla gave me an amazing massage! I was so stressed and tense when I came in. I left refreshed, relaxed and renewed! I highly recommend. I can’t wait to come back.

Had a very unprofessional experience here. The lady I had was an older lady who seems like she had been there for a while. This is what took place. I was lying on my back, and the older lady decided to lift up the sheets exposed my chest. I was so embarrassed I had NEVER BEEN EXPOSED IN THAT WAY. I decided to cancel my membership after that. I just felt so uncomfortable after leaving. I spoke to the front desk, and they did offer me a free massage with someone else. Unfortunately, I decided not to try it again

I visited for the first time this past week. Staff was very nice and respectful. My massage therapist was very awkward and I didn’t feel too comfortable with her. She asked me if I had dirt on my legs when it was just skin discoloration. In the beginning she had way too hard pressure on my back and I asked for lighter pressure And I did not get that. My back now is sore a day later from a “massage” i’m bruised and a little upset I spent over $150 on this just to feel pain. It wasn’t really 90 mins either didn’t start on the dot but was very quick to end on the dot. Not mad it ended sooner because the pain i felt during the massage. There a lot better places to find relaxation don’t waste time here. Staff is friendly just not skilled

Got a 90 minute massage as a gift. LaQuinta was my therapist and did an outstanding job. I asked for medium to hard pressure and man did she find my sore spots. I have never had 90 minutes go by so fast. Everything else including the front desk and atmosphere were great as well.

Had the most wonderful massage with Kaila at the Woodruff Road location. Made great progress with the pain in my legs. Did not try and start a conversation. Just a wonderful experience.

Nicole was my therapist. When I arrived I was in severe pain from my sciatic nerve. I was also very anxious. Nicole listened to my issues. Her massage was the best I have had in 20 years! I left Elements pain free and relaxed. Also, the receptionist was friendly and kind. It was a wonderful experience. Nicole is a keeper!

I went for a deep tissue massage. First time at Elements. The message was a birthday gift. The place is welcoming and serene. Very easy to feel comfortable. The staff was very informative and easy to talk to. Lynn did my massage and it was truly wonderful. Very professional, but still had a good sense of humor, which is kind of mandatory to deal with me.Anyway, my stress melted away and it was the greatest rejuvenation of my muscles, etc. Amazing.Needless to say, I want to go all the time now!!Cant wait until next time!!Thank you, Lynn and Elements staff!!!

Stephanie was amazing - she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed at all times. She checked in with me to make sure the pressure was okay, and the heat of the Himalayan Salt Stones wasnt too much. This was my first massage and I was honestly a little nervous because of covid, but everything was very clean and wonderful. The lady at the front desk - I wish I could remember her name - was also very nice! Overall I was so much more relaxed when I came out than when I went in. Theres a lot of options for customizing your massage and making it the best time for some self care. 10/10 would recommend :)

I wanted my experience here to be great but it wasn’t. This is not the place for you if you are looking for good customer service. The front desk receptionist was very nonchalant and not welcoming up my arrival. The massage was not the best, I’ve had better at other local businesses. Once my session was over I was rushed to get dressed just to be give a bottle of water and was told I have 15 minutes to sit in the waiting area/ lobby to pull myself together post massage. Most places allow you to rest for a moment to at least gather yourself. The lady literally waited outside the door for me to get dressed. I opposed to the 15 minute resting session in the lobby, I left. The place wasn’t packed at all. I felt like it was slightly rude to tell someone “you have 15 minutes to rest here”. This place does not have a serenity feeling at all. If you are looking for a good experience, save your money. I love supporting small/ local businesses but bad customer service is a huge deal breaker for me.

I had a great experience here. Friendly staff and very clean and relaxing atmosphere. LaQuinta was a great massage therapist and made me feel very comfortable. Our google maps directions sent us to the wrong location, but we used Apple maps and were able to find it.

I started receiving lymphatic drainage massages from Stephanie and she is absolutely AMAZING!! She is knowledgeable about her craft, friendly and very accommodating. I feel so much better after each massage and couldnt have found a better massage therapist. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to get messages in the area. I am only giving 2 stars because the massage therapist were apparently top notch but I would leave 0 stars as a business. They are absolutely misleading and dishonest. I paid for my girlfriend mom and sister ONE hour each. They literally only got 40 minutes of hands on. Hows it possible that I pay for 1 hour and my mom gets there 20 minutes early to fill out the paper work, it was 1025 when she went to the back and at 11:05 she was dressed and at 11:25 she was at home! They tried using the excuse that they got there late which they didnt. They tried blaming everything on my sister and mom and girlfriend. I dont recommend this place for their horrible administration, on the plus side the massage therapist were great and my ladies were very happy with them. But you pay for 1 hour and only get 40 minutes.

Lynn was great. She was kind and helpful. It was my first massage and she explained everything to me. The reception was quiet and very relaxing feeling. Marlene was awesome. She was informative and did a great job letting me know what she was doing and why. A great experience and I will def be going back and referring people.

Honestly, me and my husband both had massages and we did not enjoy it at all. They were way too rough, every touch hurt. I couldnt relax at all. The whole time she was jerking me around, she barely kept my private parts covered. Also, the rooms were not cozy, it was cold in there, the sheets and bed was cold. The only good experience was the receptionist, she was awesome, very nice, sweet and welcoming. We will not be returning nor will we refer. We have never had an experience like that!!

Our go-to place for massages! The staff at Elements are lovely and so friendly. The therapists are very professional and do a great job of listening to your specific needs and providing the best massage technique to address injuries, stress, or other concerns. I always feel incredibly relaxed and pampered when I leave. Highly recommend!

First time visiting today. I got an older lady I think her name Maria? Was not awful but differently not great. She seem to be new to the profession but honestly if she had a better personality it would of changed everything. She wasn’t friendly at all. The thing that was a over all deal breaker for me is I pod for a 60 min massage. My appointment was at 4 i was told to be there for paper work at 3:45. Which I was and she did not start my massage til 4:33 yet it was over at 5:08. So for that I won’t return.

The entire experience, from checking in for the appointment to the massage itself, is personalized. The massages Ive had here are the best Ive ever had - they are relaxing even though therapist is still working on problem areas (but never to the point of it being painful).

I have never had a communication problem with this company. I have tried several different therapists and I am pleased with all of them. I’m not trying to be rude but if you have a bad experience here it’s karma and you must deserve it. There all great ask for what you need and they will provide. Don’t ask and you may not get the experience that you wish.administration has always been kind and informative. I have no problem giving five stars

Ok so I booked appointments for for a friend and I, we had spaweek.com gift cards, the salon was told in advance we had said gift cards, after driving almost 1hr to get here we were then told 15min after our appointment time they dont except that specific gift card. So then we go back into the rooms, my massage lady was very sweet and wonderful no problem with her at all. But my 90min massage was cut to a 60min massage because she had to leave early yet I was still charged for the full 90min that I didnt receive so I will NOT be returning to here! ABSOLUTELY terrible customer service from the front desk especially from Dawn! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I usually have a great experience there! The only thing i dont like is that the administrative staff refuses to tell the truth regarding which therapist does deep work and which ones do not. I had to figure that out by trial and error. The therapist themselves will tell you, but the people up front will 100% lie and say oh yes, that therapist does deep tissue work just to get you to book the appt.That being said, everything else is great. 💜💜💜💜💜💜

The place is neat and clean and the massage started on time. Sean gave me the best massage I have ever has anywhere in the world. For 2 days I was energetic, active, pain free, and accomplished many tasks, and sleep like I havent in years. A great relief from these trying times. Calling today to book another massage with Sean. Very relaxing and professional atmosphere. The therapists really listen to what you need and they are very intuitive. The receptionists are wonderful also. Always smiling and going the extra mile to make sure guests are happy.

I received a great deep massage, but I only received an hour and ten minute massage on a 90 minute massage. Showed up at 10:02, did some paper work till 10:05, was out the door in my car at 1:20.

Pretty disappointed. I was really excited to try my first prenatal massage and had called ahead to another Elements location to make sure that they used the belly cutouts as I really wanted to be able to lay on my stomach so my low back could be worked on. I was told that they did, but when I arrived at this location for my massage I was told they didn’t and didn’t even have them. I would think all the locations should be the same as it is a franchise. Not only that, I was called back 7 min late to my massage so I only got less than 45 min total. This pregnant woman is very disappointed.

First massage , great experience. Mark was wonderful ! I got a same day appointment and Mark talked me through the whole process. Unfortunately for me I have more issue that a deep tissue won’t fix. However, after I get feeling better I definitely will be back !

Disappointing. Nice atmosphere, clean environment were the pluses. A one hour massage is more like 40 minutes. They talk and talk about what theyre going to do before you undress. And when they leave the room for you to undress they take at least 5 minutes probably more to come back in the room. I made the mistake of undressing down to just my boxers but not getting under the covers. She tells me to get under the covers and leaves taking another 5 minutes to return to the room. The massage was awkward for the waist down, she acted like she didnt want to touch me, the waist up was ok she did a good job on my neck and chest but it was totally not worth it. Ill never return, this being only my third massage Ive found that the asain suspect looking parlors are much more better. Asain hands on Haywood road is definitely much much better but the atmosphere lacks yet the massage was life, also the one on north plesentburg near buckys bar b que was great massage.

Very disappointing and an overall strange experience. I have had numerous massages and being new to the area, I decided to try it out based on the reviews. My email said to arrive 5 minutes early (which I did) and after filling out paperwork, I finally made it back to my room 20 minutes later. The relaxation massage was supposed to be an hour long session (actual time was more like 30 minutes at best). During the massage, I was not relaxed at all because we spent most of the time talking (yes, talking instead of actual hands on about ways to help my muscles). Would I like to book another appointment? Um, hell no thanks! I wont waste anymore money here and I hope you dont either...

I went here yesterday after a stressful day. I have them 2 stars because I was able to get in within an hour of requesting an appt.When I got there, it seemed nice enough. When I was in my room waiting on the masseuse to come in, I noticed how terribly dirty the room was, especially the baseboards. The room stays very dark but I could visibly see at least am inch of dust and dirt... everywhere. It made me very uneasy.The massage itself wss okay, but not anything out of the ordinary. I was extremely offended upon checkout. The front desk had a different woman who said she recommends you come back in 4 weeks and I said oh, did she?! Her response was a laugh with yeah you must have something really wrong with you.Uh... okay! Thanks! I wont be coming back. Ever.

I have only positive things to say about this place. I read the reviews on here, and don’t know what people are talking about when they say they had a bad experience. The receptionist is the nicest lady ever, they make sure you’re comfortable right from the get go. My massage therapist was great. We talked about my problem areas and I kid you not, I felt so much better at the end. I’m going to continue going. Very good service.

Every time I’ve gotten a massage before it’s just been a standard thing. But my massage therapist asked me what I specifically wanted. I shared where I tend to hold my stress and she focused on those areas and it was an awesome experience!

Convenient to work, therapist does a fantastic job, reception staff is always very nice, helpful, and accommodating of needs. Ive experienced an increase of quality of life, mobility and function since Ive been having appointments. Im stuck at a desk all day, and if not, Im jammed into a coach class seat flying out GSP. My therapist Crystal does a great job undoing all the damage and tension that it causes.

Ive probably had 100+ massages over the past few years from ~50 different therapists, and my experience with Kieya is easily in my top 5, maybe top 3.The location doesnt have any fancy bells or whistles, but the staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, and most importantly - the massage is outstanding.Ive only encountered two therapists that have made me want to join their studio and become a member, and Keiya is now the third.If youre like me and like firm pressure with fluid strokes - and someone who actually knows how to use their fingers and hands (not just elbows and forearms) then look no further!

Halfway through my massage we lost power for about 25 minutes -- during this time the woman massaging me had to leave the room for about 15 minutes to figure out some sort of light source --which was reasonable. When she came back she asked me if I had brought cash to pay her -- which was rude. Despite the interruption of my massage it was still less than the 90 minutes I had paid for (about 75 minutes plus the 15 minutes she left the room-- so more like a 60 minute massage) and I was offered no kind of discount for the time and experience lost from the power outage.

I highly recommend Elements. Very experienced massage therapists and efficient front office staff. Their hours are conducive to any work schedule including weekend hours. They always accomodated me with getting an appointment on short notice. Their therapists use massage and rehabilitative techniques that are well advanced beyond any other massage therapy Ive been to. Elements has the most affordable membership rate and does not pressure you to join or to continue membership. I thank them for helping me get back to my running after an injury. Elements is your go-to whether your intent is for sports recovery or looking for a relaxing massage.

I see Mark every 3 weeks and through massage therapy he gets my back aligned better than any chiropractor in the upstate has. I also go in when Im battling migraines and take whos available and Ive always been able to come home and go to sleep! Ive always tried places for massage therapy however this is the only place Ive gotten a membership with in order to help my crippling back and have the discount for migraines and at my age that says more than anything else could.

Our massage was suppose to be a 55 minute session but only lasted 35 minutes. very satisfied with the massage itself. i would have given 5 stars if they wouldnt have taken 20 minutes off my session.

My massage was with Karen. I have some back issues, arthritis, etc. Karen talked with me prior to the massage to find out my needs . She provided a great massage and gave me tips afterwards for stretches to help with my back. I was so impressed I have signed up for additional massages with Karen.

Not pleasurableBeautiful atmosphere, aromas and very welcoming but worst massage Ive ever had. Never asked about pressure ! Marlene paused too frequently checking for heart beat in the tight muscles ??? More pausing than rubbing. And when an actual knot was found she rubbed it so hard for TOO long causing bruising and raw skin...And rubbing was aggressive ON BONE. Thats not a knot !! that is a Bone!!!! Spine is bruised. Skin feels raw. Awkward techniques. Not symmetrical..Will not reccomend nor return.

Everything was great. The only change would be to add some music or a calming noise to the room. Too silent, but thats an easy fix.
